3 Places to Try in Seattle This Weekend - Eater Seattle

"In a city with lots of great burger options, it may be easy to overlook this chill spot located in West Seattle, right across the street from Ma’ono." - Megan Hill

Tried this spot recently and was pleasantly surprised. The fries are crisp and flavorful and definitely a highlight. Both the plain burger and chicken burger are solid picks. The real star, though, is their burger with pineapple. It’s a unique, juicy combo that hits just right. The packaging is also really well designed and makes the whole experience cleaner and easier to enjoy whether you’re dining in or grabbing it to go. The staff was also incredibly friendly and welcoming, which made the visit even better. Will be coming back.

Google
Great burger spot in West Seattle! The patty was juicy, toppings were fresh, and the soft bun tied it all together. Fries were thin, crispy, and super tasty. I had the orange cream shake — creamy, sweet, and refreshing! Staff were friendly and even brought our food to the table. Cozy vibe and solid service.

Was looking forward to trying coastline having grown up in Seattle and raised on Red Mill and Ducks burgers. Overall the food was decent but probably didn’t give enough reason to rush back. We wound up splitting a bacon cheeseburger as well as the chicken sandwich. The burger was decent but was a little dry. Wish it just had a little more sauce on it, might have been in part to the very porous bun (which was tasty). The chicken sandwich was definitely more of the standout with solid flavor and nice breading. I thought both could have been a little bit larger. The space is cozy and offers some nice imagery of historic Seattle. Not a ton of seating with only about 4 main tables so be prepared for takeout if you have a large group or go at a busy time. The TV’s at the front are a little odd but fine, similar to how I feel about the touchscreen ordering which worked but I could see being challenging for older visitors. Food took a bit longer than expected to come out, I think takeout is probably the way to go. Overall decent spot.

Google
I would say this is quite possibly the best "normal burger" in Seattle. We tasted 15 different "best burgers" around Seattle, but this one stands out. The bun really is a highlight, toppings were fresh and crunchy, and the sauce is great. Beef itself is solid, not necessarily the stand out but overall its GREAT!

Google
We live in North Admiral so due to it's close proximity, we think of Coastline as our local go to joint for burgers. Mickey D's, not so much LOL I absolutely love the house chicken burger. Generally, I would not order a chicken breast option because it's a piece that is easily and often overcooked (for my taste) but I've ordered this sandwich multiple times and it's never disappointed- moist and flavorful each time. In my mind, Coastline has certainly found the formula. But it's really the whole menu ... The beef burgers, shakes and shoestring potatoes ... so good, you can't go wrong. The kiosk is self-explanatory and you truly can, 'have it your way'! That said, BE PATIENT. Your food is not sitting under a heat lamp. It is quite literally being made to order so relax and embrace the wait! On our visits, we've eaten inside, outside and on the lip of our car's boot. There aren't heaps of tables or great views but we make it work. One thing we've not done is takeaway so I can't speak to how well the food holds up ... Are we glad the owners chose to serve our little community of West Seattle? 100% ... we r so happy to support Coastline Burgers and it's wonderful staff!

Google
The shoestring fries were the real highlight from the limited menu. Small space, sticky tables, uncomfortable seating. Only option to order is the self-ordering kiosk next to where the staff stands around and watches you order. Disappointing burger. The bun, which they brand as the greatest bun of all time, was tough on the outside (leather-like), fell apart easily, and was remarkably flavorless. The patty was fine, but also fell apart in clumps while eating. I liked the pickles. Been there twice in the last few weeks. Same experience both times.

Google
Hands down the worst burger I have ever had. I am baffled by the positive reviews. I made it 3 bites in and quit. First of all, the tiny burger you get for nearly $15 is insulting. I was expecting something phenomenal, given that it took forever to prepare my order, despite there being hardly anyone in the restaurant. Boy was I wrong. The burger itself was awful and devoid of joy. The bun was completely stale. Their special sauce was virtually tasteless. The patty itself tasted like it had been sitting in the freezer for ages. Just a puck shaped slab of flavorless meat.

Google
Doesn't accept cash, which should be illegal. Ordering from the mandatory kiosks here is a very anti-human experience. The burgers and fries are pretty good! I would definitely give 4 or 5 stars otherwise.

Yelp
Looking at the other photos online, people just dont know how to take pics. The food is hella good. We self-ordered and honestly it was personally skeptical but it was scrumptious. Simple but hella delicious.

