"Both the Peachtree Corners and Halcyon locations of CMX CineBistro feature a lounge and bar for drinks and food before and after a movie, as well as the option to order from your reclining seat during the film. Order everything from a grilled chicken sandwich, burrata and tomato salad, and tuna poke bowl to strip steak, wagyu beef sliders, and sundaes for dessert paired with a martini, beer, or glass of wine." - Beth McKibben

Great food, very friendly service, and comfortable seats. It’s in a great location too and with great menu selection of food and drinks. My friend ordered a salmon dinner and it was delicious. The general manager, Taj, is amazing and all about his customers and staff. He reserved a private room for our small celebration and made sure everything was nice! He even introduced us to chef! I would highly recommend this place! Deb M

We came during the week when they were slow. We were told they were short-staffed and that we would have to order at the bar, and they would bring our food to us. The reclining leather seats are enormous and comfortable. I liked that there was a little divider-type thing at the top of the chairs so you were not distracted out of the corner of your eyes if somebody else sat next to you. We ordered the popcorn trio, which was supposed to have popcorn shrimp and calamari; it was good, but we did not realize it would be covered in actual popcorn. The truffle fries were good. The food is pricey for the size you get, and no one came back to check on us after the food was dropped off, but we were okay. Overall, it is a spotless place with excellent seats. The staff were all nice when we did encounter them. .

I had a great experience! The theater is nice & very modern! The seats are very comfortable stylish. Nic, the manager took good care of me. Unfortunately I arrived at 4:15 and the bartender had not arrived yet, so I was able to open a tab and order my food. I came to see the movie Bob Marley, and it started at 4:30. I received my food First and noticed that 20 minutes had gone by. I still hadn’t received my drink. Nic was so courteous he brought out my drink and explained to me they had to get some special ingredients and gave me an extra shot for the wait. The food was delicious as you can see from my picture, I had salmon, mashed potatoes, collard greens, shrimp, and surprisingly all of it was delicious especially the collard greens.(shocker) 😁 My drink was very good and it was not water down. I traveled all the way from Hampton Georgia, and I was very pleased I will visit again.

Let me start by saying, management rectified every problem we had. However, we had a problem with the system double charging my card for the food order. Got our food about an hour later and my burger was very red in the middle and we never got our drinks. I’ll chop it up to them having a busy night. Needless to say we were satisfied with the movie experience and management made sure we left happy.

Google
Fire experience, totally worth it for a lengthy movie like Dune 2 🔥🔥 Besides the SPACIOUS reclining luxury seats, the theater’s got some high-end sound system. Food, snack, and drink plus 18.5% automatic but adjustable gratuity cost $65, a bit pricey. Sear Salmon was beyond my expectation, and they also threw in some tasty shrimps. Truffle fries were a bit floury, but tastes fine. Best thing? I ordered a Chocolate Martini from the open bar and enjoyed it from start to end. I’ve been local for about a year and hadn’t tried it. Ticket is only like $17 so it’s a must try experience. (it was too dark to capture food, but presentation was great)

Google
You guys really need a call button on the seats. It's impossible to ever get service in this place. You can never get a waiter. This has happened to us twice now. Probably won't ever come back. Movie studio grill is way better. Waiters just go to random seats. We have given up and went to the bar to get our food order. Ridiculous.

We have been going to this theater for years and it just keeps going downhill. The bar is poorly stocked and is consistently out of items on the menu. On our most recent visit I ordered a burger with no special sauce as I am allergic to mayo I made this very clear with the server and my burger showed up with the sauce on it. The server also had an issue with their ordering system and told my friend that was on a separate ticket that he’d be right back to take his order. He never came back and my friend didn’t get a drink or dinner. We will go back to watch a movie, however we will never order food or drinks again. We will have dinner at the many excellent restaurants in the same complex before or after our movie. Side note edit: I love how the "management" replies to 5 star reviews but ignores everything else. Such a classy spot.

