Amazing experience. The owner was super helpful with every question I had. He helped me select certain cigars and wine. He's also a dog lover and gives dogs treats which is a huge plus for me. I would definitely recommend this place. I will be coming back

One of my favorite cigar lounges. Definitely a good place to go while in the Grove. Perfect for an after dinner smoke. Owner is super friendly and is well liked in the neighborhood. The dogs love this place as well because there is always water out for them and owner always has treats. Besides that very good cigars with variety for those that are beginners and those that are veteran smokers. Great service, great smokes, great neighborhood cigar lounge.

I bought my first Padron cigar here and it was excellent. It came at the recommendation of somebody working there. This is a classy place, but not stuffy. Very nicely decorated and there's plenty of high-quality and premium cigars in there. The smell of cigars is actually not overly strong compared to most older cigar lounges. Probably because they keep the door open also. Despite the heat it was nice and cool inside. I didn't stay to sit and have a smoke but I did enjoy the environment and the overall feel.

My husband and I were visiting Miami from Augusta, GA and stopped in after dinner today and WOW! The selection was amazing but the service was next level! A billion percent recommend!!

A great lounge in a nice area This is one of the better cigar lounges I've been to. The ambiance was amazing. The lighting, decor, and furniture all set for a cozy and comfortable cigar experience. The selection of cigars is not too big, but most of the cigars sold are highly rated and fresh. The owner Kinan is very friendly and kind. I had a pleasant time smoking a cigar and conversing with him. Make sure to order some espresso when you go to the lounge. I'm not too big on ordering coffee anywhere other than a coffee house, but my god the coffee served at this lounge is one of the best I've had. Overall great experience. The prices are really good too.

Super intimate. Nicely built-out. Excellent selection and service. Very accesible, much more so than previous location. Parking is easy with curbside on Main or garage. Need more businesses here in the Grove like this.

I know nothing about cigars but I know good, honest service when I get it! Jose was very knowledgable and helped my Husband and I find a nice Dominican cigar as a gift for my in-laws. He even threw in a nice little card that we can dedicate to them and a few matchboxes as well. He took his time and wasn't particularly interested in selling us anything, but rather focused on finding us what we described we were looking for. He gave us suggestions based on a higher price-point for future, more special occasions. The store itself is very clean and a little warm towards the back because they do keep the cigars in large humidifiers. The cigars seem to be organized by country. Jose also offered us a small discount if we purchased the whole box of the particular cigars we were looking into since they were the last ones left, which is a nice deal. I don't see why we wouldn't come back here.

Love the new location on the first floor of Cocowalk! Great selection and very Knowledgeable staff. Jose and Drew's recommendations were spot on. The Camacho Liberty limited edition and Davidoff Yamasa they suggested were fantastic. The coffee and tv in the shop made it even better. Got to relax and enjoy a great cigar. Definitely coming back.

Not a big selection of sticks to choose from. The guy working went into the humidor with me and started pointing out sticks to me without me asking any questions. I prefer to do my cigar shopping on my own and just ask for help if needed. They didn't have the 2 sticks I was looking for, so I settled for something else since I was already there. The prices were a little above average as well.

I stop in just to see whats new and I brought a Aspen and it wss on sale two for one. As I walk away from the counter to leave and who is standing in the door.....drum roll.....R. Kelly!! Crazy huh obviously I didn't go crazy because I hell I'm famous too and I kno what he deal with everyday with fans so I just shook his hand and walked off.

Peter is the manager here. He has premium cigars. Some boutiques. Definitely a Davidoff White Club Lounge. He also has all the Padrone's. Many Alec Bradley's. A lot of my fathers. I would definitely be impressed with his selection any place I'm going this is the place to be

I went into coco cigars at their new location on the first floor. I was greeted by a young man who showcased they're selection. He explained to me what cigars are good for a beginner, and also explained how to toast the cigar to achieve the best flavor. The store has a unique design and are working on remodeling at the moment. I look forward to bringing friends here in the future.

This was one of the best cigar places I have ever been to. I love this place. Mainly for the customer service. A cigar is a cigar and that's not gonna change. But the service here was excellent, each time I went to pick up my usuals, the staff was there to greet me and they were extremely nice. Cool dudes, they know their stuff.

Great store just relocated downstairs in Coco walk large selection of cigars well maintained looks great. A must visit when in cocowalk management and staff very knowledgeable and courtesy.

This place is a little hard to find because the mall it's in has multiple floors and no map, but it's on the second floor next to Chili's or the Cheesecake Factory. The selection was sub-par for a shop this size and the service I received was poor. The guy running the shop kept B.S.ing a pair of dudes about cigars even though a line of four customers had formed. Maybe he was high or something, but I felt ignored and had to wait for no good reason. So if you're not too picky and not in a hurry then you might be satisfied here, but I wouldn't go out of your way to shop here, there are better places around.

My husband is a big cigar aficionado so we stopped by during a night out so he could pick some up. I have to disagree with the previous reviewer as far as the selection goes - I thought it was fine especially given the size of the store. The place has been there longer than most in Coco Walk & the guy running the place was very helpful as was the other employee there. Overall, this is a nice little place in Coco Walk with good customer service.

I love this store. Jose is absolutely great. He welcomes you in. You can have a decent conversation about cigars. You can sit in the store watch some television and smoke a nice cigar. They have nice collection of cigars too. You can't ask for anything else. 5 stars for sure!

