"Cluckin’ Bun is Inglewood’s one-stop-shop for hot chicken and more. The place works a more pedestrian menu of tenders and slider-sized sandwiches, while also offering hot shrimp. loaded fries, and more. And yes, Flamin’ Hot Cheetos dust is often involved." - Farley Elliott

Their chicken sandwiches are so good. The combination of the soft bread, fresh chicken, spicy sauce, and cole slaw are delicious! They've done it right here. And don't forget to get the fries with the sauce on the side. I get the hot and my husband gets the medium. If you can handle a little heat, I'd recommend the hot but both have spice. Highly recommend!

I came in on a Saturday afternoon for the first time to try it out. There was one table outside with patrons and one other person waiting for their order outside. The staff was super helpful explaining to us the options. We settled on the two full sandwich and fries combos. I went with the hot and my wife got the medium. I like spice and the hot was hot but definitely doable. Next time I'll have the extra hot. My wife got the medium and to me the medium had almost no spice. We opted for the cheese fries and they were delicious. The full sandwiches are a good portion, however, it can be a little messy to eat. That didn't stop me from enjoying the sandwich, though. My wife and I both enjoyed our meals and next time plan on enjoying some beverages at Three Weavers next door and grabbing lunch at Cluckin Bun.

Google
Cluckin Bun was super delicious and super flavorful. The chicken and the sauces were perfectly spiced and the fries were phenomenal. There is even Three Weaver's brewery right across the street, should you want some beer to go with your chicken ;) I will definitely be back and I might even be courageous enough to try the highest spice level.

Great sandwiches! Get the two-sandwich combo. Haven't tried the mac 'n cheese yet, but will do that next. Fries are as good as expected and the sandwiches are better than Popeye's or any other fast food option. Don't settle for a fast food Chicken Sandwich when you can have a real sandwich with local flavor! I'll be back!

This is my first time trying this place and going to have to give some more things off their menu a try. Service was good and the wait time wasn't bad little less then 10 min wait. I order the little clucker with a side of Mac and cheese. It does feel a little over price for being the cheapest meat on the market. To start the chicken sandwich was good, not great, not bad but good. The chicken was nice a tender. The bread was toasted nicely but with also had a soft touch to it. The sauce on the chicken sandwich was a medium but I did ask for hot on the side, which I found that the hot had more flavor then the medium with just the right amount of kick to it. Didn't order the cole slaw on the sandwich but I don't think any one can mess that haha. Sandwich rating a solid 3.5. Now the fries were really good, a nice crisp on the outside with softness on the inside. The seasoning they put on the fries really give them a nice flavor. Fries a solid 4.5 I know I didn't finishthem but was already to full. Finally the mac and cheese. I'd say it is really hard to find a place that makes Mac and cheese good for you to return back and order more, but for a place having not many items on the menu it should try and make the Mac and cheese alot more better. It was really dry really felt like it was made days ago and just kept warming it up. The hot cheetos crumbs didn't help with the it being dry either. More cheese, more flavor, more love to say the least. Mac and cheese rating 1 star. Overall a solid 3 stars.

Very good Flavor, they come together very well, we need a spot like this in south Florida..... If and when I'm back I'll be dining here again...

Google
Super delicious Nashville hot 🥵 chicken 🐔 and the bun is light and flaky! Chicken was tender, tons of fries 🍟 too

Connex Jasso

Google
Honestly it’s not worth coming here anymore 17 bucks for 3 measly tenders with no sauce. It’s not as good as the reviews say it is. Your better of going to Dave’s hot chicken. Its over priced for no reason.

Brooke M.

Yelp
This is a great chicken spot! The inside has fun wall art and it's a great vibe. The man at the front was very nice and helpful, he even offered us samples of the different sauce heat levels. My husband loves hot/spicy food and he really enjoyed his sandwiches. The fries are crinkle-cut and seasoned! Yum! I ordered the macaroni and cheese, and I love cheese but it was almost too cheesy for me it's so rich I could only eat a few bites. Just a heads up- the no heat tenders still have a little kick to them.

Nani S.

