Clyde's at Mark Center

I had lunch here on a random weekday and it definitely has a different vibe than any other Clyde’s I’ve visited. The food was good, largely the same as other locations. At noon on a weekday, the crowd was mostly older/retirees. We both got salads that were a good size and delicious. Our server was also very personable and the price was fine for a lunch for two inside the beltway. I would probably try somewhere else next time but I did really like the food.

The food never disappoints (sorry I forgot to take pictures). We had calamari to share. Then, the filet mignon, the rockfish and the baby back ribs. We finished with a brownie sundae and a creme brulee. Everything was exquisite, no complaints at all. 5 stars on the food! Our server on the other hand, was less than attentive or friendly at all which was a downer. He forgot our drinks, we had to ask for water refill because he didn't even do that. The only time he came more than once was about the bill. I understand that it's hard to be working on New Year's Eve but if you must, then, make the most of it. The place was not even that busy at 7pm so it couldn't have been that. We still chose to enjoy our night and we will likely return for the food and the atmosphere.

First time at this Clyde's restaurant. Huge parking lot, which is always nice. We were a party of 5 at a bench table, which felt cramped. The waitress was new but did and dud an okay job just didn't have a lot of knowledge about the menu or drinks, I've had worse. Sitting next to the fireplace is not recommended unless you like sweating while you eat and drink. The food was amazing! We started with crab dip and Brussels, yummy. I had the trout, melted in my mouth and my buddy had steak and fries, which he said was also amazing. We had old fashions for drinks, missing sugar or something, not all that tasty. Good place for maybe small groups or up to 4 per table, the inside decor was very fun, service was new but ok, food was delicious with a wide variety but old fashion needs a little work. Would definitely go back, just order something different to drink.

We recently hosted a nautical-themed dual retirement celebration at Clyde’s at Mark Center, and our experience from start to finish was exceptional. Working with their event manager, Sean Applegate, made the entire planning process incredibly smooth. Sean’s flexibility with the layout, attention to our specific menu requests, and overall responsiveness helped our team look fantastic in front of our client. On the day of the event, the entire staff—from the bar team to the servers—was an absolute pleasure to work with. They were warm, professional, and clearly excellent at what they do. Sean was, of course, on top of everything throughout the evening and went above and beyond multiple times to make sure the event ran seamlessly. I can’t recommend this Clyde’s location enough for hosting an event. And when you book—make sure you ask for Sean. He’s the best.

Had a wonderful dinner at Clyde’s. Great atmosphere, excellent service, and delicious. Everything was perfectly timed and enjoyable. Always a solid choice—we’ll be back.

Ate lunch here for the first time after my wife’s doctor’s appt in the area. The atmosphere was very rustic but cool. The coy pond out front is beautiful. There were so many different things to look at. The restaurant was very clean and inviting. The service was great. Everyone was very friendly and attentive. I ordered the shrimp and grits and my wife the half chicken. Both dishes were delicious. If I were to have any critique it would be the portions are a bit small for the price and they serve no bread on the side. Any type of extra is an additional charge. If we happen to be in the area again we will definitely be back, maybe next time for dinner.

Clyde's never disappoints. The food is always great! I had the best French toast at their Georgetown, DC location, and this time I tried the Chicken and Waffles in Alexandria—so good. My husband had a steak and said it tasted amazing. We love coming back and visiting Clyde’s again and again.

Clyde's is great, all the Clyde's restaurant group restaurants are great. My wife and I went to Clyde's Mark Center for our 24th wedding Anniversary and sometimes we g9 there for Birthdays. We also wanted to visit during Alexandria restaurant week for their specials and food deals. The food is always good and it was served fast because of the time of day we went to Mark Center, just after the happy hour. We always sit at the bar for the personal service we get from the outstanding bartenders. You won't be disappointed when you visit Clyde's of Mark Center, also go to back section of the restaurant to see the beach bar like atmosphere.

