I ordered 2 chicken parmesan dinners to go for Valentine’s Day dinner. The chicken was burned and dried out. One piece was completely inedible. The other was not burned quite as badly. We shared the few edible bites on that piece. What I don’t understand is how can someone actually place obviously burned chicken….2 pieces… into 2 containers and sell it for $20.00 each. And why. On Valentine’s Day. With no offer to replace it. I’ve had dinner there twice in the last 2 years and enjoyed it. I will not go back. I called Coco’s and told the person who answered the phone about it. He replied “I’m sorry. That never happens”, and “you should write a review.” Got it! Here it is!

Wow! What an awesome place. I thought I was under dressed but staff said we were fine. A really nice casual place that has AMAZING ITALIAN FOOD!!! I could have eaten everything. We got a pizza to give it a try too. It was so good. Number one for me next to me n Ed's in California. Awesome staff. Just go. It's great, you will love it!!

Reese is a total gem! She made me the BEST espresso martini and helped make recommendations on the menu aligned with my tastes. She was joyful, the food was good. And again, those martinis 💣

Google
Absolutely excellent! Wonderful food, great prices, and friendly staff. The pizza is killer with a thin crust and flavorful marinara, the drinks are classic, the wines good, and the desserts are to die for. Honestly would recommend it above most any Italian spot in town, and in a league of its own compared to the cocos off Charlotte Ave. 10/10, will be in the regular rotation!

What started off as a bad experience ended on a great note, thanks to Dyllan! I chose this restaurant for my Mother’s Day dinner, but when my husband went in to check the wait time, one of the female servers completely dismissed him—not once, but twice—while seating other guests who came in after us with no reservation. When he pointed it out to her, she brushed it off and said, “You should have said something, I thought you were to-go.” We believe she was originally supposed to be our server but handed us off to Dyllan instead—which actually turned out to be a blessing. He was incredibly attentive, knowledgeable about the menu, and had a very warm, welcoming personality. Everything he suggested was delicious. He truly turned the evening around for us!

Overall, great place! Service was great. Food was very good. Hot and fresh. Went with the family, so we got a lot of different items. Atmosphere was ok, dark and dated. I'd recommend this place.

My boyfriend and I had an absolutely topnotch dinner at Coco’s West, last evening. I had an absolutely wonderful Bloody Mary that was over the top magnificent with bacon, shrimp, lemon, lime, olives and made with loving care by Reese our server/bartender. We both had the Cesar salad which was so fresh and delicious- and always outstanding! I had the lobster ravioli in blush sauce, served w/fresh bread. It too, was magnificent ! He had the chicken parm w/ bread and said it was perfectly cooked and delicious, as well. Our service was excellent, and like visiting a favorite friend for dinner. Portions were gracious, food quickly and expertly served and tasted wonderful! Our server was perfect and very possibly the best in Nashville. This was not our first visit to Coco’s and certainly won’t be our last!! Great food, excellent service, plenty of parking and an overall stellar experience!! Highly recommend. Thanks so much!

Google
This place was severely disappointing. I've eaten at the other Coco's several times and came to this one for a birthday. We arrived at 607 to a mostly empty restaurant. We ordered after about 10 minutes. It was 736 by the time we got our food. No explanation was given, no sorry it was running behind, nothing. The waitress at one point brought us a couple of Caesar salads after an hour, but still didn't say what happened. There was an older guy who came out of the kitchen and was chatting with another table for half an hour while we were waiting for our food. I don't know if he was the owner or what, but it would have been nice to have him doing something when people are waiting 90 minutes for food. We had several rounds of burnt bread while we waited. I can't even comment on how the food was because by the time it arrived, everyone was about fed up. No apologies, no reasoning.