Yelp
It seems like the hot fried chicken rave has lured the nation into a trance. This brings me to the Cluckin Bun. In my opinion, it was overly priced and a sub-mediocre version to the other hot fried chicken options that are available in Los Angeles. The portions are small and the prices are big. Things don't add up. Taste-wise, it's "meh" to say the least and the "hot" heat is slathered on unnecessarily for the sake of the dishes. That being said, I definitely do have a high bar for chicken joints. Again, with such stiff competition in greater Los Angeles area, Cluckin Bun misses the mark entirely. All that aside, if you have a craving for hot chicken, it may get the job done. Take it as you may.

Yelp
Some of the best Nashville hot chicken in town. Recently visited here and was blown away by the service and the food! Everything was made fresh to order and boy does it KICK! The decor is cute, the food is great, prices are good for what you get, definitely a must check out if you are in the mood for hot chicken!

Chrystina B.

Yelp
LOVED THE DECOR, AND THE CHURROS!!!! ALTHOUGH THE SERVICE AND FOOD WAS A MISS. Ahhhh, I'll say it time and time again. It's really the good service over everything for ME. My boyfriend and I were in the area, and I made him take me to have some fried chicken, somewhere-- anywhere, and yelp lead me here. Let's get into it! Food: 2/5 Ahhhh. I love me some fried chicken, but the sandwich was a total let down. It was a very big bun, and literally the smallest piece of chicken. I'm not a big eater myself, my tank gets full extremely fast (my family literally gets so annoyed because I order kids plates 99% of the time) so it's very crazy for someone like myself to complain about the size. . But it was really that small! The slaw was okay, and the sauce they used was...ah, super excessive. It maybe..okay, definitely overly soaked the sandwich. It made the bread extremely soggy and just not good at all. When I took a bite of the sandwich, it was all bread and sauces. I wouldn't order it again. I also saw on the menu, my favorite- CHURROS! Stuffed churros are a part of my DNA, and here they were actually delicious! The cremes in the middle was so good! Price: 2/5 The chicken sandwich wasn't worth $7.00 in my honest to god opinion. My boyfriend spent $15.00 on my 1 sandwich, and 2 cut up churros. 1 Churro of caramel, and 1 churro of Bulgarian creme. @ $3.00 a stuffed churro. Were the churros worth it? TOTALLY. We came in my boyfriends jeep with the top off, and I literally cannot think of a better way to enjoy a Sunday, other than riding around eating churros in sunny LA. Customer service: 0/5 Ah. The worst of this trip- the service. When I got there, the first girl didn't seem too happy, but she definitely wasn't mean. I figured hey, maybe she was shy? Bothered? There wasn't anyone else in the restaurant, it wasn't busy, but maybe there was phone orders? I don't know, but I let it go. What was so funny, Is I didn't realize she was the nicer one of the two. Another woman came out from the back just staring at my boyfriend and I. Not a friendly stare, a mean one. My boyfriend literally commented on telling her something, whereas I am the type to just ignore. (I understand everyone has bad days at work) a few mins pass by, and woman #2 walks up, and just looks at us- doesn't say a single word, and gives us the food. I asked her politely if everything was in the bag, she gave me the look of death and said "MHM!" I couldn't help but laugh. Like DANGGG! No "thank you, please come back to see us again" or "Have a nice day!" No being nice, no nothing, and why? Sheesh. As I walked out, my boyfriend looked back to see her talking crap about my outfit and my bottom. To be fair, I did have on a bright yoga set, but what does my clothes have to do with a person not being nice in a restaurant we are spending money at? So weird. All in all, I will not come back. I truly didn't enjoy the food, or the attitude. I liked the decor, really enjoyed the churros, but this will be a one time stop for us. On Sunday, we like to relax, have good food, and enjoy spending our money at new places. However, this time it didn't go as planned and that's okay, too! I do think if y'all are in the area, definitely try it on out and tell me what you experience! *Tip* Maybe go for the chicken wings vs the sandwich!

Jay C.

Yelp
Was very very excited to try out this place seeing the glowing reviews. This review is for their 6 piece buffalo wings takeout. The service was pretty quick and friendly. The wings were plenty, which was a nice surprise. However, each wing was on the smaller side. Although drenched in a yummy buffalo sauce, there was absolutely no crunch to the wings. The wings weren't fatty or juicy enough for a bite to be satisfying. They were little skinny wings that tasted pretty dry. Maybe their Mac n cheese and other dishes were better!

Jennifer G.

