I agree with many of the critical comments here. While the product might look good initially, it’s mostly low-grade imports from India and China—cheap materials, poor craftsmanship, and it shows quickly. Even worse is the after-sales service: dismissive, slow, and shockingly arrogant. They make it clear they’re not interested once they’ve got your money. I wouldn’t trust them

poor customer service im afraid, very poor service at the january furniture show. rep's enjoy bragging about how many accounts they have closed. like to greet you with "have you got an account" when no is the answer they look at you like your dog dirt.

Bought a “luxury vintage item of furniture” from a local shop supplied by coachhouse. The chair was 4 year old but started to fall apart, the leather seat was clearly inferior & wafer thin. The shop claimed the supplier was at fault & the supplier claimed it was the shop. Shocking after sales service for a “quality” product & company. Wouldn’t recommend at all, avoid.

Beautiful products, appalling service from their management and 'Business Development Executive'. Closed our account after 15 years following an unannounced visit from their BDE, who we'd never met, didn't introduce herself and sneakily took photographs of our shops without our knowledge. All caught on CCTV, she spent less than 4 minutes in two shops! They should hang their heads in shame and they know it but are too arrogant to hold their hands up and say we've made a massive mistake. Shameful behaviour but we believe in karma. What goes around, comes around. That old saying regarding family businesses will come back to bite them unexpectedly. The founders make it, second generation take it, third break it.

The company are so up themselves they state you didn’t meet our criteria, basically your brand isn’t good enough to sell our products, uh sorry your a wholesale company nothing more. Places like coach house need to be avoided by all as they think there doing you a favour by allowing you to sell there overpriced china rubbish. The reviews on here speak volumes and now I’ve seen other customers comments I am so glad I avoided this company! Please read the reviews from others terrible terrible company.

We've worked well with Coachhouse for many years. Their products are stunning and the team we work with there are fabulous and pull out all the stops when we need help. A trip to their showrooms is a feast for the eyes! Arranged immaculately in different styles and trends, a visit is a truly inspirational experience so give yourself a fair few hours to take it in. It's been incredibly difficult operating any business throughout the pandemic, especially working with international supply chains, however they're doing their very best to keep prices low and supply plentiful - plus introducing lots of exciting new ranges. We too received a disrespectful curse email from Coach House shortly after the pandemic, advising that we no longer met their criteria. Having had an account with them for over 20 years it has left a bad taste with me. It’s not a big loss to my small business, over the past ten years the quality of what they sell has gone down hill, we ended up mainly using them for several styles of chairs which they sold, these were the few items they sold which met my standards. Some of what they sell looks ok in the brochure, in reality it’s very poor, cheaply made Chinese tat at overinflated prices. You have to be very careful with what you order if purchasing from this company. Poor quality items and poor quality customer service.
