From Morgan being an absolute sweetheart, extremely knowledgeable and helpful and really helped me make the most beautiful bag for me! It came in just about exactly a month from when I ordered it and I couldn’t be happier when I went to pick it up Giselle was so lovely and was super sweet telling me how everyone was excited about my bag and for me to see it! Alex the ASM was exceptional and helping me design my bag’s tag and from beginning to end I have truly love my experience here with coach and will definitely be back for more!

Stopped into the store to check out a specific bag. Christian greeted me right away, answered my initial questions and let me know the bag I wanted was no longer a thing. Although I was sad, I still wanted to see what else they had to offer. Christian let me peacefully poke around, but gracefully offered product knowledge on things I seemed to show interest in. The store was kind of busy, so I left to do more research online. During my online search I found another bag that peaked my interest. I honestly could have just purchased it from my phone, but Christian was so informative that I decided to go back to the store. In going back Christian helped me try on the bag I saw online, and help me through my indecisiveness when I saw other bags in-store that I liked. We worked through the "pros and cons" of both beautiful bags. He really sealed the deal for me when he suggested a charm like accessory piece. I fell in love and was completely sold. I've gotten pieces from Coach as a gifts in the past. This was the first purchase I made myself. Thanks so much to him for making it fun, I will definitely be back!

Went for my birthday to get my first ever bag. Was having a great experience at first in the store but quickly took a sharp turn when we had told the associate we needed to be somewhere in an hour. We did not say for them to rush or anything like that but if we could possibly get one leather handbag done today and the second one another day. He said that was fine but as he was doing the first one, he stopped at the third symbol, took another customer which was not needed since that customer was in line behind us and we were clearly in the middle of doing something for a 400$ bag. He finally went back to finish the last stamp and it was so badly done. Crooked, uneven spacing, and an indent from the first mistake he had made. Hate to say name but Christian did not need to rush or take more customers in the middle of a sale. We had to go to Frisco Location at Stonebriar to get the second handbag done so there wouldn’t be anymore mistake. Go to Stonebriar with Alyssa, she’s super sweet and takes her time.

My husband and I came here a while ago and Tia was AMAZING! This is why we decided to come here specifically, until “Kayla” attended us. That is what the receipt says, because she never actually introduced herself. She is absolutely horrible and made us so uncomfortable the entire time. She never asked any relevant questions and proceeded to take the bag that I was interested in and started trying different chains/accessories on it. She should have asked first or asked anything in a professional way. Her attitude was disgusting. She speaks to people like they are teens and has zero professionalism. It made our experience uncomfortable, the whole thing felt cheap and horrendous. So disappointed with this store. The other 2-3 people working here did NOT greet us either and had a strange attitude. Not sure why Coach would want to hire people like this to represent them. I will not be returning to this location.

I had such a wonderful experience today with the whole team but especially Niya. She was a joy to talk with and was very knowledgeable about the products and Coach's history. She even offered to have my bag engraved that I came in with without me even asking or knowing that was a service. I will definitely be back to shop with her, you don't find this caliber of service very often anymore!

This was my first time visiting at this location I was looking for a specific bag I've been eyeing for a little over a year. I'll admit I'm in my early 20s and look very young for my age. I got looks from the employees giving me the hint they weren't going to really help out until I met with Kenny. Kenny was very kind and informative. He did an amazing job and went bound to make sure this bag was everything and more for me. What was feeling like a bad experience and judgment turned into the best customer service. Thank you Kenny!! You were truly amazing!!!!

It was a typical Wednesday, July 13th, when my friend and I decided to take the initiative to do some window shopping. We stopped by multiple stores beforehand but it often resulted in the sales associates merely just greeting us or greeting us too much, to which they kept asking us a series of questions. However, that was not the case for Coach. We were welcomed into the store by a woman named Lakayla (if my memory serves me right) who was extremely generous, comforting, and all around delighted. She showed us around the store, asked us a few questions about which items we might be interested in, and even took an extra step as to allow for us to utilize one of the employee iPads to digitally create our own unique Coach city shoes. It was an amazing experience, and the conversations with Lakayla were never dull. We had small talk about varying topics, which contributed to the enjoyment factor of the shopping experience. As an admirer and lover of Coach (as well as being an employee of Coach), I have always been drawn to the slg's. I have an obsession with collecting them, and was hoping to find some unique items to add to my collection. Lakayla helped pick out a card case for me, a simple chalk-white, pebble leather card case with steam-colored letterings. Additionally, I was drawn and captivated by a zip card case in papaya that Lakayla also showed me. I absolutely loved the portrayal of the hangtag on the card case, and the genuine glove-tanned leather is always to die for. Overall, Lakayla showed excellent knowledge of the products, as well providing an outstanding experience to both my friend and I. Though typing these words are not necessarily the same as saying them, I am more than pleased to have been helped by Lakayla.