Yelp
Not gonna lie, I chose to eat here because of the name. The paintings on the wall were an added bonus. Get yourself a Mother Clucker, maybe splurge on a side of Mac and cheese with the perfect dusting of hot Cheetos, and enjoy!

Rushie B.

Yelp
I was looking for Nashville hot chicken style place close to my Location and this place came up. The reviews and stars were good so thought I would give it a try. I originally wanted the sandwich but went for the wings because the cashier said that's her favorite thing and my daughter got a sandwich. The prices are very reasonable for the 1 chicken sandwich and the food looked good. Wings (medium): 3/5 I've had way better Sandwich: 4/ 5 rated by my daughter a really picky eater Lesson learned: I will try the sandwich next time Customer service: the cashier was very nice It was only the cook and the cashier working that night but the handle the busy night well. My rate is base off customer service and the sandwich rating

Yelp
WOW!! cluckin bun has absolutely nailed the fried chicken craze!! this is not your ordinary nashville-fried chicken joint though - cluckin bun breads all of their fried chicken in HOT CHEETOS!!!! yup, you heard right - hot cheetos!!!! the fried chicken is HOT but so amazingly delicious that you can't stop eating it, even if your mouth is on fire (like mine was). i can't really handle spice, but i could not put down this hole and fiery delicious fried chicken!!! the flavor was so unique and just extraordinary. the whole restaurant concept - everything from the menu to the decor - was super cute and creative!! i ordered the "little clucker" combo, which is one fried chicken sandwich with fries and a 32 ounce drink!! all for such an amazing price!! the chicken sure was HOT, but the coleslaw and brioche hotdug bun balanced it out well for me!! i don't even like coleslaw but the flavors of this sandwich went together so well! the "tender clucker" combo came with 4 large hot tenders, fries, and a 32 ounce drink as well!! i recommend something sweet, like the refreshing fruit punch, to cool down your mouth after some spicy hot chicken!! the white chicken tender meat is such great quality chicken, and is so extremely tender!! you may choose your spice level, and the hot cheeto breading is insane with the super tender quality meat!! these are not your average chicken tenders, the meat is so much better and the breading has such a great kick to it from the hot cheetos!! now onto the showstopper: the OREO CHURROS!! these are a MUST HAVE!!! i cannot recommend getting these enough, they are the perfect dessert to tie together a wonderful, hearty fried meal - a meal that is SO worth it!! the oreo churros are to die for, the marshmallow creme on the inside is so sweet and fluffy, such a mouthwatering dessert!! you have GOT to check out this hidden gem in inglewood, you won't wanna miss out on this hot fried chicken joint!!

Derrick B.

Yelp
This place is a must try. I got a hot chicken cluckin sandwich with cheese fries, I also got a churro. I have to say everything that I ordered was delicious. The chicken was crispy, hot, juicy, fresh, and had a nice spice. The fries were super fresh, seasoned well, and they cheese was just the cherry topper on the fries. The churros were also fresh, crunchy, and extremely tasty. All of my food was super fresh and it was greatly appreciated. I definitely recommend anyone who likes spicy chicken sandwiches to give this place a go!

Hamlet O.

Yelp
Another hot chicken spot I highly recommend. Very clean place, fast services, and good chicken. Tried the 12 wings well done cluckin level. Good crispy wings, very good flavor on the sauce dipped in. Mac & cheese with hot Cheetos drizzled was good Tried a sandwich with the cluckin + level WOW SPICYYYYYY VERY SPICYYY.

Kwok S.

Yelp
I guess, I'm a little spoiled by comparing this to Hawling Ray's. Look I love heat and I go for Chong chicken, I'm chasing that heat. Most times, I get the most spiciest level possible. I got their clucking Hot, which is the spiciest on the menu. Yes to a normal person, this is spicy, but I compare it to the mild at Hawling Ray's. For sure the Mac and cheese was the true winner. The chicken tenders were firm, but not as juicy as I would like, and can out almost at room temperature. The gimmicky hot dog bun sandwich was not my favorite. The slaw, sauce, and the tender all broke apart as you eat it. I say no sauce is the way to go if you want to try the sandwich.

Shawn S.

