Google
Ordered a jasmine green milk tea with sago and passion fruit green tea with coconut jelly. Both were good! Sago was especially tasty.

Google
I'm not a tapioca fan so I can't comment on their bobas 3 stars instead of 5 bc sometimes 1/3 of the cup is empty and last time I ordered delivery, the cup wasn't sealed right and I didn't realize it until I went to shake it up - juice went EVERYWHERE. I'll admit I trusted their quality control maybe more than I should have but 24 years of boba drinking and that NEVER happened. My villain origin story honestly What I do like from here is their taro Oreo slush, their mango slush, and their mango passion fruit slush. Neither of the fruit slushes tastes like real mango or passion fruit - they def taste like imitation syrup but it's ok and reminds me of the shaved ice cups from the ice cream truck

Google
Overall: 4.3/5 We got a large 3 buddies which was ~$7.49. This differed from the menu they had posted which shows $6 for a large. They also ran out of boba so we replaced it with sago. The milk tea uses non-dairy creamer but it was pretty good for not using fresh milk. The toppings of egg pudding, sago, and grass jelly went really well together too. Satisfied my milk tea craving.

Google
Very good milk bubble tea, calm place and very quick service. Reasonable price compare to other tea places and a great variety. Slushees, teas and fresh juices available.

Google
Ashley and Kat were so nice! It was my first time ordering and Ashley helped me pick out a drink. After she made it I realized it was wayyyy to sweet. I had asked if I could have it remade and they re made it for me with no issues:) even suggested a level of sweetness that would work best for me. Can’t wait to go back :3

Google
When you want a nice tea or drink to refresh your body. Coco offers a selection of teas, milk drinks with boba. You can also choose how sweet you want your drink. First time at cocos. I don't like my drinks sweet. Ordered the passionfruit tra with boba. It was refreshing. Definitely cocolicious. I will definitely be coming back. Located in the Target shopping center at 7th and Figueroa. Cocos is located within the food court on the 1st level.

Google
I bought two drink that tasted the same....and the taste wasn't good either. I drank the bare minimum just so I could feel like I didn't waste all my money. Somebody needs to rework their recipes.

Leena C.

Google
disgusting artificially flavoured drinks. Boba bubbles tasted old and rubbery. The customer service was nice but the drink tasted horrible. Ordered mango slush with tapioca bubbles

Yelp
Love this chain. I've had it a few times in SGV, so I was happy to see this within the food court at Figat7th. Ordered their mango green tea with sago. Very tasty and delicious. They also validate for parking!

Yelp
Refreshingly good passion fruit green tea drink with lychee jelly and 50% sweetened. Always a winner for me! Conveniently located downstairs at 7th and Fig food court

Yelp
I am so sad they closed most of the Coco locations in LA. They have a one-of-a-kind House Milk Tea taste. Since I don't come to Coco often I had a hot and cold House Milk Tea. Pricing for the drinks was decent and I definitely missed the Coco taste.

Yelp
Delicious and refreshing! I stopped by CoCo Fresh Tea & Juice during lunch hour. I've always heard good things about their drinks, but I've never had the chance to try until now. This specific CoCo location is in the financial district of DTLA, in the same mall/plaza as Gold's Gym. Since I was craving something light and refreshing, I ordered the Tropical Special (50% sweet). It's basically a passion fruit tea with boba and coconut jelly. I'm not that big on coconut, but I thought that this drink was fantastic. The tea was just the right amount of sweetness, and the boba/coconut jelly combination added additional flavor and texture. The boba itself was solid - just the right amount of sweetness and chewiness. I loved it so much that I came back the next day and ordered the same thing. Highly recommend!

Francesca Q.

Yelp
Today July 18 around 5:48pm, I ordered first 2 drinks then added this mango slush. I added coconut jelly to it but as you can see, they didn't put any but charged me. Very very disappointed with the service. I was the only one there and the staff was not even in a hurry
google avatar

Maryjane L.

Yelp
House tea is delicious & service is fast. I usually order online, but their store located inside a little food hall that has lots of seating & was rather quiet inside which I liked. I highly recommend their sago (mini boba pearls)!!

