Google
Great venue! However, we purposely bought tickets to sit in the balcony, but we were "upgraded" to 4th row seats on the floor. If I had wanted floor seats, I would have purchased floor seats. I was not happy with being forced to take their "upgrade." The floor seats are way to close together and liw to the ground. Having said all of that, the concert put on by RAIN was absolutely out of this world. And the venue had easy to access restrooms and great acoustics.

Google
Venue did not have the ceiling fans on until well into the concert, and multiple people passed out from the heat. Wait times were insane. Nickel & diming on every little thing and unclear communication on lines/upgrades from venue. Floor is completely flat so unless you're VIP/fast pass, GA will not have a good sightline to the stage. Extremely aggressive security/staff post-concert. Merch post-concert was a free-for-all with people skipping lines. Drinks were ridiculously expensive. Security screening & entry was arbitrary and inconsistent. Any benefit of proximity to the Battery is pretty much useless given wait times. Parking deck times were not communicated in advance (they don't open until a couple hours ahead of the concert). I will not be back.

Google
I have been to several concerts and this is by far the worst organized and setup concert experience I have ever had. There was several lines going into the venue with no one explaining what was what and no signs. People waited in line for hours in the VIP line unknowingly and then when staff finally came out and told them it was VIP they had to walk 2 miles to get to the back of GA line. Even getting to the venue several hrs early to get in line, after the doors opened at 7pm, we didn't get into the venue until 8:50pm. Luckily Halsey pushed start time back to 9pm. But the place was definitely over crowded with little direction from staff. Due to over crowding several medical emergencies happened during the show causing it to be stopped so the people could get proper medical attention. This place also had the absolute nastiest bathrooms I have ever seen and to make it worse, all the soap and hand sanitizer dispensers were empty before the concert even started. Not a good concert experience from the venue/staff aspect. The concert itself was phenomenal but the venue itself is a gross, disorganized disaster.

Google
Saw the Yes concert there, it is a great venue. I really enjoyed being able to order food and drinks from my seat on my phone. The only issue was we thought we were getting box seats, but were actually behind the box seats. This was a problem with Ticket Master though, not the Roxy. FYI if you plan on going to a show there, you can only get VIP seats through the Roxy, apparently several people have had the issue with Ticket Master

Google
Great venue for live music! Jason Bonham's JBLZE Led Zeppelin Experience is a must see! Second time to the Coca-Cola Roxy and definitely won't be my last. Park in the orange lot if you can so you'll have a shorter walk.

Google
Great venue for a concert/show! We got the balcony seating and also the VIP lounge for Chevelle. The sound was amazing and cool vibe.

Google
Overall, we enjoyed our experience at the coca cola Roxy. We were in general admission which is just a very large open space (no assigned seating). I don't know that I will buy tickets like this again as the crowd was uncomfortable crammed. I had two children with me and I had to get out of the crowd as it got to be little tight and scary for one of my kids. We ended up standing off to the side. The kids had decent views because we found an area close to the front but I know there were a lot of "shorter" people who couldn't see.

Google
Excellent mid-size venue with great views from everywhere. Easy access to beverages and merch purchases were organized. The only issue I have is entry. We waited with reserved seats over an hour in a line to enter that wrapped around 2 blocks, and waited in the wrong line at first because of poor marking. They need to be better prepared for a big name artist. It was cold and just not a good first impression.

Yelp
We came for a concert. We bought the $48 Orange Deck parking as well. Both tickets via Ticketmaster. We loved that the venue is in the ballpark. The operations and flow of traffic was optimized as it can handle a lot more. Service inside was good in the one time we got drinks. They had a popcorn vending machine! It's our first time seeing one. It was stale. Lol. We had reserved seats so we just strolled through security as most people were already in and we came in an hour after the doors opened. We only wanted to see the headliners so we didn't think twice about waiting to go in. Our seats at the balcony has a goo straight on view. It was elevated so if people were sitting down, it would be nice. But people in front of us stood up so we had to stand up too. The acoustics in the venue were great! No complaints there. One thing that I did not like was the seats... they were cheap, thin, flimsy, and uncomfortable! I wish they were better. Overall, I'd still watch another event at this venue! (But maybe bring cushions next time? Lol)

Yelp
The Roxy, along with the Braves Stadium, is located in a really cool area called the Battery. There are shops, restaurants, a theater, a distillery, bars, a gelato shop and much more. We went to see the band Yes there. I loved that the Roxy is a small venue, but I wasn't crazy about the simple folding chairs that were crammed inside. I guess that this makes it easy to move things around depending on the needs of different bands, but it makes it not so great for the concert goer.
google avatar

Steve V.

