"Rarely does a tropical cocktail feel virtuous, but the fresh-pressed organic juices and locally sourced herbs that go into, say, the Loba-Rita at Coccoloba (with tequila, charred pineapple, spiced agave nectar, triple sec, lime, and orange juice) conspire to create a sense of righteousness in the imbiber. Magnifying the effect are the otherworldly rays that start streaking the sky and sea at sunset—arguably the best time to visit this beach-hut-taco-stand hybrid. Rounding out the experience is the Edenic abundance on the menu, from the Tropical Salad (mango, pineapple jicama, hearts of palm, roasted red pepper, arugula, and citrus-chipotle vinaigrette) to the strawberry-guava or mango- chamoy Popsicles."

We love Coccoloba! We visited twice on this trip & once 3 years ago, and have never been disappointed. The service is friendly & incredible, the food is top notch & sooo fresh, and the views are breathtaking. Highly recommend the churros for dessert! Their non-alcoholic drink options were delicious too. Easy access to beach to hangout before or after you eat! There is a parking lot nearby. We will come back here every time we’re on the island! Thank you!!

Such a great find, and spot to watch the sunset!!! The mexican food is absolutely delicious and authentic / worth every single penny. The service was really lovely, quick and everyone was so friendly and welcoming. 100% recommend if you are a tourist or a local!! Cocktails are on the more expensive side but very potent and delicious, so i'd say worth it as a nice treat!!

Being an owner of two Mexican restaurants, I was anticipating something great here. What I received was a great location on a great beach with good margaritas and a beautiful sunset. My entry inside the hotel lobby was unremarkable. Not one doorman or front-desk agent looked up or spoke to us. We found the restaurant winding through the resort on our own. What lowered this visit to two stars (including the lobby entrance) was the food versus the cost. The salsa was by far the thinnest, most watery salsa with no flavor that I've ever had. The octopus tacos were decent, but not parallel with the ambiance. Service was slow and a tad boring. The flies on the patio were a nuisance and had it not been for the good margaritas and location; this place would have been a one star.

The BEST restaurant in Cayman Island, during our last visit, we ate there everyday! The Elote, Shrimp Tacos, Ceviche and Load Potatos are a MUST! The drinks are incredible too.

Highly recommend for a casual dining. Beautiful ambience as it's located right at the beach. I tried both garlic shrimp and cauliflower tacos and they were great. Nice location for watching the sunset.

While staying at Hotel Indigo we wondered over to Kimpton for lunch and Coccoloba didn't disappoint. Wendy our server was fantastic, the views while eating lunch were amazing. The blackened grouper tacos and shrimp tostadas were cooked to perfection and full of flavor.