I'm not a cigar smoker, but I went recently with a friend who was interested in purchasing some. The shop was very clean, organized, and I wouldn't even be commenting if I wasn't just amazing with the level of customer service exhibited by the staff. The gentleman who assisted us with our selections was extremely helpful, and gave great suggestions based on what my friend desired to purchase, and had just such a warm demeanor. I recommend this spot if you're in the Coconut Grove area and would like to purchase some quality cigars. However, this is not a lounge, so there is no seating area outside to sit and enjoy your smokes.

First, this is a cigar shop, not a cigar lounge. Having said that, I was still able to enjoy a good cigar and good conversation while I was in the store. Cigar smoking is about more than just the taste and aroma of a fine cigar, it's about relaxing, conversing, and forging relationships with others. I've been in Coco Cigars a number of times and always feel welcome and well served.

Attention all yelpers this is a warning for anyone who is concerned about their time and do not want to waste any of it. This was the most unpleasant experience I have ever had shopping in my entire life. I cannot stress enough how bad this experience was from the moment I walked in to the moment I left the shop which wasn't very long. Let me start off by saying it was super ghetto they had very little selection and the manager seemed super intoxicated. All he was talking about is how much the rent was costing making disrespectful remarks about the women across the shop. He even tried to convince me to purchase some fake Cohiba Esplendido cigars claiming they were from Cuba. As a cigar connoisseur and practicing tobacconist I couldn't help to laugh at their attempts to upsell me. I hope they are not in business for long because they are stealing money from people who have no knowledge of cigars and seem to be taking advantage of even their employees.

Located right next to chilis in cocos walk. Its a cute little cigar shop not to big and they don't have a big variety of things. I did like there colorful lighters and the prices for them weren't to bad. The girl that worked there could have been a little more attentive and friendly but hey all we bought was a zippo lighter. Probably won't go back because I prefer bayside cigar shop and total wines little area of cigars but those are different reviews lol.

still open during construction of cocowalk this is where i go when im in the grove. Jose and ryan are the clerks here and theyre knowledgeable about their cigars and they were willing to teach me a coupole of things about where their from how their made and how to properly smoke a cigar. its great hang out after dinner or a movie .

Really nice guys here, small humidor, decent selection. They are Davidoff dealer, so if you're a Davidoff guy or girl, you can get them here. It's a little pricey because of the location, but if you look on Yelp, they have some great coupons and you can save the difference and more. Outside seating if you want to smoke here, but it's in the shade and you can watch the world go by.

Selection was very slim with relatively common cigars, after asking suggestion out of the man running shop(later found out it was owner) and being told certain cigars that I had was looking at where "the exspensive ones " so I obviously wouldn't be interested I guess. when I went to check out he then tried to accuse me of stealing merchandise I immediately emptied my pockets in defense and was more put off by his confrontational attitude I even offered just pay for the cigar he accused me of pocketing but he insisted on proving his point after he finally checked his inventory in the computer to end this goose chase he admitted I was right. but at that point didn't feel encouraged to spend my money at coco cigars being that there's plenty of cigars shops in the surrounding area that would be much more accommodating definetly sticking with bayside cigars very nice people that helped in anyway they could and had better prices and selection

Best cigar spot in Miami. Tons of variety to choose from. Super friendly staff - owner is amazing. Anything cigar/pipe related is a must buy from this place. If they don't have it - they'll get it!!! They have events every so often where you can test drive cars, free cigars and free liquor. Been going to this store for years!!! New location - easy access from Virginia St. LOVE THE NEW LOCATION.

I should start by saying I am not a cigar aficionado - but I do enjoy a good cigar. I walked into Coco Cigar in CocoWalk 2nd floor next to Cheesecake Factory and was greeted by a most friendly host. He asked me a few questions, how often do I smoke, what was I looking to do, was I going to eat or drink? He then offered a few options and was not pushy at all. He explained the price range and how the cigars were different. What I liked most was he wasn't just trying to sell me the most expensive cigar. He took his time and really 'taught' me about the cigars. Btw - the guys name was Mike, turns out he's the owner too. I highly recommend this shop. I asked about having a cigar of the month club or something like that where I can sample 2 or 3 cigars a month - he said somehting like that is coming soon!

As a newbie to Miami I figured it was time I started smoking the great cigars Miami has to offer. Went in with not knowing a thing about cigars. Have already been back a few times and even sent some great cigars out to the west coast to my family. Jose is a very nice and welcoming employee. He helped me select cigars that I would like and even helped me set up my mini humidor. If you are looking for a great place to get a cigar, this is the place. Grab a cigar and sit up on the deck at Fat Tuesday and car watch while all the sports cars drive by down below you. If it wasn't for Jose I'd probably be getting my cigars somewhere else.

People may find it hard to believe but despite being in a mall, this is one of the best cigar spots in all of miami. seriously. the only other decent one is Absolute Cigar Shop in brickell and this may be a bit better as far as quality of cigar and friendliness of staff is concerned. There's this young white guy that runs the counter that looks too young to have his level of expertise. he's extremely friendly and knowledgeable. i live on the beach and even tho it's a little longer to drive here than brickell i still make the communte for the service and quality.

I found this place just by roaming around cocowalk one day. I never knew they were in here and the store has been around since 1998. Their selection was very impressive and the young blonde (the manager) turned me on to some cigars that I never knew existed.....needless to say, it's my new favorite cigar and I will continue to shop there. If she knows what she's talking about, then her staff must be as knowledgable as her. I would recommend this place to anyone who crosses my path.
