I had an amazing experience at Cloud Lounge! The atmosphere was perfect for a fun and relaxing night out. A special thank you to Hiba - she was incredibly kind, professional, and welcoming from the moment we arrived. She went above and beyond to give us the best place to sit and made sure we had a great time all night. I truly can't thank her enough for her outstanding service. Highly recommend Cloud Lounge, and if you get served by Hiba, you're in great hands!

The service was absolutely perfect. Our server, Amber, was fantastic — she was smiling, checked on us frequently, and made sure we were good the entire time. She really made the experience even better. The hookah was smooth and flavorful, and the BF pod was great as well. I went around mid-day, and the vibe was perfect. The Arabic music was playing and it wasn’t too loud — just right to enjoy the atmosphere while still being able to talk and even get some work done. It’s actually a great spot to bring your laptop. The space is roomy and comfortable, and the internet connection was strong and reliable. The art and décor on the roof and walls really stood out — beautifully done and added to the overall ambiance. Even the bathroom was fresh and clean, which definitely matters. Definitely one of the best lounge experiences I’ve had. Highly recommend!

Cloud Lounge is a gem! From the quality of the hookah to the flavorful dishes and outstanding customer service, everything here is on point. The staff takes care of you from the moment you walk in. I highly recommend this lounge to anyone looking for a great experience.

I always have a great experience at Cloud Lounge. The shisha is consistently smooth and high quality, and a lot of that is thanks to Safa. She really makes sure everything is done right and that guests are taken care of. The food is also amazing! The shawarma is flavorful and fresh, and the rice pudding is my favorite and honestly exceptional. What really keeps me coming back, though, is Safa’s hospitality. She goes out of her way to make sure I’m comfortable and even makes sure they have sugar-free soda stocked, which I really appreciate. That level of attention and care makes the whole experience feel very welcoming. Highly recommend if you want great shisha, great food, and service that makes you want to come back. I know it's the reason I do and have become a regular here.

I went to Cloud Lounge yesterday for their Iftar buffet and unfortunately it was a very disappointing experience. The buffet was extremely limited. There was basically only one main entrée and the rest were just small side dishes. For $29.99 per person, I expected much more variety and better options. The atmosphere did not feel family friendly at all. While we were dining, people were smoking hookah right next to our table. The smoke was constantly blowing into our faces and over the food, which made it very uncomfortable and honestly ruined the meal. It is hard to enjoy Iftar when you are breathing in smoke the entire time. The service was also not welcoming. The waiters were not friendly and came across as rude, which added to the negative experience. What really confused me was the bill. The buffet is advertised at $29.99 per person. We were two people and only had the buffet. We did not order water or any additional drinks or items. The total before tax should have been about $60, yet we were charged $77. Even accounting for taxes, that amount seems unusually high. There was no clear explanation of the charges and no receipt was provided, which felt unprofessional and concerning. Overall, I would not recommend this place for Iftar, especially if you are looking for a comfortable, family friendly, and transparent dining experience.