Google
First time at this theater and very pleasantly surprised. I was expecting high prices for the food and was hoping it would be well worth it. It was! In this area, the food standard is Marlows, so if you're charging the same or slightly more then it had better be as good or better. The food was great. I had a grilled chicken BLT sandwich and it was so juicy and flavorful. The "steak" fries were a mixture of thick and thin. My hubby had the bistro burger and loved it too. Cost for three chicken BLT was $15, bistro burger was $17 and soda was $5 each. Total food cost, including the gratuity, which they set at 18.5% unless you change it, was $52.71. We were able to get cheaper "super saver" tickets (Tues at 2:30pm) which were advertised at $5 each, but we paid $14 and change so I guess there's a fee built in as well as tax. Finally, the staff were awesome! We were greeted every step of the way, treated courteously and Renee M. did a fantastic job as our server. We'll be back for our next movie and dinner experience. Update June 2024: Prices have risen (as expected), but unfortunately standards and food quality has dropped. We paid $34 to the opening day 6pm show for the tickets and $65 for a burger & fries, the crispy chicken bowl, and two Cokes. The chicken bowl wasn't worth half the price we paid for it (overcooked popcorn chicken, cold rice, 4 slivers of cucumber, a bit of grated carrot and a few jalapeno slices). Mind blown! You're better off going to Marlows for dinner and buying tickets for the discounted shows.

Yelp
No issues except for the fact I was charged $5.99 for a soda instead of the $5.00 advertised on their website. Seats were very comfy and all had a good view of the screen. Just keep in mind they charge an 18% gratuity up front when you order/pay, before you even are served your food. This is the reason we do not eat there. I refuse to pay 18% for someone to simply take my order and bring my food. That's not full service. On top of that, I don't know if the service is going to be worth an 18% tip until after it has been rendered.

Yelp
Not quite sure how this place is still in business. If zero stars was a possibility... The people here are nice. This isn't about the people. This was our third and final visit. The first was fine - nothing glaring, other than $130+ for 4 people (two adults, two kids) to eat mediocre food. The second visit - their computers were down and we could not order any food or drink. Kind of the whole point of the place - eat and watch a movie. They gave us free tickets to be used at a later date to compensate. Well, the later date finally came and this place hasn't learned anything in close to two years since the last visit. We handed over our free tickets and were told to head to theater 3. We arrived to the theater and were turned away by the cleaning crew. Fine. I'm sure if they had anyone staffed at the entry to the theaters they would have told us. So we went to the bar and figured we'd get a drink. Sad trombone - none of the beverages on draft were available and most of the other beers/ciders on the menu were also not available. Fine. Give us some bottled waters. $7 each. Ridiculous. Their "new" computer system was slow and didn't enable us to leave a tip to our very friendly bartender. We ordered food for our movie and headed off to the theater. Food came. No napkins, no utensils. We asked the waitperson for napkins, but they never arrived. Food was fine, but it was not $65 fine (two decent burgers (which were both prepared wrong), two waters - again, ridiculous). The theaters are fine - the seats are comfortable, the sound is good, and the picture is big and bright. Really want this to be a nice place to see a movie, but save your time and money for somewhere else.

Yelp
Food: The food was okay. Definitely not worth the price. I have been to this Cinebistro several times and it has been on a slow but steady decline over the years. The service was good. The theater that I was in had not been cleaned after the last movie. There was popcorn on the floor and seat, a used drink cup on the table along with used napkins. No cleaning had taken place at all. Also, the menus are raggedy (pics). This place needs new management.

Asia E.

Yelp
Love the reclining seats and seat selection. The theater is nice, intimate and comfy. The food options are ok. I got the popcorn with chicken and calamari and the portion size was on the smaller side. I also ordered a drink that took 30 minutes to get even tho i asked for it to come out the same time as my meal.

Yelp
The service and the staff are awful. My wife and I visited this establishment on a Friday night and it was only six people in the entire building. Despite the upscale finishes, the establishment doesn't have the service that matches the decor. We went to the concession stand, ordered one bag of popcorn and two drinks. It was on $30. They charged an 18% gratuity fee for handling us out drinks and popcorn With that and the fact this was a dine-in theater, you would think the staff would refill your drink and popcorn in the movie. That was not the case. Unlike other dine-in theaters in metro Atlanta, the seats don't have a call button. You have to leave the movie to get refills. This is what your 18% gratuity gets you. I even overheard the staff complaining because I rang the bell at the concession stand for service. The place wasn't clean. There are reserved seats and nobody cleaned the theater in between movies. We've couldn't find a manager. We had to get the bartender to find people to clean the theater. Our reserved seats still had trash leftover from the previous patrons. I So yes, overall, I was pissed about paying an 18% gratuity fee for burnt popcorn and two soft drinks which was essentially self service. The bathrooms were not clean either. Please don't waste your money going to the place

