Google
Absolutely delicious coffee! I drink black coffee and it was fresh and great!!! The ham croissant was superb. Exceptional staff, great space, nice location. Street parking: tough. There is a parking structure close by. Highly recommend Coffee Muse!!

Google
I had the Honey Nut Cheerios Latte with an extra shot, let me tell you, took me back to being a kid in the early 90’s watching “Salute Your Shorts.” The atmosphere here was spectacular, the building itself was a nostalgia bomb, I came here on a gloomy fall morning listening to jazz on the way here and it set the mood to the point where I wanted to ask for an application, lol. I will definitely be back, my mother would have loved this place,🥲, if you’re wondering if you should get lackluster coffee from a big Seattle based chain or here; make it a point to visit Coffee Muse. Support local craft coffee shops, the coffee is much better and the staff actually care about the quality of the product. Y’all are a ok in my book.👍🏾

Google
Cute street art on the outside, the other half of the store seems like a cool place to check out as well! Street parking, I was able to find parking quite easily so that was great, but if it’s a busy weekend or something I could see parking possibly being a problem (but new here so don’t know how busy or not it gets) As for coffee I got their Mexican mocha and it was pretty good!!! After scrolling through comments I can’t wait to come back and try their cheerio latte! I also got their chocolate muffin/ cupcake? Was pretty good! Love the chocolate chunks 🤤

Google
Stopped into Coffee Muse and was immediately struck by its warm, artistic vibe. The small‑batch roast coffee tasted exceptional—I tried a Honey Nut Latte and it was perfectly balanced, not too sweet. The staff were cheerful and even surprised me with a reward cookie after signing up for their rewards program. The shop is cozy with interesting decor and communal tabletop art. A few spots felt a little tight and service slowed during peak hours, but overall it’s a standout café for high-quality coffee and a friendly ambiance. ✅ Overall: A great destination for coffee lovers who appreciate craft drinks and community energy. Just go during non-rush hours for a more relaxed experience.

Google
Honey Nut Cheerio Iced Latte. Not what I'd usually order but I was curious, and was pleasantly surprised. A great little spot.

Google
Stopped in for coffee after hearing great things but unfortunately had to leave without ordering. The music was blasting super loud metal, which made it hard to relax or even hold a conversation. Definitely not the vibe I was hoping for. If you want to work or have a meeting DO NOT come here.

Marcus

Google
5/5 stars. Came early with my boss for a coffee and had a vanilla latte. Smooth, well-balanced, and just the right amount of sweetness. A really solid vanilla latte.

Google
Very kind & accommodating staff, cool vibe, and great cold brew!

Yelp
One of my favorite coffee shops in Downtown Santa Ana. Staff is always so friendly. Some of my favorites: vanilla latte, matcha, Mexican mocha and you can't go wrong with their baked good - love the pb&j cookie! Great spot to try.
google avatar

Yelp
Decided to try this spot while waiting for some food and I must say the coffee pretty underwhelming. Staff was very friendly. Was handed a slightly warm cup of coffee (with a soggy bottom?) thinking "ok maybe they use a lower temp to reduce bitterness or something". But it was like it's been sitting out for 30mins. For reference, I make my own pour over daily. Had a solid (4/5)cup at Fika Fika yesterday, and an excellent cup at Cafe De Leche (5/5) the day before that. Muse (on this day) was a miss for me.

Yelp
Coffee Muse is a solid spot located on the corner of 4th Street Market. Parking is available through meters or the structure nearby. The meters are free from 6am to 8am and the parking garage offers one free hour which makes it easy to stop by in the morning. My favorite drinks here are the Honey Nut Cheerios latte which comes with oat milk by default and the Mexican mocha latte. The espresso quality is pretty standard but the drinks themselves are enjoyable and well balanced. The pastries are quite good. I really like their muffins and croissants which are warm and flaky. Their breakfast burrito is also pretty solid, though it is sourced and warmed in the oven. The staff are always friendly and quick. The interior is pretty minimal, only two small tables and a few chairs with outside patio seating. Overall, Coffee Muse is a reliable spot for a quick drink or bite and worth visiting if you are in the area.

Yelp
Wowow the dirty vanilla chai = perfect pick me up after walkin' around and shoppin' around DTSA. One unique part about this shop is that it's connected to other vendors that sell homemade merch and crafts or clothes. If you wanna support local, stop by here and browse through the various vendors. I also appreciated the helpful baristas! They did not make me feel like I was a bother when I asked for 1 espresso shot instead of the usual 2.
google avatar

Hayley H.

