As someone who recently rented a kitchen at this location for my business, I feel compelled to share my experience. Unfortunately, it’s been quite frustrating. The customer service is sorely lacking, with little to no assistance when issues arise. Communication between the administrative staff and the kitchen teams is poorly managed, leading to frequent misunderstandings and mistakes. Misplaced orders and delivery errors are common, and the management often seems more interested in avoiding blame than solving these problems. Additionally, the Otter system, which is supposed to streamline operations, is unreliable and frequently offline. I would urge anyone considering renting here to think carefully and explore other options. Efforts to reach out to higher management for resolution have been consistently ignored, including an email query that remains unanswered well beyond the expected response time.