Yelp
When we decided we wanted to have a planned elopement, first thing I did after having the conversation with my fiancé was head to Coco's West. I had never been to this location but felt in my gut that we needed an Italian dinner party to celebrate this special occasion. (New York Italian girlie, here!) And boy was a right! I live in Bellevue, so placed a takeout order for chicken parm (absolutely delish!!) and when I went to pick it up, was introduced to Reese after asking for a reservation for 30ppl for our special day. (December 28, 2023!) She immediately marked us down for that date and made herself available to me by call or text. While Coco's West felt like heaven to the NY Italian in me, Reese became our wedding's GUARDIAN ANGEL. Leading up to the event, she answered my MANY inquiries regarding menu, dessert, table setup, timing (which was VERY up in the air until week-of), + more! She made me feel so comfortable and supported me through every step of the process. (We planned this wedding in 3 wks so that is SAYING SOMETHING!!) We decided to rent out the bar side of the restaurant for our 30 guests. It was the perfect size for our party! And we knew the bar would be open to the public that night too, but had no problem with it. After discussing, we decided on passed apps (antipasto + fried cheese wedges!), and for dinner that our guests would do have 2 salads to choose from (Italian + Caesar), order their entrees off the menu, and have an open bar + open dessert. But the the night before the wedding, I hit Reese with a change - and asked to switch from an open dessert menu to ONLY serving the cake we had ordered (lemon blueberry ricotta cake with cannoli cream) AND GELATO. She informed me oh no, all gelato is made in-house at Coco's fresh market and they may not be able to do it so last-minute because it was Christmastime!! I said no biggie - guests could just have cake + coffee and that would be fine! (It really would have been fine - my guests are STILL talking about how amazing this cake was!!) When I walked into Coco's West after getting married to my husband on December 28, not only was the room setup in a way that was MORE BEAUTIFUL than I could have imagined. (We sent pictures of what we wanted, but left all decor with Reese + the restaurant day-of. They setup EVERYTHING and my family didn't have to do a thing!) Reese greeted us when we were ready, and walked me over to a CASE FULL OF GELATO! I think there were 6 flavors in there for our guests to choose from! I was blown away! And there's more: When we made the reception reservation, Coco's informed us that since we had 30 ppl, there would be a small fee to book an extra server for our size party. That night, the restaurant got busier and busier, and the open-to-the-public side of the restaurant actually had to PULL OUR EXTRA SERVER to manage the crowd. Guess what? YOU COULD NOT EVEN TELL. Reese made this night flow so flawlessly - everyone's drinks were always full (yes!! Cocktails, sodas, water, whole nine!). Every course of our meal came out at the same time for all 30 ppl, and everything was SO DELICIOUS - my guests are still talking about it! Multiple people (mostly Northeasterners!) made the comment "THIS IS THE BEST FOOD I'VE EVER HAD AT A WEDDING." And remember - we didn't have a prefixed menu - entrees were ordered by all 30 of our guests right off the menu!! Chicken parm, baked ziti, lasagna, seafood - we had it all and it was all amazing!!! Even my gluten-free Grandfather was happy!! (YES they had options for him even though I had forgotten to ask beforehand!) We closed out the night with that delicious lemon blueberry ricotta cake with cannoli cream and Y'ALL. It was all just so good!!!! After greeting all our people at the beginning of dinner, my husband and I were placed at our special seats with a bottle of delicious champagne in front of us! (This was not discussed beforehand - it just appeared!) We had the best time and felt SO WELL-TAKEN CARE OF. When I walked into our reception that night, I felt so comfortable and happy - we were fed delicious food and drinks and felt everything was going perfectly according to plan (even minus one server). It was so special! When I think back to that night, a warm glow is cast over my entire memory of it. Reese and Coco's West MADE THE NIGHT! I cannot recommend Coco's West enough. Working with Reese + this venue was a dream! Their food is DELICIOUS, their staff is BEYOND COMPARE (Reese was my #1 girl making it ALL happen, but obvs folks behind-the-scenes made our incredible dinner!!!), and the ambiance is perfect for your special occasion. I am overflowing with compliments for this venue and their staff. Thank y'all for making our special day absolutely perfect. We will never forget it and will be celebrating at this location (and just popping in for dinner + dessert!!!!) for years to come!!! THANK YOU SO MUCH!!! :)

Yelp
Absolutely amazing Italian food. The staff was so friendly. Food was amazing. Lots of space and a full bar. This is a place to relax and enjoy your food ao don't be in a hurry. You will kill the vibe. I had the chef's special tonight and wow. Lobster ravioli was amazing. Great selection of food and drink. Its a little of a challenge to get into the parking lot so be careful.

