Unfortunately, our experience at Cloud Lounge was disappointing. The service was extremely poor — we struggled to find a server throughout our visit, and no one checked in on our table. It felt like we were completely overlooked despite the lounge not being overly crowded.
To make matters worse, an automatic gratuity was added to our bill, even though we were only a small group of 3 or 4 people. We found this quite surprising, especially given the lack of service.
We had hoped for a relaxing and enjoyable time, but sadly, the service did not meet expectations.
