We visited Co Dam after seeing it recommended in the Michelin Guide, and it truly lives up to the praise. Such a hidden charm, this place offers a fine dining experience that feels both refined and deeply comforting. Each dish is a beautifully crafted celebration of flavor and creativity, showcasing the full potential of plant-based cuisine. From presentation to taste, everything is flawless. The service is polished and attentive, and the ambiance perfectly balances modern luxury with cultural warmth. Absolutely love the experience and hope we have chance to visit again soon.

A truly exquisite dining experience. I really never knew eating food could be such a spiritual experience. Atmosphere, lighting, service, attention to detail was second to none. The flavours started off quite magically with tiny amuse-bouche and with each new dish that was served the flavours kept changing. I may go back to try their lunch. I'll definitely be going to their other restaurants before I keave Ha Noi for sure.

As expected a really nice restaurant, cozy, a bit dark inside, pretty interior. We were welcomed nicely and seated swiftly. We had the choice between two menus and chose both to try all. 11 courses for each and 3 courses were the same. One is Asian inspired and one is western. The twist was that the Asian ones looked western and the other way round. Cute idea. Spoiler: The first course wasn’t very memorable, gingery slight curry taste, a nice refreshing but herby start. The second course was our favorite by far. A hot soup with mushroom (didn’t get the truffle tho). The staff tried to explain it to us in both Vietnamese and English. But unfortunately we didn’t always get what exactly we were eating. Plus they took away the menus away which were written on the fan and even these we weren’t really able to read. The third course was a delight. Refreshing, light, tangy and a bit sour. Surprise to find mangosteen in a fruit salad as we usually find mango or other fruits. Loved it. 4th was the most creative course. Except for the warming soup as the 7th course I found all the other courses a bit lacking. 1.080.000VND for anyone searching for the price. Would give a new menu another try tho!

Cồ Đàm Chay is a true gem for anyone who appreciates exquisite vegetarian cuisine and striking design. The building blends Champa architecture with serene Buddhist details, creating an atmosphere that feels like both a gallery and a sanctuary. Each dish arrives as a small work of art, beautifully presented, vibrant in color, and rich in flavor that satisfies even those who usually prefer meat. From the first bite to the last glance around the dining room, the experience is thoughtful, balanced, and memorable. Highly recommended for every diner.

Really loved this Michelin experience~ Beautiful dishes, delicious flavor, and healthy food. The dishes specialize in enhanced flavors and high-quality ingredients. Atmosphere is so nice too. I’ll be back in the future ^^

Very amazing Michelin experience, value for the price, fine dining experience at 1mil vnd, 11 course set dinner I’m totally blown away. They only use premium ingredients with their superb culinary skills to create the entire experience, they accept credit cards

We have visited many Michelin starred restaurants around the world and I can happily say this was up there with one of the best meals weve ever had! Each course was packed with incredible flavours, the presentation was unique and the service was spot on. Couldn’t recommend more, for vegetarians & non vegetarians regardless!

An absolutely incredible dining experience - probably the best I've had in years to be completely honest. Not sure how this place doesn't have a star yet. I had the 10 course Cham tasting menu and it didn't miss a beat.
