Coxolini has amazing Ice cream Gelato thats mouth-watering & aesthetically pleasant to the eyes. The vibrant colors & beautifully designed wide product range is a delight. It's geographically located in affluent neighborhood that has high traffic from Domestic and International tourists & businessman. Friendly & caring staff that privide a good experience.

While the ice cream has a great flavor and texture, and is incredibly enjoyable, I couldn't give this shop the 5 stars I usually give to everyone else. Any self-respecting ice cream shop offers its customers the chance to taste the product before deciding what flavor they want to get. This place is one of those exceptions where they'll say no to you, even if there are already people in your party who are consuming and paying with money in front of them. Personally, I like helping businesses thrive, because in any business there are always people behind the scenes working hard to see it flourish. And I think most people feel the same way. But, have you ever stopped to think why, to this day, absolutely no Cocolini in the Las Vegas area has even 3 stars? You guys are clearly doing something wrong. This is the second Cocolini where I've been denied the chance to try a flavor before deciding. The first time, I didn't buy anything. The only reason I ate something this time was because the person I was with invited me and insisted. Otherwise, I would have continued on my way without spending a single dollar of my own money here.

First they won’t let you try so kids might end up with flavors they don’t like. Second, it’s absolutely rude to be on the phone (petite lady using headphones) while taking someone’s order that’s just plain disrespectful. And lastly, she was annoyed that I asked for an extra spoon even though we ordered enough for our party! There was a gentleman that wanted to hand it to us but she told him to stop and handed us a tasting spoon lol the flavors are not bad but in today’s climate service is everything, doesn’t matter how good your ice cream is no one is coming back to deal with your attitude !

Great illy coffee ☕ and cappuccino! Shared a turkey 🦃, egg and cheese on an everything bagel! Highly recommended! Came back for a night cap gelato! Mango and rocky road was on tonight's plan Very tasty! Highly recommended for a night cap! Tonight there were 30 DIFFERENT flavours! Comes in a cup, cone and even a puffy waffle 🧇 cone!

At least fill the cup for $11 It doesn’t look like they sell much or are they saving for?

Be aware! They said my card didn’t pass and they charged me twice, one that’s day and another one 3 days after, both with different amounts! There is no phone number to call to claim it! Although the ice cream is great!

Awful experience. Visited on Nov 1, 2025. I was choosing my flavor at the ice cream freezer, then moved to the counter, thinking there was a line. A couple came to where I had been standing, and the staff immediately served them instead of me. When I said I arrived first, the woman started arguing with me. The male staff (around 20s–30s) completely ignored what happened and made the situation worse. Several people were lining up behind me, yet he served the ones who weren’t even in line. After getting their ice cream, that couple just walked away without paying at the counter. Rude staff, terrible service — definitely not worth even three stars.

These ice cream are freaking expensive and average at best. Nothing special about it. The only nice thing is the atmosphere, other than if you want to pay 18 dollars for average ice cream, then buy at walmart or something. Don’t waste your hard earned money on this one.

Avoid this place like the plague. Dozens of different flavors and they refuse to give even a single sample. They expect you to pay the ridiculous shopping mall price for an ice cream you have no idea what it tastes like. I'd say the service is abysmal. The ambience is customers tasting the peanut butter ice cream that they just paid a fortune for, making a disgruntled face, then throwing it away. I won't make this mistake again. Side note: the worker was friendly, but she said the manager refuses to allow them to give samples. I told her to tell the manager that Scott says she is incompetent. That's when I later learned, they have a health department issue.

Pretty busy when I went on a Tuesday evening. Only 1 worker. They need a better system on how to take orders. Worker was ok not overly friendly nor rude. My pistachio ice cream was really good. But once I paid and left, I looked at my receipt, and an additional service charge I did not notice. Yes it was only cents but still WHY the charge. If you go, and see this on your receipt, ask what the charge is for.

Stopped by for some Gelato in the Miracle Mile Mall waiting for a show at the V Theater. They always have a good selection of Gelato flavors in various sizes. Sorry no samples but whatever you select with be delicious. Overall, had friendly service and a good experience.