Clyde's at the Mark Center has the BEST team, hands down! Every time I visit, Whitley (the manager) sets the bar so high with her amazing leadership, warmth, and dedication. She doesn't just make sure things run smoothly--she makes every single guest feel special, and that's rare to find. Our server, Bri-R, was fantastic, friendly, attentive, and just a joy to interact with. Marquia at the bar? Absolutely outstanding! She made our drinks with care and personality, and her energy made the whole experience even more fun. Let's not forget about Theresa, the hostess, she is very pleasant and has a great sense of humor. Whitley, Bri-R, Marquia, and Theresa, make Clyde's feel like more than a restaurant, it feels like a place you want to keep coming back to. This is what true hospitality looks like!

My husband and I were here tonight and both got the half rack of ribs. Very hard to pick off the bone. Should have just fallen off the bone to be tender. If we ever get back there. Will not get those but something easier that cooks up. Service was great!! All were very friendly!

Clyde's at Mark Center is a warm and welcoming restaurant that's part of the Clyde's group. I love how they have themed rooms around a wilderness concept. Rooms include lake house, huntsman lodge, and boating. The rooms contain booths and tables. The bar area also has a woodsy and comfy vibe. Their menu offers a variety of choices for their starters, meals, and desserts. They feature burgers (which are my favorite), salads, sandwiches, and delicious entrees like shrimp and grits, pasta, steak, and chicken. While we were there, they were celebrating Oktoberfest with menus items like schnitzel, sausage, and cabbage. They also were offering lobster specials. Their drinks are carefully crafted. They also have great beers and wines. Our room was filled with guests of all ages from children to seniors. Parking is free and located next to the building. Service is friendly and efficient.

A Cozy Escape at Clyde's in West Alexandria Last night I had dinner at Clyde's in the Market Center in West Alexandria, a place I've been to before and always enjoy. This visit was no exception. I ordered the Reuben sandwich, which was toasted and with reasonably flavored, while my guest had the trout, which she enjoyed. We started with salted beet and shrimp cocktail appetizer, and it was delicious combination. We also had one alcoholic and one non-alcoholic drink. The ambiance is one of the highlights here: warm, rustic, and inviting, with the charm of a cabin and art-covered walls that make you feel like you've slipped away on a weekend retreat. The service was nice--attentive, friendly, and well-paced throughout the evening. Overall, the food was good, the prices reasonable, but not cheap! recommend it for a cozy dinner or a relaxed night out.

First of all, the place is beautiful! We ate in the maritime room which is tastefully decorated. The ambience is of walking into a fine home where your manners need to be on display. It's not stuffy by any means. I love looking at the koi in the pond outside the restaurant. There is plenty of parking, There is also a bar. I ordered a classic daiquiri (not a blender one) and is was perfectly made. The food is delicious. I got salmon and it was cooked perfectly. My salad was fresh and the dressing was homemade. Our server was attentive and friendly.

I have to reflect on a review left by my friend over 10 years ago. This place *could* be a big deal, but based on the elaborate 'golden age of sailing' dark themed decor and prices, I'd have expected just a bit better. First of all out server, I believe Robert, was very friendly. He recommended the happy hour oysters, but then I told him I was from Maine. Then he said they had Maine oysters... well, he didn't get where I was going with my snooty comment. Anyway, we did end up getting an OYSTERS ROCKEFELLER, and I thought it was very good. My mother got the CRAB CAKE, and it was something that I knew I *should* have got based on our proximity to Maryland waters, but I couldn't justify the spend. I did have a few bites from Mom's plate and it was very good. Try the summer variant for something a little different on the side. For myself, in hopes of repeating my outstanding experience at Street & Co., I opted for the SWORDFISH but was very disappointed. It was kind of tough and dry, and the seasonings didn't do anything for it. Type of thing you could get at Ruby Tuesday's or something. Would love to give this place a chance, because I can tell they have potential, but based on price and the swordfish, I can't give it more than three stars.