Yelp
Such a fun mix of coffee and art. Coffee Muse is located in DTSA and is serving up all your favorite caffeinated beverages. This cafe also offers a space for artists and creators to sell their locally made goods. There's 12+ vendor booths scattered throughout the cafe. Browse items from clothing, to speciality snacks and food, and candles. Shopping is my favorite form of entertainment. I ordered an iced matcha latte with strawberry, which is quite possibly the perfect summer drink. Highly recommend checking this spot out and supporting local creators!

Yelp
A small coffee shop next to 4th street market. There is paid street parking as well as paid structure parking available nearby. They have both indoor and outdoor seating available. When we were there, the AC was blowing so strongly that the amount of air blowing made it hard to keep my eyes open and it was fairly cold. The coffee is decent and the staff are very friendly. We went at a time that wasn't too crowded so our drinks were ready very quickly. The drinks tasted good, but I think they may have put regular milk/dairy instead of the drinks instead of oat milk based on how my body reacted to it. It was not the greatest experience for a lactose intolerant person, but I would still go back again and to try something without milk.
google avatar

Crystal N.

Yelp
Honey Nut Cheerios Latte! I can vouch for that one, it was pleasantly nice and not too sweet for me. I was able to sub the milk no problem. My drink came out pretty fast that I barely sat down in their little seating area. I liked my drink so much I was so sad I forgot it at an event when I put it down... but also it was like $8.50 with tip, so just be aware this is a TREAT!
google avatar

Justina H.

Yelp
Honey nut latte is SO good. I made no modifications for sweetness and it was perfect. The barista is incredibly friendly. They sell coffee beans too.
google avatar

Yelp
Here's the pro tip, sign up for their rewards program. I did and they sent me a reward for a free cookie. I've been dreaming about said cookie for a week now and came this morning to redeem it. Such a tough choice as all look great but I went with the pecan chocolate chip. Apparently today is National Run Day and the local run club stopped here for their usual beverage. I chatted with them and they bought me an Americano to go with my cookie! I told them I don't run, but they offered all the same. What a kind act. The coffee went so well with the cookie and my love for Coffee Muse is just growing. I'm going to come back and try the other cookies and drinks soon. Please come and create your own adventure.

Yelp
My happy place. The baristas are always on point The drinks are always well crafted. The vibe is relaxed energy.

Yelp
First time stopping into Coffee Muse in Downtown Santa Ana, and I really enjoyed it! The menu is small but easy to choose from, which I appreciate. I ordered the avocado toast and the Honey Nut Cheerios latte. The sourdough was fresh and tasty--though honestly a bigger slice than I expected. The avocado portion was generous and exactly what I'd hope for with a $10 avocado toast. Nicely seasoned and beautifully presented. The latte didn't quite give me the Honey Nut Cheerio flavor I was expecting, but it was still really smooth and delicious overall. The espresso here is buttery and well-pulled. The café is on the smaller side, but outdoor seating would be perfect on a nice day. Staff was absolutely phenomenal. Friendly, welcoming, and quick to help. My friends and I came in around 10am on a Friday, and it wasn't too busy, which was a plus. The only small downsides: my coffee took a bit longer than I expected, considering the shop wasn't very full, and I noticed their website doesn't list a menu, which would be super helpful. More seating would also be great since it's such a cozy space. Overall, I'd definitely come back for the vibe, the friendly service, and the quality of the coffee.

Yelp
My sister and I visited this morning for the first time ever. We arrived about 25 mins after they opened, and the two girls working today, October 30th, were SO SWEET! I wish I had asked for their names, but please make sure they know that they made mine and my sister's day with their warm welcomes and beautiful energies the second we walked in! The pastries and coffee they suggested were delicious. I will definitely be back soon!! :) :)

Leo C.

Yelp
Coffee Muse hit the spot. I had the Mexican mocha and it was tasty with just the right spice. We also tried the salted foam maple on a staff recommendation and it was great. Customer service was friendly and quick. We were greeted right away with a smile. I appreciated the cookies and the avocado toast too. Easy choice to come back. Also the roasting machine in the background was cool.
google avatar

Lucero C.

Yelp
nothing like grabing a , smooth cup of coffee with a sweet, smoky, and slightly bitter taste. It is a thin but well-blended coffee
google avatar

Day S.