Yelp
The location within the Battery is pretty cool. We pulled up 15 minutes before the show and there was a long line to get in, but it moved fast. There was also a separately line if you didn't have a bag that had no one in it. Once in, we grabbed a water for $6 and found our seats that were on the side toward the stage. The rest of the venue besides the balcony was standing room only GA. From our seats, it was tough to see one side of the stage and even though it was row C, there were a row a tables right on the front that blocked the view. This was an upgraded VIP area to get a table and some of the tables were empty. The acoustics were great and the ambiance had a modern theater vibe in it, with huge chandeliers and a muted color scheme.

Yelp
Food was good. We had some hamburgers and fries, warm enough. We also had some strawberry and pear shaker drinks. Their menu includes hotdogs, chicken po'boy sandwich, cornbread grilled cheese, fried apple pie. Bar service was great, fast, and efficient with the beeper to get your food after you order. Nice atmosphere for concert. It was cold waiting outside in line so wear layers in the winter! Doors opened 1 hour before concert starts. Hoping to come back for future shows or concerts!

Yelp
Service: fine Ambiance: nice (ONLY in the EP Lounge) I went here tonight for the Issa Rae show and was DEEPLY disappointed. First of all, I purchased a balcony ticket and they last minute relocated my seat to the floor section. I purportedly purchased my ticket to avoid the floor seats. The floor seats are far less comfortable than the balcony and are incredibly too close together for comfort. I got to my seat in section 103 and row F, and I was sandwiched between two strangers who were shoulder-to-shoulder and thigh-to-thigh with me. It was quite uncomfortable and unsettling to imagine sitting like that for 2 hours during the event. Praise God, I pre-purchased club access and enjoyed the show from up there. The couches in the club lounge are cozy and very comfortable, but the vision of the stage on the monitors are poor. It's quite a zoomed out shot, so you can't clearly make out who is on stage. Just large blurs with no definition. Other than that, the staff was nice. But the staff working the bar in the club lounge can get a little chatty and their noise was often competing with the sound from the event on stage I came to see.

Yelp
Attended a Braves event here HBCU night before the Braves game started. It was a nice experience, there's a bar and decent size stage. I was surprised that it is 2 floors in there. I'll come back to check out events here but I'll make sure to put on my good shoes since it seems to be standing room only. The bathrooms could've used some better upkeep.

Yelp
I recently went to the Coca-Roxy to attend an event. It is located at The Battery. The venue is spacious and very air conditioned. The staff was great. The security check process was very fast and efficient. I made sure to verify the bag policy before the show. For a seated event, there are folding chairs available on the ground level. There are multiple parking garages on The Battery property where you can park. I find parking much easier to navigate when there is not a baseball game or other large event occuring at the same time The Roxy has a show.
google avatar

Garrett O.

Yelp
Coca-Cola Roxy is definitely a unique venue, but honestly not one I see myself returning to for another event. The overall design just didn't work for me. The main floor felt cramped, and instead of being able to fully enjoy the show, I found myself constantly distracted by the bars in the back where groups of people gathered and talked over the presentation. To be fair, the space itself is impressive -- a modern two-tier setup with a large standing-room floor and a balcony section that gives you a different vibe depending on where you sit or stand. It's built to host everything from concerts to comedy, and you can tell they've put thought into the production value. The staff was friendly, and I was happy with both the food and drinks, which is a plus. But beyond that, I didn't find much that would bring me back. Not a bad venue by any means, just not the right fit for me.

Yelp
The Roxy is really just not a great place to hold a concert - getting to the Battery is both time consuming and expensive (and getting out is another story!). Saw Magdalena Bay perform here - volume and bass felt too loud in the concert space, and standing room on the floor was not well managed. Most of the crowd was underneath the covered bar area, making it difficult to see the entire stage. Consider waiting to see your favorite musical act perform at a different venue!
google avatar

Chris W.

Yelp
Definitely one of the more unique concert venues I've been to. I absolutely loved the area that it's located in. Battery Park was so much fun with many things to do, see, and eat. It felt really safe walking around there at night after the show also. This is probably the most assigned seating (upstairs) I've ever seen with a general admission core, which I consider a good thing. I'm way past the point in my life with being willing to deal with general admission floor. Some of the assigned seats looked like they could be problematic with their proximity to columns, but that did not apply to me. Something that I found incredibly odd was that they roped off access to the upstairs bathrooms (men and women) after the show and had people directing us to use the downstairs bathrooms instead. This felt like something they normally did and not a pluming issue. After holding it for two hours and then having to fight your way downstairs and through the line that had formed there it wasn't a great way to end the night.