If you're black, they will ignore you. DONT BOTHER! I went in to purchase TWO bags, I thought to myself, "let me just go in and see if they'll acknowledge me" and of course they didn't. I literally sat down for 5minutes, no one acknowledged me. I took my black dollars to Gucci. THANKS FOR NOTHING

I've here for few times in 2weeks. I bought Christmas gift for my family here and coach wasn't my favorite brand but I like them now. I have a issue that exchange shoes here and it will delivery but wasn't delivered. I have to went back to here again for asked that. They remembered me and it was easy to solved my issue. Camille looked my issue and found out that they tried call me but I changed phone number and they couldn't reach out. She was very good explained everything to me. I looked for my mom bag and Camille was helped me that and she gave a idea bout customize bag. She was amazing personality and very kindly. I give 5star only reason is her. This place was pretty busy when I was here and I felt sorry to them. I will definitely back to here again. You are shopping in the area and need something from coach then go this place. They will very welcome to you.

About two months ago, I stopped by on a Saturday afternoon to get some minor customization of Coach items I have owned for a while. I added a few tea roses and picked up some leather moisturizer. The managers were all very accommodating. They offered me water and we chit-chatted a bit. Ultimately, I decided to come back a bit later to pick up my finished items. Before I left, one of the managers gave me her card. It was a nice experience, and I will return. By the way, I have gotten so many compliments on the customization.

I recently went to this location on Friday and it was such a great experience since the beginning when my brother and I walked in we were greeted and helped. I was helped my Camille to choose the perfect bag for my mother's anniversary present. She was very helpful and showed me several styles in my mother's favorite color and recommended a perfume that I wouldn't have thought to purchase to go along with the bag. I usually purchase online my coach products but I'm really glad I stopped by in person. Amazing service and thank you Camille for the help my mom will love it!

Update: the manager of the store corrected the issue and the new wallet was overnighted... but still only giving 3 stars for the inconvenience brought upon the customer I ordered a monogrammed wallet for a gift from this location, and waited 10 business days to get it. When it arrived, it had no monogram on it... wow So, I called and they had the nerve to tell me to come to THEM with the wallet so they could ship it back before they sent me the correct one with a monogram on it... my other option was to PAY for shipping to ship it back to the Coach headquarters before they would ship me the monogrammed wallet. Won't be doing business with them again. Pretty bad service for what they call a luxury brand...

This is a wonderful store! Over the years, I've accumulated around seven Coach bags. I found out that these can be monogrammed with letters and even themed icons. I brought in tags for all of these bags and Hannah happily monogrammed them for me. I also bought a wristlet for my mom for Mother's Day and she monogrammed that for me, wrapped it and mailed it to my mom for me all without charge! She asked me if she could do this. I didn't have to ask. The service you get at this store is first rate! All of the sales associates here are professional and genuinely friendly. I personally recommend you ask Hannah to show you the various pieces in the store. She is knowledgeable and she's happy to go beyond your expectations in customer service!

Each time I've visited the Coach store at Northpark, I've had a wonderful experience whether I'm purchasing or perusing. One year ago, I purchased a wallet from the store. They helped me special order (at no charge) the exact wallet I wanted - an adorable retro-inspired wallet made from soft, black leather and shiny silver trim. It arrived within two weeks and I enjoyed it thoroughly until November, when, sadly and surprisingly, the change purse clasp broke. I finally made my way to the Coach store and told them what had happened, requesting that they fix the wallet. They told me they do not repair items and that this particular wallet was no longer being produced. As I was beginning to feel a little consumer anger brewing, the VERY helpful associate told me that I could choose any wallet of equal value or apply the entire cost toward another item. Say what? That's right, I chose a brand-spanking-new, larger, gorgeous wallet free of charge. For a year-old broken wallet with no receipt. As one who occasionally suffers from post-splurge regret (after all, this wallet cost half as much as my first vehicle), I now know that purchasing luxury brands - particularly ones with such wonderful customer service - is totally worth it. Even if you can't drive that wallet to school.

I dropped off my purse for repair in the beginning of October,a few weeks ago I called to check on it since the 4-6 weeks had passed, when I called the lady told me my purse had already been picked up! I advise her I hadn't picked it up or my husband which is the only one that would,it has been 3 weeks and still haven't gotten resolution! I called coach directly and they told me the store will have to handle it since it happened in the store!! Horrible experience will no recommend

Was in there on Saturday looking at the purses and this older sales rep woman came up to me to ask how I was. We were having a nice conversation and in the middle of it, she just walked away. I'm perturbed by how rude this sales rep was. She didn't say anything and just straight up walked away. I don't care if you don't enjoy or relate to the conversation, as a sales rep, you need to be polite and finish/end the conversation and then walk away. So unprofessional.

Obviously they don't work commission, because when i walked in there with all my bags from burberry, tiffanys, and armani, i wasn't even acknowleged until 10 mins AFTER i found my item, (wristlet for my cousin). What were they doin? Both of them, Danyelle if she is the white girl, and the latin guy were talking and having a blast. I gave two stars because after i was helped, the guy was okay at service.
