While looking for inspiration for a gift to my wife for our special anniversary, I came across the Coco De Mer store. I went in to browse and upon asking for gifting ideas, the assistant guided me through the options in an informative way. Her inquiries about my needs made me feel confident that she understood what would be suitable. She was approachable, friendly, discreet and tactful. I ended up buying a stunning lingerie set and some accessories. All was beautifully presented in a gift box. I would definitely recommend the experience and will be back.

I was trying on of the bras in the fitting room, unfortunately it was too small, while I was still in the changing room the seller asked me how it is. I have replied that unfortunately the size is too small (I was trying size small and there was no medium). To which the seller asked if I want her to adjust the straps and in the middle of me saying “no, thank you” barged in to the fitting room and put her hands on my naked back and started to move the bra. I had to scream for her to get out and don’t touch me.

I went to Coco de Mer hoping to get a nice set, and I walked away with an amazing personal experience and a set that really suits me. The team there were really lovely, they took the time to make sure I found something that I really loved. It took awhile to find something that really suit me but the assistant took the time to make sure I found something I loved. It’s worth noting that there weren’t any plus sizes, they only had some 14s so either limited availability on the larger sizes or they don’t stock any larger sizes. All in all, a professional experience, beautiful pieces and a lovely team :)

Last year I received the stimulator from Coco de Mer as a 30th birthday present from my friend and it has changed my life! It helped me to connect deeper with my own sensuality and showed me a new level of self love ❤️ Then earlier this year I went online and decided to treat myself to a new lingerie set. I ordered the Athena Balcony Bra and the Brazilian Knicker, which arrived quickly, in a lovely box. I instantly loved the set and I can truly say it has made me feel confident in my self and my body. The customer care girls are so friendly and happy to help with any enquires when I contacted them via phone and also email! They can advise sizing and ship out items very quickly! Shipment arrived very quickly, beautifully gift wrapped and in discreet packaging!

Last Monday, I attended the Seductress Salon hosted by Miss Polly Rae at the new Coco De Mer boutique in Knightsbridge, and my goodness did I have a good time. I have to admit, I was a bit nervous. But everyone was nice and welcoming. Plus, the bubbles they served gave me the liquid courage to step outside my comfort zone. I practiced my new moves this weekend and feeling so much more confident expressing myself! Such a great experience. Highly recommend going alone or with a friend or two.

Horrendous shopping experience and criminal customer service. Do not buy from this shop. They do not honour their legally binding sales. I received a £200 gift voucher as a present and decided to buy 3 items during the sales before Christmas for £216. I received the parcel ahead of Christmas and discovered that one slip was missing. I telephoned customer service to enquire where the slip was. They seemed surprised and said did I want something else instead or a refund as the item was out of stock. I was shocked that it took me telephoning to discover that the item was out of stock and that they were holding onto my money. I requested a refund. I was advised that only the amount paid by cash (£16) was going to be refunded and that the remaining amount was going onto a gift card. It took several weeks to get this information from customer service. By the time they notified me of this the sale was over and I could no longer afford to buy from the website. I contacted customer service and spoke with a representative as well as the manager to try and reason with them. I was shocked that there was no reasoning and that they refused to refund me £20 given that I had spend £180 with the company. I expressed that due to their slow responses the sale had ended and therefore it was too late for me to buy anything from the sale but there was zero appreciation for this point and in fact the emails were rude. Horrendous experience and I will be shopping from other brands in the future.

Love this new Coco de Mer boutique! went last weekend and I was absolutely in love with the beautiful lingerie collections they have at the moment. I had a wonderful bra fitting and left with some lovely new pieces! (:
