Club Seltzer

Used to be better when they at least gave you enough flavor. Now they skimp out in the flavor. Its bad enough they use medium bottles of seltzer that get flat after a while. Which means unless they open a fresh bottle, your drink will be partially flat at first sip. The last 3 drinks I ordered, only 1 had flavor. I watched them remake the other one and noticed they only gave me 1 pump of flavor and 1 topping despite 4 ingredients being listed. Which explains the lack of flavor. Notice how transparent my drink is in the photo. yes thats how flavorless my drink is. And yes this is the one they remade so it would taste better. Smh.

It’s amazing to have a non-alcoholic option in the mall. The drinks are refreshing - well balanced and not overly sweet. Pricing is reasonable, much less than a bougie cocktail would cost in DT Bellevue.

Absolutely gorgeous layout. I tried the tropical sunrise, and it was one of the most refreshing drinks I've had. Bright, flavorful, the sparkling water complimented the fruit infusions. You will definitely get your bang for your buck. Highly recommend.

I’ve only gotten around to trying the Banana Havana selzter, it was okay. It left a bitter taste in my mouth. Just a weird after taste, but it was still flavorful. Not sure how I feel about the pricing, but the location is nice. It can just get busy!

Went to the food hall looking for lunch on Saturday. We walked around to see the options and saw this place's drink signs and decided to give it a try. We ordered the Tropical Sunrise and wow it was really tasty. It had strong fruity flavor and was very refreshing. Will be coming back to try more flavors! Tip: You can order a combo at the pizza place (Kobe) right next to it for a slice + seltzer at $10

The person who made the drinks was having a bad day. Couldn't smile, speak and acted like she hated her job. Saturday about 1pm. Not gonna buy anything from someone with a hateful attitude. Drink was good though.

Well worth exploring their whole menu. Light, bright, and refreshing. Literally drank mine so quickly that I forgot to take a photo! 😆 I will definitely be coming back, and can't recommend them enough. Quite a hidden gem (on the 2nd floor of Lincoln Square South).

Lovely little bar area in the food hall. Seltzers are basically non-alcoholic craft cocktails (fun drinks) and the one I had was very tasty!

I happened upon Club Seltzer after dining at Duke's in Lincoln Square South. They occupy the middle spot in the half of the Food Hall that recently reopened (adjacent to Nordstrom Rack). The bright lights and clean polished surfaces of the booth caught my attention. The $6 price for all drinks on the menu KEPT my attention! I can't hardly find a bubble tea or a Starbucks drink for $6 these days. Their sparkling beverages with fruit purees, dry and fresh fruits, are entirely enticing. I chatted with the gentleman there, who was super nice. We chose: Tropical sunrise with pineapple, blood orange, and guava And Strawberry Oasis with strawberry, guava, and dragon fruit Both drinks were DELICIOUS. I love having this no caffeine, no alcohol beverage option in Lincoln Square South. Did I mention only $6 each? Thumbs up! Side note: I went shortly after the windstorm and the extended power outages that caused damages, including their company's building. My photo of the beverages lacked the usual fruit garnishes because of that. I was still very happy with them.

This fizzy drink station is located in the food court at Lincoln Square. Looks alot like a bar they placed in the middle of the food court as they have bar seating that spans the front. The menu shows off many colorful fruit flavored carbonated beverages all of which sound delicious. Sometimes its really good and addicting. Other times ive been, ive gotten a few drinks that were flat and very bland flavor as if they skipped adding some of the listed flavors. I dont fully understand why. The concept is simple, they use soda and add a scoop of fruit pulp, a pump or so of syrup, and a sprinkle of dried fruit bits. I could be wrong, but I feel like i noticed they use large bottle of the carbonated drink to pour many drinks, but they go flat over time. Which means some people will get flat drinks. On my last visit i ordered several drinks. One was bland and flat.I tried to get them to remake my flat drink, but they warned me it would still be flat. I insisted as my other drinks we had taste better having more carbonated spark and sweet juicy flavors. They remade it using the same bottle of soda and it was just as flat and bland the second time so I just tossed the drink and sipped on my families drinks that tasted amazing. Idk if i would recommend this location as it seems to be so hit or miss. Maybe just make sure they use fresh soda and also that they give you all the mentioned flavors. Hey, maybe on my last visit they just ran out of flavor and fresh soda and didnt want to tell me. When they make it right, its absolutely worth a try.

