Cloud Catering and Events

We used Cloud Catering for our 2025 Rock Center Tree Lighting Gala. It was the first time working with this awesome team. They surpassed our expectations on all levels. The menu selections we chose were creative, delicious and stunning to look at. This along with the elegant specialty cocktails made our guests very happy. The waitstaff were on point, professional and polished. We look forward with pleasure to working with them again next year.

I had the pleasure of working with Alison and her fantastic team at Cloud on our company's first ever investor conference that took place at Nasdaq in NYC this year. It was such a daunting event, but the minute I met Alison and started working with her, I knew that I was going to be well taken care of! From listening to what we wanted our event experience to be, to knowing and understanding the space, Cloud took care of all it. They helped us make key decisions and truly thought about our guests having the best time. Also, the FOOD! The SERVICE! The ATTENTION to detail and event flow! It was fantastic- every detail covered and every guest cared for. When you're planning an event, there are so many variables that you have to work on and worry about. When you work with Cloud and Alison, you don't ever have to worry about the caterer. the event set up or execution. I will return for another year of hosting our company's conference, and I couldn't imagine doing it without Cloud!

We worked with Cloud on a large corporate event and could not recommend them enough! From the very start Will and team were amazing communicators and helped us all through out the way. We had a complete scope shift and we went through so many revisions, but Cloud was great the entire way through. Onsite Cloud executed everything perfectly. They are the BEST!!!

I have not hired Cloud Catering but I have walked past their warehouse twice a day for 2 years. They are very conscientious about not blocking the sidewalk, even when loading large orders into their vans. Their trays are always carefully wrapped and fully covered when outside. They protect the sidewalk when painting accessories and decor. They speak kindly to each other. From what I've seen, I would be happy to order from them.

We have worked with Cloud on many large-scale events (and a few small ones too) over the years and they have always exceeded our very high expectations with a smile. The food is delicious and the team is the best. I can't recommend them more - we really value BHE's partnership with Cloud!

Cloud Catering did such a fantastic job with our wedding! They were like magical fairies all through the evening with a dedicated server for the bride and groom to provide us with food and drinks all night. I'm very Type A and had a PowerPoint presentation of exactly how I wanted the layout and set up of the venue decorations and they just absolutely nailed it. The groom and I essentially planned our wedding in a month and Cloud Catering was there to help make it all happen in such a short space of time. Their advice and execution really helped make our wedding day special. Our guests are STILL raving about the food. Those appetizers were to die for...don't skip out on cocktail hour because they're bite sized culinary masterpieces. Almost better than the meal. Top shelf liquor kept everyone quite happy too. Special shout out to Rachael, Kay, and the entire wait staff that evening who were delightful to work with! We received equally as many compliments on service that evening.

Absolutely fantastic!! Quick response, flexible, attentive to every need before, during and after. Gorgeous custom-themed menu, beautiful presentation, professional staff. Completely made our event extra special. Highly recommend!

Where do I begin.. Le Cloud catering is just a well oiled culinary machine. The operation ...seemless. The Food... Tremendous. Fine dining Restaurant style and quality fare. I've had the pleasure of experiencing the craftsmanship from these caters 4 times in the last year or so for weddings and parties. It's right up there with style and service of Hudson yards aka Union square, PS catering ala Martha Stewart. This is just one of the best caters in the city right now. Chez Apa

I can't recommend Cloud Catering ENOUGH for any of your upcoming needs. I hired them for a corporate event I did 2 years ago, which got rave reviews from the pickiest CEO I have ever worked with, so when it came time to planning my wedding, I did not look at another single caterer. Not one. They were it, and I was going to make it work no matter what! The wedding was 6 weeks ago and I am STILL getting regular comments and recollections on the food and service. My husband is Filipino and I used to live in Latin America, so we had a vision of a LatAm-Filipino fusion theme. It was executed PERFECTLY, and the craziest part was - they learned how to cook Filipino food (fusion) for the event! I was blown away by that. My husband's family all approved, so you know it was good. My mom is the pickiest person and couldn't stop raving. It's the real deal, folks. The chefs 'get it' and are very passionate about what they do, and it shows in the food, the presentation and quality (all seasonal stuff). Now, onto the service. It was....5 star. They are true professionals, and it was just amazing to watch them carry the whole thing out. (e.g. placing plates down at the same time at any given table, taking care of guests, etc). That was just a huge plus- we weren't expecting that (we just love food!), but to see the seriousness they place on good service was unreal. Our personal bride and groom server, Jimmy, was incredible and he took care of us, anticipated our every need before we even knew we had one and was so kind and wonderful! My main points of contact, Robert and Rachael, were just a joy to work with. Both of them went above and beyond in every single sense of the word. Rachael helped me with some bride-y things (like fixing my makeup after I cried at the ceremony) that were way above the call of duty and I appreciated her help so much. I felt like they were an extension of the guests- it was so great to have them there.

My and I got married at 620 Loft and Garden. The culinary creativity at Cloud is second to none. It is no wonder why it's call Cloud. The food is literally made in heaven! The staff from wedding planning all the way to frontline service is top-notch. Throughout the process we worked closely with Will and Rachel. They were flexible and responsive to our requests. My guests were thoroughly impressed by the timely and synchronized cocktail/dinner service. From the moment the guests walked in to the end of service, the staff was incredibly professional and always had a smile on their face. We highly recommend their service if you want to create a unique experience for your guests.

Recently went to an event that used cloud catering and the food was extraordinary. The passed her d'oeuvres were intriguing and bursting with interesting flavors. I do not know if my host used their serving team, but the girls I spoke to were very kind and knowledgeable. Thank you cloud catering for a memorable evening!

Cloud Catering & Events! I am in love! They were amazing and I tend to be a type A person w/ events. They were easy to deal with, accommodating, knowledgeable, creative and PROFESSIONAL! Rachael and her entire team delivered an A+ event without even batting an eye. The food was hot and delicious and the service was fast. We had a corporate dinner on a warm night on the rooftop in Rock Center and Rachael and her team had the service popping getting our guests seated, served and on their way. We even had an RSVP who originally declined show up at the last minute. By the time she sat down, the server had the entree of her choice plated and ready to set. They are amazing. Trust me, you will never go wrong w/ Cloud!
