Would love any type of sit it area, but great food and drinks. I specifically love crunchy bites &boba, but good hours and amazing place overall 👌

Dystopian concept for a restaurant, 15 minute parking with someone revolving around putting green stickers on customer cars, food having to be ordered on one touch and food placed in lockers. Yes its centered around delivery but at least make the in person ordering experience better. Lastly much of the menus where non-inclusive and only in Spanish.

The food is amazing and the service as well i highly recommend it!!

Everything was delicious, it was average wait time. I liked that I could walk in and place the order using their kiosk technology which was cool. It would be nicer if the area where you wait for food or order, was a little more nice, with some seats to sit while you wait

Before deciding to rent a kitchen space at this location and relocate your business, it’s important to carefully consider. The customer service here is severely lacking, and the communication between their management system and the kitchen facilities is highly inefficient. Issues are frequent, ranging from missing orders to incorrect order distribution. The management often deflects responsibility. Additionally, their operating system, Otter, frequently experiences downtime. I advise caution and thorough consideration before committing to a rental here. Efforts to escalate these concerns to higher management have been met with silence. Our attempts to reach out, including an email inquiry, have gone unanswered beyond the promised 1-3 day response time. It’s now been over five days with no reply.

Food comes out super quick and tastes fresh. Got Cowy burger. Never tried to real location in wynwood so can't compare but it was yummy.

The food is bomb! I got the burger! I wish I had got two! The fries oh my gosh! I need that seasoning on my chicken strips that I will order next time! This PLACE IS A MUST!

Today I showed up a a few minutes after 10PM and was able to pick up my bubble tea and pizza but ran into an issue picking up my order. They have a pick up system where you get a text message with a link that opens up the locker with your food. This works when your food fits in the locker. I picked up my bubble tea from the locker and saw my pizza sitting on the shelf. I tried calling someone over, knocking on the door, yelling for help but nothing. I waited and waited and when I gave up and decided to walk out without my pizza I found more than 5 numbers plastered over the front door on the outside. There were various numbers you'd have to call depending on which business you needed help from. This could be simply remedied with a door bell ringer or even having one number posted at the pick up area. Why am I tipping on a pick up order when the service is non existent?

I placed order to pickup and it was only possible with their online format. After placing order I realized I made a mistake. There was no possible way to contact them. I tried calling and it went straight to voicemail and mailbox was not set up. I also realized after payment went through that they forced an $8 tip to the order. for takeout! I ordered 4 burgers with different toppings. I can't believe they would charge extra for lettuce and tomato. this is a $13 bacon cheeseburger. i was only given 1 thin slice of lettuce. and the least they could do was label them. So I had to open all to inspect before giving to my friends. When I arrived the place looked like a prison. All these bars and thick window. No chairs in the small lobby. Very upset. next time i am going to twin peaks who charge same price but better service, and no extra charge for lettuce and tomato.