Yelp
Not pleased with Cinebistro today. First of all you have to order in the concession stand and no one told us that so we were waiting for the servers to come in before I went outside myself to check and found out we have to stand in line. We even asked the bartender and he told us they would come take our orders. Once we ordered and the food was brought to us the order was completely wrong. When I told the waitress she seemed annoyed and didn't apologize and walked off. So I ended up missing 15 minutes of the movie to go back outside to the concession to correct the order and while there I asked to speak to a manager and told them to take the incredibly unnecessary over 19% gratuity off my check. I think that's an insane amount to charge especially when you don't even have real service, you have to go order your food at a concession stand and then they bring it to you and never come back so you're not really paying for service on top of that to be honest the food really wasn't that good. The manager was nice enough to take the over 19% gratuity off and she also took off two orders of our fries and apologized for the waitress. It would've been fine that they got our order wrong because things happen, but the fact that the server was also rude was incredibly unsavory. It just seems like this place has fell off. I haven't been here in a while but it's more expensive and lacking in service. We first started coming to cinebistro years ago, it was a wonderful experience, now I definitely won't be back. This was the worst experience I've had in a movie theater and this will be the last time cinebistro gets money from me. I absolutely do not recommend and to be honest, I want a full refund. Waste of time and money.

Yelp
CMX is by far the best brand of theaters yet. The theater, it doesn't matter the area you visit in ATL they are pretty much very popular and consistent with the service and food, and I've visited each and every one. Peachtree Corners is my favorite location by far. It's always a great experience. The ambiance is always on point and exceptionally clean from time you step in the door to the bar area, bathrooms, the theater themselves, and surrounding areas. I'm pretty much partial to this area because it's surrounding so many great restaurants and retail shopping stores. Parking can be an issue on the weekends because this area is so bustling. There is a parking garage which is free, but it does fill up quickly. I think it's at least 20 charging stations in the garage as well.

Yelp
This place is cuuuuuute! I like!!! The bar and concession area is lovely, I could come go just for the ambiance. We didn't order food but the popcorn was deliciously overpriced and the drinks we decent. This place may be my new chill spot theater.

Jessica M.

Yelp
Great seats and theater setting but bad food and way overpriced. $125 for 5 burgers/sandwiches with tots and only 1 bottled water. And the burgers and chicken blt were so dry and under-seasoned. The tater tots were the only good thing. I mean how do you mess up a burger? Limited food options too. And food takes least 30 min. And this is not the 1st time so we're done eating here. And they don't give you an itemized receipt.

Courtney M.

Yelp
*they are very short-staffed staffed, so I'm being gracious in my review. This was our first time going here, even though we have passed this place many times. I popped in during the week, and there was no one to greet or at guest services to purchase tickets. There was no one in the lobby either, which was awkward; it made it seem like you could walk in and watch movies for free. We waited in the lobby (15 minutes) for the remaining members of our party to arrive, and by then, there was someone at guest services to purchase tickets. The guest services attendant was friendly and told us Tuesday was the cheapest day to see movies. We bought our tickets and went to our theater. The theater is nice, clean, and spacious. The waiter came promptly when we sat and gave us a few minutes to review the menu and place our order. They do have a cutoff time for placing food orders at your seat, and then you will need to place your food order at the concession stand or bar. I'm unsure because I was given two instructions to place an order. We ordered a kids' meal and the popcorn chicken, shrimp, and calamari appetizer. They didn't have calamari, just chicken, shrimp, and popcorn. This was an odd combination, but it works. The shrimp were well seasoned and nicely battered. The chicken could have used more seasoning, but it was doable. This dish came with a lemon aioli and marinara, which I believe was for the calamari. I would add a ranch or honey mustard for the chicken. Overall, this dish was pretty good. The kid's meal came with tater tots, and we ordered French fries. The food arrived promptly, but we never received our drinks. There wasn't a waiter to check on us during the film. I can see the potential in this place if it was fully staffed because it's a nice venue, and the food is good.

