The staff is friendly, attentive, and really makes you feel welcome. The atmosphere is perfect for relaxing with friends. I just wish they offered a bit more variety on the food menu, but what they do have is solid. Definitely one of the top hookah spots in town!

We had sunch a great experience at Clound Lounge. The atmosphere was cozy and inviting. A special thanks to our server Razal who was incredible, friendly, attentive, and made sure we had everything we needed. Her recommendations were spot-on. She had such kind and genuine energy that really elevated the whole experience. Cloud Lounge is the spot. We will definitely be coming back!

I recently visited this well-maintained & clean hookah lounge with a relaxed vibe. The food was great, and the service was attentive but never intrusive. Everyone kept to themselves, creating a peaceful, hassle-free atmosphere. Perfect for a laid-back night out. I highly recommend it for single women who do not want to get bothered.

This was an extremely nice experience! Our server, Ghazal, was excellent - very polite and attentive. The deserts are delicious and the Turkish coffee is a must try! It’s an added bonus that this place is open until 4 am ❤️

Cloud Lounge is truly the best hookah bar around. It’s a popular place that always attracts a lot of people. I’m a regular customer, and I usually come with a group of friends. We’ve noticed that many customers arrive at the same time, so it’s important to be patient and understanding of the situation. There’s a system where everyone waits for their turn, and it’s not possible to seat everyone all at once. Some customers expect their orders in just a few minutes or want all the servers to focus on one table, which isn’t realistic. From my experience, the staff handles everything professionally and with great customer service, even when it’s busy. I became a regular here because it’s the best place to enjoy hookah and the staff treats everyone with respect and friendliness. This is just my honest opinion as a happy customer

Crazy! $14 for this?! They even don’t offer fries anymore! This place was my favorite but honestly it is horrible now especially at night they charge double! The food was not good and the service was terrible! Don’t even waste your money..
