A beautiful boutique hotel in a central location. Lots of aesthetic vibes and design led quality, such a beautiful comfy beds and decor. In a great location within walking distance to everything including restaurants. Safe area. Lovely enthusiastic hotel staff. Breakfast was average, but plentiful. Pool is cold and gym is small but they suffice for a quick visit. Highly enjoyed and would absolutely stay again.

It was really a pleasure to stay at this hotel. The staff is amazing,we got every help and information we needed. I stayed with my Mom at the basic small room,the windows faced the patio and it was quiet,no adjacent bars or restaurants so it wasn’t noisy even though it was near the elevator. You can hear if someone is outside the room but I think no one stayed in the adjacent rooms so nothing bothered us. The restaurant at the roof top is really nice,not cheap comparing some places at the centre but it was convenient and worthwhile because of the service and tasty food. The pool is great ! Really good choice for summer.

At first, we were disappointed to find that the rooftop restaurant, bar, and pool were closed, and we thought this would significantly impact our stay. However, the quality of the service, the friendliness of the staff, and the hotel’s fantastic location more than made up for it. The hotel is just a five-minute walk from the Acropolis and the Acropolis Museum—literally a stone's throw away. Being right in the heart of Athens made it the perfect base for exploring the city without needing taxis. We could step out of the hotel and dive straight into everything Athens had to offer. We highly recommend this hotel to anyone planning to explore Athens. We were able to visit all the main archaeological sites, wander through Plaka and the Old Town, and enjoy plenty of excellent food—all on foot. It had everything we needed for a memorable and convenient stay. 4 star on rooms because they are more a boutique small space style. A great use of space but small. This wasn't an issue for us however. It's just the nature of this style of hotel.

Exceptional Stay I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Coco-Mat Hotel in Kolonaki, and I must say, it was an exceptional experience. The housekeeping team’s exceptional work maintained a high standard of hygiene, making me feel relaxed throughout my stay. The exceptionally comfortable bed provided a perfect night’s sleep, and the top-notch amenities, including high-quality toiletries and a flat-screen TV, added to the overall comfort. Overall, my stay at Coco-Mat Hotel in Kolonaki was truly memorable. I highly recommend this luxurious and comfortable 4-star hotel to anyone seeking a stay in Athens. We spent one night at Coco. From the moment we arrived at the reception, the service felt impatient. They were in a hurry to complete the check-in process.||If you are looking for an ice-cold dip, the indoor pool is for you. It’s not just cool, it's freezing! ||The room was clean, but they forgot to provide us with towels. We waited for an hour before we had to ask for them again.||The breakfast was just okay. The coffee was good, and the yogurt was nice, but the rest of the options were average. In a city known for its great food, this was disappointing.|The staff at breakfast were nice. ||We requested a late check-out for an additional fee, and the reception desk initially agreed to extend it until 7 PM, which was great. However, the next morning, they changed their minds and locked our room at 5 PM without reaching out to us. We had to go to the desk and explain that they couldn't change their decision without notifying us.

The hotel was booked purely on reviews and photos. It's in a fantastic location, walking distance to everything, and all modes of transport. The room was great, the staff was more than lovely, breakfast was exquisite. A gem in plain sight, will definitely stay again.

Did three nights here, it is a very nice hotel. |Rooms is very comfortable, comes with a coffee machine, kettle, fridge, safe, hair dryer. |Separate toilet & shower. Great shower, our room had a balcony, not a great view but nice for sitting out having morning coffee. |Wifi in the room is a bit spotty, so if you need to work away it might be an issue. But we did spend an afternoon on the rooftop restaurant which had perfect fast and reliable wifi. Not to mention great views. |The gym is a little bit of a let down for me, I can't image getting a good workout done here, the pool was freezing, but that worked to my advantage as I used it as a plunge pool after the steam room (ask them to turn it on if its not on) |The hotel vibe is chill, modern and aesthetically pleasing. |Location wise, I loved being right beside the park had some lovely runs here and an easy walk to all the attractions. |Worth the money, so yes I would stay here again.

I decided to try something different, and cheaper, in Athens and stayed at the CocoMat Jumelle. It is a small, quiet, cozy hotel and its ok for one night. The Coco Mat bed is very comfortable and you get a good night's sleep. The rooms are pretty small but are CocoMat furnished so they are pleasant enough. Breakfast in the restaurant was also fine. The staff is pleasant too. Its a great place to stay in Kolonaki if you're not looking to splurge.
