Big menu and many burger options. Staff was great. Only downside was when food came it was the wrong side and burger was overdone (ordered med rare). Will update if we give them another try.

Decided to stop for an impromptu lunch and it did not disappoint. I always order the mac and cheese and add bacon. It’s pretty good. My husband try’s a new burger each time- Our server was excellent and kept our drinks coming.

We were in Phoenix for work and this place was across the street from our hotel and it looked good. There was 6 of us so not a small group but not a large one either, but our waitress took care of us. We all ordered different burgers but there were no complaints and they good. My bacon and PB&J burger was surprisingly good, but a little messy. The bartender did good with my 2 drinks. Even though it was a Tuesday night and the restaurant was half full, considering that there was 6 of us, it did not take long to get our food. It was chill place that has huge list of burgers, lots of TVs and good food and drink.

I didn't eat this time just had an iced tea but my friend had a really good pretzel with sauce and a bloody Mary that she said was good. Our server was very nice and gave me a refill as soon as my tea was gone. She was sweet not to rush us as we stayed in the pleasant atmosphere to visit for a while. Very busy place but not noisy and very relaxing.

We tried this place one night for happy hour 3pm to 6pm. They have a special right now called the Century Burger. Very delicious burger. The fries were cold but the tator tots were perfect. They are pretty much burgers but have some other sandwiches and entrees. On Mondays you can get you Mac and Cheese any way you want for one price all extras are free on Mondays. We had Angel as our server and she was fantastic. We enjoyed the experience so much we returned on Monday to try the build your own Mac and Cheese. The Mac and Cheese was delicious, They give you enough to feed two people. I ordered the Ring Of Fire which was picture perfect. The Onion Rings were not up to standard but they replaced them quickly and with no issues. Our meal was fantastic. Our server the second time was Audra and Delaney they were fantastic. Very helpful and friendly. The restaurant was clean as were the restrooms. Cannot wait to return.

Everything is great. I've been coming here frequently for a year, and it stays consistent. Great food, great drinks, and great hospitality.

Managers are unprofessional. We told the waiter no tomatoes on the salad, which I’m sure she relayed to the kitchen. Our salad came and my wife mixed it up and began eating until her mouth started to itch. She looked closely and there were tomato seeds all over her salad. We told one manager and he apologized, took the salad back and wouldn’t charge us for it. My wife had to go into the restroom to wash out the tomato seeds and her face and throat were reacting to the food allergy. I told another manager and he didn’t believe there were tomatoes on her salad. He also claimed the other manager didn’t see tomato seeds on the salad and neither did the kitchen staff. We told him we showed the other manager and he acted as if we were lying. I let him know if that’s the case we are not coming back and he got upset and walked off to the back. I didn’t see either manager come back out and I waited to confirm with the first one that took her plate. I waited for a bit but they did not come out, we paid for our food and left. We’ve been here plenty of times and we had good service but this is the last time we will go. We were celebrating my wife’s birthday and unfortunately they ruined the dinner experience.

First time here after being in the valley for 3 years. SYDNEY was at our service . She did not miss any beat. Took care of everything with excellence. Me and my wife maya appreciate you and wish you the best. I got the mushroom burger which I get every where and wife got the blue cheese burger. Beer selection was great 🇺🇸

Yelp
Our last visit here chandler blvd i-10 was about two weeks ago. For the most part it's usually a good time here, good food, good beer. The happy hour deals summer shandys and burgers always a hit delicious, fries, beers were always a nice treat. I'm gonna go on a rant here about things they can improve: ABNORMALLY long wait times and it wasn't really that busy! maybe only a few people in the whole restaurant. This happened to us a few times. LONG WAIT TIMES to cash out. Not sure if they're understaffed or horsing around or who's even managing. You'll be at the table and looking around there's no staff around. Usually a group of people by the door so when someone does come out, they get busy with that and disappear again. SMALL PORTIONS and/or STONE COLD FRESH plated to us dining-in . I had them take it back and they brought us out fresh ones. NO SHADE in parking lot. But water misters and inside is usually nice. We were local , came in quite a bit. Staff didn't really make an effort to connect or get to know us , like other businesses did. Not really a requirement, but it would've been nice since we worked graveyard and didn't have much interaction with people. One time, a staff member, i'm assuming a manager told us that we could not bring our Starbucks drink inside had to leave it in the hot car. We were planning to buy a lot of beverages and food. Only reason I brought it in so it wouldn't melt working graveyard. We had to get one before they closed for our shift. So we just left and went somewhere else. Our last few visits went good. It's a real pain sometimes just waiting around for them to acknowledge you or pay your bill. Seems like they're understaffed or the back.