Yelp
Was in the area at the big box stores and started looking for food on way home. The weird name draws your attention, well done. The mural makes you smirk uncomfortably, but you for sure take a picture and send it to your friends. The menu is a bit hard to read but once you've had it once you'll know what to order every-time, henceforth. EAT THIS with a nice Sativa hybrid and ENJOY. Great lunch spot for something different.

Nicolas J.

Yelp
Chicken sandwich and Oreo churro here are the must haves. Was torn between this spot and one other but got sold on the churro. They have Mac & cheese only complaint was I asked for it without the hot stuff on top of the Mac and they missed the mark in that regard. Still not a bad place to try just one note that can be improved if a request is made please note it Was still edible but the Mac as just Mac was what I wanted. The Oreo churro though was so good y'all still get a 5 star

Toshi I.

Yelp
WT Cluck?! This was one amazing Fried Chicken Sammie! I ordered the Mother Clucker. The guy at the counter was super cool and explained the spices levels. My spice level is usually very hot but I cautiously and conservatively opted forjust hot. And yes it was fire enough even for me. Pleasantly surprised that these are Cheetos crusted chicken. So yummy and crisp. I heart Cheetos as my cheat food, so this was especially tasty. Its in a hot dog bun which is the perfect size. The sweet pickle just gives it the extra kick and contrast in flavor. Located in a quiet mini strip mall with a few tables outside. Will def be back.

Paul T.

Yelp
Was going to the Chargers game today so I searched for a chicken place in Inglewood near the stadium. Found this place and decided to try it out. Ordered a chicken tender combo with mac and cheese and a 32 ounce drink. Ordered medium spice and it was good since the spice didn't overpower your sense of taste. It was 4 pieces of chicken and I couldn't finish the last piece. Side of mac and cheese was pretty big, too. A+

Carolyn M.

Yelp
Cluckin hot chicken is the bomb - good flavor and super fresh! Mac n cheese with some Cheeto dust man that was the bomb!!! Jr sandwich such good with the pickles and cole slaw!! Don't skip that it adds to the flavor!! I got mild cause didn't want it too hot and it was amazing!! Yummy!! Little gem but man it's worth it!'

Elizabeth S.

Yelp
Fried hot chicken sandos are all the rage right now, so sometimes it's hard to differentiate them, but Cluckin Bun is definitely worth a try! The fried chicken is cooked perfectly, comes out steaming hot, and is seasoned well: spicy, but you're still able to enjoy the flavor. I selected the "hot" option for heat level, which is in the middle. You can choose either a hamburger or hot dog style. Hot dog style comes with one large tender. The sandos are topped with just the right amount of creamy/spicy hot sauces and a sprinkling of hot cheeto dust. The Mother Cluckin combo is an excellent choice if going there with someone else. It comes with two chicken tender sandos and fries. Each sando is quite large, no matter which combo you order. I'd say this place is up there as a favorite for hot chicken sandos!

Yvonne W.

Yelp
Ooooh boy I was in for a treat. I used the Yelp check in offer for me and my husband and it was plenty for the both of us - two chicken sandwiches and a ton of fries! We weren't sure how much fries it was gonna come with so we ordered a side of Mac and cheese too, which ended up being too much for us. Taste-wise it was actually my first experience w Nashville hot chicken so it was quite memorable! Unfortunately I don't have anything to compare it to so I guess for now, Cluckin Bun is setting the standard. It's hot, it's spicy, a bit vinegar-y (I'm guessing from the hot cheetos). I usually get overwhelmed by the spiciness of hot Cheetos but I think the slaw helped balance it out a lot.

Shelley P.

Yelp
The service here alone was amazing! Even though it's a fast casual place, since I came with a group that sat outside the worker brought over our food and drinks and checked in on us partway through the meal. They also gave us free Oreo churros which were much appreciated. The sandwich is like a cross between fried chicken sandwich and hotdog because it's so.. longitudinal. The chicken was good and interesting because it's Hot Cheeto-crusted, but medium isn't spicy (especially with the sauce) so if you like a kick, definitely go for a higher level. Fries were solid.

Sherrell C.

Yelp
Great prices! Good good. Frequent customer when I'm in town. Also the staff is very nice!

Amanda Y.

Yelp
The place was nice and the food was ok . I got the jr cluck sandwich with macaroni w/o the Cheeto flakes. Chicken had a lot of seasoning and the Mac was little dry .. could have used something to make it creamier

Julie M.