Yelp
First time here. Great place. Plenty of parking. Places to eat outside. The selection of the food inside is not that much. Spirits are good. Good security and crowd management.

Yelp
Everything about the evening has been a debacle from parking in the Coca Cola Garage was reserved for the pre-sold baseball online parking or VIP ticket holders leaving no close accessible parking for those who may not hold a handicap sticker but have difficulty with long distances or lots of steps. We were forced to park almost 5 miles away and had to navigate a crowd and lots of steps; then once at the venue the seats were not the cheapest and not the highest but we found ourselves behind a giant column blocking view of being able to see the entire stage and a large part of this particular band's performance is watching the musicians perform and seeing the theatrics of the show. It's not even started and we're already bummed even though we know the artist themselves will put on an amazing show as we have seen them multiple times and have even been here before and have never seen seating in this area with obstructed view. It's disappointing that we could have paid much less for most likely a better view and more pleasant experience then sitting behind a column. We are before we come so I can't review the food or their services but if the seating chart/sales of crappy seats is how the venue is managed I can probably estimate how the food service and product for price is.
google avatar

Ashley U.

Yelp
I do love the location of this venue and the close proximity of all the restaurants and stadium nearby. Also, the staff were really nice! I just wish the layout was different on the inside, but it's definitely not the worst I've been to.
google avatar

Heidi W.

Yelp
Honestly the floor seating couldn't have been less comfortable or less confusing-- during the first half hour of the show all we watched was ushers counting chairs because it was nonsensical the way it was set up. The EP lounge. I felt completely ripped off. Considering challenging the charge. Arrived at 7:15 waited 30 minutes for one bartender to wait on 20 people in front of me (no flight to him on that front) and then he was rude as heck (slight intended). No seats left --shouldn't sell more tickets than seats imho. Show was great in spite of all that but it's unlikely I'd return to this venue.
google avatar

Miranda C.

Yelp
My favorite venue in Atlanta! I always buy a ticket with seats (upper level). There are bathrooms for just this level as well as bars. Wait time for both has been reasonable. It's really nice to not be shoved or crowded in your seats. The chandeliers in the venue are really pretty. Easy in and out of the venue. Parking can be high at the battery but there's a plethora of places to pregame! Definitely would recommend and getting seats upstairs!

Mark C.

Yelp
Awesome place to see a concert. Great atmosphere and great staff. Will go back again anytime a concert is playing

Yelp
$6 for a crappy Dasani bottled water!!! $20 for parking!!! A half mile (at least) walk from the parking deck that is suggested on the website!!! It took way too long to even find the parking deck in that big ass complex that's doing way too much, and once inside the parking garage, there isn't much signage indicating how to exit. We drove around in loops trying to leave. lol Other than that, it's a nice venue that sounds great, with nice staff, but I won't be back due to the previously mentioned issues. There are too many other great Atlanta venues, in better locations, that aren't there to rip me off.

Kristen B.

Yelp
Has to be the worst venue in Atlanta. Staff was rude! Honestly they shouldn't be allowed to through people's wallets at all! I Had a clear bag and I have ever had staff go through any of the concerts at any other venues. Second they didn't care if people were trying to take our seats or in the wrong sections. Zip tied seats together you can't even move for floor/lower seats. What's the point of having them when people are going to stand up half the time. We couldn't even see and we were in section 102
google avatar

Courtney Z.

Yelp
I've been here many times for concerts and have always had a great time. We always get a seated ticket and the upstairs is always nice and clean. The bartenders are friendly, the sound is fantastic, and the venue is beautiful.