Yelp
Great milk tea, I remember when you had to line up an hour to get your fix here now it's situated in a convenient food court. I wouldn't say the girls who work here are friendly. There's usually only one person working but she's always fast and efficient and that's the most important thing to me so I would never complain about service.
google avatar

Jeremie A.

Yelp
It's hard to come by coco these days but when we do, we HAVE to get it! The location in Sawtelle closed down so we were surprised to find this location in downtown LA near the financial district. It's located in a shopping plaza/food court and there was no line on a Monday afternoon. We were able to order our drinks quickly. I got the regular milk tea 100% sweet regular ice and it was so good! Will definitely be coming back
google avatar

Jazmine R.

Yelp
I love me a good bubble tea! The locations for Coco are limited so whenever I am in the area it is a MUST. My usual is the Thai tea (or the mango slush with yogurt when I'm in the mood for something tropical). Ps. 7th and Fig plaza must have had a collective staff meeting because before it was rudeness everywhere you'd go and now everyone is so friendly!

Yelp
We needed to get our parking validated so decided to get some boba. I ordered the Lemon Dunk ($6.57) with Boba. It only comes in a large size, but I can definitely see that the whole lemon that they stick inside the cup takes up half the cup, so it's definitely overpriced. Once I got towards the end of the drink it was also hard getting my straw around the lemon since it gets stuck to the bottom of the cup, so it got annoying to drink. As for the tea itself though, it was pretty good. The lemon taste is strong but it doesn't completely overpower the green tea that you can actually taste the tea through the drink. The boba could be cooked a little more since there was still a little bit of hardness in the middle but it still tasted good. The menu was super small, it looked like there were only like 10 items to choose from, with more than half of them that I couldn't have because I can't have dairy. I later looked online and saw that if you order online there's a more extensive menu but I didn't see anything like that at the front counter. The cashier was friendly and I had no problems with the service. They were patient as we looked over the menu trying to decide what to get, and my drink came out really fast. You can also adjust the amount of sweetness and ice that you want in your drink, so that's good that you can customize it. I wouldn't really go out of my way to get boba from here, but I would come back if I needed to get my parking validated again lol.

Ruth Abegail P.

Yelp
Ordered before 11:30 am, scheduled the delivery at 12:20 . Drinks arrived at 1 pm. Dasher was waiting for almost 35 minutes inside of the store. Gave us the wrong type of straw too

Yelp
My son wanted a milk tea after lunch so we came here. I decided to get a taro milk tea as well. I have to say that they did pretty well on the 50% sugar. It still tasted good, but not overly powering with sweetness. The worker was able to answer all my questions regarding the menu and was well versed with the drinks. Me and my son enjoyed our drink especially on a hot afternoon. We are very picky with our milk tea spots. I will say that I will come back here if I am in the area again. Thank you!

Yelp
Tried the Grapefruit Green Tea. It was meh at best, which surprised me. Maybe I will try another flavor next time.
google avatar

Denise R.

Yelp
I forgot to take a picture but I recommend the Grapefruit Yogurt 50% sweetness! It was so refreshing and I will try more drinks next time.

Yelp
Yum!! I came here to treat myself since I was at 7th & Fig anyway, and I honestly wasn't expecting too much from a boba shop located inside a food court. It's a little hidden (at least, I didn't notice it upon entering the food court), but it's directly across the entrance of the food court. I think the sign may have been hidden by a pillar, or I was just really oblivious...either way, it's definitely there! Ordering is similar to many boba stores: choose a drink and customize your ice/sugar levels and toppings. I ordered a large 2 Ladies, which comes with the boba and pudding - 50% sugar and regular ice. It was $5 (including tax, excluding tip) - if you're not too familiar with boba, this is a pretty standard price. The person taking my order was really patient while I tried to make up my mind, and the drink came out really quickly! The tea itself tasted pretty good - not too sweet, which I liked. The tapioca was really soft and chewy, and the pudding wasn't too firm or too gooey. I'd say this is a nice spot for anyone who's at 7th & Fig and is in the mood for a drink - boba or otherwise. Would definitely come back!