Yelp
The BEST meal I've had in Nashville, notwithstanding some excellent bbq and hot chicken places. Authentic Italian. Four of us had early dinner on a Saturday evening and we all were delighted. From the start of Fried Cheese Ravioli served with a very tasty marinara all the way through desserts of a Chocolate Eruption and Tiramisu, all we ate was delish! And by delish, I mean out of this world! I had the Cheese Ravioli Olio, which is maybe my favorite meal ever. Hubby had the Italian Roast Beef Sub, our daughter had the Chicken Parm (chicken was reported a little dry, but otherwise very good), and our friend had the Fettuccine and Meatballs. I had an Espresso martini, which was good. This will become a regular stop for me when in Nashville.

Yelp
I think it's ludicrous when Yelpers give restaurants a low rating due to a negative experience that is unrelated to the quality of food or the service. It seems counterproductive to bash an establishment over a personal experience when the food and service are sufficient. I've always refrained from such behavior, but I'm going to make an exception just this once. It is inexcusable to have posted hours for a business that are not honored by the business. Google, Yelp, TripAdvisor, and all other sites list Coco's as being open at 4:00 p.m. every afternoon seven days of the week. In fact, we've eaten at this location at 4:00 in the past. Eagerly anticipating dinner at Coco's, seven of us drove 45 minutes just to eat here, arriving at 5:45 p.m. to find a dark, deserted, unoccupied restaurant. There is no explanation on the door, no updated hours on any website, no information as to why this location would be closed nearly two hours after their opening time. Peeking inside, it is obvious this is still a functioning restaurant. And we weren't the only ones surprised by this. While sitting in the parking lot for a good 15 minutes trying to decide our next move, car after car after car arrived in search of dinner, only to be dismayed by its apparent dormancy, leaving one by one disappointed. This is certainly no way to do business. Either update the hours online or post an explanation on the door.

Yelp
Eating here is a single girls dream. When you have had a stressful day and need to unwind, relax, eat a delightful fabulous meal this is your spot! I had dinner at the bar, it was quiet, exceptionally delicious and the conversation was good! I think there food is fantastic! The manager and bartender are so personable and truly want you to enjoy your time at their restaurant. I think it's one of the best Italian eats in Nashville!

Yelp
Well I have eaten at Coco's many times with no issues. Tonight, not so much. I ordered the chicken parm and when it was brought to the table, the chicken was burnt black. If I was asked to take it to the table to serve to someone, I wouldn't have even delivered it to the table. Then when I didn't eat it, the waiter asked me if I wanted a box to take it home. I should have said, would you take this burnt chicken home, but I didn't. I will just never go back. So sad they lost my business over bringing out black burnt food!

Yelp
Great food and atmosphere. Very kid friendly as well. Had the bolognese would highly recommend

Yelp
Every single time I have come here even when they are busy I receive amazing service. The food is not expensive at all and it is delicious!!! I want to thank the whole staff because y'all really do take care of your customers. Don't believe any negative review on here, they just like to complain. And To the man who sent the desert, the date went wonderful lol thank you

Yelp
We started off with the fried ravioli and it was just as you'd want - crispy with a slight ooze of cheese much like a mozzarella stick. Came with marinara sauce served room temperature if not slightly cold. This may be a little better had it been warmed but was still tasty. I got the chicken parmesan and it was very crispy and tender! Often times the breading gets soggy but not here. Would definitely recommend! Other people at the table got mushroom ravioli which normally comes with a pesto sauce but our waitress informed us that you can get 1/2 pesto 1/2 cream sauce so thy opted for that. Ravioli was good and thick and creamy. We also got the chicken Marsala. We thought this would be more of a brown sauce but it was closer to creamy Alfredo. Still delicious. Large servings all around - everyone had leftovers. Service could be improved a little- drink orders were forgotten and messed up. However, they made a sangria and that wasn't listed on the drink menu so that was great that they could accommodate. Will come back!

Yelp
Eric and Genevieve are my faves! Service and food are great I prefer market location on 51st!!

Yelp
Get the Bruschetta for starter. I had the Mushroom Ravioli with Walnuts - excellent!!! My hubby does not like walnuts so he asked for no walnuts and it was no problem. Loved our server Jennifer and the whole staff was warm and welcoming. We will be back asap!

Yelp
The best Italian food I've had since visiting Italy! Even better than most restaurants in Italy. I never liked places like Olive Garden especially after tasting the difference once I returned from Italy. Food is much more different in Europe in general and Coco's is authentic Italian food.