Yelp
The concert itself was amazing because of the band and only because of the band. The setting is intimate and gorgeous, however, that's where it ends. The debacle to get inside the doors was the worst I've ever experienced. I've gone to 8 concerts this year alone and all were at different venues. So, I'm not new to delays that can occur, hiccups along the way, and expectations that can vary from venue to venue. Myself, my daughter, and my sister lined up around 4:45 for a show that had doors open at 7:00 and the show would start at 8:00. The line wrapped and wrapped around the corner with some fans lining up 5-6 hours prior. Given this information, most venues would begin the precheck of bags and screening earlier than expected.... Not the Roxy! They waited until 7:00. They had only 2 lines for standard ticket holders and 1 for the VIP. The standard ticket holders sloooowly made their way to the front. When we got up there, we discovered that 2 people on each side were searching bags and then there was another screening for a metal detector. I totally appreciate their desire to be safe. However, EVERY SINGLE person made the detectors go off. Then they would randomly go off without anyone even coming within proximity. Again, not their fault, however, their lack of preparedness was absurd. Our line came to a halt while another line beside us that had not waited continued to go through. They finally stopped that line and moved ours over to the functioning metal detector. However, this was only after one of the members of the security team chewed out a patron repeatedly in front of everyone else. No sooner had we switched lines that this detector stopped working. Eventually we were moved back to our original line but only after everyone else made it through again. Ironically, no sooner had we switched lines that this detector ONCE AGAIN malfunctioned. We stopped waiting for direction and switched lines back to our original line. Finally we made it through only to have myself and my daughter separated since her lightstick had batteries and required further investigation. By this time it was now 7:52pm and the show started in 8 minutes. My daughter has anxiety and was already triggerd by the security member that was yelling at the patrons. However, while being separated by me (and I being the only ticket holder on my phone), she heard what sounded like the band starting up on stage. She went into full blown panic attack. I had to hurry her inside to our seats, calm her down, and miss out on just enjoying the excitement we should have had for an amazing concert. We couldn't do merch because the line was so long and we were concerned that the show would start any minute. Thankfully it didn't start on time as there were HUNDREDS of people after us that still had to go through that poor excuse for an "organized" event's security check. Needless to say, the show started over 20 minutes late and we were all worked up and anxious and I had to leave in the middle of 2 songs midshow to get merch for my daughter which of course had the sizes I wanted sold out by that time. Thanks for nothing, Roxy. I will NEVER attend another show at your venue thanks to this experience. And as mentioned previously, I am frequently going to shows with my child but I won't be going to this venue and would strongly advise others from avoiding it as well.

Mark H.

Yelp
Very expensive drinks - seemed liked only sugar, no alcohol. Too crowded to even stand. Mid sound quality in the back

Yelp
I love concerts. Had a chance to see a band that was very important to me for the first time in 25 years. The band was great, but the venue WAS AWFUL. The absolute worst concert experience of my life. The general admission was PACKED like sardines, FAR above and beyond the standard rock concert experience. The body heat was radiating off the entire crowd. One young lady had a FULL ON panic attack and ended up vomiting in front of me. We (other concert goers ) had to help her, not security who was too far removed to be helpful. No one cleaned it by the way. I will never NEVER GO BACK. Unless you pay for the premium super seats, which seem overpriced I would not go at all. A+ Band in a D minus venue. I drove 500 miles for that show and left disappointed. ABSOLUTELY UNACCEPTABLE. *I've been to six other concerts in the last few months, so I'm keenly aware of what crowds, lines, etc are like in other ATL venues or Nashville.

Yelp
Our work got us free VIP tickets to the Lil Nas X show (yes, the one where he announced that he was taking a dump after 10 minutes of performing). First time visiting-- interesting venue for sure. Central to the Battery. No particular COVID safety protocols in place. No longer checking vax cards. Would recommend coming early to find parking in the structure nearby ($20), and to ensure your spot in the crowd. The venue fills quickly, and the security/bag check line can take some time. PROS: - Staff are quick and professional, answered our questions thoroughly - 21+ bands are given out efficiently, maybe the most efficient of all venues I've ever been to. No delay and quick at verifying age - VIP got to skip the lines and pass through an alternate entrance with separate security - Two spacious levels to access, the floor and balcony - Various locations throughout venue to purchase food/bev, hardly any lines backed up - Acoustics are excellent. All parts of the venue has fairly good sound quality - Paths for foot traffic are clear and easy to navigate; entering and exiting was quick and painless CONS: - VIP does not include access to specialty seating on the right hand balcony, or front row booths (with the table)-- that's a separate tier. We just had access to the lounge, which is a room in the back (can't see the show) selling food/bev at a ridiculous upcharge. $6 for Sour Patch Kids??? Girl................ - Oversold. The floor and seated areas were packed to the brim, some folks spilling out to the sides - Balcony seating has poor view of the thrust stage, where performers will walk up and down. We missed maybe 1/4 of the show Pretty decent venue in a great location. Most bars and shops were conveniently open post-show.

Yelp
Event date: 03/05/2025. I arrived at the venue two hours before the doors were supposed to open. They were supposed to open at 7 PM, but the doors didn't open until 8:30 PM! This is absolutely unacceptable--horrible organization! It was freezing and raining (which I expected while waiting in line), but to make everyone stand outside in those conditions for over an hour and a half after the scheduled opening time is beyond disrespectful. DO NOT USE VALET! We waited over an hour to get our vehicle after the event, and it wasn't until I demanded my keys or my car that anything was done. I PAID over $50 for that service, and it was a complete joke! I will NEVER attend another event at Coca-Cola Roxy, and I will make sure everyone knows to stay away. This was my first and last time at this venue!