Small gelato shop that offers gelato, sorbet, shakes and smoothies on the corner of the pedestrian walkway in the second floor diagonally across from The Rainforest Cafe. The main menu display was not working, so I am not sure what other offerings they have. We have walked past Cocolini many times going to/from our timeshare at Polo Towers and The Strip. Today (Christmas) I promised my wife and kids that we will get gelato on the way back to the timeshare. Being on The Strip, I expected it to be oversized and smaller portions than off The Strip, but what I didn't expect was the EXTRA credit card fee that was not posted and no mention by the guy who served us and checked us out. The gelato itself was delicious for all the flavors we got: guava, passion fruit, mango, vanilla bean and nutella coffee crunch. There was only 1 person serving and scooping the gelato and checking people out, so service was a little on the slow side as he had to make the smoothies/shakes, etc for the person ahead of us. There was one lady restocking the gelato/sorbet flavors, but did not greet us or offer any sampling. When the guy finally came back to the front to take our order (~10 minutes of standing around, many people got tired of waiting and left), he finally took our order, but did not offer any samples. If I could give this place a negative zero I would. We were walking around the strip and my 10 year old wanted ice cream so we happen to be close to this ice cream place. We got 3 medium cup. Ice cream was overly sweet. My 10 year old was eating until he found a piece of string in his cup so I brought it to the counter and show the lady that work there and told her. She looked and felt the string and said " it's ok m'amm it's just plastics from the cup". I told her it doesn't matter my kid could've swallow it and who knows what's gonna happen. But she keeps saying it's OK. Didn't apologize or offer a refund or get us a new cup. The workers don't wear glove. PARENTS PLEASE BE VERY AWARE!

It's open late which is nice. But sadly it looks way more appetizing than it tastes. The service is also fairly lacking. I watched one of the ladies working sneeze into her hand then scoop ice cream. It's dumb you get three scoops but can only choose two flavors. I got guava and watermelon sorbets and they were both pretty icy. It's overpriced, they charge fees for credit cards, the cleanliness is questionable. While the display looks great with all the different flavors, it doesn't taste as good as it looks.

Walking through the Miracle Mile Shops mall, I think we had passed 2 Cocolinis many times and was in awe takings videos of their amazing gelato presentations! Always thought, oh they only have gelatos, no bueno for me...but finally stopped at this specific one and asked the employee, " Do you have any dairy free?!" "Yes we do! , the sorbets on this left side" Yaaaaaassss, I was so happy , that I went for the triple scoop in a cup $10.50 Chose - guava, mango, and blackberry. All 3 flavors were fabulous! I could taste the fresh fruit in each. Thank you!

Horrible staff, extremely rude. I was with my family and we were just standing there waiting for more than five minutes without any sort of acknowledgment from the disgruntled woman working. When I approached to simply ask about the gelato, she angrily said "if you want gelato you need to wait because I'm the only one working". At that point we decided no thanks. Whoever is managing this location really needs to train their staff on their customer service etiquette.

The flavors here are bomb. It was so good that I had to visit it twice during my weekend stay in Vegas. The first time I went here, I got a medium (2 scoops) with Bacio and Stracciatella. The richness and creaminess of was sensational. The next night, I got passionfruit and pomegranate with a slice of red velvet cake to go. The passion fruit was very sour, and I loved it. The pomegranate flavor also tastes more like the actual fruit than a store bought juice like POM. The cake was not that memorable, just an ordinary slice of red velvet cake. There are a few tables in the store grounds, but they were pretty sticky. That didn't bother me too because they had napkins and the ice cream was worth it.

I got a hazelnut small ice cream cone. The flavor wasn't the best, the hazelnut flavor was so faint (even though hazelnut has the strongest flavor in all nuts). The crunchy stuff in it weren't hazelnuts, they tasted like old waffle cone that's not crunchy anymore. And lastly, the guy working there doesn't allow tasting the flavors before purchasing.

If I could give them zero stars I would because they literally sprayed the chemicals in my Cousin's face. Plus they rolled their eyes at us.

Who doesn't love gelato? I had to try some after walking around the Venetian mall and seeing all the pretty Italian decor. The only thing about this place is there's no samples so you're gambling a bit. I guess that fits the Vegas theme haha. But really, it's frustrating bc this stuff is expensive. We ended up getting two scoops each so we could try a variety of flavors between the two of us. Joel didn't end up liking much so I can't see him wanting to eat here again but I liked a few of the things we got! Also, weirdly enough the double gave us three scoops each so idk if that was a fluke or what. I would be interested to know if you can request which one will get double scoops or if we just got lucky and ended up with three by mistake. My friends and I were looking for something cold and refreshing so we decided on gelato. For flavors we tried their raspberry, watermelon, and mango. The raspberry was slightly tart and the watermelon was too artificial in taste for my linking. I thought the mango sorbet was decent but also not made from fresh fruit. Overall, the gelato was okay and the guy didn't seem to be the happiest person on the block. Then again, they were close to closing and there was a line in front and behind me. Not sure if I'd be so inclined with coming back.