Club Seltzer proves that you don't need alcohol in order to concoct a delicious drink. Their refreshments are flavored with real fruit and don't include any added sugar, making them a healthy alternative to sodas, with much more pizazz than just a can of sparkling water. Nine enticing creations make up their menu, all of them being fruity and vibrant in color. Ordering is very simple on the kiosk as you just select your drink and also choose an Adaptogen, which is their version of a health "boost". A few of the Adaptogens are free of cost (I selected the immunity one), but other more premium options will cost a dollar or two extra. According to the staff member, most of the Adaptogens are flavorless. All drinks are $7 each and only come in one size. I've visited on two different occasions and both times, my seltzer was ready in just a couple minutes. + PINEAPPLE BREEZE: A refreshing combination of pineapple purée, passion fruit purée, freeze-dried passion fruit and a thin slice of dried pineapple. Both fruity flavors were balanced; I could taste the bright pineapple and the juicy tropical passion fruit. The seltzer was crisp and perfect to enjoy in the Seattle sun. The freeze-dried passion fruit dissolved over time, strengthening the intensity of its flavor with each sip. + RUBY REFRESHER: This drink included cherry purée in addition to lychee. The menu stated that it also includes coconut, but the employee who helped us said that they have never added coconut to the drink, so I'd suggest that they update the description. Additionally, she said that they were out of the actual lychee fruit which would have otherwise been placed on top, so she substituted with some freeze-dried strawberries. This said, the drink strayed from what was displayed on the menu, but it was still good. The cherry flavor tasted very natural and the lychee flavoring brought a juicy sweetness. With this being located within the Lincoln Food Hall, these seltzers are somewhat of a splurge, but are the perfect addition to round out any meal.

They were out of yuzu entirely which is a bummer (it was 2pm on a sabut I appreciate the fact that there are multiple options for drinks and they all cost the same amount. I ordered the ruby refresher and it was super tasty. I liked all the flavors and found they complimented each other well. However, they forgot the coconut jelly. Cool and fun concept, definitely a nice addition to the food hall/area.

I recently had lunch at the Food Hall and decided to try Club Seltzer to go with my food. The staff recommended the Banana Havana, and I really enjoyed how refreshing it was without being overly sweet. They use natural ingredients, and the carbonation really complemented my meal. I also appreciated the variety of healthy boosters available, so I added an energy booster that I liked and looking forward to trying the others. They use dried fruit to infuse the flavors which I ate as a nice bonus treat at the end. The price point is fantastic for the quality of ingredients they offer. It's a guilt-free beverage, and I'm looking forward to coming back and letting our kids try it!

Quick self service ordering on a tablet. Choose your drink and someone pops over and makes it within a few minutes. I ordered the strawberry oasis and it was really good! It's a nice little book in the food court and an especially great option for those who like a refreshing drink without wanting traditional soda or alcohol.

Club Seltzer is a fantastic addition to the food hall, offering a refreshing and health-conscious drink option. I love how it combines bold, vibrant flavors without any added sugars, making it a guilt-free choice. As a mom, I especially appreciate that I can share these drinks with my daughters and know they're enjoying something both fun and wholesome. We enjoyed our drinks while having a meal at KODE Pizza, and the flavors paired perfectly. The customer service was excellent, and the lively ambiance of the food hall made the experience even better. Club Seltzer is the perfect drink to enjoy with any meal and makes the whole food hall experience even better--a must-try when you're here!

What a cool idea and concept!!! I appreciate more non alcoholic drink options - this is an area of the market I feel is under served and seeing this cool new concept is exactly what I feel brands should be doing to attract customers who like classy drinks but don't want to get drunk at 2pm!

Fun, neat, and tasty experience! Definitely unique. Not a big drinker myself, so I enjoyed grabbing one of these fun drinks without having to worry about a headache later on... glad my wife and I stopped by. Little pricey, but we felt it was worth it.

The drinks were delicious and made us feel healthy, lol. They weren't too sweet but they were still very refreshing and unique! The vibe is super casual, and the seating is bar style. It's in a food court so it's not intimidating at all. The service was awesome, Damon was super cool and easy to order with and talk to!

Great service and overall experience. Nice that they had a lot of options for sugar free, non alc. and alc. Love the fun presentation of the drinks too