Yelp
Great service, great taste and free parking!I highly recommend the sandwiches and the churros for dessert. Get extra sauce! I added it to to everything but not thattheir need it. The seasoning itself is pretty epic. FYI : My friend and I went back for seconds on the churros. Yup, that great! Very clean and very cautious during this covid thing. This place is only offering take out.

Heidi M.

Yelp
My kids wanted chicken sandwiches and wings while we were on a quick trip to LA. We found Clucking Bun close by and decided to try it. Even though we ordered mild flavor it was much too spicy for the kids! My husband and I really enjoyed the heat on the sandwich and spicy dipping sauce for the fries. Although I wouldn't take my kids there again, I would definitely go back!

Tami N.

Yelp
Spice lords, we've found a winner! I'm on a never-ending quest for the spiciest eats and hot chicken and happy to report that if you're on a similar journey, Cluckin Bun should definitely be on your list. Note that if you're ordering via delivery (I opted for UberEats) the bun may become soggy from all the juicy sauce but the sandwich was so delicious, it didn't detract from the experience. Be warned, the "Cluckin' Hot" spice level is no joke. However, if you are up to the challenge, enjoy that extra special dose of endorphins and dopamine that capsaicin spice sends in response to the sweet sweet pain. Ordered the Mother Clucker combo which included two sandwiches, fries, and a fountain drink. Their sandwich actually uses hot dog buns and when I think about it, this a better idea than regular burger buns because the sandwich is easier to hold, (when not soggy) holds all the hot chicken and sauce goodness, and leads to overall cleaner bites. Innovation at its finest. Last point I want to make about the buns was that it was fluffy and buttery, wonderful. Each sandwich also came with a good amount of hot chicken for your needs. The chicken itself was fried to perfection with a crispy fried hot cheeto layer of batter and the was chicken still juicy and tender inside. Comes with pickles and slaw too. Impeccable. Fries themselves were tasty. I like that it comes with a side of thousand island dressing. The Macaroni and Cheese comes in a good snack size with a layer of crushed hot cheetos on top. Enjoyed this but the real star of the show was the sandwich. No lines, fair prices, and yummy hot chicken? Will definitely be coming back.

Josephine D.

Yelp
Loaded Fries.. It was so good and it was so warm when it got delivered to my house. Thanks to Carlos for making sure my loaded fries was exactly how I like them and I enjoyed them. I recommend this place and ask for Carlos. He will get you right with your order!! Thank you Cluckin Bun & Carlos!! If you not taking your girl to Cluckin Bun then you must not be clucking her right lol lmao.. Just a joke to make you laugh today lol..

Jesika H.

Yelp
Came back for the sandwhich! WOOOOOW SOOO GOOD! The mild is STILL VERY SPICY but the cole slaw and the sweet pickles calm it down just a tad. That bread tho? DELICIOUS! Worth the trip for sure!!! The pickles were the true star! Order yours with extra pickles. Love love LOVE!!! Came in and they ran out of sandwhiches. At 1:15 after been open for only a short while. That's GREAT for them but not good for me. And to be specific the very kind lady said they ran out of bread and the stand alone chicken tenders are smaller than the sandwhich tender. Grr. I came just to try the sandwhich and I didn't want to go back home empty handed so I just got 2 tenders. I got the mild and they were like one sprinkle too hot. Like to the point where I could only taste the seasoning of the chicken if I dipped it in ranch. Not sure why but I kid you not. Their mild sauce didn't do the trick for me. I didn't taste anything remotely hot Cheeto related which was a bummer. The overall taste when I could taste the seasoning was good flavor. I think this is a great well researched market to tap into and hey if your running out of bread almost right after opening then good for you. I'd come back for the sandwhich but I probably wouldn't order the tenders again. The lady taking my order was the absolute sweetest! Maybe

Maleka H.

Yelp
This spot was very close to the airport/ car rental area so it ideal for a quick bite. Very clean space and menu choice was prefect not too much to select all chicken based and comfort food. The chicken sandwich was delicious however I think they can tone the spice down on it. If you love verrry spicy this is your spot, even at mild that spice was so hot. Very clean restaurant and very friendly staff.

Zach H.