Yelp
Coco Fresh recently opened at 7th/Fig underground food court. Took months to open after seeing signs this place was to open months ago. It's good to see more and more tea/boba joints around. I'm kind of a fan of Coco Fresh but they're a tad bit more pricey than other tea spots. My go to here is the grapefruit jasmine green tea, half sugar, half ice. The service here isn't that great or helpful. A bunch of kids running the show here and the times that I've been here, very slow and little help behind the counter. Also, the menu isn't posted on any walls, though they do have a LED screen that shows daily specials. The only menu they have is one at the counter that is wet and sticky. Other than that, pretty a pretty convenient spot for tea.
google avatar

Giselle A.

Yelp
All milk teas are made with non dairy creamer. You can choose the level of sweetness. 50% is pretty sweet since they use flavored non dairy creamer. I ordered 50% today and even then it's too sweet. Will need to try the 25% version. Ordered their 3 buddies milk tea which had boba, pudding and jelly (price $4.11).

Yelp
Welcome CoCo's to Downtown LA. We finally have a boba tea place that is a reasonable price and not bad tasting. There are places around here that serve boba but they are either not good or way overpriced. Their deal right now is buy a drink and get a pudding milk tea for free. I am not sure when this deal will end so make your way over there. If you have been to other Coco's, their milk tea is super creamy and not too sweet. The pudding is silky smooth and delicious! I am happy that there is a location close by to my work now. If you are not working in Downtown, you will need to pay for parking... The location is at FIGat7th food court, located on the bottom floor. You will not miss it since you will see it at the center once you walk into the food court.

Cyrus K.

Yelp
This place needs to teach their workers some general service and etiquette. From earbuds in ears while taling orders to being on phone in front of customers is just the start of it. When asked questions about the drink sweetness and recommendations about it she answered with a "yes its sweet" and i asked again but was given the same answer. And i feel a part of the job is at least trying to not make it obvious that you dont enjoy what you are doing with the expressions and tone of voice. Maybe it was just a bad day because usually its all smiles. Drinks are decent as usual but servuce ruined it
google avatar

Maruko X.

Yelp
The franchised tea store is located inside the food court of fig at 7th, friendly service and inexpensive prices for regular and large cups. Tried the roasted milk tea and 2 ladies (milk tea with boba and pudding), light taste.
google avatar

Teri K.

Yelp
Yummy yummy! I love boba! This place is in the 7th & Fig food court. Lots of seating. Very loud in food court. They made my drink pretty fast. I ordered the jasmine tea with boba. It was sweet with plenty of boba. Boba for every sip until the end. The portions are decent as well. I would recommend. Very good!
google avatar

Lilly M.

Yelp
Love this place!! I love teas and jelly's but this is my favorite spot to go because their tropical tea with the coconut jellies are amazing! Best part is you can get 0% extra sugar and low ice. You can really customize your teas anyway you like! But what keeps me coming back is the awesome ladies who work up front. They are so nice and friendly. One of the girls memorized my drink and makes it perfect every time! I have to get her name but she has brown hair and braces and she always is ON IT and super friendly and nice and keeps me coming back! Def my fave spot to go in the mornings!

Yelp
The house milk tea was made well! It was a good choice to have my boba at this particular store. The cashier was very nice, made me smile and was lovely! Really a memorable day because of said encounter Looking forward to visit again!

Yelp
Whats up YELPERS? Hope all is blessed. Today I will be reviewing CoCo Fresh Tea & Juice. The following review is broken into these categories: drink, service, environment, price and overall thoughts. Enjoy! Drink: I purchased 3 types of drinks: Mango Green Tea, Matcha Latte, and regular Milk Tea. All were delicious. I am a sucker for Matcha Lattes and so far haven't had a bad one yet. (crossing my fingers and knocking on wood. Side note, I'm drinking a Matcha Latte right now. The milk tea was okay for me. Im in search for a really good milk tea, could be me or maybe i just need to add on other ingredients like boba, or red beans or something. The Mango Green Tea was refreshing. (4 stars) Service: The first few times I've been the service was okay, the last time I went was more impressionable. The lady working that day who says she works more than the other guy was very kind and conversational. She suggested that I try their Roasted Milk Tea next time. (4 starts) Environment: CoCo is located at the Fig at 7th outdoor mall in DTLA. Parking can be a DOOZY. I suggest parking in a nearby parking structure for more affordable parking. There are plenty of outdoor and indoor sitting if you want to grab the drink and relax. For the most part it does not get busy however if it did than there might be an issue since I've only seen one person working there at a time. Pets are allowed on the premises so bring your dog, or cat or pet gecko. (4 stars) Price: For the most part all three drinks were around $5-$5.50. Very reasonable considering competitors. (4 stars) Overall Thoughts: If your in the DTLA area or visiting and need some refreshing drinks, stop by CoCo Fresh Tea and Juice joint. Thank you Coco for some good drinks. Thank you Yelpers for reading. Please feel free to comment. Until next time, Peace and Love!

