I would give it a higher rating if it weren't for the service. I've been here twice now with my husband (late both times - around 10.44pm). The first time [although it was close to closing time] they were far more accommodating, than the second time. The second time ...not so much (and for the price point It was really off-putting) and I highly doubt I'll ever be going back. It closes at 11pm so the initial time they allowed us to sit in with a takeaway container which was fair. But although their hot chocolate was nice, my banana crepe was divine, and my husband loved the strawberries with melted chocolate- it wasn't anything you couldn't make at home... So for the poor customer service (I'm sorry) I wouldn't recommend spending your money to come here.

Great food and great service. Visited 3 times on my last trip to London. Twice for takeaway strawberries with white chocolate (I LOVE white chocolate, which is why I went twice even though they were a little on the expensive side), and once to sit down and eat. Everything was excellent on each visit. Staff were kind and service was quick. There isn’t a huge amount of seating. You order and pay at the counter and they bring it to the table (if you can get one). I would return again without hesitation.

Went here for dessert with the family. It was very food quality and the staff were friendly. A few bits were forgotten from our order but this was quickly rectified with no issues. Definitely worth checking out if you are in the area.

We visited on our short trip to London. The stuff was very nice and waited patiently, as it was hard for us to decide what to order! :) We ordered the strawberry crepe and the white chocolate matcha. Both were very delicious and exactly what we needed after long exhausting walks on this trip. Prices are reasonable in my opinion. Definitely would visit this place again!

Cocomelt is not to miss if you love chocolate. The menu is hard to choose! You order at the till and they will bring it to your table if you’re eating in. There are a few tables inside, if you can get one. I got the crepe with strawberry and brownie, it was so good! I definitely recommend.

Visited Cocomelt London and absolutely loved it! We tried the Sushi Crepe with Brownie, Belgian Waffle, and Lotus Crepe all were delicious and beautifully presented. The quality and flavors were amazing, and the atmosphere made it even better. Definitely coming back again!

Very cute place! Love the decor! There is limited seating inside. If you are worried though, there is takeaway. I got the crepe sushi with brownie and strawberries, and a stick of mini pancakes with strawberries and both were delightful! I am excited to go back and try the other creative options like the crepe burrito, among other things! Overall, it is worth a taste!

Had a wonderful experience, the soft serve was so delicious not too sweet and not too runny. My friend had the milkshake and finished it instantly. The staff were so friendly and helpful thank you so much Rayne for your help and service.