Alan D.

Yelp
Buyer beware! Prices reflected on the menu AND online are not what they are charging. Servers do not say anything about auto gratuity. Not to mention the fact that they give plastic utensils to eat a steak you charge $40 for. No taxes showing on bill. It felt like an act of god to get a copy of my detailed receipt. (Obviously they don't want anyone to see they are not charging the published prices. Recommend staying away from this place.

Robin G.

Yelp
Upon entering the lobby the venue is impressive with very high ceilings, recessed lighting and a few modern light fixtures. The check-in desk is relatively small with 3 stations, but they also have 2 kiosks for checking in. The kiosks were out of order but luckily no one was in line at the desk. There's a bar and dining area to the left and small private meeting room behind the check-in desk. We found out after we were seated that you're supposed to pick up menus on the way in. After settling into the roomy leather recliner seats we were ready to order. The menu was relatively limited (3 apps, 1 salad, 5 features/entrees, 4 sandwiches and 2 desserts that were not actually listed) so we decided quickly. Then we looked for the button or way to signal the wait staff. Turns out you just sit and wait. It took about 5 minutes for a waiter to get to us and we both ordered the bistro burger ($17.99/each) which comes with either tots, steak or truffle fries. The fries were served hot which is always a plus but the burger could have really benefited from condiments and seasoning. We also got the popcorn trio ($16.99) which comes with your choice of popcorn chicken, shrimp or calamari (calamari was unavailable) with popcorn in the mix. It was an odd combo but somehow it worked. As a rule all food is brought out together so not truly an appetizer I guess. We also had strawberry lemonade to drink ($5.99). The cups fit perfectly in the cup holders in the armrest that raises and lowers between each two recliners. Another difference from other dine-in movie theaters I've visited is they stop taking orders 5 minutes before the movie starts. After that you're on your own to go out to the concession stand to get food or drink refills. They didn't bring napkins and didn't return even though we requested they bring some back. But it is kinda nice not having the servers walk around while the movie is playing, less of a distraction. Overall the experience was positive.

Yelp
This was my first visit to the CineBistro at this location. Overall it was a good experience for a night out of dinner & a movie. Like most service establishments they seemed to be understaffed as the bar was closed. At the ticket counter they did a great job of articulating to everyone as they came in that only wine and beer would be available once we sat down to order. The theatre was clean and the recliner seats were very comfortable. And the wait-staff were informative and efficient. When the food was delivered everything was hot. I would recommend getting the Cali mark and salmon but because the lettuce on the salad was wilted, I would not recommend or order that again. At other CinéBistro's in other states that I visited their was a service button on your chair and service was ongoing throughout the movie, but at this location it was not. Once you receive your food if you need anything beyond that you need to exit the theater and go to the service window. If you need condiments or a drink refill when the movie starts or after delivery you're on your own. They charge an 18% gratuity when you order that gets spread out to the staff.

Trinity N.

Yelp
This is my favorite movie theatre so far, mainly because of the big comfortable reclining seats and the nice ambiance in the lobby. However don't expect much from the food, the food is nothing special and is expensive. I ordered a burger and it was BURNT and unenjoyable.... The best thing is probably the kids popcorn shrimp and bottomless $12 popcorn ‍ the service was kinda slow both times I came but I see the employees were really trying their best lol probably just under staffed? Still my go to theatre I just won't order food anymore

Caleb G.

Yelp
The burger was okay. The chicken sandwich was dry. The seats were great and comfortable. If you don't arrive early you have to order at the bar and pick your food up at the concession stand. It's not like ionic where you push a button to order during service. I give it a 4 bc I didnt't arrive early and my wife booked the reservation so she probably didn't know what time the food needed to be ordered by. But also I didn't say 5 because the chicken was dry.

Amber G.

Yelp
Writing a review from the theater during the movie because of how terrible food and service is. Safe your money and go elsewhere. Food is extremely overpriced and tastes terrible. Mandatory gratuity is a joke

Tiffany S.

Yelp
HORRIBLE!! Has gone allll the way down smh; From the trash all over the floors to not having anyone greeting you at the front, no food options-candy popcorn etc it's just too much!! It's such a shame too because they had potential. Definitely will not be returning.

