"This place is incredible for parents. The idea is that of a members' club, but for families. The kids take over the ground floor (with supervised activities, soft play, and a plant-based café to feed them), while the grown-ups have their own spa-restaurant-tearoom oasis upstairs. The top floor is the treatment sanctuary with acupuncture, colonics, a nutritionist, and cryotherapy chambers at the ready. Refreshingly, membership is completely nonexclusive. Anyone can join (for a yearly fee), and having children is not a prerequisite."

The best spa I’ve been to! I felt so welcomed the moment I arrived and was pampered the whole time. Kim was especially wonderful, the massage was perfect. They pay attention to every small detail to make you comfortable and relaxed. I could have stayed there all day! The location is stunning too. Highly recommend x

We had an incredible experience at Cloud Twelve. The service was fantastic and the spa set-up was great. Who knew such great facilities were hidden down that street! We had the hair spa treatment and the Mother Gaia pregnancy massage. Both treatments were exceptional! Would highly recommend a visit.

The massage was a present from my husband and he choose this place based on its great reviews. Sadly I was very disappointed with the service. The facilities look/ feel nice and the changing rooms/ showers etc. were great but for the price you would expect something way more lush. Whilst I was told someone would pick me up, there was no water or anything in the hallway, this is just for people apparently using the sauna area which made me feel secluded, after all you are in a Spa so something here would be nice. Now for the important part - the massage was like not having a massage at all and I walked out, like I walked in! The lady laughed at me whilst I asked her not to massage my head and did it anyways because she argued it was part of it so not only was my body completely covered in oil my hair was greasy too. Now the oil is fine but she just slapped that on without any pressure not giving any time to any areas whatsoever even tho I did ask her to focus on the shoulders since I was post pregnancy and breastfeeding. There was no communication like the mention of her name etc. which was odd or what was to be expected, generally very cold considering all you are is wrapped in a towel. Also there were very long silent type of pauses within the massage almost like she had other things to be doing…

The team were extremely friendly and professional. In particular, Marianne was very accommodating when I called to enquire about a recently expired (2 days) voucher and booked me in ASAP. Sabah conducted the massage which was fantastic. Very relaxing. 5/5 would recommend again.

Cloud Twelve kids club has been amazing for us since signing up our 1 year old son. He absolutely loves it and the staff are brilliant with him, particularly Ira and Gabriel. The facilities are fantastic, clean and organised and there’s so much to do there. We love it!

I recently had an acupuncture session with Makiko, and it was a truly wonderful experience from start to finish. From the moment I walked in, the reception staff were warm, welcoming, and professional, creating a calming and comfortable atmosphere that immediately put me at ease. The session itself was incredibly relaxing, and I could feel a noticeable release of tension both during and after the treatment. Makiko’s skill and gentle technique were evident throughout, and I left feeling more balanced, grounded, and refreshed. I highly recommend Makiko to anyone seeking effective and compassionate acupuncture care. Her professionalism, knowledge, and genuine care for her clients make her stand out.

I had my first curly hair cut by Dora! She was absolutely amazing, I was extremely nervous about getting my first one but Dora completely filled me with ease, she understood how my hair fitted me and knew exactly what to do. She also educated me on how to work with my hair the whole appointment and I couldn’t be happier with my results! Will 1000% be going back 🤍

I had my Head Spa appointment last weekend and whilst I found the treatment itself hugely relaxing and beneficial to my overall scalp health, there were a couple of disappointing factors. They took me to the changing room, told me where to put my things and then told me to wait outside. I didn’t really know where to go once ready so sat on a little bench outside my treatment room waiting to go in, whilst hearing the therapists start there day and frantically try and set up their rooms and gossip with each other. Not a relaxing start. I thought the treatment room itself to be quite dirty, with the filter they use for the treatment to have an odd brown discolouring around it which appeared to me that it needed to be changed. The lady who did my treatment was great however I did feel she talked a bit too much at the start asking about my job and other information when really I just wanted to switch off and relax. But the most dissapointing factor is the price. I found £250 very steep for what I got, and not only that but to find out you need to pay extra to use the facilities like the sauna after already spending a large sum for the treatment itself left a sour taste in my mouth. I choose an early appointment in order to go there and use all facilities for a couple of hours and was really looking forward to it, but the fact I couldn’t do that and had to pay extra was not right in my opinion. Would I go again, probably not as the above did somewhat taint my experience.