Missy H.

Yelp
food is yummy but they don't know how to answer their phone. restaurant itself is nice if you go inside.
google avatar

Dick G.

Yelp
Great people and great food!! Cool atmosphere inside restaurants! How many more letters
google avatar

Susan R.

Yelp
So delicious! The Bruschetta is a must! I got the Chicken Marsala, my husband got the Lemon piccata and our daughter got the Cheese Ravioli. It was all good. We like the Bellemeade location on a Thursday night. Enough people but it's not too loud.
google avatar

Yelp
I just moved to the area and pass this place every day To and From work. Happened to stop in yesterday as I was dying to try it. I have seen it get very busy!! Everyone is super friendly. If you are NOT ...in a hurry, I'd try it if I were you! I had slow service but I was not in a hurry and sat at the bar. I did love that I stopped in on Half Price Bottled Wine night! Had a big glass and the rest went home with me. I also ended up only eating half my dinner so I had it for lunch today. I arrived at Happy Hour so my Appetizer was half off... This is a great place if you go with friends and want to chat the night away! Comfy cozy atmosphere. I'll stop in again to try something different. People have to remember... every restaurant puts their own spin on things (their food). I was a little disappointed they didn't serve regular Spagehetti noodles or offer Angel Hair pasta but that is just their thing! Nothing to make a big gripe about! I may try the pizza next!
google avatar

Stewart E.

Yelp
Will not be going back. Their telephone system was down & had to order online. The Lasagna Bolognese was priced like this high end dish normally is, but was far too spicy & tasted much more like a Mexican meal. Buh bye.
google avatar

Ashby F.

Yelp
I've been a fan of the original Coco's for years, and this place serves the same great food at the same family-friendly price. Compared to the original location, the only things missing are the market, outdoor seating, and the bocce court. If you're looking for great traditional Italian cuisine, but want to keep the bill lower than the nearby upper-scale places like Antonio's or Giovanni (which are also fantastic) give this place a try. Their pizza is fantastic, but my favorite dishes on the menu are the Lasagna Bolognese and the Cheese Ravioli Fungi with pesto. I don't know how any fan of pasta could be disappointed with either of these dishes. I've been twice since they opened this second location and the service has been great. I've read some of the other reviews, and like every other restaurant on this side of town it sounds like they might be short handed on some days, but I definitely did not experience any lapse in service or cold food. Two thumbs up for Coco's West!
google avatar

Hannah M.

Yelp
Delicious food! Authentic Italian! Our waitress, Reese, was attentive and SO nice! We're definitely making this our go-to restaurant. Got 6 dishes between the two of us and it was only 70$-- way cheaper than olive garden! The bread was delicious and came with every entree and appetizer we got. There was no wait time, so I'm not sure where the complaints came from-- and we came at 7:00pm on a Friday (peak time for busy restaurants!).
google avatar

Taylor S.

Yelp
Every time my husband and I eat here, the food is wonderful. Service is a tad slow, because they're a little understaffed, but they have so much pride in their restaurant and always treat us with so much kindness. Like I said, we haven't had anything we didn't like, and the cheesecake is SUBLIME. Love everything about this place, and we've been on many a date night.

Brandon R.

Yelp
So disappointed. We really wanted to like this place. Service is worse than any fast food restaurant I have been to recently. We came in for dinner Saturday night. After over an hour, we had no food and no time as to when we would get it. Left after just paying for our wine. Order the following Monday evening. Order was not only incomplete, but completely wrong. What was ordered was cold, greasy and inedible. When we called the restaurant, placed on a 20-minute hold. When someone did answer, she said "this is dinner time. I have a million things to do. I do not have time for this." I was on hold again. Hung up, called back and was hung up on. I will just cancel my payment with credit card. Severely disappointed. Will not be going back. I'm going to send my business to a higher level of service... like Olive Garden or Pizza Hut.

Debbie H.

Yelp
What a great neighborhood restaurant! Good customer service is hard to find these days, but at Coco's West Nashville it was excellent. We were not rushed, had a wonderful meal and our waiter, Eric , was friendly and took very good care of us! I highly recommend a visit soon.

Shawn B.

Yelp
Eric was a fantastic waiter, and took care of everything we needed. We are regulars here and he is definitely our favorite waiter to have.

