LITERALLY THE BEST MILKSHAKE I’VE EVER HAD!!!! I got the Cinnamon Toast Crunch with fruity pebbles and from the sweetness of the cherry I knew I was in for something good! Turned out to be great!!!!! They’re not stingy with the toppings. Wonderful chuncks of Cinnamon Toast Crunch throughout the shake. Perfect consistency 💯 Customer service was awesome and speed of service was less than 5 minutes from ordering to receiving my order!!! Can’t wait to try more things from them. I have my eye on the cheesesteak rolls 😋

Eat before you get here because the portions are monstrous, so huge I’m sure I gained a pound —or two— in one eating. Ashamed? Not! The swirl soft serve with rainbow jimmies was so worth it. Not only was it truly yummy but the ice cream never melted like they do at the other shops. Not sure of the machine they decided to invest in but my cone maintained its shape to the very end. I’m so glad that I decided to give them a chance.

tried the hard ice cream y’all had for Nat Ice Cream day. Pretty gross and grainy. everything else i’ve tried from here has been fire but this was literally gross.

I ordered from Uber eats. Cookies were horrible. Tasted weird like a chemical taste on the bottom. I literally spit it out. I spent $20 on cookies and don’t want any. Going to the trash. The chocolate chip looks burnt I don’t even bother to eat them. Insomnia is way better. Weird taste and was nasty. A waste of money. Nasty.

I ordered a fruity pebbles milkshake on doordash and it was great! It was packaged super neatly so that it was undamaged. And delicious! The texture is perfect and I love the balance of fruity and vanilla flavor. 10/10 I would come here again

They sell malted milk shakes so I was very excited because that's kind of an old timey thing and not everyone carries it. I got a soft serve and ice and asked for some malt on top. I am not kidding here... they gave me a side cup of malt vinegar. I was hysterical with laughter. I don't even know where they got it. Did they go to a nearby restaurant? Were they trying to go above and beyond? The level of idiocy (no offense but I can't think of a better word) is astounding. Maybe just stoner kids working there. Poor oversight. The fried oreos were very good. I will go back. Wish there were vegan options.

I'm so glad this place has taken over the spot at Lancaster and Powelton. First of all, the soft serve is legit the best I've ever had. Extra creamy, almost tastes buttery, and their "small" is an 8 or 9 inch tower that looks like someone was trying to draw an ice cream cone but had no idea what the appropriate size for it should be any ended up pulling an "oops all crunch berries" kinda thing, but with soft serve. Water ice is solid, shakes are solid, but this is a soft serve joint na mean? Give them money, get soft serve with a dip or something, and enjoy it with a friend if you don't want to have the health problems that I do. My wife and I have this spot near the top of our list for when we need a little treat. Don't miss it!

Was super excited to try this place because a lot of college students talk about it. Honestly, I wasn't a big fan of the soft serve nor the butterscotch dip... I'd like to try one of their shakes though since it seems like those are really popular!

Let's start with the menu. It's massive so it was the perfect place to go for a late night snack. Let's start with parking . Be ready to park on street and walk over . It's a local hang out so don't be afraid of the line . The menu is massive and has everything ones sweet tooth could desire . The service was quick and efficient. The soft serve ice cream was 100 better than other known chains . The cookies I choose were snicker doodle and oatmeal raisin. They were piping hot ! A bit doughy but still amazing ! The ambiance is a typical outside ice cream stand but super cute . They have lighting so no need to worry if you go for a late night snack !

Ice cream shop in university city that serves a large amount of ice cream. Get your moneys worth of ice cream here!! I ordered a regular size and the amount of ice cream was incredible. I would recommend getting the small next time. Ice cream tasted pretty good and didn't melt that fast. They don't have any seating. It's a window you order from and then you take it with you. No indoor or outdoor seating. The staff serving me was super nice!

A good spot to satisfy your late night sweet tooth cravings! I really like that the price are pretty cheap for almost everything on the menu and the breadth of options available is actually pretty mind boggling, but I personally prefer that over just having a couple of options available to me. Depending on when you go it could be busy, with later in the night being busier as more students migrate over to try and get some sweets. You order at one window and pick up at the other. There isn't any indoor sitting area as far as I know, just some benches and ledges around the exterior of the business. I would come back and try some of the of the many other flavors of ice cream and cookies they have.

Everything here is a great sweet treat during some great weather! The prices are a tad high but it's a decent trade off. The milkshake is thick but so is the straw they give you to get the cookie chunks. You probably could share one between two people. The funnel cake churro also was good, definitely gives you the flavor you're looking for, probably could ask for a scoop of ice cream to go on top and it'd take it to the next level. This is also shareable, it's not huge but it'll satisfy that sweet tooth.

Every time I passed by this shop, there seemed to be a long line that wrapped around the corner, so I had to try it out as a Sunday treat on a warm day! Although I didn't have any of their other treats, they do offer more than just ice cream and cookies! I had the Oreos milkshake and it was delicious. There are actual cookie chunks in the milkshake itself. It was thick, but the straw they provide (similar to the ones used for boba tea) allows you to easily drink the milkshake. It is a bit pricey, but I would say that two people can share the shake! Will definitely one back to try out the different flavors they have to offer.

The dessert is delicious here and I always come when I want a sweet treat. The milkshakes are delicious and so are the fried oreos. I haven't expanded on trying different things on the menu but mixing up the milkshakes is always fun and delicious. The service is quick and efficient.

