Overall, the flavors are well-balanced. Unlike L'ATELIER de Joël Robuchon, which focuses on surprising and wowing you with unexpected tastes or textures, Clover offers a warm and steady culinary journey — smooth, comforting, and fulfilling. From many of the dishes, I could sense that the chef is likely a cheese lover.
The staff were all perfectly friendly and attentive. We celebrated my wife’s birthday here today, and it was a truly wonderful experience. The lobster was probably our favorite, but honestly, every dish was excellent.
We’ll definitely be back. Next time, I might try ordering dishes with less cheese — but that’s purely a personal preference.
