Club Bounce

Haven't had any food here.. the drinks are pretty basic. The bartenders dont know how to make Adiós, LA water, or green tea shooters, which are pretty basic at the bars in San Diego. The atmosphere is phenomenal, and the DJ is great. Overall, the experience is worth the night out.. Just don't expect much from the bar, is all. Don't know that they serve food so couldn't give it stars for that.

PLEASE CIRCULATE AIR CONDITIONING I love that this club has been around for 20yrs plus. I literally just started going and this past Friday was my second time. I love that they do themes, makes me excited to get dressed. Music: jamming but plays the song too long, mostly 00s music which i l9ve. Dancing: YES, ppl actually dance and I love it, I sweat it out each time!!! Drinks: bar stays full but was able to get a drink, not strong enough for me but a few b4 I go and I'm good. Photo: I absolutely love they take pictures and post them to website Crowd: there are plenty guys and gals, dressed up looking nice, most friendly.. I'll be honest, most of the guys go around seeing who they can take home but that's any club! I've heard negative things about ppl going because they feel it's easy to sleep with women there BUT babbbbby I wish I came sooner, they are a good time!!!

Just relaunched in 2022 @ On the Rocks Bar & Grill in LB. Cover is $20, ridiculous considering how crowded & ghetto it is. I left after 20 mins. Go somewhere else.

Club Bounce is all the way back, just like the OG days! IT'S A VIBE ALL THE TIME! I'm so glad they are open two days a week now, you KNOW I'm there the first Friday and third Saturday of the month ;)

It's an okay establishment needs to update the music a little more and better made drinks at the Price they make you pay I had an OKAY TIME

**Two Stars: Meh. I've experienced better. This is my exact thought, and will detail below: I have only been to this new location once, and visited the PCH location a couple times previously with just an OK experience as well. First of all, I am disappointed that it's only open on Friday nights. I usually prefer to go out on Saturday nights, but I can make an exception every once in a great while. I went last Friday with a couple friends, and had an OK time. The music was good, but we arrived around 12 and the dance floor was still pretty empty. I'd say maybe within the next 45 minutes it started to fill up. Maybe it just takes longer for the alcohol to set into big girls (I'm big too, don't hate), or everyone at this club has a high tolerance. The drinks were OK, not too strong, but they were cheap and got me buzzed enough to start dancing. I want to say, the bartenders were making the Adioses wrong? I didn't see the typical 5 bottles being poured into the one glass. But again, for $5 I can't complain. Anyways, I enjoyed dancing a little while, and, as it typical, my heels came off since my feet hurt. It was a buzzkill having a security guard come over and tell me to put my shoes back on or get off the dance floor. I thought I came here to have a good time? Thanks! Aside from this, there were two dance floors, one in front playing more recent hits, and the one in back, playing some old school, I think. I'm not that old so I can't tell. This club seems to be afflicted with the same few men who are always single and always ogling every woman in the club. I can accept that male eyes like to wander, but pleeeease! stop being so creepy! Finally, just a personal peeve, but everytime I go, it's like the photographer makes it a point to take a picture of everyone *around* me, but not actually me. It's not like there is a shortage of photos, I see them on flickr. I'm not ugly, but do I really need to feel like I am? Whatevs, it seems I'm more appreciated at a regular club versus this "specialty" club. After all this, I could see going back, maybe, but I will stick to Pasadena or Orange County for my clubbing needs.

Lisa Marie is a terrible person! I went last night and was treated like crap by the staff aftsr spending an hour here. The girls are rude and only here for 1 type of ETHNICITY. After being treated like crap by ten girls my friend and I decided to ask for our money back and leave. They charge a cover charge even though there is no mention on the web site. We were refused any refund and instead the staff were very rude and mocked us. Lisa Marie then came out to talk to us. Instead of talking to us she laughed in our face and insulted us. By the way Lisa Marie is the owner of the event. So pretty much what I am saying is the owner herself is a very rude person. DO NOT WATE YOUR TIME OR MONEY!

FYI people I was attacked a few weeks ago at Club Bounce. It all started over not flushing the toilet. On my way out of the club a few black females were waiting on me at the entrance of the club. The security guards have no training or idea how to handle the situation. The owner definitely needs to hire restroom personnel to keep up with that stinky fishy dirty smelly restroom. Oh, let me not leave out the music is all bad and the bartenders over charge you or give you the wrong change. If this is not your usual type of club be careful with the females they're over protected.

I used to go a lot back in the days when Club Bounce was in LBC and when cher was part of the team. After she left, it's been nothing but shameless. Don't know where the morals of some girls that come here are because some girls just have no shame in showing their body parts as if this club was a strip club. DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE AT ALL!! It's a shame, I think I will go to Butterfly Lounge from now on.

Their grand re opening was this past Friday. The the only thing complaint wise was the DJ. I felt he wasn't mixing up the songs and pretty much playing out entire songs.. some of them more than once. I had a better play list on my phone. Oh and they may need to beef up security.. since there was a fight inside the place.

i had gone to the original location in long beach which was awesome me and my friends would have so much fun there it was great. once they moved to thIs location i was not to excited until my friend took me for my birthday which was a big mistake ever we went on Oct 15, 2011 it all looked ok until they said that the main dance floor would up till 10 because there was a comedy show, we ended up leaving at 11.45 because there was still no dance floor no where to sit well we had to wait. it was so not organized it was the worst time at bounce. big mistake moving to Alhambra.... there will be no better bounce like the one there once was in the lbc with dj dime

I don't understand all the bad reviews. from the new location and the past. I like this place. I like larger ladies and meeting new people. I like the music. maybe im just ghetto. The girls are always friendly. They don't play top 40s which i like. they play R&B and old classics mixed in with newer stuff. Not south or pop. I like that and dancing. the girls aren't all stuck up. So i have a good time. The ratio from girls to guys is probably 5 to 1. So if you are even a shy guy you will still definitely have a chance to find a girl to hang out with for a few. They might come to you. I have been to the old location a few times and think it is better it just seems much bigger in LBC. But i like the open air of the second room to catch your breathe from all the dancing. I kinda laughed at the taco stand in the club. I started being reminded of TJ. But it is definitely a fun place to go and have fun. I wish there was one in SD. I would be there all the time.

Totally digging the new place, keep up the great work that Club Bounce does!!!!
