We arrived around 5:25pm and the queue was already so long. Luckily we got a table for the first seating. The drinks were very unique, but in a good way. I tried the spicier drinks and I was surprised that I enjoyed them. Service was also very good, all of them were very attentive and friendly. Thank you also to Axel also for being very welcoming! Tip: go early or else they’ll tell you they are fully booked already! We went around 9pm the day before and they were fully booked already for the night.

Probably the best bar in Hong Kong. Every single cocktail was outstanding and always with a complete difference flavor. You might need to queue before it opens to make sure that you get a seat in the first round. Alternatively they get your name and number and let you know approximately when there might be a table available. The staff was friendly and took the time to explain the drinks and offer some snacks.

Waited 3.5 hours on a Saturday night to get into the legendary COA Mexican bar, which got listed in Asia 50 best bar few years ago and since then always have a giant queue outside no matter weekday weather or time. Their signature clarified coconut milk punch is worth the hype, one of the most unique and delicious cocktails I've tried, the initial taste, middle taste, and after taste are completely different, with caramel, coconut, and smokey flavor, a must try! Other than their signature clarified coconut milk, their other cocktails are very delicious too, first time to try horchata. The drinks feature on Mexican ingredients and preparation style. Servers are friendly and patiently introduce drinks and provide chips for bar snack. 120$ +10% per drink, reasonable for the location and quality. The decor is in rustic Mexican plantation theme and Mexican folklore, comfortable seating but it's always super crowd inside, almost need to yell to hear your friends at the same table.

My favorite bar in Hong Kong. E-queue managed through WhatsApp. Come here early and get into the queue! I saw the line starting to queue almost 1 hour before the bar opening time. The last order time is 23:00. Fantastic drinks, nice noisy crowd of people, great choice of music.

Very innovative cocktail bar full of surprise. You never imagine how Sichun spicy beef 水煮牛肉 inspired cocktail drink impact your tongue. Every waiters are super helpful and explain the detail of each drink. You can definitely surprise your friends here. Only one thing is you may need to wait long time to get in as there’s no reservations

Google
Lively and popular spot with a strong Mexican theme, centred around tequila and mezcal. You’ll likely have to wait for a table, but they have a digital queue so you can go elsewhere until it’s ready. The drinks lean into bold, recognisable flavours, though without much depth or surprise. Staff seemed a bit inexperienced, and service was uneven - drinks arrived at different times, and attempts at conversation felt a little forced. Still, it’s a fun atmosphere with approachable cocktails, just not a place to expect much beyond the surface.

I arrived at weekday 5:30 PM in queue and got in around 6:15 PM with the last table. Coconut Milk Punch $128 is a must try. The flavors unfold beautifully, with distinct front middle back notes. Every ingredient is clear, smooth and well-balanced making the wait worthwhile. Donaji Mexicano $158 stood out with its smoky aroma and intriguing taste. Their straight tequila listed in the book not on the sheet menu. Bitter Melon Collins $128 had layered flavors too, but it just okay. My friend compared it to Thai green curry. Clover Club $128 was sweet and simple, I mean almost too light like non alcoholic drink. From past visits, I remember the Bloody Beef Maria and Smashed Cucumber tasting similar to some Thai salads. I like the taste of music and it was at comfortable volume making the air flow. Most staff were kind and warm, though two of them had a bit of attitude and occasionally rolled their eyes. I may return for Coconut Milk Punch and maybe a straight tequila. I think Coa is a solid bar, but slightly overrated.

We went there on a Sunday evening at 5:45pm before the opening time of 6:00pm and there was already a queue to enter the bar. We were promptly seated at the bar upon opening which seems like a small and cosy bar space. I enjoyed the Smacked Cucumber cocktail that was not too strong for a tequila and mezcal based cocktail and there was a slight chilly aftertaste which I liked. COA specialises in agave based cocktails and have them in different styles from highball to negroni. Very innovative cocktails but suggest to go there early else it might be a longer wait to get a seat or table.

Yelp
Ranked number 1 bar in Asia and number 20 in the world ... tbh not sure how it got this ranking . No reservations, need to go there physically and put your name on the waitlist. They will lyk/text you when your number 5. Be ready to wait 2-3 hours. Cocktails are mostly mezcal or tequila base. Cost is about $15-20 usd . Not bad price. Save your time , there are a lot of better bars in Hong Kong and nearby.

Yelp
#1 bar in asia i get it. got in line 45 minutes before opening on a saturday night, we all were sitting on the steps. they take your name and party and seat you very accordingly so i didn't get in till 6:15 solo dined and got seated at the very end of the bar next to the walk so i felt a bit forgotten about incredible drinks. strong too! some are premixed given the high volumes of them. truly can't go wrong they provide chips also

Yelp
Had a super long wait (~2 hours), but luckily they have an app to tell you where you are in line so you can look with anticipation. The drinks were great though! Does that make it all worth it? Probably! Just go get noodles while you wait or something. The way they use mezcal is incredible and fresh. Would definitely recommend you check it out. I would go early if you don't feel like waiting.

Yelp
Very good calbee chips. I also enjoyed the beef pho and cucumber salad. Good ambiance for the jungle themed washroom outside. Taking away a half star because there were many stairs to get here and I was sweating. 10/10 wud recummend.

Yelp
We put our name on the list for 3, shortly after the bar opened on a Sunday evening. We got a text message that the table was ready about an hour later. We tried coming on a Saturday night and it was pretty impossible getting in. They stop taking names after a certain amount of people are one the queue. When texted that our table was ready, We were welcomed with a bowl of complimentary potato chips. We got one drink each and to be honest, they were all underwhelming. Not sure how this bar is rated #1 Asia best bars. We were at Quinary to wait for our seats at COA, and Quinary had way better drink selections that were crafty. If you're into tequila and mezcal, maybe this is the spot for you. The bar had a fun vibe. The size of the bar isn't very big, which explains the long wait time. Give it a try for the experience.

Yelp
Fun tequila bar, hard to find good ones in Asia. Snacks were delicious. Loved our server, Michelle. She's super knowledgeable and made great recommendations.
