"Located just off the reception area of the tasteful and well-appointed Hotel Colani, Colani Bistrot is the alternative to the fine dining restaurant. The food served here – Mediterranean cuisine with a local twist. We can certainly recommend the "Ravioli of the Day". Meat eaters should ask about the main dish centred on venison or veal – showcasing a different cut every day. A lovely, warm, cosy and traditional restaurant with fantastic service. The beef and chips were superb and the capuns was packed with flavour. Our waiter was fabulous also. I would definitely recommend this restaurant to a friend!

We loved this stübli! We had a veal sausage, rösti with veal and mushroom sauce and lamb shank cooked in the oven. Everything was perfect, including the side dishes (spinach and beans). Great service and cozy atmosphere.

We had a delicious meal here - classic Swiss dishes cooked fresh and nicely presented, lovely atmosphere and good service. There was also an extensive kids menu and colouring pencils to keep the kids entertained while they waited. We will definitely be back next time we are in Pontresina.

Tatsächlich das einzige Restaurant in Pontresina, welches Mitte April geöffnet war! Wir wurden nicht enttäuscht und unser Besuch hat sich gelohnt. Sehr freundlicher Empfang und Service. Da wir (viel zu früh) vor der Mittagszeit eingetreten sind, wurden wir NICHT weggewiesen, sondern es wurde uns angeboten, einen Apero in der gemütlichen Lounge einzunehmen. In der Zwischenzeit wurde unser Tisch im Colani Stübli bereitgestellt und wir wurden sogar vor 12.00 Uhr hineingebeten. Im Stübli duftete es fein nach Arvenholz. Das Essen war ausgezeichnet und der Herr im Service rundete den gelungenen Aufenthalt ab. Wir waren so zufrieden, dass wir vom Essen gar keine Fotos gemacht haben. Es bleibt aber auch so in bester Erinnerung :-)
