"Cocktail Curations is a pop-up cocktail company created by former Jos. A. Magnus employees, Nicole Hassoun and Thy Parra. The company specializes in flavored zero-proof cocktails made by distilling water with citrus, herbs, and other natural botanicals to mimic the flavor and depth of gins without alcohol or sugar. They offer these drinks at booked events, either on their own or with spirits on the side. The company launched during the White House Correspondents’ Dinner weekend and is planning to expand its offerings to include "experiential" cocktail parties with specialty concoctions, spirit tastings, mixology classes, and custom cocktail bars. Cocktail Curations’ website is expected to go live soon, and the duo is already working to expand its staff. The company has been hired for events at hotels, private homes, and museums, and aims to sell its botanical waters to bars and restaurants in the future." - Tierney Plumb