Yelp
Hot hot hot! This place will for sure get your buns Cluckin! Very spicy sandwich but in a very good way. Fries were awesome too!

Truman W.

Yelp
Dropped in for a quick work lunch. Got one of each of following - sandwich, tender, wings - all 'medium' spicy. The tender was my favorite: perfectly seasoned meat with just enough heat to fire up your taste buds but not scorch them. The very-messy sandwich was decent, but after having tasted Popeyes' super-crunchy fried chicken sandwich, nothing else compares. The wings I would pass: they're your garden-variety buffalo wings tossed in Nashville hot sauce.

Rose B.

Yelp
Cool lowkey chicken spot! Great for a quick snack & the chicken is always Hot and Fresh!!.. **UPDATE**I wish i could give a review for everytime i come here because the food always hits the spot and the people who work here are very friendly and welcoming! Just got some Tenders on a rainy day & they were awesome!!

Shinay W.

Yelp
Inglewood gets hot chicken! Can I say, thank god....took long enough. This is a fun space, cool art on the wall. Theres about 6 tables. I totally an blanking on his name (may be George based off the receipt), he was awesome, a real gem and happy af! Made me happy and service like that is necessary especially with food! I got the sandwhich because its what they're known for! The chicken is breaded in hot cheetos! It was so damn good, the pickles!!! What are they?!?!?! But everything tasted amazing, sandwhich has slaw, house sauce, pickles that are worth putting everywhere and more crushed hot cheetos. The fries are amazing themselves, I will go just for fries!! Crispy and hot. I got cheese put on top and it slapped me back to high school on venice beach. Quality cheese out of a machine, like were all used to and what we truly want. ((Gluten free peep:: george** put me on to the buns, they're brioche, not a hot dog bun with no flour, they rise from seasonings and HOT CHEETOS, though not sure if cheetos have gluten))

Sun S.

Yelp
Cluckin bun , what happened ? I have been coming here since it opened ! One of the first places I've tried Nashville style chicken and let me tell you , it was boooomb! Stopped by today ordered the Cluckin tenders with cheese fries & was disappointed :( the cheese tasted way different, a bit sour, the fries weren't the same style from the beginning , the chicken was a bit off. The last time I went they served steak fries ( I believe that's what they're called) now they're just regular standard fries ;( Cluckin bun go back to day one, please !!!!

Ashley P.

Yelp
The strip mall might be a little hidden, but that's where you find the best food right? We had the cluckin at the hottest temp and man it's hot. I'm from Texas and that was the real deal. Chicken tenders and mac n cheese for my toddler which he loved! The Mac n cheese was SO GOOD. Note to parents: The bathroom doesn't have a changing table and there aren't any high chairs so come prepared! The space is nice and big though so our little guy was able to walk around a bit .

Kim M.

Yelp
My boyfriend and I stumbled across this place randomly, and let me just say that I'm glad we ended up here. We ordered two cluckin sandwiches to go and they were delicious! They were so delicious that my significant other pointed them out as the best chicken sandwich that he has ever consumed. Fresh, delicious, and fairly priced.

Donald K.

Yelp
All fire Mother Cluckin combo is a solid deal. Don't make the same mistake I did and work you're way into the different heat levels. Cluckin Hot is spicy as fuck

Rick A.

Yelp
The food was finger, licking delicious. Great customer service food came out nice and hot. This restaurant is clean. Everything smells good greeted with smiles, and I left with a tummy full of hot wings I'm a happy Man.

Walter J.

Yelp
Hello everyone, Looking for some good chicken meals to eat, I am assuming if you are reading this, that's the case. This place is the spot to order Nashville Style Hot chicken from Cluckin Bun is remarkable and fire. The menu is straightforward. They off delivery around the area, and the food is 10/10 when it's delivered fresh. I'm a nurse at Reliant UC at LAX. We order off this place as much as we can afford it. This place will not let you down. They do it all well from start to finish. Food comes with the presentation, not just slapped together, and well, the food speaks for its self. So try this location out! You will not be disappointed.

Trace V.

Yelp
Stopped by on way back from LAX -- some excellent "Nashville" Hot Chicken here. I got 4 tenders (the guy gave me a bonus one!) and ordered them "Medium" which was plenty hot enough for me. A lighter coating of spices and less greasy than others I have encountered. Even though fried, I would imagine a bit healthier for you. Don't forget a side of cole slaw -- that was above average as well. It's in sort of an industrial strip mall that has plenty of parking. I'm going back for more today!

