Co-op Live

I saw Raye here on Wednesday 18th Feb, and had an absolutely amazing experience at the Co-Op Live. The on-site parking was very expensive but close to the venue. Getting inside the venue was quick, there were plenty of staff on hand to assist, and security checks quick and respectful. Inside the venue is very well maintained and still looks new! Plenty of toilet facilities that are super clean, especially for Arena standards! Lots of bars and mini Co-Ops around the arena, good choices for refreshments. Obviously expensive, but to be expected. The seating in the venue can be quite tight depending on where you sit (even as a 5ft slim person!), but the addition of cup holders is good (although again these could be bigger/deeper). The sound quality was just phenomenal, one of the best venues I've ever been to. It's a shame that tickets are generally extortionate because I would recommend everyone who appreciates live music to attend this venue at least once.

My first time at this venue. Loved it! Easy access, great areas on the concourse for food or a drink. Large standing area that felt really good because they don't cram you in like other indoor venues. The sound was amazing and I would highly recommend. Smooth exit also. Sort out the price for a pint and id give 10 out of ten. £9.30! Come on. We used the walkway from Piccadilly, only took 25 minutes

First time I've been to see a band at coop. The stage is enormous and absolutely amazing show. Sound is incredible, if a tad on the bass side too much. Great views from the side were I was, the top tier is really high so be careful if you got a fear of heights!! The snack bars were really good, great pizza at reasonable prices. The drink prices were as to be expected but not extortionate. Was quick to get in through the security scanning team. Stewards were really helpful. The only negative for me was getting too and from the venue, obviously the other arena is right near the train station but here can be a bit of a pain to get home from. But amazing venue all round and great night!

Fairly decent, queue wasn't so bad and let us in early, clean and loads of staff on end to help but the prices are shocking. For a small can of ciroc it cost me £12 when in shops they sell them for £2.85! I expect them to be abit more expensive but thats ridiculous. The chairs/aisles are very narrow too. Sound brilliant but view is hit & miss depending on who is stood/sat in front of you. Mine and my daughters bags wasn't checked at all.

We went to see Mumford & Sons first first time in December 2025. It was also the first time in the AMP club and the difference was noticeably superior. Very attentive staff that were only to happy to guide you around. Wine tasting and cheese samples from the Co-op were a nice touch, though I doubt I'll win the hamper on offer. The view was excellent from our seats as well as the acoustics. We will definitely consider using this area again, though only if we can't get floor standing. Floor standing brings you closer to the atmosphere. Having said that, Mumford & Sons took a leaf from Coldplay gigs and had a second stage at the rear of the floor standing, which was right in front of where we were sat. I wish all bands would do this, it's a great edition to a gig.

Great indoor area. Great sound in there. The view from where we were you could see the stage clearly. Traveling to it it is fairly easy using the trams. Especially when leaving. It's very organised so everyone gets to where they need to in a safe manner. I was very impressed with this. Most if not all events should look at how the organisation of leaving venues like this should be done. I know some places I've been to already do. It was a great evening. I didn't think the drinks were too badly priced. But the toilets felt like were getting bottle necked for that volume of people. It just feels like it didn't flow properly. Especially when you have people also queuing for food and merchandise.

Well organised venue. Went there to watch RAYE, AMMA and Absolutely perform. I think the sound needs to be improved at the venue as sometimes you cannot hear parts of songs clearly. Parking in the main car park is very expensive, £25 and a nightmare to get out of. There are other car parks about 15 minutes away that charge £10.00 and are easier to exit.

Second visit in the past twelve months, once inside it's a great venue. There are plenty of approachable staff and the bars and catering inside is fairly priced. Come prepared to walk to walk back to the city centre - about half an hour, clearly signed most of the way - or wait for a tram. This time there was insufficient tram capacity to get crowds to the venue so we walked both ways. Entrance D works well with security before the ticket barriers but entrance F has it the opposite way round - this does not work with people stuck between the barriers and security.