Yelp
The only reason I'm giving 2 stars is because the cashier was friendly. That said, I'm extremely disappointed with the chai. What happened to it? There's no color to it now, it's basically milk. It's disgusting, and I feel like I wasted my money. This is nothing like the chai I used to enjoy here, and unfortunately, I won't be returning.
google avatar

Yelp
Very friendly staff and chill place to hangout (both indoor & outdoor) in downtown Santa Ana. Great coffee and avocado toasted was fantastic. Perfect to start out the day.
google avatar

Yelp
4th street in Santa is already vibe, coffee muse fits in perfectly. Went in real quick enjoyed our dirty chai, matcha and their delicious chocolate chip cookie that didn't last 2 seconds. Great spot inside with tables and chairs. The staff are also a vibe as they enjoy themselves in the back kitchen but so still be aware of their customers, you can tell they have regulars on how they greet each guest. Such a great spot definitely our go to.
google avatar

Peter T.

Yelp
Coffee was ok but the blueberry cookie was pretty good, I'll only go back if I'm in the area
google avatar

Huda B.

Yelp
I love Coffee Muse. Tons of selections of coffee and teas for the connoisseurs, friendly service, and AMAZING baked goods. Their cookies are so creative and delicious and their croissants are perfectly flaky. Not tons of room to sit inside but it is also connected to a co-op shop that, when open, is fun to peruse.
google avatar

T. T.

Yelp
I stop in whenever I'm in this part of town. Friendly service and they're more than willing to remake your drink if it's off. I like browsing the little shops it's attached to while I wait for my latte. Plenty of outdoor seating with eye-catching mural art to hang with someone or vibe solo.
google avatar

Jenesa B.

Yelp
I love how this coffee spot is connected to another part of the building that has other businesses too. The place has always been clean and neat. Smells so nice too notes of vanilla and bakery goods and coffee will the air. I've never had any issues coming here. The staff have always been very nice and have great attitude. They do the best they can when it does get a bit crowded. They're amazing! They open at 6:30am-6:00pm, M-TH; F-SU they open at 6:30am-7pm. The time at which they open is great because I got into work early during the week. My favorite here aside from the bakery goods is their avocado toast. It's filling and I for beverage I switch between the vanilla latte and the Mexican mocha. Iced and hot both taste delicious! If you're in the area, come by and visit. Your taste buds will be dancing!

Yelp
Zero problem solving at the counter and lacking any customer service. I was attempting to order and get the code for the bathroom for my 2 kids who really needed to go after a long drive at same time. The counter simply could not figure it out and was adamant that my order be completed first (you try to look at a menu and deal with two kids who are dying to go to the bathroom) so I took my business elsewhere to a place that was super accommodating...thank you Hopper and Burr, peace out Coffee Muse. UPDATE: please know the facts before responding. I was at the register, no line, no one waiting, your order taker not busy or with another task. I asked nicely for the code, was told I'll take your order first, I said I'll order when I have a chance to look at menu but would like the code so my kids can go to bathroom while I'm looking. Same response, so I left. I can see why your counter staff acts the way they do, seems to come from the top. No need to reply further, I won't be back and you won't have to worry about it.

Yelp
My girlfriend and I ordered the iced honey nut Cheerio latte and we loved it. It was sweet and it really did taste like a honey nut Cheerio. The baristas were friendly and helpful and the service was relatively fast. I love how this coffee shop is inside a cute store that I love to look around at.

Yelp
Quaint coffee shop in Santa Ana. I'm from NY and not only found the staff inviting but their Mexican Coffee was delicious!
google avatar

Shauntina S.

Yelp
Stopped by here for some pastries. U was hoping for an ice tea- but they didn't have any. I did get a few cookies and they were delicious! Service was fast and easy. Its a spot connected to a unique shopping area. Its fun to shop while you wait for a drink!
google avatar

Yelp
Great coffee shop in DTSA. Fresh baked goods and the best coffee. The staff here are always friendly too.
google avatar

Takeshi H.

Yelp
Coffee establishment are popping up all over the place in the ever expanding downtown Santa Ana food scene. Located just outside of the 4th Street market (aka Collective2one9) lies Coffee Muse which shares a space with a retail store. It's a small but clean space with a mini sit down bar set up in the rear. Service is polite and patient but not necessarily efficient as appear to be methodical in their craft. The price point is on average but the beverage - an iced vanilla chai - was rather unusual and not of a pleasurable taste. It was unlike any other chai had before but not in a positive way and not what had expected from perusing the majority of reviewer opinions. Perhaps this was an off day but would be hesitant to return again for the experience.
google avatar

Jazmin P.