Angelica C.

Yelp
I arrived to the theaters in the middle of the day because I was buying tickets to the Marvels for later on that night. Kayla greeted me with a friendly smile. She was so nice, hospitable and knowledgeable. She went over and beyond. It was my first time coming so I wasn't sure how everything worked. My wife and I returned later for our movie. We went to the bar to get drinks. The two bartenders were extremely nice. The drinks were not very tasty was only unfortunate thing. The movie theater was very nice and clean. I will be going back to watch a movie but I will not be getting anymore drinks.

Candace B.

Yelp
The location is great but the service from the waitstaff is POOR. Please don't come here if you think you're going to get friendly/personable people waiting on you. You will be met with teenagers that clearly don't want to work there. Unfortunately, I've experienced rude waiters every single time I've come to this theatre, so I won't be back. I'll take my 200.00 elsewhere.

Jada P.

Yelp
Arrived at 9:30 no bartender on duty , so we couldn't get drinks , then they were out major sides for their main dishes. Asked if they could just pour wine like the ticket lady at the front suggested and my waitress said it was up to her and she didn't want to . And on top of that seats are dirty , gnats were flying around my seat during the movie you can only imagine how annoying it was . Smelled like old food . Should probably hire a cleaning service . For a 80$ meal and no drink is insane . Please do better .

Nicole B.

Yelp
I honestly only ever go to the cheaper theaters like AMC and Regal so I don't have much to compare to, but CMX CineBistro is the cleanest and nicest movie theater I've ever been to. We got a Groupon for 20% off so we only paid $11.25 for 3 movie vouchers, and I also had 2 complimentary dessert/appetizer coupons as well. So for $11.25, two of us got to watch the new Batman and ate 2 appetizers for free. The unfortunate things are you can't reserve tickets online with Groupon so we had to come in person to redeem our tickets, and the website says you need to get to the movie 30 minutes early. I wasn't sure how strict they were on that rule, so we got there with plenty of time to spare and just walked around outside while we waited until 30 minutes before showtime. Its located in a nice lot with plenty of food and dessert places, and there is also an outdoor grass and playground area right next to the theater. When we took our seats, we realized our seats reclining option was broken. We let one of the employees know, and he told us we can just pick another random seat but he didn't know which seats were occupied or not so we may have to move again as guests started arriving. This was a minor inconvenience because we did have to move again. However, the seats were very comfortable and reclines very far back. Service is also very prompt. People came immediately to take our order and the food came out quickly. We gave them our vouchers for the free appetizers and didn't even get a bill for them- popcorn calamari and a goat cheese dip which in total was about $30. I definitely would come back here again especially with the Groupon. Food is pricey and portions are small for the price though, so I can't say I'd order food again without a voucher.

Lillian G.

Yelp
They have weathered the COVID19 storm and are back with a new crew. If you are looking for dinner, adult drinks, snacks, with your movie, this is your place to check out. Come early with a group and hang out in the bar area before the movie or do it all at once... either way, this adult orientated theater is a welcomed part of the Town Center area complete with outdoor seating for the warm days. Come early, hang out, then put your feet up and enjoy your time at the movies. Minors can come during the day, but in the evening they must be accompanied by an adult if you bring them. This is NOT like AMC or Regal... parents, you have been warned- this place is just for you.. LOL!!

Paulina A.

Yelp
I love Cinebistro but the service here is not on par with Halcyon. We wanted to see the Kingsman at 9pm and they noted the movie was completely sold out so we settled for Spiderman at 8:30pm, which already started. We got two cocktails at the bar and a pager to notify us when the popcorn would be ready for pickup since we were late for the in-theater service. After 45 minutes of waiting, the pager still did not light up so I went down to the concession stand and it was closed. I then decided while I wait for an employee to appear, let me take a peak at the Kingsman theater that's supposed to be sold out. The movie was playing as programmed and not a single person was in there LOL! Clearly, that was a lie and very disappointing. I finally tracked down an employee to make the popcorn since they forgot about the pager system. The cocktails, popcorn and movie quality were good. The reclining seats are comfortable but the service is very much lacking and disorganized.

