Everyone I know raves about coffee coffee. Today was my second visit, and I was looking forward to popping in all morning. I ordered 2 iced coffees and a muffin. I enjoyed looking at the various gift items while I waited, which wasn't too long. When my order was up, it was missing the muffin. The barista asked what I needed, and I shared just the muffin. She said okay. I quickly asked if I had paid for it? (I was worried I didn't pay for it, or it wasn't placed). She quipped back, in a condescending tone, that she will be right with me and said she would get it. Completely shocked, I stepped over to a table, reviewed my receipt and confirmed I did pay for the muffin. So, I decided to wait for it (which was about 10 mins). 2 other orders were filled, by this same barista, and I waited patiently. Another patron commented to me that she did not like the way the barista spoke to me and she was sorry that happened to me. After I watched that barista walk toward that back (not doing anything else), and still did not finish my order, I walked up to the cashier who took my order (who is amazing and friendly) and requested help. She apologized and handed me the muffin in 2 seconds. She even remembered what I ordered.