Cyrus K.

Yelp
My son and I love this spot. Hot Cheetos are a nice touch and the heat levels are on point. Cluckers for life.

Saira S.

Yelp
Used their buy one get one combo offer from social media and it was definitely worth it. This hits the spot if you're craving hot chicken. The Mac and cheese was okay. It was a little too heavy and artificial tasting for me.

Clarissa E.

Yelp
Service, food, atmosphere all superb! This was by chance a GREAT find to the thanks of my Yelp community (shout out!). No seriously, from the moment my family and I walked in we were promptly greeted, explained the menu and provided suggestions. I was THRILLED and ready to try everything, my husband really isn't a huge hot cheeto fan, however he kept an open mind, tried the mother cluckin' sandwich and loved it! My son and I both had the tenders and found ourselves wishing we had this restaurant in San Antonio. Thank y'all for the hospitality!

Yelp
Let me tell you. At first I though this place was only top 5 on my list. I was wrong this is #1 best hot chicken place in California. Spice levels perfect, all the food is properly seasoned, JUICY chicken. They even put some pepper in the Mac and cheese it wasn't bland at all and perfectly prepared. The have creative menu items and everything is made fresh. This place is amazing. 10 out of 10 spot on straight gas. NO CAP.

Yelp
Straight gas. Food was too good. Well priced and lots of chicken options. I had their tenders, wings, and sand which, and it was so good I ordered 10 individual tenders to go. I like hot food too so I got medium sauce with Clunkin ++ on the side to keep my head spinning off this earth. Would 10/10 recommend

Yelp
Service was boof. The woman at the register was very understanding and helpful but the guy was a dweeb. While He took our order on the phone he was acting like he couldn't hear but repeated everything back then was crackin corny jokes n I'm just like bruh I want my food. He was unclear about the menu items and when We get to the restaurant and there's things missing from the order. I decided to edit the order with the woman to what we wanted and he kept insisting that I couldn't do that after the new order was placed he damn near looked like he wanted to press the issue but I end up having to tell him stop talking and get my food. The woman was hella coo like sorry about him - All that for some subpar chicken

Yelp
We came here for a quick bite to eat on our way back from a 12 hour flight from LAX. We were starving! It was completely empty when we came in. We ordered the mother clucker, strips and the wings. Fries were delicious, chicken was crispy and juicy and had some nice heat and the wings were cooked to perfection. Definitely recommend this spot! The ranch was def homemade and tasted great. Customer service was great! The girl at the register was patient with us and helpful as it was our first time there.

Yelp
The best Nashville-style fried chicken sandwich on the west side of LA. Make sure you get the sauce on the side with the fries - it's amazing! The chicken wings are not quite as delicious as Roccos Tavern but they are still solid. Wing orders can come in 10, 20, 50 etc. too for game day. I highly recommend calling ahead or ordering online before getting there. Their meal prep can take a bit.

Yelp
It is very disappointing that I can't feel the "*umami" in the spicy. *Umami is your fifth basic taste alongside sour, sweet, bitter, and salty. Japanese scientists discovered this fifth flavor in the early 20th century and called it "umami," which translates to "savory". The customer service level of the staff is about 70 points. The cleanliness of the restaurant is about 80 points.

Yelp
I'm totally fine getting clogged arteries from the Cluckin' Bun, that's for sure. I found this place on Yelp, while looking for local businesses to support during the pandemic. One look at their menu and I knew I was in for a wild night, but lucky for me, I'd just gone to the store for Tums and Pepto Bismol earlier that week. (spice is nice but also my body.) If you're looking for Nashville hot chicken, head to Inglewood and check this place out. Not only is it super affordable (you can get the Mother Clucker for just $15 - that's 2 sandwiches, fries, and a 40 oz drink), they customer service is super friendly. You can choose between heat levels, ranging from Medium to Cluckin' Hot. There has yet to be a side dish I didn't like. The Mac & Cheese is topped with hot cheetos, the oreo churros (shit i should've ordered 2) are addicting, and the cole slaw pairs perfectly with the sandwich. If you don't want a sandwich, you have to option of choosing chicken tenders or hot wings!