Yelp
Purely based on the food, decent burger. Had the spicy bbq and it wasn't that spicy ... it could also be that "not so spicy" season for jalapeños (as they were big, see the photo). The place had both indoor and outdoor seating (u pick) and orders were placed on techs. And when your order was done, they just called your names. Place got pretty packed for a Tuesday night.

Yelp
Fast-ish, friendly, and easy. I only tried the burger. It hit the spot. I like the buns. They hold together well.

Yelp
After passing it for years, my family and I finally decided to check this spot out last week. maybe it was because we got there an hour 'till close but we weren't very impressed. Out of all of us, we all tried the Bacon Deluxe burger, Guacamole Burger and the Cheeseburger. I have heard good things about this spot but we had very bland patties and stale burger buns-- and cold fries. We also got their Signature Coastline sauce but it was pretty flavorless. This spot always looks popular in the summer, since they can open the windows and have patio seating, so maybe I will come back then to give them another try.

Yelp
Always love their burgers! The shoestring fries are yum too, and they carry Seattle Soda Co - win-win-win!

Yelp
Delicious burgers, fantastic fries, fast, friendly service. We had burgers Mac fries and shakes!

Yelp
What happened to this place? The burgers are not has good when they first opened. The burgers and fries are always never fresh and the bun falls apart. Just sayin

Christopher S.

Yelp
Just ate here. My chicken sandwich was awesome. My wife on the other hand got a gnarly tummy ache then you know what..... She said her chicken wasn't a breast/whole piece but a bunch of pieces smashed together like they tried to make a patty that fell apart while eating.......Normally pretty good so not sure what's up with the Frankenstein chicken my wife got

Yelp
Immediately upon entering I was presented with an overwhelming aroma of mold. Next comes standing in line to order through a computer screen, followed by minimal to non-existent human interaction. The seasonal burger, which costs $1.50 more than the normal burger, and showcases mushrooms, had no mushrooms when I received my burger. The cheese wasn't melted either. I won't return. Clean up your act, Coastline Burgers.

Yelp
Diner style place Great burgers & Fries! Fast service & excellent old-fashioned shakes

Yelp
I live near this burger place and over the last few years have enjoyed it but the last 3 times it has been bad. I like to not judge too quickly so After the 1st not so great experience I went again. I ordered today and I am done. We ordered 2 doubles lettuce wrapped, they recently changed their lettuce from iceberg to leaf lettuce, the lettuce is wilted gross, dirty and rust brown. This type of lettuce doesn't work. The burgers were tiny and really greasy. It's a no for me. The fries were decent.
google avatar

Olivia H.

Yelp
Best fries! Solid burger! Great spot to pick up to go or hangout with a friend. Space isn't huge so I don't recommend going with more than 3 people.
google avatar

Mel E.

Yelp
Thursday night get out dinner night with family. Automated touch screens to order(seems most quick places can only order this way vs talking to a employee). I ordered the seasonal Seattle Dog Burger but didn't want too much spice, so removed the Sriracha sauce. It was extremely bland, was expecting more cream cheese. Son got usual Plain Bacon and cheese burger, with 2 orders of fries and vanilla shake. He was satisfied with it. My wife got the Spicy BBQ without the jalapeños. It's was ok going down, but she woke up in middle of the night completely sick. Hope it wasn't the food, but it was not a good night.
google avatar

Delaney D.

Yelp
The ambience is good. Service seems fine. But the burgers are terrible. Don't get a gluten-free burger here because your bun instantly crumbles and falls into pieces. There are way better GF buns out there. My burger was ice cold too!
google avatar

Pito S.

Yelp
best burgers in Seattle:) super warm and welcoming staff.
google avatar

Michael S.

Yelp
Just 2cuz my first visit they missed a pattie which I ordered so I probably won't visit again thought only super fast food did that, ok no response so HABIT IS THE ONLY BURGER TO BUY IN WS.
google avatar

Mike W.

Yelp
The last two times I've ordered from here I've had to deconstruct the burger and cook the patty myself. Raw cold meat, no sear in the patty. What happened? This place used to be good.

Olivia F.

Yelp
Meat was a little dry but the sauces made up for that. Bread and vegis were fresh and flavorful. Fries were so tiny that they were almost annoying to eat but the flavor kept me coming back till there were none left so I guess 9/10 overall. Great, quick service. And with those prices? I'll be back.

David A.