Yelp
This was my first time visiting the Roxy and if your not a local I would highly suggest reading this review. I will start by saying be sure to arrive well before your concert...especially if there is a baseball game. I am not a baseball fan so I had no idea how much traffic and parking is consumed by the Braves baseball stadium near by. The stadium is very close to the music venue so parking can be nearly impossible. We went to 6 or more parking garages and every single one was full. I personally think a parking area should be directly dedicated to this venue. With this in mind I would suggest getting a Uber or Lyft to concerts here. Even if you do end up finding parking for $35 like us... you still may have to walk pretty far so give yourself plenty of time. Another important factor to consider is their bag policy... make sure you don't carry a purse. They aren't allowed and you will be forced to walk back to your car or buy a $20 locker... which was our case. On the verge of tears the security staff suggested putting my bag in the bush (what the hell) She didn't mention the lockers and thankfully a kinder security employee showed me. We already missed a majority of the show so we couldn't waste any more time. I will say the security added a very important safety element and they have plenty employees working. The venue itself is very nice. There are a lot of cute design elements... cute for photos. I especially liked the murals of iconic artist such as Bob Dylan. We interacted with a few staff members and they were less than friendly. The bar is very cool with Coca Cola inspired drinks but extremely overpriced. I understand a venue having pricier drinks but I've been to many concert venues and they were never this expensive. I didn't even bother buying a drink and I would suggest waiting till after or enjoying yourself beforehand. My friend spent nearly $50 for a double. For the most important part... which is sound quality... I thought the venue had nice sound. I really enjoyed my seat. I do wish they had monitors with closer views of the stage for people in the back (like us) but overall the sound was nice. If it weren't for the factor of this artist not coming to Florida... I'm not sure this venue is worth the visit.

Yelp
I've been here for two concerts: Kehlani & T-Pain. This is probably my least favorite venue space in Atlanta. Here's why... The Parking: So on the day I came to see T-Pain, there was also a Braves game, which made parking non-existent. We eventually found parking about a mile away. The Venue Space: If you come here, buy a seated ticket. This place is way too scrammed and way too hot to be in the general admission pit area...unless that's your thing. It's so hot in here. This venue space reminds me of Tabernacle, but with no air conditioning. Every drink line and food line, IS A LINE! A long ass line. I advise you to come to The Battery early to pregame and eat because you'll be waiting forever in here for anything. The only plus about this venue is the free water coolers. Because it's so hot, they keep water coolers by the entrance/exit. Overall, I won't be coming to another event here. I can't do it. It's not my thing.

Scott B.

Yelp
Why here for a concert. The plastic folding chairs provided for seats were very uncomfortable. The VIP experience with "EP Lounge" was pretty pathetic. The lounge was the front lobby. There wasn't even enough seating for all VIP guests. No food was included in the VIP experience. The only food available for purchase were chips and popcorn. Really!? The venue was cold. I don't care who is performing here, I will never go here again.
google avatar

Clarke M.

Yelp
Came to this Venue about a week ago on July 14th for the T-Pain concert. I loved that the venue had different seating options instead of the standard standing room only. The venue had an upstairs viewing area with seats and knowing that concerts usually start 1 hour to 2 hours after their scheduled with opening acts it was nice to not have to arrive early to get a nice view and risk your feet hurting all night. They also had a separate bar upstairs that was super helpful since the one downstairs tends to get really crowded. The one main downside of this location is the location. The concert was scheduled around time and the same night as a Braves game which causes notoriously bad traffic! We arrived an hour and half before the concert was scheduled to start hoping to grab a bite to eat but, with the baseball traffic we spent all that time in standstill traffic trying to find a parking garage that wasn't full! Luckily with the delayed show start time we were able to get a bite to eat at the concert venue and eat at our seats which was a nice backup!

Yelp
They opened the doors at 8 for an 8:00 show and the line was a 1/4 mile long or longer. Wrapped around the orange parking deck. Completely unorganized and overall ridiculous. Wouldn't recommend booking a show here.