I love love LOVE this restaurant. From the dinner menu, happy hour, live music on Fridays to the late night oyster hour everything is amazing! The oysters are by far my favorite thing about Clyde's but let me tell you the mixologists behind the bar are a close second. Their service is impeccable and their skills are even better. If I could come every day I would but for now I'm sadly sticking to my once a month

Clyde's at Mark Center really came through! I ordered the Faroe Island Salmon Salad and buffalo wings through Uber Eats, and everything was so bomb. The salmon was fresh and perfectly cooked, sitting on top of a flavorful, well-balanced salad. And the buffalo wings? I didn't even get a chance to snap a photo because I scarfed them down instantly--seriously that good! Everything arrived well-packaged and still hot, which is always a win with delivery. Now my partner is taking me to the Clyde's in DC so I can try the double fried wings, and I cannot wait. Clyde's has definitely earned a new regular customer!

Early Mother's Day dinner with my kids and Grandson. Clyde' s look like a restaurant made just for an outdoors person-dark woods with a theme heavy on fishing, animals and boats. My Grandson loved the boat replica that was inside the building and the animal heads mounted on the walls. The feel was cozy and comfortable with booths or tables (we had a booth). We had early dinner reservations at 5 which was perfect timing as it was quiet when we arrived but got busier as the evening went on. We started with Calamari that everyone shared which were perfect. I had the Bell and Haven Half Chicken and my Husband had the whole Roasted Rainbow Trout. Both were well-seasoned and delicious. This is saying a lot for my Husband who generally only eats his fish fried. Dessert was strawberry shortcake that was shared and it was delicious. The atmosphere was warm and inviting and our waiter was very attentive. 10/10. Clyde's is on our list for future restaurants.

Walked down from the Hilton to Clyde's. Five minute jaunt. Cozy atmosphere on entry. Met quickly with a smile. Seated and had water within minutes. Server was and efficient. Food was well prepared and excellent quality and quantity. Worth the walk. Price to value was spot on.

I judged a book by its cover (and reviews) for far too long before I gave this place a try. Very pleased I did bc it's become a local go-to date night place for me and the wife. I could never quite see it from the road and just assumed it was some bleh place. That said, some of the reviews I'm reading about Clyde's are so far off the mark it's unreal. If this place can't please you, you're thoroughly "unpleasable", with ridiculous, impossible standards, and are yet another example of just how a$$ backwards some people here are with their judgment. I bet you think you're all good drivers too. In the past twenty years I've lived all over the place; Tucson, Boston, LA, NYC, Chicago, Miami, and Ramadi too, but I don't count that one. Yeah there are "better restaurants" that are "more upscale" but you'll be hard pressed to find a neighborhood joint like this anywhere. The bar area, "nautical" and hunting lodge (I think?) rooms are kind of kitschy but not trying too hard. Fun in its own right. The service and hosting? Thorough, charming and genuine. Mixed drinks? Well crafted, not the watered down, sugary messes you see at other places. The food? Very, very, very good. A little bit of everything for everyone, and between me & my wife we've tried just about all of it. The prices? Beyond fair and very reasonable. I've never looked at a check in disbelief. I really can't wait to move out of this area, but wherever we end up I'll make the trek to visit this place when I can. Never a bad drink, meal, or time at Clyde's over the past year. Please, for the love of God, keep it up.

Was out in VA today for a family sporting event and decided to try this restaurant for dinner. 1st and foremost, customer service was A1! So that was an immediate plus. Everyone we came in contact with was very pleasant. Next the food was also top tier. I had the salmon with potatoes and broccolini. My son had the cheeseburger with fries. My mom had the crab cake with coleslaw and fries, I will say the crab cake was on the smaller side but it was enough for my mother. My dad had the half rack of ribs with coleslaw and fries. Everyone gave a 10/10 including the drinks (margarita, daiquiri and expresso martini). Definitely a nice meal to end my long day. There is plenty of parking. Ambiance is nice, can be for a nice date night meal, family, or happy hour. They do bring out bread with butter before your meal, definitely a nice perk and TASTY! They do have happy hour everyday and NFL Sunday happy hour 1-7 during football season. Kids menu has enough options even for a picky eater (example; Mac n cheese, hamburger, chicken tenders) Definitely recommend if you're in the area!