Yelp
I've been to multiple Coco locations and this is by far my favorite. I'll go out of my way for their drink. I've had milk tea from over 10 boba places and never really had a "WHOA" reaction. This time it's different. I really love the milk tea flavor from this specific location. So delish! I'm also a topping kind of gal (toppings also make or break my whole drink). Love getting grass jelly and boba on top of my drink and the workers dont skimp out like some places which I really appreciate. Fast service!
google avatar

E. M.

Yelp
The drinks are good. The place is actually pretty busy. The location is small but long, good to line up. To hang out it's better to be outside after getting your drink. Also the cashier was friendly, she noticed we were a fan of the same music group and talked to me a bit. I would have liked to talk to her more, but you know. She had a job to do. But that stood out to me, it is nice to meet friendly people and especially those who share my interests. In general I like the drink I got, the selections, and how much they had to offer. Would come visit this chain again.
google avatar

Christine D.

Yelp
Boba wasn't really that great (a bit hard - not as soft/chewy as I've had at other places).
google avatar

Camilla R.

Yelp
My new obsession. I had never been here so I asked the cashier what to order, she recommended her favorite drink, a vanilla milk tea with light bobas. It was YUM. I am not much of a milky-tea type of girl but this was good. Smooth and sweet but not too sweet. The boba pearls add a little extra excitement to the drink. The line moved quickly and the cashier was super sweet! I love the sealed lids they put on top! You can shake it and the seal won't come off. 10/10 would recommend and will be visiting again!
google avatar

Xiaoying S.

Yelp
Got a sago milk tea with 30% sugar and less ice. The cashier is very friendly and patient. I hope there's some seasonal drink being advertised and maybe it'd help customers to choose if there's a list of popular items? The drink itself is pretty good and I'm glad I lowered the sugar level, as it is still kinda sweet with 30% sugar.
google avatar

Cindy H.

Yelp
I usually like CoCo... so I was really happy that this place opened up. I got my usual 3 buddies drink and to my dismay the boba doesn't taste fresh. Instead of being soft, the boba had a pretty hard texture. Also, the drink tasted more like milk than tea...
google avatar

Kah B.

Yelp
New found milk tea place. I think they just opened as they have free milk tea pudding on their first 50 customers. Unfortunately i wasn't one of them. Lol. Anyway, as usual if trying for a new milk tea place gotta order their classic pearl milk tea.. It was soo good. One of the best milk tea ive tasted so far. Prices are reasonable and they are located on the #Figa7th, the shopping center in 7th and metro. Will go back here again.
google avatar

Jenny P.

Yelp
This boba joint is finally open and I have to say that it's pretty consistent with the other two CoCo's in DTLA. My go-to drink is the grass jelly milk tea (30%sugar), because they use real chunks of grass jelly (vs other places that have the small cubes). The line was pretty long when I went, but moved quickly. I got my drink within 3 minutes or so. Just a note, they're currently running a promotion until Nov 23 where you can get a large milk tea +boba and pudding for 50% off. Happy sipping!
google avatar

Lucy D.

Yelp
This spot finally opened and gave it a go! I was impressed by the taste and the price! I tried the Taro Milk Tea with boba. There was no wait time! I recommend this spot to everyone. Only con was no dairy milk free substitute but I can look passed that!
google avatar

Kelly L.

Yelp
I was craving for some boba and I was already inside the food court of this mall so I came across this place and glad to say I gave it a shot. The boba wasn't bad at all. although the drink itself could use more flavoring and the toppings could be added more but other than that it wasn't bad. Definitely worth a try!
google avatar

Ana S.

Yelp
I love boba, the only advice I would say is the menu is taped near the register versus on the front of the panel at the 7th and Fig location. I ordered a mango slush with boba and coconut, was delicious !
google avatar

Vince Z.