Yelp
The Roxy is a great nice little venue for acts to have concerts or performances here! It's a pretty small venue - I would say it seats about a thousand people. It's a standing venue but the concert I specifically worked had seats so they put some seats in there. There is a second floor which actually seems to give a better view of the show since the seats on the first floor aren't on an incline. The stage is pretty small for a theater but it gets the job done. They also have an in-house bar that sells drinks and some food as well but it seems overpriced ($6 for a Red Bull). I will say they maintain the temperature inside this venue SUPER COLD -- I was wearing a short sleeve because it was mid May and temperatures were reaching high 80s outside but I was absolutely freezing inside the venue. Location-wise, it's nice because the Roxy is at the Battery and there's lots to do inside the complex. They also host events here that aren't necessarily concerts and I definitely want to come here once for leisure!

Yelp
I actually loved some things about the Coca Cola Roxy! First of all, the fact that it was near the new Braves stadium made it an interesting venue that I would have only traveled to for an artist I truly loved. If Janet did I concert there, I would come back. I loved that I wasn't being yelled at or harassed at the entry. A light metal detection & the crowd was let in! No scream security guards like @ Lakewood & no messy parking situations like at the State Farm/Philips Arena. Lil Nas X chose the perfect venue for his first concert. The only reason I didn't give it a 5/5 was the fact that my seat did not have a QR code to replenish drinks in the VIP seating area, but the view made up for it! It was the concert of a lifetime.

Cheryl S.

Yelp
I wanted to take a moment to commend Jack for his exceptional kindness and professionalism at The Sad Summer Fest. During the concert, Jack went above and beyond to assist my young daughter who was feeling overwhelmed and distressed. His compassion and genuine concern towards by daughter was nothing short of amazing. He took the time to engage with my daughter and offered her reassurance and comfort to calm her down. My daughter, being 12 years old with autism, was in an unfamiliar place and he was able to get us seats upstairs and really made us have an amazing first concert. I would just love to thank him for making this concert memorable and enjoyable and we are counting the days until we are able to return.

Yelp
Saw Demi Lovato. She was ...ok. Standing general admission. Free parking for 2 hours and then $20 afterwards for the slightly further purple parking lot. I think the closer ones are $40. The venue itself is overall ok but the concessions are ridiculously overpriced. Get yourself food and drink at one of the many restaurants at The Battery and then come here. This place can learn a lot from the Mercedes-Benz stadium. Small clear bags only. I wish the venue had some monitors around so we short people in the back can see. Some of the nicer venues I've been to even have monitors in their bathrooms. Would I come here again? Maybe. Only if we win free concert tickets or if prices were better or if there is a band I am dying to see.

Yelp
I've been to several concerts here, and the venue itself is solid. The line to get in through security is typically organized and flowing, and they do a good job of getting wristbands and tickets checked. I've never had trouble seeing the stage from the general admission area and the sound quality is great. On the downside, the line for drinks can get backed up and the battery itself is a pain to get to, with limited public transit options and expensive parking.

Yelp
I really enjoyed my concert experience here. The entry in was super fast and efficient. Staff was all nice. Bars got backed up but the staff was doing all they could. Is just a bunch of people. Acoustics were good. We were on the floor so no experience with the areas up top with seats.

Yelp
These people are a MESS. How are you going to allow 200+ "fast pass" tickets?! Most people didn't even know about them but there were people in the line that traveled from different states and still camped the line early in the morning. The process was a load of CRAP. If you wait in the line that early and get a wrist band for being in the first 100 in the line that should count for something. Grumpy line guy needed to fix his attitude also. IF YOU GET TICKETS AT THIS VENUE THEY SELL FAST PASSES FOR $30 so if you don't see them on the ticket site you're purchasing from just know the venue separately sells them. Bc that makes a lot of sense right.

Yelp
This was strictly a work event. The chairs were very uncomfortable. The staff was nice but a little pushy with checking our bags. I didn't feel like it was a particularly clean. The acoustics were pretty good for the speakers. I didn't have any food for this particular event so I can't speak to that. The bar areas were cool looking and wide-open. Great location and a lot to do in the area because it's in The Battery by the ballpark.

