Cocina 35 Bringing Mexican Brunch to Liberty Station | Eater San Diego

"Called the Mexican Food Hub (2649 Boston Ave.), this virtual food hall geared toward takeout and delivery will be headquartered in Barrio Logan with a to-go outpost operating out of Cocina 35 in Otay Mesa, and it will offer everything from tortas and burritos to omelettes and sandwiches." - Candice Woo

Love the Liberty Station location, but as we were staying in Logan heights we decided to try this location. Flavor was solid except for the egg shell in my over medium eggs. One of which was fried solid. Felt like the portion of the enfrijoladas was smaller as well. Quick service though.

Don’t order food here. We were told it would take 10 minutes, and we waited over 25 minutes for our food. Mind you, there hasn’t been a single person coming in to order or pick up food either. We asked for our chilaquiles deconstructed and they of course made them constructed with the beans on the side? Everything else inside. Never coming here again.

This is so worth it! I miss this type of breakfast! I ordered the chilaquiles de tomate con polla asado and over easy eggs. I highly recommend this spot for breakfast in a pinch.

I have only ordered through Uber Eats. The tortas are really good. I like the cochinita pibil. The desert empanadas and La Verde juice are great as well. Only problems I've had was slow delivery but that is on Uber not Cocina 35. I'll have to try the chilaquiles sometime.

Don’t order from uber!! They always forget something on your order and Uber doesn’t wanna give you a refund, so cocina 35 stays with your money , they always do this , I’m done with them scammers

If you’ve ate at other Cocina 35 restaurants where they have REAL dine in experience, DONT come to this location. They offer to go only. Spent $56 for 2 orders of chilaquiles and 2 drinks. They gave me my food in to go containers when I ordered dine in. They forgot the meat to my chilaquiles, made me wait 4 minutes when it’s 55 degrees outside. So by the time they gave me the missing meat, the chilaquiles were already starting to get cold. Do no recommend this place.

Worth the wait, sign up early for the waiting list. Coffee and chilaquiles are amongst the best in SD

Terrible location. Went to take my parents for breakfast, expecting to have a great experience and nothing. Place was open but nobody was there. We waited about 5-10 min and nobody came to the front. There is no parking. Area is not nice. Awful location.