Yelp
I love this place. The staff is nice and the tea with pearls is delicious and not too heavy on the stomach! It's the perfect amount of sweetness. My personal favorite is the Coco tea!
google avatar

Dan P.

Yelp
I go here because it's next to the food court and close by. One big plus is that the people working there are pretty good and I never have to wait too long. You can do 0 sugar and there are a lot different things to add like boba and sago, jelly... Same as other CoCo's. Not as good as the premium boba places and isn't organic... but very close to that.

JL l.

Yelp
They close at 4:50pm so no need to check store hours even though it says 5pm on yelp. I talked to the cashier/boba barista and she is the one who told me they close at 4:50pm and something about 6:20pm on Saturdays. I was there at 4:51pm but they were in a hurry to chose the shop so no boba for me. It's time to find another boba place!

Lerinia C.

Yelp
My order was wrong. I ordered 3 guys, but i received 3 buddies. Can this be refunded? Thanks

David L.

Yelp
Friendly service and great boba. Always a good experience here and look forward to coming back soon.

Mario R.

Yelp
Bebidas refrescantes. Yo vengo aqui porque a mi hija le encanta la boba. Nostros siempre ordenamos mango slush y passion fruit green tea.

Kang Y.

Yelp
I love this place One of my favorite spot before going to work The Mango yogurt with coconut jelly 50% sugar is one of the refreshing and best drink Grapefruit yogurt is my favorite

Anna L.

Yelp
Got here less than 10 minutes before closing. The guy saw us looking at the menu. Waited a bit for us. Then took a bucket out of one of the machines and went in the back kitchen. We finally ordered with a girl (still 5 min before closing), and she let us know they were out of boba... And then said if we got there 5 min ago that there would've been boba. They didn't "run out", they threw it out. Before closing. Aware that there were customers. Because they thought if there was no more boba that customers wouldn't order and they'd be able to close early? Dumb. Selfish and dumb, pointless. If you have a job, do it well and do right by it. Then she waits till I ask her if they have all the other toppings to tell me they're out of coconut jelly and sago too. We still ordered. 6 more people came after us too. Still before closing. And again she waits until after they order to tell them that the topping one of them ordered is out. Almost doesn't tell them that the other two toppings are out too before the guy begins to place his order.. And to top it all off, both drinks (lemon winter melon and honey green tea) were way sweet. Not cool. Need better workers. Who respect and value customer service. And don't think of themselves "above the job." Arrogant and thankless.
google avatar

Sarah K.

Yelp
Just came in today and now they require a $4.00 minimum so you can purchase on your debit/credit cards. I know this is new cause I always paid with my card for all my previous purchases. The girl at the register was trying to get me to upgrade to a large but I straight up told her the medium taste better when they make the large. Luckily I had cash on me so if you plan on coming bring cash!!!
google avatar

Denise K.

Yelp
Didn't like that that they don't customize at all and also that when the syrup was too strong they just said "sorry, that's how we do it." Very weird and pricey for a tea.
google avatar

Kelly H.

Yelp
Worst service ever!! I ordered a large tea they entered medium and wouldn't correct my order. For the price they charged for tea they should have better service. Don't recommend going there.

Christine T.

Yelp
I wish I could put 0 star. We order 2 coco milk tea with pudding. The 2 workers (1 guy and 1 girl) made 2 brown sugar milk tea even after they confirmed with me that I ordered 2 coco milk tea with pudding. When they gave me the 2 drinks, I said I didn't order the brown sugar but the coco milk tea with pudding. They remade the drink but they put boba in my 2 drinks. Omg, what's wrong with them????? I would not make a big deal out of those boba but I'll leave the drinks over night and the boba will get hard by the time I drink them. So again, I told them why would they put boba in my drinks when my order are coco milk tea with pudding. It's not even them not hearing the order since they confirmed with me when they took the order. Here is the funny part, it's them who made my drinks wrong TWICE!! and they told me they would charge me the fee since they had to re-make the drinks twice and it's the same price as a regular drink. Excuse me!!! You guys are the one who made my drinks wrong twice and now you wanted to charge me extra fee for your ridiculous mistake?????
