absolutely love this place and would rate it as one of the best restaurants in Vietnam. Everything — from the food and service to the ambiance — is beyond words. Even top resorts in Vietnam can’t compare to this experience. The price is definitely on the higher side — expect to spend at least 10 million VND — but it’s worth every single penny. Every dish tells a story and delivers flavors unlike anything I’ve tried before. A must-visit if you’re in Ho Chi Minh City.

Excellent environment with Excellent good serving under story telling of Journey(you will get into a train starting from the north of Vietnam to the south of Vietnam). After you get the train ticket, you will start tasting the foods. They introduce the ingredients with interesting cartoons. It will help you remember what you ate. There is a whiskey bar in the restaurant. There are some live show of playing piano and singing. You may finish you meal with fine wrap up.

One of the best Michelin star experiences we’ve had across the entire globe. We have talked about the tuna dish we had the other week on their road to the star menu near daily since, wish we could live it over and over again. The food and ambience was great, drink pairing perfection, and the staff outstanding. Their high attention to detail was proven when, without us mentioning it at all, they picked up on our celebration and the staff surprised us with a honeymoon treat. CoCo Dining is absolute must do for anyone who loves fine dining and is in Saigon, do not miss this!

Coco Dining is way over the top in terms of setting and aspiration. It put me off at first, because more often than not such places live off ambience, providing smoke and mirrors to wealthy show-offs. Not here, though! The cooking is amazing- it’s creative, well presented and rooted in local culture. Most of all - it’s very, very tasty! The service is professional and pleasant. One little thing I would do differently- I would replace the awful club music with real music…but maybe it’s just me. In short - very solid restaurant for a special night out. Respect!

On December 13th, we dined at a Michelin-starred restaurant in 2025. The spacious and comfortable dining environment, coupled with the exquisite presentation and aroma of each dish, was delightful. The meal was paired with a variety of red and white wines, Japanese and Vietnamese sake, and whiskey cocktails, resulting in a rich and satisfying culinary experience. I would love to dine there again.

Incredible. I was lucky enough to have two back to back meals in two starred restaurants during my stay in HCMC. I chose the tasting menus and wine pairings in each restaurant. Both had a similar theme of a journey along the length of Vietnam. Both took a very different approach, in cooking and style, on what could be considered the same brief. Both knocked it out of the park. Coco is decadent and lush in every sense of the word. From the moment you step onto the premises, the experience starts. The journey (both metaphorically and literally) starts in the whisky bar and continues through the evening as you are brought over to the restaurant, only to come full circle and end once more in the bar. This is cookery and story telling at its finest. It’s an experience that will excite, make you think and for sure make you smile. I will remember this meal and I will for sure return the next time I’m back in town.

Due to late reservation (a day B4) we could not have the tasting menu ( that’s fine) so I couldn’t comment on it. But I will comment on the A La Carte menu. The choice was minimal and the quality was far below par for a Michelin star restaurant and for the price that was charged, 6.3miI vnd for a 3 course meal for two. I had better food back home in an ordinary restaurant for far much less. Staffs need to be better trained on the dishes that are on offered.

We were so thrilled to spend our last night in HCMC at CoCo for a spectacular Christmas Eve dinner. Not only was their pairing menu delicious but the service was excellent and they had superb entertainment to make the evening special. I absolutely recommend this place for a truly special dinner experience!
