Update: Customer Support reach out right away and responded to my concerns. I will increase stars for their support and resolution. Ultimately, my state doesn’t allow alcohol shipments, so this service doesn’t really work for us. Reading the reviews of your state allows the shipment of alcohol this is a great subscription service. Review: We got a “just the mix” box. As the previous reviews stated this is an awful value. It is $40 one box had 4 lemons and a small plain simple syrup. I was shocked and felt scammed. Other boxes have had a few more items but nothing worth subscribing for. The espresso martini recipe came with iced coffee definitely not a good substitute. Separate issue is the packaging, which feels like a nesting doll of cardboard and waste.

Fantastic customer service and a fun way to send happy hour to your friends, family, colleagues and customers. Their cocktails are very nicely put together, have everything the recipient needs and are delicious. All you have to do is schedule a virtual meeting and have happy hour together from afar. Great idea, great company and service.

We tried a couple of different kits this year and have been impressed with the quality of ingredients, the clarity of instructions, and just the overall presentation of the kits. So, this Christmas it seemed like a no brainer to order as gifts for friends and family. Although we ordered at the very beginning of December, there were some supply issues and it didn’t seem like anyone would receive their kits in time. But, the customer service people really went above and beyond to communicate with us regarding the delay, and give us almost daily updates to answer questions and concerns. In the end, everyone received their gifts on time and in great shape.

My family has ordered several times and they are always on point! Great gifts! Scott delivered as promised! We purchased the winter spiced old fashioned and the select spritz! My boss loved it!

Very disappointing. My company ordered cocktails for all our employees. Everyone received a large box, full of packaging that was largely empty except for a few basic ingredients like dried orange slices and cloves individually wrapped in plastic, in a huge cardboard which was box full of straw, inside another larger box. 99% packaging, 1% value. Very deceptive and poor value for the price we paid. I am actually embarrassed and regret that we caused so much wasteful packaging.

I have placed 2 orders with Cocktail Courier and received quality items and excellent service when I had questions about shipping and my online account. Shout out to Curt for being very responsive and providing great service! As for the products themselves, great recipes that come with all the fixings! I got 2 whole fresh limes for my marg!!! Will definitely be a repeat customer!

I ordered a birthday kit for a friend's birthday. The order was marked fulfilled with a shipping tracking number, but the item hadn't shipped for several days. Cocktail Courier worked with me to correct the issue and even upgraded my order. They stayed in contact with me throughout the process until the item was delivered. Thank you!

My Cocktail Courier experience was so incredible! I ordered the southern styled old fashion kit and the triple spice margarita party can. It was a perfect purchase to celebrate a special occasion with my boyfriend. Both of these drinks were fantastic! We had such a blast mixing these cocktails and they ended up being the best drinks we've ever made. The delivery was super easy, on time and the packaging was very nice. The ingredients are fresh and the product is high quality. I couldn't recommend ordering from them more! 10/10 experience!! Will definitely be ordering again:)