Stopped in for lunch and everything was great! The restaurant is cozy and spacious. When we arrived we were sat right away. Brandon was our server and he was kind and attentive. We started out with a half caesar salad. For our main dishes We had the bacon horseradish meatloaf with Yukon mashed potatoes and spinach. This dish was delicious!!!! We also had the crab cake with fries and coleslaw. This was good as well. I will note that there was some shells in the crab cake. The menu has a variety of options for everyone. They also offer cocktails and desserts. Give them a try if you're contemplating.

Came here in a weekend night and it was basically empty, which surprised me since it was hard to get a server. I guess they were chatting away and didn't notice us. That being said once we got notices everything was sine. The restaurant was very clean and the food tasted great. Overall I think this is a great place for a night out, it's just that the service needs to be better on slow nights.

We always bring all our guests here for oysters. If I were to rate only for the oysters, then I'd give them perfect 5 stars. For the meals, however, everything is extremely salty. I don't know why we're surprised every time we eat here. We just celebrated our anniversary here with lots of oysters. I highly recommend it.

On a random Friday we had an earlier dinner at Clyde's. I had never been but have heard good things about the place so, sure let's do it. Marquise was outstanding waiter. He gave great recommendations for a first timer such as myself and even shared an oyster story. Did you know that Clyde's have their oysters lab tested twice before preparing to sell in the restaurant? Yup. We had oysters for a small appetizer and something different, we both had meatloaf. Delish!!! Delish!! Delish!! I'd return for both any day. To our surprise it was happy hour so oysters were 1/2 off. Bonus! The restaurant was warmly decorated with white lights lining the entryway into the dining area where we were seated. Being seated near the fireplace gave our dining experience an extra boost. Clyde, you've found a friend in me!

Clyde's is a great spot for dinner and drinks in Alexandria. There are so many yummy things on the menu like the hot honey chicken bites, the New England clam chowder, the salmon entree, and the steak salad. The restaurant staff are super friendly and it's a great place for groups. The restaurant is huge inside and there is a warm and comfortable vibe. There are a number of rooms to dine in, two bars, an outdoor patio and even tables where you can dine by a fireplace. They also have happy hour at the bar until 6 (food & drink deals) and they have deals on oysters too! This is definitely a great go-to spot for dining.

Great service with a smile! Jeremiah was great tonight and assisted me with placing my to go order. I first tried placing my order over the phone but because I was paying with a gift card and cash, I was told I'd have to come into the restaurant unless I was paying over the phone, and that wasn't a problem at all. I had the Faroe Island Salmon and enjoyed it very much. The salmon was a nice size piece and was cooked to the temperature I requested. The only thing I'd change would be substituting the crispy potatoes with the whipped potatoes, but that's just a personal preference and the crispy potatoes were fine. I always have positive experiences at this location but tonight's star was Jeremiah. Thanks!

Sat in the fireplace room and it was so cozy - definitely try to sit in a booth right in front of the fire. It wasn't slow but it wasn't slammed, but service did take a little to get started. Once we put our order in the food came out relatively quickly. The muscles are one of the best apps. Must order more bread to soak up the sauce. Do not order the trout. Dry and not flavorful. The crab cakes are so meaty and hardly any filler. The burger is huge and super flavorful. Great portions

We stopped in for happy hour to see if they had clams. Finally. We ordered a dozen clams and beer. Stella Artois and Yuengling beer. Then ordered the calamari and chicken bites. The clams were nice and briney. With the hot sauce, lemon, and cocktail sauce was really good. The calamarcalamari and cchicken bites were really good also. Service was quick and efficient. We'll return to get the clams again.