LaTanya O.

Yelp
I like CMX Cinebistro for the experience, cleanliness, and atmosphere. However, I really wish they would increase the food options on the menu. While I love coming here, I just think that the prices are very much high for limited options. The service here is always top tier, it's usually quiet and you're not sitting in a packed theater. So if you're more interested in enjoying movies alone, like myself, you will definitely like coming. Also, if you sign up for rewards, they will send you a free movie ticket for your birthday!

Fadi A.

Yelp
This place has better seats with a full view of the screen, unlike a few of the other dine ins in Atlanta. I also liked the popcorn. We arrived 10 min before the screening and were told they're not taking orders as we missed 'last call'. That's fine but at least inform customers clearly of this, the tickets said nothing. At the bar, we were basically looked down upon for missing last call as though we were inconveniencing the waitress. 5 minutes after we got to the bar, she finally took our order(incredibly slow). Then we had to wait almost 15 minutes in a line of just 4 people ahead of us to pick up popcorns and drinks. I really wanna give this place 4+ stars but they desperate need to train their employees in customer service and efficiency. Somehow, still one of the better dine in theaters in the Atlanta area.

Imani S.

Yelp
It was great as an experience. We actually was really nice. The theater is in a great location near the Costco in Chamblee Dunwoody. The couches were very comfy. Lounge style seating. I went to see Black Panther 2 and it was an okay movie, I had more fun ordering food and drinks. Everything was priced pretty decent and you have to pay on the website and preorder while they put a hold on your card then cash out at the end. The theater itself was very beautiful and high end looking. Give it a go. For dinner I ate the buffalo chicken sliders with blue cheese and fries. And my boyfriend got the burger sliders with beef and chz. Everything was fresh. We got popcorn of course, also great. Drinks were refreshing and cold. Not like they've been sitting forever. And the waiter was very cool and helpful. Definitely a great date nite experience.

Sip'n Trip L.

Yelp
My fiance and I both had the cheeseburger w/bacon fully loaded with cheddar fries. OMG! Everything was so good! The service was exceptional and the ambiance was really nice.

J G.

Yelp
This location of cinebistro still fairly new to community and as such I wanted to treat my mother to nice Sunday movie at a more elevated movie theatre. Unfortunately, our experience was not that of a "luxury" movie theatre. We purchased tickets online. Checking in and getting our printed tickets was very easy and smooth. Once we walked into the theatre, our waiter informed us that most of the menu was not available. None of the features on the menu were available as long as most of the appetizers. We thought this was ridiculous because the whole point of going to a dine in theatre is for there to food available. We chose the waygu sliders and burger off of what was available on the menu along with two strawberry mojitos. The food was mediocre at best which I wasn't surprised at because the best items on the menu were likely the ones unavailable. When serviced we had to ask for napkins, they were brought with the food. The strawberry mojitos came after the movie started although we were one of the first people in the theatre 30 minutes before the showtime as requested on the website. Once the strawberry mojitos were delivered to our seats, they weren't enjoyable. It tasted as if it was full of sweetening syrup and no alcohol. We didn't drink them and requested for them to taken off of our bill at the end of the movie. Our service was not that good at all. The waiter did not check on us before the movie started. I also don't like having to pay before the food is received and not having a print out of the bill before you pay. As a result of this our waiter was tipped double because there is a 18.5% gratuity added automatically and we tipped in cash. Knowing this waiter received a generous tip, his service was horrible. When we spoke to the manager about refund for the drinks, he was not friendly or hospitable. Overall, I wouldn't recommend. Far too overpriced for the lack of available food and lackluster service.

Yelp
Food is good if you ever get it. Sit in the theater 25 minutes, no server, went to the bar, no service. The crew is unorganized and doesn't seem to be guided by anyone. Don't go there if you expect to eat and watch a movie.

Yelp
The movie experience was great but when asking the bar tenant to make a amaretto sour he had no idea what I was speaking of.

