Cloud Lounge is a gem! From the quality of the hookah to the flavorful dishes and outstanding customer service, everything here is on point. The staff takes care of you from the moment you walk in. I highly recommend this lounge to anyone looking for a great experience.

Great café! The atmosphere is cozy, the staff is friendly, and the drinks taste fresh. I really enjoyed my visit and would definitely come back again.

I honestly wanted to like Cloud Lounge because the place looks nice and the vibe is good, but the experience didn’t match the price. What started around 120 quickly turned into almost 180 after taxes, gratuity, and extra charges. I understand appreciation, but at some point it feels excessive. We asked for tea and were brought tea with milk without asking. The food taste was honestly weird for the price, and charging 6 dollars for a can of Coke is wild. We also tried the Nusret style steak and it had more Salt Bae pricing than Salt Bae flavor. Overall, nice ambiance and good for pictures, but the value just isn’t there. Check the menu carefully and be ready for the bill to grow faster than your appetite.

I don’t usually write reviews, but Faris at Cloud Lounge truly earned this one. From the moment I walked in, he delivered the kind of experience you remember — attentive without hovering, professional, welcoming, and genuinely invested in making sure everything was perfect. His knowledge, his energy, and the way he handled every detail made the entire experience feel elevated. Faris represents the best of what customer service should be: consistent, high-quality, and done with pride. When someone works like that, you can tell they care about both the customer and the brand. If you’re coming to Cloud Lounge, ask for Faris. He doesn’t just serve you — he enhances the experience. Cloud Lounge is lucky to have him. Highly recommend.

This place used to be good. It’s not worth a visit now. The menu has no food. There’s a shawarma wrap but they’re always out the last 2 times I have been here. There’s no other food. The hookah quality is shit. The service is terrible. We came in and waited 30 minutes just for a server to come. Then they disappeared and literally had to follow up two times on our missing tea. At the end, they had already added tip to the bill, not a service charge, we weren’t even a large party. DO NOT RECOMMEND. DO NOT RECOMMEND.

It always takes great service to take place for the opportunities that can take place. My favorite part of my visit to Cloud is Aymen. Aymen always brings great energy, hospitality and a sense of great service. Aymen listens and provides exceptional service and takes great care of me as a returning guest. I appreciate his service and he always makes me feel as I am part of the family and a special guest! Thank you, Aymen, I always feel at home when you are here!