My husband brought me here for happy hour oysters! He did not disappoint and neither did Clyde's. We loved it so much that we came to happy hour the following week! Must try oysters: Jacks point - briny Pemaquid - briny but sweet at same time Standish shore - briny Thatch island - briny bitter First week we went we mistakenly did not sit at the bar so we weren't able to get the wine happy hour or other specials. This was annoying because the hostess did ask if we were coming for happy hour and we disclosed that we were planning to do happy hour. There are signs everywhere advertising for happy hour and of course in super small print, it states must be seated at the bar to avail those prices. Such a shame because we would have ordered more. We each got 2 glasses of wine each- myself white (Sauvignon blanc) and my husband red (Cabernet Sauvignon), bread basket, bowl of New England clam chowder, and 2 rounds of dozen oysters. When we got the bill, we realized our mistake.. The following week, we sat at the bar and the bartender was lovely! She put our orders in as soon as we sat down and informed that not all wines are on the happy hour menu but specific white: gruner veltliner and red: Malbec and our friend ordered beer. We also ordered buffalo wings with blue cheese and ranch, side of fries, and calamari. We finished everything- tasted so good! Their sauces are on point. We will definitely be returning to this spot!

Hubs likes their crab cakes, so veered off after family hike at Winkler Gardens. Also got calamari, deviled eggs, chili and eggs Benedict from Sunday brunch menu. The crab cake was the winner, calamari good - kids were meh on rest. Hubs happy and happy not too pricey. Excellent service.

Omg! This place is breathtaking. The atmosphere is so beautiful and relaxing. We went here for a birthday dinner. The meals were delicious and freshly made . The drinks were amazing. We received excellent service from Entisar G. We will surely be re visiting.

Still very cozy, inviting atmosphere - including a fireplace view today- and high quality, delicious food. Flavorful clam chowder, beautifully baked fresh sourdough bread, really fresh, varied selections of raw oysters. Attentive service too. A great place for a special event for families and holidays.

This is a premium place for food and drink. The meals are all prepared with top ingredients and cooked to your specifications. The menu consists of traditional American fare from meat, fish and salad selections. There is also an extensive adult beverage menu. I've eaten here many times and sampled many items. I've never been disappointed with the quality. quantity or flavors. Recently i tried the ribs and the rigatoni bolognese. Both meals were excellent and filling. The service like the food is top notch. From the moment you enter to the time you depart, the front desk and wait staff make you feel comfortable. They are professional, attentive and helpful. They make any meal more enjoyable. This restaurant and in fact others in the Clyde's family of dining establishments is uniquely decorated. Clyde's furnishes each dining room and the bars with artifacts and sport memorabilia from the days of wealthy baron's. The trappings of sports such as yachting, fly fishing, duck hunting line the walls. There is even a replica of a Adirondack hunters cabin to dine in. There are also 2 bars that serve beverages and a variety of appetizers such as seasonal oysters. So, this is your chance to experience living like the rich and famous. This is the place to go for special events, dates, celebrations and of course holidays. Book early and have more great eating adventures

The resturant temperature on 7/6/25 at 7 PM is freezing cold! When a request was made to the hostess to make it warmer, she replied that it cannot be controlled. Utterly ridiculous! Bring a winter coat in the summer if you decide to come here or else go to another restaurant!

We were there for an office party. I love thrir foods. Enjoyed appetizers .charcuterie board and hot dip with tasted bread. Dinner I wasn't too pleased. Salads there were two kinds .They were good . Roast sliced Beef was ok. Didn't have any flavor . Same with chicken . Brussels sprout ok . Wasn't a big fan of their dinner menu . Dessert was assorted mini pastries which was good .Their cocktails were very good.

My cousin & I met for lunch.Upon entry into the restaurant, the hostess, Teresa was friendly and accommodating. The waitress, Bree R. Was friendly, knowledgeable on the food & drink menu. She was very respectful, presented a warm smile and very patient with us.. Whitley stopped by, to introduce herself to us. She asked if we needed anything, if things were ok and welcomed us to Clyde's. Whitley, accommodated us on all levels( provided ( extra utensils, condiments , etc). She wanted to make us feel comfortable while dining at Clyde's.on behalf of Clyde's, the staff Were SUPER professional.. Whitley provided excellent recommendations from the menu. They were on point!! The 2 gentleman, Marquis. & Peter, both came over to say hello & complement me on my duster. You both are appreciated, mannerable and present pleasant demeanors. Marqui the Bartender, we could not forget you, the drinks were . Not too strong & not too weak, just Right!! I will be back.

