Coffee Box has been my go to coffee spot this summer and I’m so glad I found it. I love supporting local where I can, and this place is such a great find. Their cold brew is my favorite. Super smooth and always fresh tasting. The staff is friendly, the rewards program is a nice perk, and the whole vibe makes it easy to keep coming back. Definitely recommend if you’re looking for a solid local coffee spot!

There has been multiple times I’ve been to this coffee box! Every time I am definitely happy with what was served to me! I am actually unable to have very caffeinated beverages, so like a basic girl I go for the matcha. It’s always so delicious (unlike other mainstream cafes) and it’s always just my go to drink! ❤️

Good reviews impact a business by attracting more people to come and see for themselves. Whenever I want to go to a place I’ve never been to I always look at the reviews of a business. You can always know what to expect when you look at the reviews, that’s why good customer service is extremely important to make the customer comfortable and satisfied with their visit.

Great experience from beginning to end. Greeted right as you enter and the staff was super helpful and attentive. They saw me walk in with my pup and offered a pup cup! 🤍 I got the sugar free vanilla protein latte and it was delicious, definitely recommend!

I love their matcha latte with oat-milk! I go here to finish work and it’s the perfect place to get it done. Quiet and clean. The atmosphere is wonderful as well! Highly recommend!

Quality drinks. Great service every time. I’d recommend to the owners to implement more comfortable seating and power outlets for the studious types. Otherwise, not a bad spot to get a study session in or to meet someone for biz and/or pleasure. - WiFi password is at the bottom of the receipt so keep that handy. - Place needs more food options to be a full 5-star study spot for me. - Drinks are also more on the pricier side for the size. - In general I’m happy this place is available on the east side. - Parking situation is not that great considering all the businesses serving their clients within that vicinity so get there before rush hour or you’ll be walking about a block or two from where you parked. That’s not a fault of the cafe but rather the location. People are generally friendly and willing to share some words with you should you find the courage to be outgoing.

Haven't had a bad experience here yet! Great place to snag when you are around. Quick service, do a great job with quick service and friendliness! They do a good job of keeping their seating area clean and the A/C in the container unit is nice in the summer when you are taking a moment to sit! The barista's do a great job with the coffee! They have a diverse menu and are on point with the end product.

This is such a cute location to grab some drinks at and or some food. I knew I had to stop by when in town because it all looked very appealing and cool. We stopped by on Friday around 2pm and we were the only ones there. The drive thru stayed semi busy though. The cashier greeted us right away and told us she'd be right with us since she was busy with a drive thru order. We hadn't looked at the menu yet so it worked out perfectly because that gave us time to look it over. The menu has a variety of drinks and they all sounded good. We ordered one small iced pistachio latte and one small cocorchata. We ordered separately and my total was about $8 for the small pistachio latte. We sat downstairs but we noticed that they had other floors as well with seating, those we did not check out. The drinks were made fast and it maybe took about 3 mins. The pistachio latte was good. It tasted just like a pistachio and it was not too sweet. The cocorchata was my favorite and it made me wish I had ordered a XL one for myself. It was delicious! Service was great and fast. If you are looking for good drinks on the eastside check them out!

The mazapan latte and the breakfast bagel are a must try !! Ordered by drive thru, fast and friendly service .

This will be very chill view after the apartments are finished. I love the outdoor seating and multi levels. It's pretty much just like the Coffeebox on the west side only better cuz it's the Eastside lol. The coffee is good, the prices are far, and the staff are friendly.

Staff had no idea what they were doing. The drinks, coffee and otherwise were less than basic, and the pastry/cake was a disappointment. Such a cool looking place, and uncool service and products.

My husband can't have regular coffee so we stopped by hoping they have decaf!! And they did. He's said it was the best decaf he had ever had!! We will be back

The Charcoal Frappe with coconut milk was a girl's perf summer craving! The baristas were super friendly and all 3 floors and restroom were super clean! I would say this is the perfect spot to come study or catch up on some emails. They have a privacy booth in case you need to FaceTime or be on an important call (which is super awesome). I love their outdoor setting, I can't wait to come back during sunset, such a nice aesthetic Will definitely be coming back here more often!

Very aesthetic place inside and out. The coffee is decent but it's not that hard to mess up an iced latte. Didn't want to risk getting a hot drink. The iced latte is not overly sugary but a friends chai latte was very sweet.

Great coffee place both hot and cold! The service was great. They even gave my dog a pup cup so definitely pet friendly. The 2nd floor outdoor patio was very comfortable. We were there when it was midday El Paso Summer hot and the misters and the canopy allowed us to be there about one hour. The third floor has a lofty feel that is very comfortable for coffee and great conversation.

Love love Charcoal Lattes!!! Continues to be my favorite coffee spot in El Paso! Got to introduce a few family members to it!

Ive been coming here every Thursday since I've started my first online class 2-3 months ago. I really enjoy this spot because the ambience. Today was like any other day. Got my coffee went up stairs And started studying. Then randomly I had a member of there staff tell me " we have cameras sir, you will need to purchase something". I showed her my coffee and she apologized. I just don't get how they have cameras but they didn't see me clearly buy a coffee down stairs. Super embarrassing to be honest, they need to do their due diligence and check all the cameras before approaching people. I'll end taking my business else where after today. Just wanted to share with everyone.

East Side! Coffee Box is officially open and on its way to provide us with some amazing coffee + views! This location does have a drive thru in case you are needing to just stop and go. The staff is super friendly and can provide their faves for any recommendation. We tried the Horchata Latte and substitute with Coconut Milk. We asked for the "strongest" drink on the menu and they recommended a Nitro Cold Brew and added an extra shot of espresso. Wooo! Over all- super neat concept and it even has a patio for those that may need a serene place to drink some good coffee!

Great little study spot with perfect hours. Very clean, comfortable and unique decor with 3 levels of indoor/outdoor seating. Staff is excited to teach you about what they offer, and are very kind. Coffee is flavorful and unique (charcoal latte), and makes me want to visit again.

The charcoal latte is the move here, people! Absolutely delicious and refreshing. The staff is always so friendly and the atmosphere is so calming! My new go-to coffee spot!

Drinks are good, they should give their employees the day off for holidays or close early to enjoy the holiday with family.

We came for a morning coffee. The servers was really nice and patient as new customers. But we also completely missed the door to go upstairs. We walked back out the door and around the building. Only to walk back inside and found the entrance to the stairs right next to the restroom, duh Once upstairs the environment is very inviting. Bring a pair of headphones if you want more privacy. The light comes in nicely and the blinds can be moved up and down. Highly recommend! They have hot and cold drinks, food and a little fridge of alcohol.

Delicious coffee. Great and friendly service. Attractive, interesting, and comfortable interior. I needed to make an important and highly personal phone call, and they actually had a privacy booth. Highly recommend!!!

I'm in classes right now and studying is a priority, the coffee box is a perfect place to do it! Its a cool vibe, with nice employees and really good coffee!

Super cute place but today as I was leaving the coffee box I saw a man screaming horribly to 3 younger girls who are employees. I am sure the man that was screaming was also an employee due to his uniform and hat. This is something very inappropriate and for my first time going there I don't see myself ever coming back.