Laura G.

Yelp
Coco's is a lovely restaurant and the food and service are amazing! The connected store they have is the cherry on top and I highly suggest checking it out!
google avatar

Amy B.

Yelp
Delicious! The food here is delicious and the atmosphere is quaint. Savannah the hostess is so sweet and personable. I get a lot of to go because my work is draining and she is very accommodating and quick. The pesto cream sauce is too good. I also love the chicken piccata. Very delicious.
google avatar

Sarah M.

Yelp
This place used to be an Italian spot called Finezza Italian Bistro. They recently changed over to Coco's West Italian Restaurant and thank goodness they did! Coco's West Italian Restaurant has the same layout as Finezza: a simple dinning area with a bar, rustic brown walls and white table clothes, but the food quality, prices, and portion sizes are one thousand times better! The meal starts off with FREE warm bread and olive oil. Nothing is free in Nashville anymore so embrace that FREE bread. The bread was tasty, but nothing special. For the meal, I ordered the lasagna with a side salad and my mother ordered the pizza and a glass of wine. The pizzas are massive! My mother got three meals out of it. The side salad was fresh and tasty. It came with artichoke hearts and red peppers. Finally, a side salad without wilted iceberg lettuce and croutons. It was a Southern miracle! When the lasagna came out, my mother and I were very impressed with the generous serving size, and it came with more FREE bread. The lasagna was very tasty, but it had way too much cheese in it. It tasted nice, but this is not a dish for anyone who has a sensitive stomach. I would have enjoyed this dish much more if they cut the amount of cheese in it by half. Nevertheless, it was a much more enjoyable entree compared to the minuscule, tasteless food Finezza Italian Bistro used to serve. Overall, this is a nice quick in and out neighborhood Italian spot. I would love to see a change in the layout, decorations, and style. There is not much personality to this restaurant. It's simply tasty Italian food and a place to sit down. If that's what you desire, this is the place for you, but if you're looking for a romantic, engaging, or memorable night out there are much better options.
google avatar

Nathan S.

Yelp
This is our favorite date night restaurant by far. Exceeds expectations every time we come!

Amy D.

Yelp
The Best Italian food in Nashville. Coco's always is wonderful. We had the best server Eric ! He truly did great job waiting on us, recommended what was the specialty items . He was excellent, I will request him every time

Hailey J.

Yelp
This place is amazing! Everything is made fresh, every one is super friendly. Jared and frankly everyone was absolutely fantastic, everyone worked fast and was quick to make sure every was to the liking of the customers. I 100% want to come back and show more people this place.
google avatar

Lisa W.

Yelp
SO DISAPPOINTING! Just moved here and wanted good Italian. I called my owner in and my husband picked it up. I ordered pasta with spicy marinara and his chicken parm. It did not come with salad or bread, we ordered two extra salads. The cease dressing was disgusting!! We both threw our salads away! I was given pasta with Shrimp- NOT what I ordered, and i'm allergic to shrimp!! My husbands chicken tasted old. This was a birthday dinner where I did not eat and it was expensive for not getting any sides or bread and not the plate I ordered. We won't ever go back!
google avatar

Sabreena Y.

Yelp
Good food. Horrible service. Got seated and waited 10 minutes before what appeared to be the busser bring us glasses of water, no introduction, 15 minutes later the same busser approaches us as I ask who our waiter she she tells us its her.... informed her that we've been sitting there for nearly 20 minutes now and she said "really??? Since I brought you water???" Needless to say service did not improve as the night went on. The staff was inappropriate, the expo lady was wearing what looked like pajamas and stayed on her phone most of the night. And when her boyfriend pulled up he strolled on back to the kitchen in his sweatpants and hoodie and wrapped his arms around her, because, ya know, working is overrated. The wait staff hollered at each other thru the restaurant and kitchen. Very unprofessional.

Amy M.

Yelp
We love this place. Service is always exceptional, and the food is delicious. Even when they're busy they make sure you're taken care of. Try the seafood arrabiata with a splash of cream and thank me later.

Tracy P.

Yelp
This is the best place to get pizza in Nashville, bar none. I am going to get a pizza as soon as they open this afternoon at 4. I highly recommend any Coco's Italian Restaurant in Nashville. Thanks
google avatar

Norm L.

