Cloverdale Business Park

Literally giving this random office park at the crux of the 99 and SR518 Five Stars because Little Jaye South is located here, one of the best bakery cafes in the city!

Never finished the move, 800 for 3 guys a truck. Was quoted 3 hours at 99 for 2 guys. It took 3 guys 6 hours and they never even finished the move. Just left and never came back. All the things were left downstairs, so packed we couldn't walk in. When I tried calling them they had blocked my number. I tried calling the owner, he answered once and now will not call me back. I now have to hire more movers to get the rest of the move done, in addition they left a mattress from another move so I have to throw it away. Very disappointed and sad. The guy didn't have a chip reader so I had to pay cash. They wouldn't do the load till I paid. Drove away without giving me a receipt. Really bad bussiness.

If you're looking for a business park well this one is very business and very park. There's a local coffee place that's good and a lunch/deli that's inoffensive

I've only come to 2 business in this park, but the parking is easy and it is convenient to the highway.

Great tenants. Great owners. There's Tin Dog Brewery if you are thirsty!

Many small businesses operate here, including Phil's Bindery, where I get our book binding done.

Great little business park! Cool bistro too!
