I had an amazing experience here at Coach. This flagship store is spacious, warm/ inviting and the customer service is the best! I had a great time here during the holiday party with hot chocolate and a live jazz band. I saw a lot of authentic letter leather items and I was able to find exactly what I needed. I would definitely return to this location. Check out these pictures!

Did you know that this flagship store was the largest in the world? Went yesterday and had a fabulous experience talking with the personnel and learning so much about the brand and its initiatives and products. My favorite today was the dinosaur sculpture made of Coach bags, the vintage elevator and the design your own bag line. The experience elevated my view of the product line and I can’t wait to return.

My first time visiting as I was picking up an online order that I was so excited for. The service at this location didn’t disappoint! The staff are attentive and helpful, and I believe I was helped by a young woman named Alexis (?? sorry if I forgot her name but she was absolutely fabulous!!) who was so so helpful and we talked about our favorites amongst the handbags. She also knew her Coach history well, which was so interesting to learn and be guided by her around the front display of the store. She helped me try on and see in the mirror bags that were on my wishlist. Overall a great first trip to Coach! Cannot wait to visit again!

I came to this New York Coach location to shop, customize, and ship my selections back home to California. However, what I received in the mail, was not customized.I also wanted to order in store because I was celebrating my 30th birthday in the big apple, and shopping for a purse in store allows free customization of the tag that comes with the purse. I asked for the tag to have gold metallic thread and for the numbers 30 with a golden statue of liberty on it as well to commemorate the special trip. I specifically ordered in store and had it shipped home so as to not damage the product in my luggage while traveling home. I called 3 different occasions and spoke to 3 different managers and associates, Zee, Jameel, and one other manager I forgot the name of, and no one can seem to resolve the issue. I've reached out to Coach customer service, and without a confirmation order number I cannot be helped by them either. Since the order was placed in store and not online, I do not have a confirmation code, only the copy of the receipt with the transaction number as well as all the other details a receipt has. I did not receive help from in store employees, or online services. Would not recommend customizations unless youre present to ensure completion, i would not suggest shipping home if you are traveling, I would not suggest having expectations for this store because you might be disappointed in the end.

This store made my trip to New York worth it! From the moment I stepped in, there were friendly staff there to greet me. I came in looking for one thing but it had been discontinued 😭 Nevertheless i was encouraged to explore the rest of the store. Roxi the T-Rex was amazing! I fell in love with a Coach re-loved bag. I was explained what that mean and was offered the monogramming services. Everyone was so sweet and was so interesting watching the CERTIFIED craftsmen personalize my bag. To the three wonderful associates that made my birthday awesome, thank you so much! The customer service and genuine eatery recommendations I received should be the standard everywhere! I will definitely return the next time I'm in New York!

Absolutely stunning shop, especially around Christmas season! The staff was so friendly and attentive, they complimented my tabby 💼 and showed me New York exclusives.

I absolutely love the staff at this store! They are the sweets most helpful group of people. The store is amazing and HUGE! When they couldn’t do my personalization they did their best to help me leave happy. I can’t say good things

Stay away from this brand.recently purchased 2 that have stained all my clothes they come in touch with.the color transfer has ruined at least 6 items.i contacted customer service and provided them with all they requested.they are unwilling to assist,unreliable and liers. Therefore spend your money wisely and definetely not on coach products.