Yelp
If I could give a ZERO rating, I would. I ordered a meal online, they took money out of my account, said the meal would be ready in ten minutes. I drove over to pick it up, and was told that the 'system is down' and we didn't get your order. When I showed them that they had already taken the money out of my bank, and that they still owed me a meal, the woman told me that she would still have to charge me, even though they had already taken my money. I just had to file a case in small claims court against this place just to get my money back. I'm sorry, but if you are going to take money on online orders, you HAVE to supply the product as advertised.

John O.

Yelp
I've probably been getting meals here for the past 5-6 years. Food is always good with nice service usually. The only negative thing I'd like to mention is a specific worker with a god awful attitude. Referring to a woman named Kendall R. I wonder if the rest of the guests feel the same as I do, being that nobody looked happy to be served by her. I walked up to the counter and all she did was glare and give off a terrible tone when speaking. Didn't bother serving me for a whole 5-10 minutes while standing there next to the register. Honestly, this place is way too good for her to be employed here. Please fire her!! I must also add she stank worse than roadkill, I felt almost disgusted when she was touching my meal. 4+ stars for quality, it would be 5 if I never get to see her again! :)
google avatar

Jerome H.

Yelp
Their claim to fame seems to be the bun, which is exactly what ruins the burger for me. We've tried this place twice in as many years and came away with the exact same sentiment both times. While it is a good bun, it's thick and would be more appropriate for a sandwich of some sort, but really overpowers the things you want to taste in a burger, like meat and cheese. But I think even with a standard bun, I don't think the flavor of the beef or other ingredients was anything noteworthy. Just absolutely boring overall. On a positive note, the fries are good and I like the way they package things. And while I don't particularly like the impersonal touchscreen ordering system, especially in such a small local place, the staff seemed friendly and quick to help those that seemed to be having trouble with it.

Yelp
I got a double cheeseburger and you know what I loved the most about it? Nothing fancy. Just a classic burger. It totally hit the spot. The shoe string fries were crispy and delicious as well. Definitely coming back here!

Panda H.

Yelp
Was in West Seattle and just wanted a quality burger on the go. Arrived and wasn't a huge fan of the unstaffed tablet only ordering, but figured out the process. 3 staff working the kitchen. Moderate wait time for my bacon burger. Burger was small and lackluster for $10. The bun top felt dense and stale. The beef patty was overly salted. Did not feel like there was a lot of fried onion pieces or lettuce. Would not recommend.

Sandra J.

Yelp
Good burgers, great shoestring fries. Quick service. We stopped in for lunch on California Street in West Seattle.
google avatar

C L.

Yelp
We eat here all the time. It's funny cause they say they have the best buns, to the contrary, they're not the best, far from it. The burgers and fries however are great. We always get our burger in a lettuce wrap.

Yelp
I ordered The Coastline Burger with cheddar cheese and bacon and without lettuce. Of course a burger is not complete without fries, so I also ordered their Haystack Fries. The burger was absolutely delicious! It is hard to pull off a take out burger with the distance to travel, but Coastline did it with ease. Their Coastline Sauce was very tasty and I thoroughly enjoyed the burger. The Haystack Fries were the thin cut kind and on the crunchier side, but I was digging it. The seasoning on top was well done so ketchup was not absolutely necessary. There were an ample amount of fries, too, which was awesome. Plenty to satisfy my fry craving! Not pictured is the milkshake I ordered as well. I ordered the plain Madagascar Vanilla Shake. (It is always a safe bet to go with vanilla.) The milkshake was delicious. After the burger and fries, the milkshake was a bit much (I saved most of it until the end). The shake is LARGE and easily could be split between two people. (My poor stomach afterward... I forgot a Lactaid first!) My partner ordered a Cinnamon Toast Crunch Milkshake they had available at the time. OMG! It was flavored exactly like the cereal and was super delicious. I had to have several gulps of his! I loved Coastline so much that I would go back again and again. The burgers and fries were amazing. Next time I may hold back on the shake and just sip my partner's! Accessibility: Gluten-Free buns are available as well as lettuce wraps or no buns at all. Veggie patties and chicken available. You are able to fully customize all menu items to your liking.