Yelp
Every time I come in to get my coffee, the space is always vibrant, friendly and clean. Service is quick and staff is very welcoming. They have various kinds of pastries, cookies, etc. As well as, specialty lattes, teas, etc. I personally get an iced americano and sometimes pair it with one of their cookies, never disappoints! :)
google avatar

Yelp
Coffee Muse is a must visit anytime we're in Orange County. They are located in a great spot right in Downtown Santa Ana. A light, bright, welcoming coffee shop with pastries and various toasts. Last time we visited I tried both the iced matcha latte and the dirty vanilla chai. Both were amazing. You can tell they use great ingredients and take the time to make things right. The in-house coffee is absolutely delicious as well. For food I got the berries and cream cheese toast. This is one huuuuge slice of sourdough. Super yummy and the mix of the cream cheese, honey, nuts and berries was perfection. I also tried one of their pumpkin muffins which was ultra moist and packed with spiced goodness. Can't wait to go back next time we're in OC!
google avatar

Mahmut E.

Yelp
Good coffee shop. They have some good varieties. I tried the Mexican blend, it was okay. Will try others next time. They also have variety of teas. Service was very good. They have seating inside and outside. Street parking. There is Wi-Fi and restroom for customers.

Yelp
There are a lot of great choices for coffee in downtown but Muse is #1. Best coffee and best people. (Also, the croissants have zero competition anywhere.)

Carmen M.

Yelp
I have been in multiple times and can honestly say the coffee is always delicious as well as the pastries. I don't know if the pastries are made there but they're good. On my recent visit I had the Honey Nut Cheerios latte with extra shots of espresso. Glad I tried it. There's a little store inside with cute little Knick Knacks to look at while waiting for your coffee. It's definitely one of the best coffee shops in Santa Ana with great customer service.
google avatar

Chad K.

Yelp
Their cookies are on point. I recommend the PB&J cookie which will take you back right to childhood with big globs of peanut butter and jelly right in the middle. I have also had the Blueberry Delight and the Chocolate Chip, but the PB&J was my favorite. Get the 3 for $7 deal. The coffee was good, not mind-blowing, but it was a decent espresso drink. I ordered the Honey Nut Cheerios Latte, which I guess I just had these high expectations for because of the name. I thought it was going to be this Milk Bar cereal milk creation of gastronomy, but it was a Honey Latte with oat milk that tasted more to the oat milk side than the espresso side. I have had one of those before. Why the bombastic name? Either way, it was fine. I hope to try more of their unsweetened options next time so I can fully enjoy their roast since they roast on site. Next time, pour over or cold brew for sure!
google avatar

Donna L.

Yelp
It was hard to find the location because there wasn't a big sign that stood out, but I saw people enjoying some drinks inside. I thought it was a clothing shop. It has a nice variety of drinks on the menu as well as pastries. I ordered a matcha latte with almond milk. The shop uses Califia brand almond milk and oat milk for their nut milk options. The shop is clean and you get a lot of lighting. Not a large crowd inside.
google avatar

Yelp
This cafe is located in downtown Santa Ana, close to the 4th Street Market. I absolutely loved my experience here. The baristas are awesome - great vibes, great energy, super helpful - I can tell they love their jobs! I ordered the Mocha Velvet Mocha which was super delicious. I was contemplating which cookie to order and the barista was kind enough to share with me that they had a deal, 3 cookies for $7, so I totally took advantage and ordered the PBJ, chocolate chip and pecan praline cookies. I would recommend them all. I got to experience something pretty cool during my visit. Ricky was at the roasting machine. Had a good chat with him about parking and about Coffee Muse. There's a parking structure around the corner with 2 hours free parking. And he shared the insight that everything in Coffee Muse is made in house, including the jam on the PBJ cookie! I'm in love! I also got to record the freshly roasted beans! That was soooo cool to watch! Thanks for letting me record! Heads up - the cafe is where the beautiful bright art is! There's 2 entrances on each corner and there's a few tables to sit and enjoy your treats.

Irasema R.

Yelp
I love love this place! I came at least once a week and the staff is amazing:) especially Ms Jasmine

Joanne M.