5 stars for the service, 4 stars for the ambiance, 3 stars for the food. We had a fabulous waitress who was very nice and very attentive to our large party's needs. She checked in on us multiple times during the evening, was very patient in taking our orders, refreshed our table's water and bread and cleared our plates along the way. I could not be more satisfied with the service! We came on a monday evening and there weren't many other people. It was nautical themed the patrons were mostly old people. I got the Grilled Chicken and Farro Salad which was just ok. Other people in my party got the steakhouse burger (too mich blue cheese), and the butternut squash pasta which was good but a little under seasoned. The bread was very good though and so was the dessert: brownie and strawberry sorbet. All the food was a little pricey for what we got.

Service is always quick and easy here. We usually can get in without reservations for late night happy hour. It's a chill space with not too much noise. Not many oyster options anymore and the happy hour still makes them over $2 a piece but I suppose that's just the increase in food prices overall. The booths around the bar are stickier than I remember. The clam chowder was good. The corn with chips was good. The jumbo shrimp cocktail was a bit overcooked and didn't seem fresh. Overall we like to come here because there's easy parking, service is quick, and they have staple food options.

Despite having a reservation for four and arriving at 7:30pm it took an hour to be finally served. This was weird because the restaurant was only at about 20% of capacit. We had to ask twice for bread to pass the time. i was looking forward to a crab cake and figured at $26 it would be a lump crab cake. Nope. Nothing but filler. Salmon dishes were very pedestrian. I have dined at Clydes for many years and have always enjoyed the service and menu. Needless to say, I won't be back. Fool me once... When I recounted my experience there to a friend who used to work at the Washington Post he told me that the Grahams had purchased the Clydes restaurant group several years ago I had my ahah moment. They also own some poorly run car dealerships and have run Kaplin into the ground. Of course they did the same with the Washington Post

The service was just okay here. The food was good. I had the bacon cheeseburger and I really enjoyed it. I'm not sure I would return though just because I felt like the service could have been better.

This is my third time visiting Washington, D.C., and the first restaurant I went to was one of the best I've ever been to. The food was excellent, and the prices were very reasonable. It was totally worth it, and I would love to visit again with my family in the future! The service was excellent, and the waiters were very kind and generous. The place was also interesting, evoking the feeling of being at sea as a captain.

Clydes is always a good solid restaurant with well appointed sandwiches, and surroundings. The burgers are solid, and the Reuben is stacked (We did think the Reuben lacked a little bit of zing, maybe warmed, and could've used a little bit more flavor, but the sliced corned beef was super fresh.) Burger with mushrooms and onions was excellent. Good service but a little intrusive

The food here is great 95%of the time however it seems when I come to get my usual order depending the waiter they will do it. I don't like the uncertainty but when they have it I'm in love the app are all great the oysters and drinks.

Still one of my favorite places. The hostess at the entrance greeted us with a warm welcome and seated us as soon as we arrived. It was a Thursday afternoon and the lunch crowd was crowding. Food was delicious. Though the wings were tiny in comparison to what we've had previously. The chef wouldn't do all flats - not a big dealbreaker but worth mentioning. The staff is always attentive and cool. Our server was really good. The lighting was bright and welcoming. We will definitely be back.

Very rustic atmosphere. Absolutely love this Clyde's. Parking is plentiful. Can be surprisingly busy during the week at lunch.

We went today for brunch and had a great experience. Peter was our server and was amazing and so personable. Food was great and our family of 4 just really had a great time. Everyone from the hostess to the busser was nice and friendly and it really made our day. Thank you!