Yelp
I'm not sure why CB&CBs at this location has a 3 star rating average. I guess being average is OK? I usually end up at Cold Beer and Cheeseburgers either: A) Post Cardinals game meal and MORE beer, or, B) Lunch vibes with chance of day drinking. Can't say I can point to any one thing that is outstanding on the menu, but I *can* say that everything I've had has been 4-5 star quality and taste. And I've never got the same thing twice. Oh, and they have plenty of beers and plenty of barstools, but be warned: Waits for refill of wobble pops could take awhile during lower staffing times (mid-days), so adjust refills accordingly.

Yelp
Wont be back!! $15.00 + for frozen patties is absurd. Haylee and The crew are great, this is not their fault at all but if I'm going to pay that much money for a burger, the least it can or should be is fresh. This is my 3rd time in and well...I'm good. In-n-Out and 5 guys have fresher meat.. i know management knows the deal but for this $$ & quality I can throw Bubbas Burgers on the grill

Yelp
On our way to the airport because we catch flights and not feelings we stopped by and decided to grab a quick bite. Usually CB&C is not my favorite because the service is slow but I took a chill pill and decided if the plane decides not to plane, (I'm writing this review in 2025 where USA has had a gaggle of plane incidents) at least I had a dang good burger. Thankfully all went well and I landed at my destination and I'm writing my review. We grabbed items to share because I'm trying to impress Liv Schmidt and you know what I didn't leave the restaurant feeling like an elephant. The steakhouse burger was delicious, we got a pretzel bun because why not live a little and I took some of the garlic from the garlic parm fries and it was the most perfect glorious bite I've ever experienced. Please tell me if you try this lol. The wings were great not too hot and not too sweet. I def reached for the carrots and celery which did a great job of calming the spice quickly. 5 stars for tonight thanks CB&C

Yelp
Service was great. But food...hell no! We had pickles, onion rings and prime rib sliders. Found live fruit flies in our prime rib sliders! Server said they are hard to get rid of. Had the nerve to still charge us $35!! Bugs in our food??? Wanted to know if we still wanted to eat out onions rings? Um...NO! Bugs aren't on my list of approved foods.

Yelp
Went for a ufc fight. Was seated when available but server tried to over charge us by 3 beers. Manager came out and agreed but didn't show himself. Def a place would not come again and not managed well

Yelp
Was pretty impressed with food. Got the teriyaki chicken sandwich. Omg was soo dang good. I useless don't eat all my food but finished the whole thing. Great service loved the while bar vibe.

Yelp
I loved this place. My fiance and I moved to Chandler from California 3 months ago. We would drive by this place, laugh, and say how much we loved the name because it's straight forward. We visited for the first time on May 31 for an early dinner. When we walked in it was pretty busy but they were able to seat us at a booth right away. There are so many televisions in this joint. You can watch whatever sporting event you want from any and every angle. The restaurant is casual but has good vibes. Everyone's just there to unwind and have fun. For drinks, my fiance and I each got the draft beer of the month, Dos Equis. For food, we split a BBQ burger with chips and a side of the garlic parmesan fries. The burger was so good that we forgot to take a photo of it and ate it very quickly. We were also fans of the garlic parmesan fries. The chips were better than a lot of house made chips I have had in the past but as my fiance says, "I've never ordered chips and enjoyed them". Next time we would just get fries instead. I remember the bathroom was pretty clean. I also saw a poster in there about milkshakes and I think I might try one next time.

Yelp
I went to this location for lunch while here for a conference. From the time I sat down to when I paid was 90 minutes! I sat at the bar and there were never more than 5 people there. The waitress would leave to do lord knows what but at one point she was gone for over 10 minutes! I'd order a beer and she wouldn't pour it. She'd check someone out, clean up, take an order, whatever. Then it took 30 minutes for a lunch special to come out! How long does it take to make a chicken sandwich? Anyway, beware of this joint for lunch!

Yelp
It's a cute place to go and grab some drinks with friends. We had a good time here. Service wasn't excellent by any means but they were busy. I didn't eat but everything others at the table had looked good and everyone seemed to enjoy their food. I would come back to hang out. They have a nice outdoor seating area as well.

Yelp
Typical sports bar. We liked that they play UFC fights. Not every bar pays for that. They were playing Diamond backs and other games on all tv's. It was trivia night, which was pretty cool. They had a game host go around asking people if they were interested in playing and few of the Food was below average especially for the price. Tots were nasty and bland something off for sure. We did like the chips that come with each meal. If you want any other side it's extra (tots, onions rings, fries, coleslaw).. The the prime sliders were okay. Nothing special. The au jus helped with flavor and salt. The burger was plain. The serve definitely messed up that order. She was friendly but she forgot things and did not double check. The burger was supposed to be double stacked and instead she put that it should be double bacon?! Not sure how you can mishear the 2! We noticed right away but also didn't want to wait so started eating and let her know to make sure we weren't charged for the patty! We liked the Margarita most! We had a few of those and they were pretty strong.

