Coco Rolled Ice Cream CO

🤤woooow!! My new favorite ice cream place😋it looks great and tastes AMAZING‼️ They sale more than just ice cream and everything looks just as delicious, can’t wait to try them all. My only problem is cleanliness, the sit down area is dirty couch and floor so, it makes me wonder how it dirty it is behind closed doors😩 🫣I’ll pretend I never saw it and keep coming for more😜

Ice cream was great. You get so much and they add little cookies and other toppings on. Very refreshing after being out and about all day

Disappointed. We enjoyed Coco’s a few times last summer and loved it! We were excited to kick off ice cream season this evening, but the customer service was sub par. We walked into the empty shop and the three young people working seemed fairly disinterested. The young woman who took our order misheard our request (likely because the music was blaring) and keyed in chocolate/blueberry instead of chocolate strawberry. Repeating our order back to us would have resolved the minor issue. When the chocolate blueberry ice cream was prepared, we did not take it-thinking it was not ours. The young man behind the counter told us it was ours and found the ticket with the blueberry/chocolate order. He acted as if he was either going to force us to take it or pay for a new one and engaged in a somewhat unprofessional exchange with my husband. The other young man behind the counter started making our original order and gave it to us for free. Needless to say the exchange soured our night out. We will going back to Coco’s, but I hope the owners do some intense customer service training before the busy summer season starts!

Cute ice cream spot. The fact that toppings are included by default is great. I tried a mix of taro and blueberry. For foresight, if you pick two flavors they are actually mixed into one, instead of separated. I didn’t know this but my combination was delicious.

Great ice cream! Not the fastest service, but quick relative to other rolled ice cream places I've been to. It was unclear to me if masks were required, because signs said to wear one and all the employees were wearing one, but I was not told to put one on, nor was I provided with one. Not a big deal, but it would be nice to clarify that for future customers.

This place is so good. The owner is a wonderful person and I could tell he was very concerned with making his guests happy. I got the nutella/cookies and cream and it was incredible. The KitKat and cookies & cream was also very good.

**NEW** just opened. Very kind staff. Lovely selection. Open until ten. Plenty of places to charge, but I didn't catch the wifi password.

Very good rolled ice cream. The kids love it.