Yelp
The food was delicious . Food gets 5 star But it's too bad the front of the house makes it so you can't enjoy your food . We got there at 830 to eat a quick meal . We see they close at 9. There are two sets of other people dining in . And there are also still people getting their food to go , and still some people ordering drinks . We ordered the food to dine in , but was brought to us TOGO Figured as much as we were pulling out some stools to sit on , the main front of the house worker starting putting the other stools upside down on the tables She was pre closing at 830 the Lobby She flicked off the light switches to the left of the tablets Took away the ketchup dispenser ... That's her sign to get the f out right ? It doesn't take thirty minutes to get a snack and a drink . We would have been gone by 9 pm . It's nasty when you trying to eat and you see the upside stools that are all dirty at eye level Then my fiancé walked up to order a beer . She was so RUDE to him . She wasn't clear what she was saying . Even I didn't know what she was saying . She needed our order number / order at the tablet . It was just not clear . We handed her our order number We walked up there so she could ID us for the beer She didn't I told my fiancé to just not order the beer cus she was literally being a B But he wanted the beer We sat there like did she even charge us ? She must have cus we gave her our order number ? It was super confusing Felt like shit I didn't even want to drink The whole 25 min experience was garbage And we were out before they closed The front of the house interacts with the patrons who chose your business to spend their money Thanks for making it a crappy experience And believe me , we both have worked in restaurants our whole lives Front and back respectively It's a NONO to start putting the lobby away when people are still eating in it It's different if you are slow and no one's been in Have some respect for your patrons I'm normally the kind of person I bus my own table We left it cus we were so upset So thanks

Yelp
Awesome Burger Shop! Great COVID Precautions! This place serves some really tasty full flavored burgers with fresh vegetables! Even better, they take the covid pandemic very seriously and make it a breeze to get your tasty dinner worry free! You order online or at a socially distant kiosk, and then they have a designated table when your order is ready (which they notify via text), and you grab your bag of goodness and go! The service was fast, but not too fast because this is a full and proper burger joint! All of the burgers I have tried so far are great, and not over bearing nor too greasy. Fries are shoestring style, come in a small basket and overall are another great light accompaniment that will not leave you feeling too full or weighed down like some other burger joints. Could the burgers be bigger? Sure. But if you like the size of an in and out burger or a shake shack burger, then this is the local joint to support. They are a good price that won't break the bank or your gut. Bonus points for the easy and speedy covid setup that makes it safer and faster for you to get to the food you want! Cheers!
google avatar

Matt T.

Yelp
So this is our local burger joint. They will sub and change your whole order around with ZERO issue and do it with a smile. Sometimes (50/50) the order gets a little confused, but I bear with it since the fries are great, they have cider on tap and Mexican coke in the bottle, and are happy that you are there buying their burgers. Parking is limited, but not their fault - in is a California Ave issue. Seating is good, music is great. Beer is cold. Buns are fresh. Outside seating (puppies can sit outside) has changed due to an SDOT reg, so not great to sit outside.

Adam R.

Yelp
We love your restaurant and the food is great, but the music has always been two or three clicks too loud. It is literally difficult to communicate in your smallish dining area due to how loud the music is set. I am guessing it is like this for the benefit of your employees, given how far they are from the speaker system, which is near the front of the restaurant. It seems like that consideration should be a distant second, if it is a consideration at all. We would prefer to dine in, vs. taking our food to go. Please give a lower music volume level some consideration.

Jeff D.

Yelp
My first time here.... Very boring, dry and "overly bready" burger! No tomatoes available either - couldn't add to a very boring and flavorless burger. Vanilla shake is nothing more than an ice cream machine spitting out a shake like you get at McDonald's- very average for the steep price! Staff and atmosphere are fine - they're very friendly- but the quality of food for the prices will have me NOT coming back...
google avatar

Julie G.

Yelp
Yum! Had great burgers and fries here tonight. When you go in you can head straight to two touch screens to order. I appreciate that they have a "build you own" burger option as I like mine that way. Definitely get the frizzled onions, no question. ADA info: one accessible table outside, two low tables inside with space to pull under. Didn't check in the bathroom.

Rod T.

Yelp
I've ordered from Coastline more than a dozen times. We live within three blocks of the West Seattle location. Our main complaint is that they cook all of their burgers to medium temperature. The online ordering system is convenient, but there is no way to specify temperature, which is a pretty fundamental preference for a burger joint. For these thinner patties, all of our family prefers them well done. I've mentioned this to the store, and they've recommended just calling them on the phone after the online order is placed to ask that the kitchen prepare them well done. So that's the way I've placed orders: order online, then call to request well done. In almost every case, including last night (Order #145), the burgers are still cooked to medium temperature. In the few cases when they've actually cooked the burgers the way we've requested, they've been delicious. But it's been very unreliable.