I'll start from the beginning! Upon making my reservation ahead of time via email, (for a very large party), Sean was very helpful and accommodating! Upon arrival we were greeted with smiles and a welcoming friendly approach. Our table (which was ready before arrival) was seated in the beautiful indoor enclosed space near the patio! I loved this because there was so much natural light! I can confidently say we were very pleased with everything we ate! The food was quite tasty as everyone enjoyed their meals. And that's rare for a large party to all enjoy their meals at a restaurant. There were a few hiccups, as I do believe the server may have been overwhelmed by such a large party! Maybe for the future, an addition server may be necessary for assistance. With all of this being said, would I be back? Yes! The restaurant, location, and ambiance were perfect for my large family brunch.

We went here on trivia night and where looking for a nice and quiet place so we went to Clyde's, we're immediately sat and ordered our drinks when they came out with our drinks they ended up forgetting one of our drinks we asked for bread and other appetizers the appetizers where brought out in about 15-20 minutes but we where still waiting on the bread, we then ordered our main meals and kindly asked them about the bread again, our mains come out 30 minutes later still no bread, and finally 10 minutes later there was bread. Other than that the people were great and nice the food was amazing and fresh and all around great restaurant but I'm tanking off one star on the slow service and the bread situation. I would come here again and I ended up having a great time there

What a HUGE letdown. Based on reviews and our previous visits to the Gallery Place location, we expected to, AT LEAST, like this store. However, this place was terrible. The server was nice but just had limited knowledge of the menu and had so much trouble understanding us. Ambiance was fine, but it was so empty that it was almost eerie. Finally, the food was just way too salty. Every single dish was over-salted, and when I mentioned that the meatloaf and, especially the spinach, bordered on inedible, the server just said that's how they make it. It's just not good. Cocktails were the only bright spot. A good Vesper and the Sangria was good, too. We will definitely not return, and I wouldn't recommend this store to anyone. Enemies included.

I adore Clyde's, and it's the place I go when guests are in town and I need a dependable dinner. I really enjoy the lodge decor, and you can't beat their happy hour oysters. Service is always dependable. Go. You'll love it. (Check out the antique print of hunters stealing a bear cub by the hostess desk.)

We dined here one night on whim and I must say. The inside was very cozy with real wood fixtures all around the restaurant. The food was ok would have liked more flavor but it served its purpose. We had a really nice waitress who was rather hospitable when serving.

Clyde's is a chain restaurant that has many different food options on their menu. I've had dinner as well as brunch here. For dinner the filet was good, and brunch I had tried a typical eggs and bacon meal. It is designed like a lodge with various fishing, boating, hunting etc type decorations. All the Clyde's I have been to have also been in huge buildings. It is a bit on the expensive side but it's a good place to bring guests. Service has been fine. I will be back!

Took 45 minutes from the time we placed our order until our meal was delivered, and then I was served the wrong dish. The server admitted his error and offered to replace it with what I ordered and not charge me for it. Since the other people in my party had already been served. I had him pack it up instead.

Came here for dinner with friends. Great ambiance, friendly staff, delicious food & drinks. First, the place is pretty big! They also have a huge bar area if you wanna go alone. I forgot which drink I ordered, but it was one of the specialty cocktails. It was really good. I got steak frites for dinner, and it was delicious. Perfectly cooked steak, delicious sauce, yummy fries.

I had to leave a review to share my pleasant experience here! I started coming to Clyde's because there are times when I don't feel like going to The Hamilton and dealing with the stress of heading into the city. This location is by far the best I've been to. The food is delicious, and the service is quick and efficient. I'd like to give a special shoutout to three of their bartenders: Marleen, Orlando, and Raymond. They've made this my go-to bar. I frequent this location often, and whenever I come alone, they make me feel safe and looked after--a quality I truly value as a woman on solo outings. The bartenders are also highly knowledgeable about cocktails, and if there's something you don't like about your drink, they're quick to fix it. Thank you Clyde's! I will keep coming back!