Great soft serve and their carnival food is piping hot and tasty too. They also have cheesesteak egg rolls that were fire. No place to eat inside, just a window to grab and go.

everyone at drexel always talks about coco's! it was insanely hot outside, so my friend, shailly, and i decided to go! we wanted to hang out and get a sweet treat before our acapella concert later that day! shailly got a coffee milkshake! she really liked it. the only issue was that her stomach hurt really bad from the milk+coffee combo. she's a bit lactose intolerant, but she stayed strong! I got a nutella sundae. it was the first time, in a long time, that i had nutella. it was SO good. the only issue was that it melted super quickly outside. the service was pretty fast. and the they were all super nice! while we were drinking/ eating, we sat outside and talked for a bit. it was a really good conversation. we caught up on our weeks, spilled tea and gossiped, got hyped for the acapella concert, and talked about our frustrations with our previous friend groups. it was a really nice experience. i was super content with the icecream and the day :) ps. we did pretty good at the acapella concert if you were wondering lmao pps. pls check out the photos i attached, along with their captions. i added some fun alliterations in there!

I mean who doesn't love cookies & ice cream. Great sweet carnival treats although I wish they had some savory options (but that's what fat shack is for ;)) this place is for the people with major sweet tooth. Definitely my fix Fried Oreos were good, I mean pretty hard to mess up. They were all somehow perfectly circular & identical which makes me think maybe they're prebattered. I personally prefer more batter and it to be a little more messy but they were ok Milkshake was great. Pretty large so good bang for ur buck. Definitely will come back for my next late night sweet tooth :)

we LOVE coco's! the employees are always super nice. i feel like if you got their sundaes anywhere else they'd be double the price. brownie blast sundae, brownie shake, and oreo shake were all fantastic. highly recommend!! (please note it is an ice cream stand so there is no seating and you order outside)

I loveeee Coco's for a sweet treat. Every flavor of their Granita shakes are insanely good and comparable to a Rita's Water Ice Misto. Their Oreo milkshake is also one of my favorites and tastes even better when you leave it overnight in the freezer.

Fabulous and so so good! Great tasting water ice and nice employees. My first time enjoying water ice and so glad I went to Coco's!

Delivery order... the good and the bad Ordered through uber eats. The good: ordered a gelati and a cocorush. Arrived well packaged and in tact. Tasted good too. The bad: ordered the cheese pretzel... it was pretty much a wawa pretzel w a cup of cheese. The cheese is DISGUSTING! Its nasty processed cheese. Almost made me vomit. The pretzel is decent, but not worth $4 bucks. All in all good, just don't get the cheese

Best ice cream place in the city! I've ordered delivery here more times than I can count and it never disappoints. The coco rush is usually my go-to and their cookies are pretty good also! The delivery has always been correct which is huge when it comes to delivery because a lot of places seem to get orders wrong or they forget something. Would definitely recommend!

Coco's is always a good go to for your sweet tooth cravings. Delivery or pick up...don't matter. What I enjoy the most is how organized they are with how they fulfill their orders. Pretty quick when I've walked up and not messy at all, even with delivery. I wouldn't change a thing except maybe them setting me up with a lifetime supply of their funnel cake but I'll settle for supporting the business.

local ice cream place - soft serve is really good! Prices vary- I think the water ice/gelati is worth it, but some of the other ice cream treats such as milkshakes, "coco crushes" (similar to blizzards) are $7. Sundaes are $12, but rather large. Definitely pay attention to the prices. Accepts Apple Pay, but sometimes scanner doesn't work so bring cash/card with you Still, very popular place just off-campus.

Always super fast, never messed up an order and great options. Nothing fancy but the place delivers exactly what it advertises, great ice cream and cookies. Always a solid choice

Fast service. The ice cream is good. Devoured in the car in minutes. Parking is hard to find depending on timing of the day. But once you find parking it is a done deal. Waffle cone is pretty good.

Had the brownie sundae with caramel and bananas added. Wish the brownie didn't taste so processed. Otherwise it was fine. Not somewhere I would frequent since there are so many options for this treat here in Philly.

Best place to grace Powelton village in the past few years. Ice cream is outstanding and the service is super friendly and extremely fast. The staff always has bomb recommendations and the photos do not do it justice (yet)!! Unfortunately I devoured mine before I had a chance to snap a pic but I have gotten a variety of items from their menu and have never been disappointed. Oh, and go for the fried Oreo sunday if you know what's good for you

we ordered delivery last weekend. My brownie sundae and gelati were in perfect condition! cold. not melted and delicious. I'm impressed. Ice cream delivery!!!!

Went to Cocos on opening day with my boyfriend! The sundaes, ice cream, and CoCo Crush are delicious !!! Any everyone there is very warm and friendly. The cookies are ehh.... but I only tried 1 chocolate chip so I will definitely revisit (maybe it was just an off batch) Support new businesses philly ! Cocos menu is amazing and I'm so excited to try everything else they have.

My new favorite in Philadelphia! Really good soft serve, tasty homemade water ice, and the great toppings. Always happy, friendly people, and quick service. Even my pup loves it!

Ordered this for delivery, wasn't sure what to expect. I was definitely impressed, wasn't melted or messy at all. Got the fried oreos and a gelati. Gelati had the best custard I think I've ever had and the water ice was great too. Fried oreos did not disappoint either. Truely 5 stars for dessert.

Absolutely stunning - Everything came perfectly packaged and made me so happy! Vanilla milkshake was delicious. Corn dog was carnival quality and the churro funnel cake was out of this world! Cheers so happy to have a quality treat delivered

Jesus be a fence! The fruity pebble shake was amazing and so was the peanut butter one. The presentation was very nice AND the guys behind the window gave excellent customer service. This is def my new spot!