Jasmine M.

Yelp
The food wasn't as amazing as I thought it'd be. I've been there three times-not by choice might I add. The staff provided bare minimum service.

Tom S.

Yelp
I've been coming to the Chandler Blvd location since they opened. I eat here 2 to 3 times a month with my wife and a couple of grandchildren. The service is hit and miss. That's not a real issue. I used to love the onion rings but they've been terrible the last 6 months. I always get the all American burger and onion rings. Went there today and the hamburger buns were stale and the onion rings were cold again. Not sure if i want to go back.

Linda S.

Yelp
Service was slow burger buns were stale onion rings were cold . Service has never been great and food has gone downhill

Yelp
Holy cow! Them's some nachos!! Service was great! Lots of TVs to watch all your favorite games, too.

Yelp
Cool sports bars with good food. The burgers are really good and love the tots. Lots of TVs throughout the restraint for your sports enjoyment. Server was very attentive.

Yelp
I have family in from out of town and one of them is super picky about food. Pretty much I have to find restaurants that have good menus for five year olds, lol. Anyway, we were going to be at the outlet malls and this was pretty convenient to stop in here for lunch. I knew it would be super busy on a Saturday but we were seated very quickly and our server got our drinks ordered pretty quickly. I had the buffalo chicken sandwich with coleslaw and my husband had the Asian chicken salad. Mine was super tasty, although the coleslaw is very heavy on the mayo, almost like soup. Husband said the Asian chicken salad was good, but not amazing. of course, my Michelob ultra was icy cold, yay! Relatives had grilled chicken sandwiches and fries and everyone was decently happy. Everything's pretty pricey right now, the buffalo chicken sandwich was a little over $16 I believe and seems to be the new norm these days. I will say that service was very efficient and she was super friendly. Lots of sports on the TVs and it was definitely very loud in there. Almost too loud to have a conversation with the person next to you. we do like Cold beer and cheeseburgers and will definitely be back.

Yelp
I've enjoyed coming to this location in Ahwatukee to watch some local sports. Cold Beer & Cheeseburgers is one of my favorite spots to grab a bite and watch NFL on Sundays. The food is pretty good and they have tons of Hi-Definition flat screens TVs all over the restaurant. Service is sometimes a hit or miss at some locations. But so far no issues here. Cold Beers & Cheeseburgers started out in Scottsdale and has expanded to over a dozen locations across the Valley. I have tried quite a few of their cheeseburgers. The Ring of Fire, Arizona, PB&J, and Bacon Bleu are some of my favorites. All sandwiches come with chips and you have to pay extra to upgrade to fries or tots. Cold Beer & Cheeseburgers has a pretty good M-F happy hour and a nice variety of beers on tap. Even though they promote beer in their name, CB & CB is pretty family friendly. If you are a sports fan, this is a great stop for you on gamedays.

Souvir B.

Yelp
Food : average and pricey Service : average and inconsiderate We sat outside and were having beers and wings(10 for $18), when the misters turned on the water from it just poured on us and on our food and beer. Then they turned off the mister but the water kept dripping on us. After talking with waitresses who personally didn't care that the food was all drenched and beer had the mister water they moved us in. There was no apology .. all they wanted us to buy more beer and more food.. never coming back here

Yelp
A friend picked this spot because he said the burgers were the "best ever". Don't get me wrong, it was a good burger but, not sure I agree with him. Yes, it was cooked the way that I ordered, the salad was fine, but none of it was something I would have to seek out/worth a long drive. Great if you are in the area, solid offering. Pro tip, maybe skip the appetizer, or maybe just skip the fried pickles, which seemed like they were pulled from a reach-in and reheated. Like many places, they seemed to be understaffed, be patient with your server - ours was hustling all over the joint and definitely doing her best to help the massive amount of tables she had. While this isn't a burger I would lust after, overall, the food was worth the wait.

Maria P.

Yelp
Our service was great. The fries are fantastic fresh and hot. I had the road house burger. Chili was delicious. Burger could have been a little juicier but overall the experience was great. Tvs everywhere if you need to watch a game

Yelp
The power went out tonight just as I was starting to make dinner. I'd put rice in the rice cooker and was grabbing a bag of frozen peas from the freezer. With soccer practice looming, we didn't have much time to wait around and see what was going to happen. We gave the kidlets a few options from the list their parents provided us and they chose this one as a place they'd been and knew they liked the food. We were seated right away, which was good news for us but we watched as they got increasingly busier. Power outage effects? The Wednesday night special for unlimited toppings on a burger? Who can know for certain. We each ordered a customized burger. I got mine with a pretzel bun, blue cheese and bacon. It was excellent. The bun had good pretzel flavor, something that I've found can be hit or miss. Toppings were generous. The chips were also excellent. I snagged an onion ring from my husband's plate and, though it was good, I think the chips were the better choice. Our server was great. She was clearly busy but we never lacked anything and she was quick with the check when requested and then with leftover boxes. It was on the pricey side for dinner for four, but everyone was happy and only the youngest and I didn't finish our meals. (I will say, at the risk of sounding prudish, I wish the Wednesday night special was named something other than Pimp Your Burger. I get it - big fan of West Coast Customs and Pimp My Ride on MTV, but giving a 13 year old and 11 year old their burger ordering slips to fill out themselves felt a little awkward with that printed across the bottom.)