Yelp
Reese, JJ, Jenny, Eric and the whole crew are always friendly and amazing!! The food is consistently good and timely!! Won't go wrong with dining here!!
google avatar

Catherine H.

Yelp
Good food and a nice ambiance! The bread is to die for and comes with a meal. I had the tortellini and Caesar salad. Both were good. We were in the bar area so our waitress was the bar tender. She was super nice but it did take a little while to get a water refill. My boyfriend has the lasagna and enjoyed it. The food came out quickly even though the place was packed. We also noticed that on Tuesdays they have half price pints of beer with the purchase of a pizza! This is a great date night or family dinner spot in west Nashville. The prices were reasonable too!

Cathy S.

Yelp
We are new to CoCo's West but have really enjoyed our few visits. The staff is great, the cocktails perfect, and the food is good depending on what you order, but that's OK! However, the ambiance is lacking. The way it looks creates a place just to go eat, not to Dine. It's an Italian restaurant. How about setting a cozy scene with some red & white check tablecloths, plastic flowers, and a candle. What a beneficial change that would be for your restaurant!!
google avatar

Mary Kate E.

Yelp
Everyone loves this place except me. I am not thoroughly impressed and feel there are better Italian options to be had than here. I enjoy their half off bottle wine nights, but I feel the dishes lack balance in contents. I have been here a few times and I just can't seem to get on the train to love it here. It is okay for what you get, and it is a staple. I understand that. It is, however, not my first pick for Italian or authenticity. It is definitely Americanized Italian on par with Olive Garden with the exception of being locally owned. I do like their market, but the restaurant, not so much.

Cheryl C.

Yelp
Don't order carry out on a weekend. If they're too busy, they won't take call in orders. If you live near Amerigos, they never have that problem. Disappointed as I couldn't eat out this weekend and that before 6 would be doable. So much for Italian tonight.

Mary B.

Yelp
They were having internet and tech issues with orders. The entire staff bent over backward to make sure that everything was perfect while I waited. This is the beauty of finding a restaurant that is locally owned. Greatest Italian food in Nashville. We don't go anywhere else because they care this much about their customers.

Alexandra S.

Yelp
Not really sure what happened to this place... it used to be our favorite so we took our whole family there when they were in town. Bill was over $200 and the food was OK-if that. Our party of six, not a single satisfied person. Maybe under new management or new cooks? Really sad...waste of money that night.

Julie R.

Yelp
We had dinner here Dec. 13th, prior to visiting Cheekwood's Holiday Lights because it was convenient and I have enjoyed eating there in the past. Unfortunately, this experience was not as pleasant. The service was lacking and our waiter, Christopher, was not helpful. After hearing a waitress discussing wine choices with patrons at the table behind us, I asked him to recommend a wine for my entree choice. He said he didn't recommend wine based on food. (What?!). When I told him what I wanted, he just stood there grinning. I had to tell him three times! When we told him we were on a schedule, he said "I can't make the food come faster." There was a mix-up when our food was brought out by someone else and taken back to the kitchen. Several minutes later we flagged Christopher over and he was aware of the mix-up, but had done nothing about it! If I return, I will leave before I allow him to wait on me again.

Yelp
Great dinner at Coco tonight. Italian salad and great bread with cheese and oil. Huge pepperoni sausage pizza. Yazoo Hop Perfect on draft. To top it off, Preston may be best waiter in Nashville. Great dinner with wife on the west side.

Yelp
The WORST service I have ever received. Our server(bald man), who said he was also the manager, ruined the entire birthday dinner. His rudeness was past the point of him possibly having a bad day or being busy. We had a party of nine. Two of the entrees were brought 10 minutes before the rest, two of those being incorrect. He acted very unprofessional and inappropriate and made the woman whose birthday it was extremely uncomfortable. It is a shame because the food was terrific, but we will never be returning.

Yelp
Don't order delivery! We ordered delivery from their website. Around the time we were expected to receive our food, we received a phone call saying it was ready to pick up. After we explained that we in fact had ordered delivery, we were told they had no one available to deliver our food so we had to pick it up. We received an apology, but no offer of a discount or compensation. When I went to pick the food up, I was greeted by someone who was only halfway wearing a face mask (nose out) who didn't bother to keep 6 feet away from me. Other staff were improperly wearing masks in the same way. Our food was not back in the kitchen, but sitting on a table in the middle of the dining room where tons of maskless patrons were eating. The main reason we had ordered delivery in the first place was to avoid having to make contact with potential Covid carriers, so it was upsetting to see so many protocols being violated. Bottom line: (1) If you can't deliver, don't let people order delivery! At a minimum, call us *before* preparing our food and charging us. (2) Coronavirus kills, stop endangering your customers and wear your masks properly.

