Cluny Grille

We decided to eat here since it was either this or pizza next door for breakfast. The Mexican place next door was closed even though they have a breakfast menu. It was kind of busy so we had to wait a bit to receive our orders. As you can see from my pictures, the food was very basic. I’m not sure why the service was so slow, you can hear the cook complaining about all of the tickets. Average prices for airport food. Plenty of places to sit and eat. Food was very decent, don’t expect too much.

Order the frites and aioli. The fries were terrible - mostly overcooked, half ultra salty and half with no salt at all. The aioli was a joke...it was just mayonnaise, and a bland one at that. No distinguishing flavor. Absolute not even close to worth $9.

Had the sliders before my flight. The fries were ok at best, the sliders were good. Nothing to write home about but convenient as airport food can be. Also keep in mind that they are unfortunately cashless so make sure to have a card. I doubt I'd return in the future

Just ok airport food. I had THE STUFFER - a hotdog with bacon, cheese, spring onions, and sauce - it was surprisingly alright but it will set you back 13 dollars. Great place if you don’t mind the quality and just want more hangover food. Service could do with some improvements.

Be careful, friends. Expect to receive only small portions. The burger ‘Le Québéccois’ does not faithfully represent Quebec. Best avoided.

The service here is incredibly slow, with no urgency or awareness that many of their paying customers are on a tight schedule—grabbing a quick bite before a flight, not settling in for a leisurely weekend lunch. I understand that when you’re at the airport, food options are limited and despite the low reviews, people still end up here out of necessity. But if management is paying any attention to the steady stream of negative feedback, I’d urge you to actually listen. It took 20 minutes to serve two small, overcooked mini burgers and fries—hardly a complicated order, yet somehow still disappointing. And to top it off, it cost $17. If you’re in the service industry, customer experience should matter more than just the bottom line. Right now, it doesn’t feel like it does.

Got the marrakesh chicken salad and was a couple of pieces of cold chicken, some vegetables, and sauce in a cup. awful taste and presentation.

Honestly, this was really good and I’m super picky. Had the big breakfast with eggs, bacon, potatoes and croissant. Healthy? No but absolutely great for airport food 🤗

Not bad selection for breakfast. The area is clean and does not take too long for prep. Mine was like 12 minutes. No tipping and touch-less payment Had coffee and sandwich for under $15, that would never happen in the states. Plenty of seating. I ordered the egg and cheese croissant and to my surprise it was very good. Freshly made with real eggs. Coffee was good just what I needed.

Sharing a name with a French restaurant doesn't make this good. Montrealer poutine was so so. Fries were fresh but uninspiring. Gravy was somewhat below average in taste. Curds were not squeaky at all. Smoked meat tastes decent but was cut very thin, like cheap ham.

These days, the recommendation is to arrive at the airport three hours in advance for a flight heading to the States. My flight was expected to depart at 2:40 pm and was delayed by half an hour. After clearing security, it was just before 1 pm and I needed lunch. I found a small food hall at Terminal 3. I looked at my options and found Cluny Grille. I walked up to the order area. No one was behind the counter. I looked at poutine and a couple of mini sliders next to me. They looked good. A woman came over. I wanted to place an order. She took down my order and went to look for the cook to make it. Both she and the man who ultimately made me lunch were nice and helpful. I got the following: - Le burger (you get two sliders, so I don't get the singular) - A bottle of Diet Pepsi I paid with a credit card. I tapped and was set. I got a number. I went to find a place to sit down and wait for my order number to be called. My Diet Pepsi was cold and hit the spot. I needed a drink and it was perfect. I started a trend. My placing an order prompted four other people to come over and place orders, too. Weird and cool! I heard my number. I went to the counter to pick up my food. I thanked the woman. I decided to grab packets of ketchup and mayo, along with napkins, and sat down to eat. The le burger comes with slender fries. The fries were yummy. I ended up dipping them in both the mayo and ketchup (completely out of character, but this entire trip was also completely different, so it was fitting). Delicious! The fries were light and crispy, without the grease. You get two sliders with fancy toothpicks to hold everything together. Each slider had beef, brie, mushrooms, and caramelized onions. I absolutely loved each slider. It had everything that I love. The beef was juicy and cooked perfectly. The brie was generous and paired nicely with the caramelized onions and mushrooms. So good! The mini bun was lightly toasted and was the perfect side to grab with at least one hand. The Diet Pepsi washed all my food down. Even with a tip, my meal with drink was well under $20. It was pretty good for dining at an airport. My food felt so fancy for fast food. I tend to have a go-to place to have a meal at any airport terminal. At Terminal 3, I'd return here for more good eats. (160)

Pearson may be the airport I frequent the most outside Winnipeg, but I'll be honest I don't know the food options here well at all. A google search for good places to try at Terminal 3's US departures section brought this place up, so I figured I give it a try. I had the "Le Burger", which consists of two (pre-cooked) burger sliders with brie cheese, caramelized mushrooms, and onions. Key note, the patties are pre-cooked, so temper down your expectations. For airport food, I think this place was passable. There was a hint of sweetness on the patty with the caramelized mushrooms, and the amount received given the price I paid was quite good. I didn't care much for the fries though.

Food was very tasty - had the sliders with duck confit which were small in size but was a fantastic bite. French fries were fresh and crispy - so very good. Service is what you expect at a takeout airport - so no comparison to their distillery district location.

Why do you not accept cash???? Isn't that illegal?? Service is good and quick ....................

Perhaps the best place to eat in Terminal 3. Ordered the Le burger. It consists of two beef sliders; with generous portion of brie cheese, caramelized onions and sautéed mushrooms. They are served with french fries. The sliders were very good. The burger patties were nicely cooked with molten brie covering them. The toppings (caramelized onions and sautéed mushrooms) were both great. I didn't feel the need to use any condiments. The fries were lightly seasoned with salt and tasted great too.

This is probably one of the best sausage dogs I've had in awhile. The poutine was delicious. Both employees was extremely nice!

Absolutely racist!! When my sister was ordering (Indian female) she was given many rude looks and mean comments. My mother heard about this and filed a complaint to the person taking our order. Moments later, another waiter (Indian female) told my mom that she also treats her without equality. Also, the food is not even worth the money spent

I was so excited to have something other than Starbucks in Terminal 3 - and I was excited for the construction to be over and done with but sadly Cluny Grille is a big disappointment. The food is frozen and re-heated... There is not a grille. The service is not patricianly friendly and the food is so unhealthy is makes me wish I had eaten something from a vending machine.

One star because the food was fine. This was the worst most angry, unhelpful, begrudging service I've had in memory. Ordering modifications(wanted just two poached eggs instead of the whole poutine Benedict, but willing to Pay full price) was met first with no we don't do that, then arm slam on cash register with eye roll then consultation with cook then disgusted acquiescence. I get it, I'm in an airport so I got limited choices so you don't have market pressure, but hey does it have to be so unpleasant?

When I saw Cluny Grille I thought wow Cluny bistro from the distillery district opened something at the airport... WRONG or at least I hope so! I had a Montreal poutine which basically tasted like a McDonald's poutine... I am glad not to have to go through this terminal too often... FYI Cluny bistro is awesome, seriously just fantastic.