Yelp
After a 6 mile jog along the beach, I was famished. I was craving for a burger. Due to reviews, I drove over to Coastline (10-11 mins from the beach.) Before driving over, I called to see if we had to order online or over the phone or when we get there (you never know - Covid 19 regulations..). Was told to order online, opted to try the classic cheeseburger (bunless) and my friend ordered the coastline burger with bacons added on a gluten bun with a side of haystack fries. By the time I got to the store, my order was ready. Simple and quick! The food looked and smelled delicious! Drove back to Alki beach to enjoy the goodness. Sadly, I didn't think through that I would need a fork to eat my bunless burger. I assumed it would on a lettuce wrap. Boy was I wrong! Ended up eating my deconstructed burger with my fingers. A little messy but it was delectable. My friend stated that she enjoyed the fries a lot. They were in a thinner cut than her preference but it turned out for the better. The thinner cut made the fries crispy on the outside and soft in the inside (her exact words ). She gobbled it up on the drive back to the beach. She also enjoyed her burger a whole lot. States the coastline sauce was yummy. Overall, my food experience at Coastline was great. Would I say it was the best burger I ever had? Probably not. But it's worth a try when you're down in West Seattle.
google avatar

Italiana A.

Yelp
I want to love this place spoken with the owner several times but I hate the automated ordering for yourself now and there is no where to denote allergy meals to help ensure communication with the staff. I inquired and was basically told they can not safely prepare a Gluten free burger even though they offer it. Sadly this is one of my kiddos go to Meal places with his buddies but if medically necessary GF is pet Of your wheel House cross this place off your list:(
google avatar

Nicole R.

Yelp
This place is SLAP CITY. By far one of the best veggie burgers I've ever had, and I've had quite a few of them. Flavorful yet light enough to distinctly be able to taste all of the toppings. And the BUN. Man. So damn good. It's ciabatta, I think. I typically like a thicker, softer fry, but these little haystack ones are actually really good. Not too crispy, not too soft. The folks who work here are really kind too! I'd definitely recommend this shop to anyone craving a quality burger.
google avatar

Tina L.

Yelp
I want to say this might be on my top 5 for best local burger joint. Fairly small place, parkings minimal but shouldn't be too bad. The burgers came out nice and quick with great fresh quality. Came in with my boyfriend and we each ordered one and some fries. We finished everything very quick and it was sooo good that we had to get another round in. Quite embarrassing but that's when you know it's really good lol. Really great customer service as well, we asked for a few adjustments in our orders and everything came out as we asked. There's a tv that displays the burgers on there, there's 6 different signature burgers there and ingredients in it are listed very clear underneath it. Oh, and it has fried chicken as an option for the meat as well as a double or single for a beef patty. 1. Coastline Burger 2. Cheeseburger 3. Bacon Deluxe 4. Shrooms and Swiss 5. Guacamole 6. Barbecue I think the only thing that would make this place like top notch is if it had a veggie burger option. I am not vegan/vegetarian but I do enjoy trying veggie burgers from different places and I'm sure those who are would benefit from it. So fingers crossed it'll be an option in the future! ;)

Nathan T.

Yelp
The food was good as usual but the service has gone down hill. You order on a monitor and they waited until after I tried to pay to tell me one was broken. Then they didn't give me my drinks right away and waited for food to be ready - I would have bought another beer. The 2 kids working the counter were too busy screwing around and flirting to bother thinking about helping customers. Very bad experience. I'm sure I'll be back, but it will be a while.
google avatar

Sande G.

Yelp
Always delicious! Easy online ordering makes it easy to spoil yourself when the craving hits.
google avatar

Jordan B.

Yelp
These burgers are just plain and dry and lack any sort of character or value. Will never eat a burger here again. I didn't even finish it because it was dry and tasted like an unflavored over cooked meat patty. The fries and shakes aren't even good.

Charlotte O.

Yelp
I don't know why this place doesn't have 4 stars! The fries are nice and crisp, shakes are good, and the avo burger is really tasty!
google avatar

Bruce H.

Yelp
My fave burger spot in West Seattle...and maybe all of Seattle. First off, there's the beef, perfectly cooked, freshly sourced (not the frozen sawdust others use) and flavorful...truly an upgrade from the patties on 90% of the other burger joints in town. The buns are fresh and flavorful...but since I'm watching carbs I usually get the lettuce wrap instead. This is the only place I've found so far that actually knows how to do a perfect lettuce wrap. Kudos to Coastline for that alone. From my pre-carb-controlled days I can also vouch for their fries, thin and crispy and yummy...and their onion rings, crispy thick and perfectly battered--so good I have to sometimes break training and chow down on an order. The week is not complete if I haven't had a Coastline bacon burger.
google avatar

Princess P.

