I have been here several times , but today July 12,2025 , I ate with flies they enjoyed my meal As well ! I explained to waitress I wanted see manager , it was busy but the owner came to see myself and friend , our neighbor table was experiencing same but just ate and left ! The owner name Gus refused to do anything not even say sorry , just put his hand to forehead like saluting me and thank you , I was like is that how you treat customers? All he said we should support his neighbors hood business and walked away ! Wow never again will I go or refer anyone to go there very sad

I've been using my Son of a Barista machine for the past several months now. The coffee is fantastic, and the machine has been rock solid. I have gotten rid of a competitor's machine/pods because this coffee is so much better! I have recommended them to several friends so far.

I have been an avid coffee drinker for over a decade now and these little pods have opened up a whole new world for me. As someone with a sensitive stomach, I always had issues with coffee (not that it stopped me from drinking it). Son of Barista espresso pods are the perfect way to get that caffeine kick without the belly pains. The pods are delicious and the machine is so easy to use. Highly recommend to other busy moms on the go!

I bought my Son of a Barista years ago and have been using their subscription as well but for some reason they have billed me for June and July and I have not received any of my pods yet. I remember when I first had issues back then, they were quick to resolve them. Now it is so difficult to get a resolution out of them. I just want to get the products I paid for or get refunded. Why does this have to be so difficult?

Now, to the product, their coffee is absolutely fantastic, the real deal, no bitterness or after taste. The machine brews it perfectly to the right temperature, easy to operate. We are hooked. We had an issue with their delivery to my subscription and shipment (low stock apparently). Although initial contact was difficult, one of their representatives did contacted me via phone call, and the issue is hopefully resolved. I really appreciated the personal touch. We are still pending to receive the shipment and hoping to renew our subscription and get another one for someone.

I'm so sad to leave this review but I think people need to be alerted. Looks like I'm not the only one experiencing this as well. Great product and easy online subscription program until June 2023. I've been billed for 2 months June and July but haven't received either. I've tried to connect the company through their website contact page, Instagram and Facebook message bc they do not have a phone # or email direct to communicate with. No one has returned or responded to my request so now I have a machine and no pods to use in it. What is up Son of Barista!? Please contact me so I can take this review down. I am going to cancel my subscription as well to avoid more charges with no product sent.

On Feb, 28 2021, I bought a Barista Coffee maker from them and paid $143.00 when supposedly was $90.00. I have emailed them the same day when I made the purchase to canceled and up to this date, March,7 I haven’t received any response. Their website it says that they will get back to you in the next 48 hours to 72. I am really disappointed with their service. I have never had any issues like I am having now. I hope someone from their company get back to me and cancel my order and answer all my questions. Update December 2021: Thanks to Barista coffee for reading my review and making up for the inconvenience, they gave me a coffee maker that works amazing and the coffee is delicious. Great customer service. They won me over as one of they’re clients.

I just have to add another comment. Again they did not show me my coffee so I had to create a new order. I created that order 10 days ago and it is just getting shipped today. I am done with the service and will not be using them again. I think I'm just gonna get a decent coffee and espresso maker. I liked the coffee very much but needed to switch cards for billing and can't get my Password. Tried many times to reset my password but no email came. Talked to their online support and received promises and no help. They do not have a phone number to call. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!
