Cocina Vino

The staff was very inviting from the start! We got a table easily. My wife and I split a bottle of vinho verde for a very reasonable price. They let us know the specials were Spicy Corn Chowder and Shrimp Linguine Alfredo. My wife ordered both and we shared the soup. I had the cacio de pepe with shrimp. The kids had the mac and cheese and the sliders. We dove in immediately, so the pics dont represent the presentation. I easily give this 5/5 stars and recommend you come and try for yourself!

Great local gem of a restaurant that used to be known as The Kitchen. After they closed one of the employees took it over and kept some of the old favorites while evolving the menu with more options. I came here for dinner and was very impressed. The food and service were both excellent. There is a small parking lot in the back. I look forward to coming back for brunch!

Quality, healthy food with great prices; it's definitely a must-go place for a good food choice.

We had a wonderful dinner. I had probably the best salmon I've ever had. One of my friends loved his steak with chimichurri, and the other loved her pasta. Service was excellent and the prices are quite reasonable. I'm so glad this restaurant (formerly The Kitchen) has reopened. A longtime employee has taken over, and our server told us most of the staff has stayed on. We're going back for brunch.

Love this place. Had the Pan Seared Salmon with capers, asparagus and mashed potatoes! Soooooo good! The staff is great. So attentive and desert was great too.

Good food and wine - recommend the chilaquiles for brunch and the steak picado for dinner. Super friendly people too!

Cocina Vino is a hidden gem that needs to be on your brunch radar! I came in for brunch and had the huevos rancheros--and let me tell you, they were next-level delicious. Perfectly cooked eggs, a rich, flavorful ranchero sauce, and everything seasoned to perfection. You can taste the love in every bite! But what really sealed the deal? The service. Even though the place was packed (clearly word is getting out!), the staff was warm, welcoming, and genuinely attentive. They made me feel like I was part of the Cocina Vino family. If you're looking for a place that delivers amazing food and a feel-good vibe, run--don't walk--to Cocina Vino. This spot is a total winner.

Went in for brunch this weekend and were delighted! The menu is small, but all quality items. Everything was well priced too. I was particularly happy with the home fries made fresh and perfectly seasoned.

Hands down, the best food, atmosphere, and friendlies staff in Silverlake! Every dish is superbly herbed, spiced, and flavored to perfection. The previous establishment The Kitchen served good food but Cocina Vino has definitely stepped it up some notches re atmosphere, quality of and taste of food. This eatery will definitely remain a goto of mine for the friendly, fun, quality, taste, and welcoming vibe! If you haven't been here yet it is a MUST...BUT stay out of my booth to all you other lovers!!!

The food was great. I ordered the tofu fajitas for brunch. They were really good and I'm a meat eater, so that's saying a lot. The service was quick and the staff extremely friendly. The restaurant recently reopened and did a great job of adding modern touches.