Yelp
I visited earlier this week on Monday and again today (I loved it so much I came again). The second time visited it wasn't a great experience. I must say I am extremely disappointed and appalled in the leadership and server experience. This was my second visit to Coco's Italian Market. The first time I visited this week it was amazing. I had a meatball Pizza. I returned later this week and was extremely disappointed. Ordered the Pizza again and took the first bite and it was very hard. The server came back to check on me and I told him that my pizza was hard and very burnt on the ends. The server says "well what do you want me to do about it?" From that point I was like you know what let me just try another slice to see if it was just a bad piece. Tried another slice and it was even harder and over cooked. It tasted burnt. I knew I was not going to be able to even enjoy my food. So when the server came back again I told him that I was not going to be able to eat the pizza the server says "okay do you want me to get you another one?" I replied and told him yes. The server returns and states that he talked to his boss and she said since the pizza has had some slices eaten she will just charge me for 1/2 of the Pizza and if I want another pizza I can order it from the to-go counter and pay for another one and he took the remaining pizza away. I have never heard of anything like that in a restaurant experience. I went to the counter and the manager looks at me in annoyance and I asked her to confirm that due to me being dissatisfied for the pizza she wants me to pay for half? And she was extremely rude and said yes. As if she didn't even care about my experience or satisfaction. Her name was Alexius. She had absolutely no manager presence, did not look approachable. When I was speaking to her she just rolled her eyes at me. As a manager I at minimum expected her to seek out a resolution. I shared with her about my review on my food and she was dismissive and nonchalant. (To say the least, the worst)! I honestly just wanted the same good pizza that I had last time with a little bit of professionalism. I'm still hungry and have to pay for another pizza. It was just horrible customer satisfaction and obviously the servers are not trained in how to resolve issues when food has not been prepared properly.

Yelp
If you haven't given Cocos on Harding Pike a try, you should. It's under a new manager, The service is excellent, and food is great.

Yelp
I recently tried CoCo's West for dinner and I was very impressed. The food was great and my server JJ was wonderful. Very friendly and great service. I decided to go back for an appetizer & drinks and my bartender, Reese, was the best. Very attentive & outgoing. A + for both visits.

Yelp
We went to Coco's West for an ordinary meal out and wound up having an exceptionally good time due to the quality of food and great service from Jo-Leah and Tim. My husband is vegan, and our server went out of the way to be sure he had a meal he could enjoy. My sister and I split the Ravioli Olio. It was amazing. We shared a lemon and berry cake that will now become a problem in my life--I'll want too much of it! We'd been to Coco's west once before and had good food but mediocre service. On this visit, Jo-Leah and Tim waited on us with really exceptional service--personable, very attentive, gracious, and fun. We'll be regulars!

Yelp
Ordered a few different pizzas for the family. Unanimously disliked by almost everyone. The cheese is similar to glue and is disgusting. We threw out most of it. Total garbage.

Yelp
We love the original location and have always gotten really great food there. We were excited to see there was a more convenient location for us and thought we would try it. We couldn't have been more disappointed. The service was slow right from the start, not a deal breaker though. We ordered an appetizer when we placed our drink order. After a pretty long wait, we see the waitress deliver our appetizer to a table that was seated 5 mins after we were. She told us she brought the appetizer to them by mistake and would have the kitchen start another for us. This table then received their food order while we were finally delivered our appetizer. I know a table of 5 adults and 2-3 kids didn't have an easier order than our two basic entrees. The next disappointment was the Fettuccine and meatballs. They were outstanding at the original location and that's what brings me back there. These were overcooked, tiny, and actually tough to chew. I was going through several glasses of tea trying to wash it all down. My wife's ravioli was average and, again, not worth the trip. We will absolutely try the original location again, but this location, truly was a bad experience. The service was poor, but the food was even worse. We were quite disappointed and hope things haven't changes for the worse at their original location.
