We hired COBU to create plans for a second floor single family home remodel. This was our first experience working with an architect, and it could not have gone smoother. From the initial consultation through the document handoff for our permit application, Jay and his team were on top of everything. They had the patience to listen to our ideas, and provided meaningful, cost-saving feedback that went above and beyond our expectations. Most importantly, they are good people. We are so happy to have worked with them and will absolutely do so again in the future.

I am so beyond grateful for finding an amazing architect to partner with me on my first major project. Jay is always honest, and values my time and feedback as a client. myself Being a woman in a room full of men he never makes me feel less than anyone one and holds my value and opinions high. He has been more than accommodating and works diligently with timelines and helps me with the communication on the project as well. I am opening a bar and there are so many moving parts. Jay has helped guide me through a lot of the areas that I did not know about. His work is fantastic.
