"As one of the cheaper hostels in Lagos, I found Cloud 9 is ideal for budget backpackers who want a lively, young crowd (age limit 18–45) and a social atmosphere; there’s a large common room and terrace plus a shared kitchen. The pub crawl is the highlight—almost everyone goes, so it’s an easy way to meet people and experience the nightlife.