Yelp
Okay I'm giving it 3.75 stars. I went to this venue for the first time for the One Hallelujah Tour. I opted for the VIP package which boasted elevated food, drinks, and the lounge. Also a separate entrance and restrooms from the general admission group. One thing to note, the kitchen closes at 8pm and I'm not sure but it seems like the place to get food might be for everyone and not just the VIP experience but I didn't get to order so there's that. I asked the people who got snacks about the popcorn and they said it tasted stale. I bought water and it was $12 something for that. I had floor seating which is your folding chair from church and they have the seats bound together which if you're hippy and sitting with a hippy friend, it's not the most comfortable but we were standing a lot anyway. It was nice that they had some of the song lyrics above the stage but I think some tv screens would've been great. Granted standing helps but screens wouldn't hurt. They do have tvs in the EP lounge, along with a bar, and some black leather seats. It's a nice set up and the VIP entrance was great because we didn't have to stand in that long line. We didn't to walk super far but the parking deck right beside the venue, had road closure but apparently they were offering $50 valet. We paid $20 to park in the Delta Lot near the Braves stadium lower gate. Those folding chairs need cushions, an announcement or signage saying the kitchen closed at 8p would've been great, and maybe lowering that prices a bit because $6 foot water is crazy.

Yelp
You can find the Coca-Cola Roxy at 800 Battery Ave SE Ste 500, Atlanta, GA 30339. There's a main parking deck that's going to cost you $20 if you're attending a concert so be aware and potentially think about using Uber or Lyft. If you use Waze/G-Maps it will direct you to the main street entrance - instead take the dedicated lane from the 41 exit which takes you directly to the parking deck. This was my first visit to the new Roxy, I was a frequent visitor to the old (last concert there was Squeeze pre-pandemic). On this visit 2021.10.19 we're attending Elvis Costello and the Attractions - as it's been several years since we last saw him in concert we were quite excited. Upon arrival you're ID checked and banded (if you're drinking alcohol) and also required to have proof-of-vaccination against Covid-19 or a negative test from the last day or so. This new location is pretty nice with clean bathrooms, something the old Roxy wasn't famous for. The room has an open floor concept with a stage about 5 feet above the floor with a mezzanine on both sides and the back accessed via stairs. There are bars on each level where you can purchase beer, wine, mixed drinks and a limited menu of food items. Above you'll see several chandeliers, reminiscent of the glits provided by the original Buckhead venue. The second floor is interesting as it has "booths" around the railing with lounge chairs and small tables - this area also appears to have service (meaning there's a server who will take your orders). There's also a separate lounge with its own bar behind some doors, presumably for private event space with upstairs bathrooms around the corner. As indicated the main area is open and on this night completely covered in folding chairs zip-tied together. I'd estimate seating at about 500 possible including the mezzanine - the chairs made for a really cramped situation but luckily it wasn't filled to capacity - there were a few open chairs on each row as you move back from the stage. Elvis and the Attractions came on stage close to the 8:00 PM start (about 4-5 minutes late which is on-time for most bands), there was no opening act. As the band started the mixing was really bad with the keyboard over-powering Elvis' voice - it was difficult to tell if his vocals were shot or if it was a technical problem - combined with the cramped seating (felt like I was on top of the person to the right) we decided to make our way upstairs where there were far fewer attendees. Once upstairs the sound got a whole lot better - seems the initial poor quality was mostly due to inadequate preparation in the mix - it took the third song to straighten things out to the great music we were expecting. We went for a couple of drinks - purchased one beer and one soda so with tip about $20. Service was good and the bartender attentive and patient. The ushers were all really attentive - as the venue filled up we were asked if we wanted to move closer to the rail (2nd floor) so we ended up in one of the "box seats" to stage left. From there to the end it was an amazing experience with the band belting out many favorites (most were saved to the end with newer cuts in the beginning). Overall I like this venue - there's room to leave the are close to the stage open for attendees that want to stand much like the old Roxy - I do think they need to invest in more comfortable GA seating on the floor - something a bit wider but for many concert goers this wouldn't be a concern. The bar service was good (a bit limited with no variations between the bars - they all had the same menu) and the ushers seemed well trained and in general accommodating. We also had tickets for Patti Smith the same week, same location but unfortunately cancelled.

Yelp
(5/31/19) Mastodon / Coheed and Cambria / Every Time I Die It was my first time going to Coca-Cola Roxy for a show, and overall I was fairly impressed. The show was incredible, I was really there for Mastodon, and they blew the roof off the place. Venue specific things to know: 1. Located at The Battery (where Suntrust Park is) they've built a mini town, almost Disney-like, with shops, bars and restaurants. Having a venue bringing high-profile acts makes a lot of sense. 2. Admission and security were surprisingly fast, which made for quick entry and a bolt to the bar for food and a drink before the show. 3. Food and Drink - Honestly, prices were lower than I anticipated. The food is nothing to rave home about, we were just content to receive it in a reasonable amount of time. If you have the time (which we didn't), eat somewhere beforehand. If not, this will do for survival. 4. The most important part comes down to the sound of the bands and the views from the floor, and in my humble opinion these were both on par. The bands sounded fantastic, and there wasn't a bad seat in the house. The floor is much larger than other prestigious clubs I've been to. On top of all that, with it being a newer venue the place was impeccably maintained and well-kept. Comparatively to most rock concerts I've been to, I walked out clean as a whistle. Banging venue for the ATL, I hope they continue to book killer bands!

