Before deciding to rent a kitchen space at this location and relocate your business, it’s important to carefully consider. The customer service here is severely lacking, and the communication between their management system and the kitchen facilities is highly inefficient. Issues are frequent, ranging from missing orders to incorrect order distribution. The management often deflects responsibility. Additionally, their operating system, Otter, frequently experiences downtime. I advise caution and thorough consideration before committing to a rental here. Efforts to escalate these concerns to higher management have been met with silence. Our attempts to reach out, including an email inquiry, have gone unanswered beyond the promised 1-3 day response time. It’s now been over five days with no reply.
