Nice club

Great parking space, friendly staff with great club feel. Live DJ playing the latest music with dimmed colorfiul lighting. Not too crowded, and you are able to relax with a nice cigar sold on site. There is a 20$ entry fee with security. You need to reserve ahead of time if you want to use the large seating area or private room. Would visit again.

I was searched and the bouncer felt my keys and then proceeded to strangle me by the throat and push me out the door!!! I was absolutely stunned; especially since I was fully cooperative! Why am I being searched at a fickle establishment in the first place? So these so called security guards, AHHAHAHAHA!, can put their steroid use to work! There was only one security guard saying, in the video I took, “leave this kid alone, he’s all good, what are y’all doing”? He proceeded to tell me, “I’m good”. Ha! Ya, lil buddy, I don’t need you telling me I’m good! I’m telling you that you run a really disappointing, violent, establishment and you ALL need to take a breath and relax! I am an extremely humble person; and all I wanted to do was grab a drink, but these guys are obviously incredibly insecure and have more than just simple “issues”! I highly recommend NOT going to the strong man contest, and go any place else! This place is a steaming, hot, smelly, testosterone overloaded mess!!!

Went here last night and amazed by the entire experience. Met the owner Eli and he was super accommodating. We had a large group without a reservation and he accepted us and seated us in a private area. Can not say enough about how good the atmosphere, music, vibes and customer service was at this place. I will definitely be back. I suggest making a reservation for sll group sizes as this place gets packed later in the night.

I expected this place to be like two guys smoke shop but it's more like a really small club where they just have tasteless hookah and cheap cigars at an inflated price. It's more aimed at the younger crowd who want an experience to try tobacco, overall very boring with an uncomfortable atmosphere

Hands down, THE BEST place to hangout for some amazing hookah and drinks! The bartender there is AMAZING!

Nice chill lounge the bartenders are always sweet and the set up of the club a lot of space not crowded . Also security it's great peace of mind. Angel security guard help me find my lost belongings

Great vibes and respectful staff ; cocktails are amazing hookahs are the best I've ever had. Definitely a must if you are in the area. I can't wait to go back

Really bad service. We had to ask them to adjust the coals and when when we were asked if we wanted new coals since one broke I said yes and no one came back to us for over 20 minutes. I finally told my husband to go pay so we could leave. Awful service and the hookah never smoked well. Not worth the price point and they have the audacity to charge a service fee.

We live in Merrimack and went there last night (Thursday) and it was closed. We were hoping to have a nice night out only to be disappointed to see all the lights off and the parking lot empty. Arrived about 8:00 PM. Can anyone tell me if they are still open?

Unfortunately I didn't get to enjoy this place as apparently they didn't have room for me and my friends. The place itself is very small so I understand it gets packed but I assumed we had arrived early enough for us to at least find a spot by the bar. We were told the tables were booked (understandable) but also there was no room for us to even stand by the bar and get some hookah. Disappointed doesn't even describe to believe how I felt since we had traveled far to come here with hopes of having a good night. There was clearly standing room at the bar so I didn't understand the gatekeeping that was going on. Definitely would not recommend, I'm sure there are other accommodating lounges in the area.

I went and celebrated my birthday at Cloud lounge, it was truly a very memorable experience. They gave me a birthday package for the alcohol and hookah which was very convenient for my group. The vibe and music were phenomenal, and the staff was very attentive. We will definitely be back.

Be prepared to spend a lot of money for very little. 20 for each drink (coors light) and 20% gratuity tacked on. Overpriced drinks. $20 cover

This place is on point, between the informative bar tenders to the fabulous specialty drinks they make. The hookahas are state of the art and the interior and atmosphere is fresh to death!! Thanks again, Elyas! (I hope I spelled that right) I will definitely be coming back!

Went there over the weekend on a date. I found the place online. Service was decent but the staff weren't very friendly. Drinks were a little watered down and the hookah was harsh and I had to ask them to change it. I probably won't be back.

Amazing drinks, hookah, but most importantly vibes! it's so nice to have a place like Cloud local so we do not have to drive to Boston for good music and drinks. Thank you for the great service for my cousins birthdays!! We will definitely be back!

Tried to call to confirm location, someone answered phone and then hung up. Drove there and it was closed....on a Saturday. Update your hours on either (well any) social media site....so People don't waste their time trying to come to your establishment.

I've visited this lounge on multiple occasions since the day they've opened and every experience has been nothing short of amazing. Great atmosphere with delicious, unique drinks, amazing service, good music and vibes. Every staff member is always so welcoming. They do fill up quickly on the weekends so definitely recommend reserving ahead of time.
