The nicer the website, the more horrible the customer service. When I called to ask about their services, Emily responded to my initial inquiry and later refused to book me for a 15-minute Zoom meeting with their team, where they were supposed to explain their services in detail. She refused because I told her that I was the investor in the restaurant and that if I liked what they were offering, I would bring my restaurant partner to tour the facility. However, she hung up on me, and when I called back, baffled that she had hung up on me, she accused me of using foul language. In reality, I was merely explaining to her that the decision to choose their place was mine, not my partner's. Nevertheless, she hung up on me again.
I could hear her dog barking in the background, and given her very fragile attitude, I'm questioning whether hiring employees like her is good for any business. She could have left her ego aside and not caused the business to lose a potential customer, especially when I called her back after she hung up on me.
