Cobalt Coast Grand Cayman Resort

We had a fantastic stay at Cobalt Coast Resort in Grand Cayman! Our room was extremely clean, comfortable, and well-appointed. The air conditioning worked perfectly, and the ceiling fans added that extra touch of comfort — especially after a day in the sun. The view from our room was absolutely stunning — waking up to the ocean each morning was a dream. The on-site restaurant was another highlight, serving consistently excellent food with great variety and flavor. This is also a great place to scuba dive with Dive Tech, whose shop is right on site. The shore diving from the resort is amazing — easy access, vibrant reef life, and some really memorable underwater scenery. It couldn’t have been more convenient or enjoyable. A special thank you to Poppy in the office, who went above and beyond to help with anything we needed. Her kindness and attention to detail made our stay even more enjoyable. Highly recommend Cobalt Coast Resort for anyone looking for a relaxing, oceanfront escape with world-class diving right at your doorstep!

Wonderful experience! Beautiful sunrises and sunsets with even better company! The staff at Nova Restaurant, as well as, Dive Tech are awesome sauce! Right along the coast and great for divers and diners alike 🙌🏽 Off the beaten path, so have your transportation plan in place ahead of time as well as your meals planned out 😉

I highly recommend Cobalt Coast to both visitors and residents. I was pleasantly surprised when the manager, Poppy, upgraded my booking to an ocean view with a balcony for my birthday weekend — such a thoughtful touch! ||From the smooth check-in process to the care taken in ensuring the room was just right, every detail made the experience feel personal and relaxing. ||Poppy was incredibly gracious, attentive, and approachable, and made herself available throughout my stay in case anything was needed. The peaceful grounds and stunning views added to the charm, and the on-site restaurant, Nova, was excellent as expected. ||The whole weekend felt like a dream — exactly the kind of birthday escape I needed. Thank you to the staff and management for making it so special!

we stayed here for a week at the end of June. We had a great stay, the 3rd floor rooms are nicely renovated and very well air conditioned. I would highly recommend renting a car if you do stay here because it is a bit of a distance from other local attractions. We dove with the onsite dive shop and it could not have been more convenient. the onsite restaurant is also excellent. Everyone on staff at this property is super friendly and helpful.

Absolutely gorgeous! Beautiful and tranquil. If you are looking for a loud party place, this is not for you. If, however, you are looking for a place that fits into the tranquil environment with gorgeous room, ocean views, friendly staff, wonderful food and an excellent dive shop attached (dive tech) this is your place. Every staff person was extremely helpful and warm. I watched the sunset from my personal balcony every night. I ate dinner at their Japanese fusion restaurant (nova) most nights. (Hello! Reggie! You were amazing!) Truly, there is no reason to go anywhere else on the island. I did travel elsewhere because I wanted to go to more dive sights around the island; however, Divetech does have plenty of dive sights to explore. If you want to snorkel, you just walk out of your room and walk out to the end of the pier and go down the ladder. So many fish. The last morning I was there there was a whole school of squid the I hovered above for about 30 minutes. Exquisite visibility.

This resort is beautiful, quaint, and hidden in a quiet area of Grand Cayman. The service is over the top, the restaurant is delicious, the drinks were tasty and the amenities perfect. The rooms were the perfect size with great views! The staff at the hotel and restaurant were very friendly and gave great suggestions for dinner options, snorkeling, and other excursions.

Tucked away in West Bay, I would say it’s a hidden gem well worth checking out. Dine at Nova Restaurant on the property, hang out on the beach or dock then fall asleep to the sound of waves crashing against the rocky shore. Very warm, responsive and welcoming staff. It has been one of my better experiences at a resort.

Cobalt Coast Resort is a gem for scuba divers visiting Grand Cayman. With DiveTech on-site, it’s a diver’s paradise, offering easy access to world-class diving. The house reef is a fantastic bonus for quick snorkels or dives right off the shore. DiveTech also provides convenient gear storage in their shed, plus dedicated scuba gear cleaning and drying areas, making post-dive logistics a breeze.||The rooms are modern and comfortable, providing a relaxing retreat after a day in the water. The on-site Nova restaurant serves delicious meals, though early risers should note there’s no breakfast option before 7 AM except a pre-ordered continental breakfast. If you’re an early diver, plan accordingly.||A rental car is highly recommended, as there’s little within walking distance, but this allows you to explore Grand Cayman’s many attractions and dining options. The staff, particularly Poppy, were exceptional—responsive, friendly, and full of great restaurant recommendations that consistently hit the mark. For convenience, a laundry facility is available across the street.||Overall, Cobalt Coast Resort is a top choice for divers seeking comfort, convenience, and excellent service. Highly recommend for a dive-focused getaway!