Yelp
So sad to see how far down hill this once great place has fallen...the buns were so soggy they had to be removed, cheap processed cheese, everything was cold and the flavor was lacking. Just terrible. It used to be our go to burger restaurant. We all swore after last night we would never eat there again... Makes me wonder what the heck happened?
google avatar

Ryan J.

Yelp
Alright so this is after giving coastline a second chance. However, my second experience was what did it for me. Not so much the food. Taste is there, but just wasn't enough to keep me from writing a review. I made an online order and was giving the 15 min time to pickup. No problem. It also wasn't a problem when I showed up and was told it was gonna be another 10min. Okay, still no problem. What I do have a problem with is watching order by order being taken care of while mine sits in the window. This is of course after giving my name to the cashier letting them know I'm here for a pickup. I then wait in my car in the front. They know I'm waiting but yet no text or call like the site said it would. I see my food waiting in the window because it's the only one left. Finally get my food after telling them I've been waiting. Grab the food and drive home to open the bag to cold burgers and fries. Shame. Close to $30 for two burgers and fries that were cold. Burgers are small for 8$. Even the double had me still hungry. Fries are good but useless when they are eaten cold. Texas boy here so I know my burgers, and these burgers ain't it chief. Coastline makes me glad being a vegan again so I don't have to go here. Idk how this place is getting good reviews. Practically a bad knockoff of California's in-n-out. One star for the service and making my food cold. Extra star because it was a good cold burger. Texas got me spoiled cause y'all WA-ians missing out. Coastline? More like cold-line

Yelp
I've been here a couple times since they added impossible patties to their burger options. The burgers are fine but the ordering process is confusing and cumbersome. The digital ordering system seems very inflexible for modifying the base burgers. I ended up ordering the guacamole burger one time and subbing the patty for the impossible patty and then removing the cheese and Mayo because I couldn't add guacamole to the normal veggie burger. But I couldn't add anything else I wanted. I tried the build your own burger but every tiny thing you add increases the cost and I ended up with a burger costing over $12 just because I wanted lettuce and tomato on it in addition to the normal stuff that comes on the guacamole burger. Also, saying you have a vegan burger but having it come with cheese and Mayo is very deceptive. And the wait times seem unusually high for the type of food they serve up. Both times I've been here recently, I've waited no less than 25 minutes to get a burger and fries. Maybe they're short staffed, and that I can understand. But it would be nice to have a heads up with wait times like that at a fast food joint. Especially since I was told each time that the food would take 8-10 minutes.

Yelp
Food is mediocre and customer service is terrible. I tried to use Coastline's partner, Door Dash for delivery (because I'm sick). Got the order and one of the items is missing. Called Coastline and Coastline was rude, told me to come pick up myself or deal Door Dash myself and then hung up on me and Door Dash took 35 min to process a refund because they transferred me four times. Such a waste of time and everything else was cold. Good times.

Yelp
Great burgers, one of our favorites and always quick and consistent. My only piece of friendly advice I would relay is to reconsider the way they package their no bun - on a boat option. I'm always disappointed when the cheese sticks to the lid of "the boat" so I called in advance this last time and I don't think they understood my gripe. I don't mean to change their system but if they would only put a small amount of lettuce (or anything other than cheese) on the top, this burger would look so much better!!

Yelp
I didn't really even know coastline was where it is until trolling the Find Me Gluten Free app suggested it when we were looking for lunch one day. (And we moved to WS over a year ago) I guess I'm always looking at other things and watching for crazy people darting in and out of the post office parking lot, so I'm really happy to have found them! It's so hard to find a great burger place when you have an allergy. They have gluten free buns (contains egg) and their fries have their own fryer, so no cross contamination issues! Sometimes you can find a good burger place, but can't eat the fires because they fry them with other gluten containing ingredients. Not here! Yay! And the fries are the good shoestring fries. Yum. The burger is good, too. I believe it's grass fed beef, if I'm remembering correctly. I can't do the shakes (more allergies) but they have sodas and beers and cider and La Croix. They are moderately priced and have seating indoor and out - as well as take out, and all the times I've been in now, everybody's been really friendly and nice.