Yelp
Our experience was awful on Father's Day. When we arrived and put in our food order. More than half the menu was not available (Which manager is responsible for stocking food and making sure enough food is available?). To order food took at least 20 mins just to get to put in my order because there were only 2 people behind the bar, one person taking orders one way person making drinks. There must have been at least 10 people in line and the person taking the orders was very slow and he was not sure what foods were still available so it looked like he used his walkie-talkie to ask the kitchen what was available but he was not receiving a response so he would go back and forth to the kitchen to ask questions and hence the line moving slow. One of The manager was on the phone at the entry counter and while I was in line I asked her to speak to her and she left after getting off the phone and never addressed my concerns. Mean while all of this is going on we are missing the movie. After this, and an hour of waiting the food never came so we asked for a refund. While waiting for a refund there were at least 8 people in line to speak to manager for a refund. I have never seen operations this poor. We eventually got our refund. I returned back to our seats and in the last 30 minutes of the movie our food comes. So to summarize, we had a terrible experience. Our food took an hour and a half to come. We ended up getting our money back, but our food also came. This is a lose lose situation for both sides. It is a lose situation for us because we had such a terrible experience and will never come back to this establishment again I'm not only this location but any other CMX location. It's also a lose for the business because they refunded our money but we still got our food so they're losing money. The corporate office needs to come and shut this place down until the operations are run better. I eventually spoke with a manager, who was very professional and understanding and he understood our frustration, but the problem is not with him. It is with the higher ups and the need for more support for the people who are there. This place is incredibly poor and they do not have any support and honestly they should be shut down until things improve.

Yelp
this may be the single worst dine in experience I have ever had. not only is this unorganized but the service is also horrendous. you are paying way more here than a normal fine in theatre experience, yet receive the same level of sub par service. we waited 20 minutes for the worst drinks ever and then missed "last call" for food, which is fine. but then they send you to concessions...where you wait 20 minted to be acknowledged. not to mention the hallways smell like the bathroom. please do better. the only good thing I have to say is.. the recliners are comfortable and aesthetically pleasing.

Yelp
Very expensive (for both movie tickets and food prices), and the food quality is not great. Chicken sandwich was especially bad. Portions are also very small when considering how much they charge. Servers do not check on patrons after initial delivery is made, so you have to get your own refills or add-ons. We'd much rather go to a place like Studio Movie Grill where there is a larger menu selection and better service.

Yelp
Great ambiance but service is horrible. This place was awesome when it first opened i don't know what happened

Yelp
It was weird to not be welcomed as I walked in the entry . No one at the welcome desk for about 5 minutes. Instead of being escorted to the theater a staff member pointed me to the direction of the theater. It was still simple to choose my seats online and the seats are beige abs roomy as I remembered. The isles are wide enough for others to pass by. It appears to be clean as well . The menu is not like I remembered. Very limited and there wasn't crème brûlée. My husband's favorite! I ordered the tuna poke bowl. We had to wait to order for about 10 minutes. That's not too bad considering I wasn't ready when the waitress came by the first time . Once I ordered , we paid up front while seated in our assigned seats. The food was pretty decent . My only complaint is the truffle tator tots were heavily seasoned than expected. Overall is was a nice experience. It was my first visiting the peach tree corners location. I was a regular at the Brookhaven location which is permanently closed unfortunately. Therefore I held the Norcross location up to the Brookhaven standards . I can shamelessly say, I was expecting the red carpet out front and more servers available, but in all fairness it wasn't busy . It was nice for my first movie out since 2019. I will visit again .

Yelp
This place was great. The food was great I definitely recommend the goat cheese dip that is definitely 10 out of 10. The service was great we went on a Wednesday afternoon so we definitely had full attention on us. The theater was clean and everyone was friendly. My only problem is the automatic 18.25 percent gratuity. So don't worry about tipping it's already gonna be added.

Yelp
Movies are my favorite thing to do on Saturdays and this theater is one of my favorite spots now! I like the reclining chairs and the wait staff! This theater is beautifully designed!

Yelp
CineBistro is awesome! The Food, Comfy Recliners, and Cocktails make for a terrific date night. Expect to spend about $75-$100 per person. Short Rib and Tater Tots were excellent - 2nd time ordering. I can't say enough good thing about them! I wish they would re-open the Baltimore location.

