I have been to several concerts and this is by far the worst organized and setup concert experience I have ever had. There was several lines going into the venue with no one explaining what was what and no signs. People waited in line for hours in the VIP line unknowingly and then when staff finally came out and told them it was VIP they had to walk 2 miles to get to the back of GA line. Even getting to the venue several hrs early to get in line, after the doors opened at 7pm, we didn't get into the venue until 8:50pm. Luckily Halsey pushed start time back to 9pm. But the place was definitely over crowded with little direction from staff. Due to over crowding several medical emergencies happened during the show causing it to be stopped so the people could get proper medical attention. This place also had the absolute nastiest bathrooms I have ever seen and to make it worse, all the soap and hand sanitizer dispensers were empty before the concert even started. Not a good concert experience from the venue/staff aspect. The concert itself was phenomenal but the venue itself is a gross, disorganized disaster.

Venue did not have the ceiling fans on until well into the concert, and multiple people passed out from the heat. Wait times were insane. Nickel & diming on every little thing and unclear communication on lines/upgrades from venue. Floor is completely flat so unless you're VIP/fast pass, GA will not have a good sightline to the stage. Extremely aggressive security/staff post-concert. Merch post-concert was a free-for-all with people skipping lines. Drinks were ridiculously expensive. Security screening & entry was arbitrary and inconsistent. Any benefit of proximity to the Battery is pretty much useless given wait times. Parking deck times were not communicated in advance (they don't open until a couple hours ahead of the concert). I will not be back.

Great venue for live music! Jason Bonham's JBLZE Led Zeppelin Experience is a must see! Second time to the Coca-Cola Roxy and definitely won't be my last. Park in the orange lot if you can so you'll have a shorter walk.

Saw the Yes concert there, it is a great venue. I really enjoyed being able to order food and drinks from my seat on my phone. The only issue was we thought we were getting box seats, but were actually behind the box seats. This was a problem with Ticket Master though, not the Roxy. FYI if you plan on going to a show there, you can only get VIP seats through the Roxy, apparently several people have had the issue with Ticket Master

Very nice venue! I've been here 3 times and all 3 times were for great concerts! The employees from the outside gate all the way throughout the concert, regardless of which floor, are happy, friendly and helpful. The security is IMO top notch! The establishment is well kept and clean. Highly Recommended for any occasion!

I was pleasantly surprised. Really!! The Roxy in Atlanta helped me to realize a dream of seeing a favorite band performance. Attending the Roxy venue can be a formal or casual event. It's definitely classy, comfortable and friendly. I'm saying this and I rarely feel comfortable in theater seating due to the newer approaches to packing patrons like sardines in a tin can. I really was comfortable and not cramped. Check out the photo I took inside of the venue; the atmosphere is very clean and elegant! A game changer for me. Being reluctant to fight traffic, struggle over finding a parking spot or entering a crowded venue in a seedy area had me spooked for years. I had never been to this newly redeveloped area of Atlanta. It took my favorite band to motivate me to overcome all these resistances, all of which turned out to be false. I attended a show on a weeknight. The Roxy was full with nearly every seat reserved. It didn't feel like it though. Crowd management and the venue itself was well designed. Accessing the area was made easy by virtue of the fact that the area is saturated with large parking garages that make arriving and parking more affordable and less onerous. I used the Purple Garage and walked just two short blocks to the Roxy. Once the doors opened, the crowd quickly entered the building as the security check and ticket confirmation moved efficiently. Once inside, staff were in high gear to provide beverages, snacks, T-shirts, art and more. I will say that the T-shirt people were sorely understaffed. I was going to purchase a shirt but decided that this opportunity just wasn't working all that smoothly, so I decided to skip it instead of letting it get me down. While seated in the auditorium, the other patrons were having a good time and seemed happy like myself. It was a fun evening among fans. Lots of talking between fans brought back memories of good times decades ago. The snapshots provided below are from the 2025 YES Fragile tour. No problem people. No drama and No security harassment here. Just a comfortable and safe place to realize my special dream. Thanks Roxy!

Excellent mid-size venue with great views from everywhere. Easy access to beverages and merch purchases were organized. The only issue I have is entry. We waited with reserved seats over an hour in a line to enter that wrapped around 2 blocks, and waited in the wrong line at first because of poor marking. They need to be better prepared for a big name artist. It was cold and just not a good first impression.

Took daughter to see Jessie Murph(she was great). I will avoid shows at this venue going forward though. Only worth it if you can get seats in the balcony. General Admission floor is terrible. I can’t believe they made this venue and didn’t slope the floor better or raise the stage higher. Good luck if you are short. Terrible sight lines, can barely see the stage and performers, especially if everyone has their phones up recording. Actually saw the show better through one of the many phones recording it. Also no monitors inside that you could at least view there too. The monitors in the lounge were terrible quality too. We initially were about 2/3 way back on the floor. People just keep prying into space that doesn’t exist to get closer and then drunk tempers flare. About halfway we went to the very back and the view was actually better there. Also entry was ridiculous as the line literally almost wrapped completely around the venue. It was a chaotic mess from the start. Very disappointing. Poorly managed all around.