This was my second location in a weeks visit. This location is right in the Miracle Mile shopping center and never seemed very crowded. The server was friendly and I got two scoops. The peanut butter and chocolate together were a good choice. The gelato was creamy and smooth. Good choice.

I tried the pistachio flavor and the rasberry truffle. With the pistachio chocolate cone. Very good ! Expensive. 15$ with tip. The staff was not wearing gloves.

BEWARE! Staff is ghetto, extremely unfriendly, don't speak english, and take your order as if they don't get paid to do it. Disappointing and also highly unsanitary! Don't waste your time and money.

One of my daughter favorite places to enjoy a gelato in a hot day!!! I had mango with pistachio and it was delicious. My daughter had mango an watermelon and she was super excited that we found her favorite flavors!! The lady that took our order was very nice.

10/10 work the drive to Adventuredome! We tried pistachio S'mores Birthday cake And Italian cookie Ask the flavors were creamy and refreshing. Even though some sound like they would be sickly sweet they aren't! Perfect treat on a hot Vegas day!

Everything wrong with this place.... They ad the ice blended drinks & shakes, but their blender & ice machine are broken. One of their menu screens is not displaying either. They don't clean their tables. Coffee looks nothing like the display. Then the little cardboard thing to hold a hot cup busts off. Goodness.... Gelato is ok. But this spot is just ghetto.

Expensive gelato for the quantity/quality. They don't let you mix flavors in the small cup which they should since you get 2 scoops. Also there is NO sampling. You can't taste what you get which is terrible. Gelato itself is fine. Nothing outstanding. Doesn't taste that fresh, however. The stratiatella flavor was good with some chunks of chocolate in it.

Went there tonight, the ice cream was dripping from the undersized cup within seconds of serving. Rude staff, and nearly $30 for three modest servings.

Service? Great! My guy was husslin' at 10 pm as the only staff member. Flavor of the ice cream? Meh. We tried three flavors and it was either bland or slightly chemically. I don't think I'd hit this spot again.

Really good pomegranate sorbet. Definitely worth a try. Price is comparable to everywhere else. Service is bleh but it's Vegas what did you expect ?

Found a piece of plastic in my pistachio gelato. The texture resembled like the pistachio nut that a child could have easily swallowed. I immediately lost my appetite and threw out the rest of the gelato.

I liked the variety in flavors that they offered - from the fruity ones to the indulgent options. I went with Pistachio coupled with Tiramisu. The Pistachio had this amazing vibrant green color and loaded with pistachio pieces. I enjoyed it, it was creamy, rich but not too sweet. The Tiramisu to me was just okay at best. I couldn't detect any mascarpone flavor, so to me it just tasted like a weak coffee flavor. On top of it the Tiramisu gelato was more on the icy side texture wise. I was expecting a smooth creamy gelato. Overall it was just okay.

This place is in a great location in Mandalay Bay, right on the casino level floor and near the tunnel coming from Allegiant stadium. They offer gelato, pastries, and cafe beverages. One stop for all ur sweets and caffeinated needs. I ordered the strawberry cheesecake gelato, it was creamy; silky smooth , and very tasteful. My mouth was very happy with this cool and tasty dessert.

It is hard not to get lured into this place because of the beautiful display and the location. Since they do not let you sample anything (very disappointing), I went with my go to flavors....Mango and butter pecan. Both delicious. They want you to pay cash only if you have the EXACT change (and of course the price is not a whole number with tax), otherwise credit card which comes with an automatic surcharge. I found that ridiculous. They want you to give up your change if you pay cash, and charge you a fee if it's credit card. That almost feels like stealing to me. On top of that, they default the tipping from 15%. The whole tipping culture is getting out of control. They do not have enough tables and they are dirty and not maintained well (wobbly). I would have given this place a solid 4 if it was not for its poor service aspect. But I guess they can get away with whatever because it is Vegas.

I thought the smore gelato is ok. The gelato melted too fast. The customer service was ok.