Yelp
We went to see Kevin Hart last night and it was a horrible experience. For starters, the event was extremely unorganized. It was pouring rain and staff was nearly non-existent to give proper line instruction for doors that opened late. There were no crowd control protocols or line barriers; it was loosely a free for all which contributed to massive amounts of people blatantly cutting line. I'm surprised no fights ensued over this. Most of the crowd was soaking wet and security forced everyone to discard their umbrellas unsecured, outside in the rain. We had AA 1st row balcony seats that ended up having a 100% obstructed view! Are you F-ing serious??? Who designed this place? They place table seats along the entire side of the balcony that obstruct the entire view of anyone sitting on the first few rows of the balcony. I'm over 6' and could only occasionally see the performer through a gap when someone temporarily shifted. So, after going through that madness sitting there feet wet, clothing half soaked, I couldn't even see the entertainers. A lady belligerently argued and cursed at guest behind her for several minutes and no security showed to escort her out. The event appeared extremely understaffed. When the show was over staff would not open the multiple doors to let the massive crowd out. Instead, they held everyone and the lobby quickly filled like a sardine can. For some strange reason they insisted on funneling over 2,000 people through TWO DOORS, leaving everyone to search among thousands of umbrellas for their needle in the haystack in the rain and chaos. I won't be returning to this venue until they workout this BS.

Yelp
I came here for a work event but it was actually a lot more fancy than I had anticipated. Luckily, I was strutting with my favorite Valentino's. When you first enter the main area there are six gorgeously lighted chandeliers smiling down with hanging crystals that look as if raining on you. There is another smaller area where the doors can close off for more privacy. The best part about this place is that the bars are on all the surrounding walls! That's what I call getting my drank on! Basically, this place is appropriate for social and private events!

Yelp
This was the worst concert venue experience I have had! This was our first time going, we went to see Elvis Costello. I guess because of the age of the crowd (LOL) they had full seating on the floor not general admission. The seats were regular folding chairs, wasn't great but I didn't mind, until I realized they were zip tied together. So you literally had no room to move. The person on my left was completely in my space, not her fault as she had no room either, my friend on my right was leaning in to me as the man to her right was completely in her space with his big puffy jacket on. The only lucky thing was we were in the last row on the left of the floor, so we ended up having to stand behind our seats the whole show. The pic attached shows the seat in front of me and the cramped conditions. One plus, standing behind our seats gave us a place to set our drinks. It was worse than a Spirit Airlines seat. Also, being that there is no slope in the floor like most general admission theaters have, it made it harder to see. I thought maybe we should have gotten balcony seats, but after reading others reviews, it does not look like seating is any better or any less obstructed. I won't even mention the difficult in finding our seats, other peoples reviews have. Next, was the fact that the sound was muffled. When I walked to the back of the venue I realized how bad the sound was where we were sitting under the balcony. Also, the balcony is so low, it hinders some of the view. Lastly, I know the price of everything is going up, but the bar prices were just stupid. $15 for a can of wine, $15 + for a beer, and any liquor drink started at $20 +. So all in all, no reason to ever return to this venue. One of the only good things I have to say, is the staff were very nice and friendly.

Yelp
Great and beautiful venue. You'll have a great view of the stage from anywhere! Lots of memorabilia in the VIP bar/room!

Yelp
My husband and I saw Lord Huron at the Roxy on 6/19. We had "front row" seats in the balcony. The ticketing process was deceptive because although not shown on the venue map, there's an additional row of seating in front of the "front row." We ended up with seats with an entirely obstructed view and couldn't see anything. I do not recommend sitting in either end section in the balcony because you will not be able to see if you are in a low row. The band was great, but the Roxy is the worst music venue in Atlanta in my opinion and I will never see another band there again.

Yelp
Service was great! Drinks were expensive. The lines were long if you didn't have VIP access. Seating was close and seemed as if the A/C didn't work.

Yelp
New favorite venue! Came here tonight for a Teyana Taylor concert and was throughly satisfied with the night. AC blasting, multiple areas to purchase drinks/snacks, ample space where you don't feel packed, and could see what's happening on the stage and I felt SAFE. Splurged for parking in the orange deck, well worth it because there was also a game going on. I will be coming back!