Yelp
There seems to be more and more of these types of places opening these days, I don't know if that's a good thing or bad thing with the price of things these days, with the quality of movies going down and the price of food going up. Streaming movies at home isn't so bad. The price of the tickets wasn't too bad but the food, was crazy. Saw Antman here and the size of the theater wasn't bad, nice new comfy seats that recline, and if you get here early enough you can use the wait staff to order food. If you don't get there until right before the movie you will have to order food from the concession stand, It's a little more upscale here but I'd suggest eating before coming here in fact there are plenty of restaurants in the area that have much better food choices

Yelp
Looks better on tiktok. Food 5/10. Workers seem a little uninterested in their job. The young guy who brought us our food was very sweet and helpful.

Yelp
They used to do better, but they've cut all expenses to the bone. When you're paying a heavy premium on easy to prepare foods, you don't serve with disposable plastic utensils. And there's always, always something they're out of, the only dish they 'prepare' that actually decent is a but everything else just doesn't taste fresh. And why isn't that order wonder ever opened. No I'm not going to go chase someone down at the bar. The seats are comfy though otherwise we just simply stopped going there, it's not worth the expense to be treated to second class food and zero amenities

Yelp
My family and I came to see Kung Fu Panda 4 and we had a great time. Our server told us that you all completely changed out the entire management team. Kudos to CMX Corporate for making these changes as this is the best we've ever seen CMX Peachtree Corners. The place was clean, including the bathrooms. Our only complaint is the prices on your menu. You are too expensive so we only get a couple drinks to share and a popcorn.

Katherine M.

Yelp
We have been to come bistro both in Peachtree corners and halcyon, in the past have had great experiences; however, recently having horrendous experiences in both locations! Don't waste your money!

Yelp
This is the third time I've been here. Last time service was slow. This time we didn't even get our drinks in an hour. Haven't gotten our food yet and ordered it 70 minutes ago. Only had the ingredients to make two mixed drinks from the menu and they didn't bother to tell us that the mixed drink we ordered couldn't be served. And they have the balls to charge you an 18% gratuity up front

Yelp
I love this product, I love this theater. I am saddened by the decline. It appears to be totally mismanaged. The facility with the exception of the ladies room appeared, clean and welcoming. We arrived excited to see the movie. Our waitress took her order and informed us that the bar was closed. This was at 5:30 PM on Wednesday night. When our food arrived both orders were incorrect. They took them away. After a lengthy time, only one order arrived. We waited 45 minutes. I went to the concession stand and explained that we were still waiting for an order. They tried to present me with a bucket of popcorn. I explained The situation again, and After 15 minutes, we received our second order. The bill was presented after the movie started. Missing the movie and having to use phones to see the bill and process the payment. Upon leaving the ladies room was in shambles. I can't say that I will never go here again because I sincerely love this product and hope that management will take over and improve it.

Yelp
What a JOKE! Always get stomach issues when we eat there food. So today we said nope! But chose to get concessions. ALL THEY HAVE IS off brand twizzlers. No sprite, no icees, NO OTHER CANDY. SO A FAMILY OF 5 have one pack of off brand twizzlers. What the heck?! Yet we pay full price of our tickets. This place could be so upscale and cater to the high end neighborhoods around here yet they don't.

Yelp
I came to treat myself to a movie and lunch and see the color purple. I came 30min early (like the website instructed) and still was waiting 45 min to order with a server. I ended up going out in the hall and asking a worker if I'm supposed to be ordering at the bar but he said he was sending someone in. Mean while the previews are playing and the theater is filling. I still had to wait another 20 min so I decided I was going to just leave and just get a refund. I stopped the bartender in the hallway and asked if I could speak with a manager. I told him what happened and he was very apologetic. He convinced me to stay and he took my order right then and there. I still had to wait a little for my drink to come out (which was about an hour into the movie) but I appreciated the bartender for going out of his way. He explained that they were short staffed. The ambiance is nice but I'm not sure if I'll be back soon.

Yelp
This was my 2nd visit to CineBistro & I took my girls & we had an amazing time. We saw Cruella on a weekday afternoon & the theater was empty to our delight. After being seated by a hostess in plush, reclining chairs, the waitress came & took our orders. I got a margarita because, well, Cruella & let the girls order what they wanted. Everything came out within 15 mins or so & tasted great. I actually ended up liking the movie & thoroughly enjoyed my time here. Can't wait to come back!