To say my experience here was nothing short of a disaster is an understatement. The gelato is beautifully presented in the case and everything looks great. The problem comes when the workers don't care, don't know the flavors, give you the wrong flavor, gaslight you into thinking it's the right flavor, sell it to you, and you don't get a refund on it. Probably the worst customer experience I have ever had in my 26 years of living. If you want a sweet treat, the gelato is fine, but make sure you order something that they know the flavor of (we ordered straccilla and got cookies and cream).

Overpriced and nothing special. AJ's don't even try to ask for a sample - nothing free here.

The good: I'm a huge gelato lover and would choose it over ice cream any day! I love the chewier/stretchy texture and how it has less fat than regular ice cream. There are 2 of these gelato stands in the Venetian hotel. One is inside the food court and the other is in St. Marks Square. There are lots of flavor options that include fruit based ones. I tried the passionfruit gelato and thought it tasted great. It was tart, tangy and not too sweet. The bad: The presentation of the gelato is nicer than some places but not as nice as others. The gelato is shaped into a mountain and then decorated with whatever ingredients it is flavored as on top (ex: a mango fruit sitting on top of the mango gelato). However, some gelato shops the gelato is poured out in a back and forth shape rather than shoveled with a spatula into a mountain shape (not sure if that makes sense). It's a little bit pricey. The interesting: A size small is decently large because they pile a lot of gelato on top!

We were just in Vegas on Oct 14, 2023 and stopped here for gelato. I ordered the Bacio and we walked back to our hotel. When we got to the bottom of the ice cream, my husband felt something hard in his mouth. There were pieces of glass in the gelato! He went back to find that the tempered glass on the enclosure had broke and someone had tried to tape it, but shards of glass had fallen in the ice cream. He took a video but I have a photo of the glass. My children, myself and my husband had all had a few bites of this ice cream and have been worried we ingested glass. I wrote corporate to let them know and they haven't written me back. Beware buying gelato at their locations.

Overpriced!!!!! Definitely not worth the price. The ice cream isn't that good and customer service isn't any better either.

Worst Gelato I've ever had in my life. Almost $8 for a small...I had 4 bites and threw it in the trash. Worst of all, NO FREE SAMPLES so you're stuck with whatever shitty choice you get.

Good ice cream choices. But, my daughter found a hair and didn't want to continue to eat. It's Thanksgiving Day and didn't want to make a fuzz out of it. I'm just thankful that they keep the business up float during this pandemic. Other than that, great service and variety of ice cream to choose from. 11-26- 2020

Can you say yummy!! I was craving some gelato and was happy to come across this place! They have over 30 Flavors to choose to your liking. Plus they give free samples! The strawberry tasted more like a sherbet and was super good. As for the cookies and cream, it was delicious. This flavor stood out to me more. It literally would just melt in your mouth and was too sweet. Their medium cups comes with two flavors and their large is three flavors. They give big scoops! Overall, it was a good experience and we sat inside to take a break from walking.

Quaint small little gelato place that was open during Covid. Well worth the stop. The pistachio gelato was I'm more than adequate serving in the pricing was on point. There is indoor seating and it is spaced adequately. Service is prompt and friendly. Please be sure to leave a tip especially during these times.

I'm going to give this three stars because my wife's lemon was great. My watermelon however, was not. It honestly tasted more like watermelon rind than watermelon. I could have figured this out if they had shared a sample but they don't do that so I didn't know that it sucked until I had already paid and was stuck with it. This is going to be hit or miss for you and you won't know if it's a miss until they already have your money and that's a bummer

The gelato here was good, except the part where my brother found three strands of hair in his small gelato! The customer service could be better too. Also the prices are insane! $8 for the smallest size cup of gelato.

My wife, my daughter and I wanted to get gelatos at the Venetian and came across this place. Surprisingly, they didn't offer a taste. I'm sorry, but I'm not gonna pay $10 for one scoop (that's right) without having tried what I'm getting. Refusing to offer samples only shows one of the two things; owner doesn't have faith in their product or they are too cheap. Either case I refuse to do business with such people. I just got one for my daughter because I had promised her, but my wife and I were too put off by this attitude. Nice going dear owner! You just lost $20 to save a few cents.

My bf got a cone because I wasn't sure I'd like it. He payed for it and I tried it and liked it. So he went back and bought his own. He got charged double for the send one. When I went back to the counter to ask about the double charge the second time the woman argued with me and wouldn't listen to my explanation. Kept tell me it's 10.75 per cone when he got charged over 17 for one. She finally told me there's nothing she could help me with because I was wrong. Wtf!? So glad we will never be going there again.