Yelp
Great coffee options. Deff coming back to get other drinks. Had the honey nut cheerio latte with oatmilk. Staff informed me of their drinks and options. Cute spot that includes small shop items customer Cute stuff . Clean area
google avatar

Linnette R.

Yelp
I came here after eating wursthaus. The people were helpful since I couldn't decide what to get. I got a vanilla dirty chai. It was easy to place an order and get my coffee. It's inside an area that has multiple shop sections. There are tables and seats available.

Melissa P.

Yelp
Cookies were freshly baked and incredibly delicious. They were soft and not dried at all. The coffee was strong, just what I needed that day. The worker was friendly and helpful. Pb&J cookie and blueberry walnut cookie were amazing and delicious.

Erika N.

Yelp
Fragrant delicious coffee, the perfect way I like to have it. Coffee is always fresh a must stop place when I'm in the area. Friendly and excellent customer service. I wish it was a fast and easy convenient location but parking makes it hard. It is still worth the hassle to park.
google avatar

Celena C.

Yelp
My sister raves about this coffee shop and now I know why! I loved my iced honey matcha and thier pb&j cookie is chefs kiss! Definitely will be visiting again :)
google avatar

Lucy O.

Yelp
Wonderful little coffee shop in DT Santa Ana. Their avocado toast is simple yet one of the best I've had. I loved the thick and chewy artisan bread they use. The avocado on top was seasoned well and had a little bit of hot sauce on top. Unfortunately, they didn't have cream cheese for the artisan toast with cream cheese and berries that I ordered. However, their friendly staff was able to custom make an artisan toast with peanut butter and berries for me. It had plenty of peanut butter and a lot of berries drizzled with honey and topped with bits of almonds. I'm glad I ordered the iced vanilla latte. It was strong and had a light vanilla flavor that wasn't too overpowering. I was able to order mine with almond milk. The coffee shop is smaller but does have a few tables inside. You are also able to support small business when you visit since they are located next to some cute little shops. They have metered parking right in front or you can park in a nearby parking structure.
google avatar

Angela S.

Yelp
First time trying Coffee Muse and I really enjoyed it. The girl taking my order was very helpful and sweet. I like that they bake all their pastries/ cookies there. The pb&j cookie alone was phenomenal and the coffee was actually really good. I'll definitely be back to try more items
google avatar

Yelp
1. The coffee was flavorful and delicious! 2. The spot has fun casual vibes as it also shares the space with a collective of vendors! 3. The staff was friendly and quick with my drink! Note: There are nearby parking structures that are free on the Weekdays between 7 am and 5 pm! These parking structures are also free for 2 hours on the weekend! Photo: Iced Honey Nut Cheerios

Yelp
Came in to get a coffee and hang out. Had to use the restroom and asked if I could get the code and then order. The worker told me he won't give me the code until I ordered a coffee. Place isn't a place you can sit and enjoy your coffee either. Coffee was okay, for $9 and the attitude I would expect a little better.
google avatar

Kristie H.

Yelp
I came here on a Saturday morning to get some work done but didn't realize they didn't have many tables with outlets around the seating area. I would definitely say that it's more so of a place to catch up than to get work done. I got the honey cheerios latte which comes with oat milk so super glad I didn't have to pay extra with that! I'm not sure what I was expecting but it was just a honey oat latte. I would say if you're in a rush, this isn't somewhere to go because the wait time was relatively long as expected for a Saturday morning. It's mostly street parking available for the shop but there's a parking structure where it's free for the first 2 hours!
google avatar

Susan M.

Yelp
Friendly staff, good vibes, and solid iced oat latte! Love the name of this coffee shop.
google avatar

Celine D.

Yelp
Service was wonderful! 5/5 Drink- Iced Honey Nut Cheerios with Almond milk 3/5. It was not my favorite, didn't have that hearty flavor you would expect. It is made with oat milk originally, so it would be better probably if it was not made with almond milk. Cinnamon was a nice touch! Interior- 4/5. Super cool and downtown-esque! Great windows for natural lighting. There is a small shop inside but it seemed to be closed when I arrived around 9:15am. Not much seating at all, so this is not a place to study or catch up with peers. Parking- downtown Santa Ana, so there is paid street parking.

Yelp
Treats and mint mocha was amazing!!! Cute little store cubbies to walk around while sipping your drink. Really interesting layout of the whole area.