Martin C.

Yelp
The jumbo pretzel is average, too soft, and the cheese sauce is too watery, needs mire cheese. The chicken tenders are downright awful. The batter for the tenders is so breads and doughy it makes it hard to eat
google avatar

Shannon S.

Yelp
This was my first visit to this place and I wasn't disappointed. Went on a Saturday, around 6p and was seated immediately. The server came quickly and took our order. The appetizer came quickly, and it was good. The Totchos have Buffalo chicken and blue cheese. The main dish came soon after. I ordered the burger medium, however it came well done, but I didn't send it back, no biggie. I was expecting a good amount of shaved pastrami, but it came with 2 slices of it, again, no biggie. The burger was flavorful. The pastrami was good, as was the cole slaw and dressing on the burger. My only dissatisfier is that it took our waitress a looooooong time to come back and notice we needed some boxes and the check. We were sitting there for a good amount of time. While this is a good spot for sports watching, it was a bit on the pricey side for what we got.

Yelp
After a round of golf at the Legacy GC, us guys were hungry and decided to eat lunch before we headed home. I never tried a CB & C; so we agreed on coming here. Plus we're getting a CB & C in Maricopa and I wanted to know what they're about. There was a sign of one of their specials on the front door for a Mushroom Swiss Cheeseburger; so that's what I elected to order. The other guys ordered cheeseburgers and a green chile cheeseburger. Of course I had to have a cold one with it. Let me tell you right off; when I saw my burger come out, I was drooling. That first bite was a mouthful of gooey cheese, juicy mushrooms, and perfect medium cooked burger in a tangy sauce, which I found out later was their teriyaki sauce. Talk about an explosion of flavors! That was one of the best burgers I tried. The fries were well seasoned, hot, and crispy. I can't wait for the one in Maricopa to open. The bar is set high, so I hope Maricopa's will be just as good!

Yelp
The food is very good! Highly recommend the buffalo chicken eggrolls and the Steakhouse burger! Staff was friendly and efficient!
google avatar

Lorenia W.

Yelp
Server was friendly, attentive, and had great recommendations. We went with the happy hour burger special and two draft beers, Wren house special! Burger was delicious- crisp cold rinsed lettuce, Thin slices of tomato, grilled onions and cheese melted all the way through! We split sweet potato tots and regular fries. Both were crispy and salty, best combo! Food came out quickly too. Great first impression from the bar staff and kitchen. We'll be back when it's busy...

Yelp
We ordered the food for delivery on Yelp. Delivery was amazing. Came on time and they were kind. The packaging was great. Love that you get a good amount of sauces. Two of us were eating. We were trying to find our easily accessible bar food. We split the food. Ring of fire burger with French fries and chicken egg rolls. Burger- 6 it was good. Needed more seasoning. It had lots of bread but hell there was lots of burger so I'm happy. I wish it was spicier but delicious. The temperature wasn't right on our burger but we tried it anyways. Fries - 3 they were an okay texture and had no flavor. Egg roll "oh no. That's a zero. That's a zero." The texture was soggy for the breading and dry moist chunks in the chicken. Unsure of the taste as the texture caused us to both spit it out. We were really looking forward to them but it's a no from us. We had to brush our teeth.
google avatar

Yelp
Started the meal with "Big Azz Nachos" and they came came out really good, I like the platting they created for this dish. Id stray away from the fried pickles, somehow didn't taste like fried pickles . Good place for a good appetizer

Yelp
This place has the shittiest service of anyplace in Ahwatukee. I have been sitting at the bar for 6 minuets with not even a how's it going. It's not busy, it's not understaffed, it's not a holiday weekend at rush hour. I've tried to give this place the benefit of the doubt but DON'T. It just isn't worth the effort for shit service. This isn't the first time I've been totally underwhelmed with the service here. I'd give it a zero stars if that was a thing.
google avatar

Debbie B.

Yelp
We ordered a burger and wings and although both were good, they were just "average" and we didn't think they were worth the high prices. I don't mind paying extra for food if it is high quality but unfortunately it was good but not great. The service was good and the staff was friendly so that helps somewhat surpass the expensive food. The ambience is nice for a sports bar and there are plenty of TV's to watch. The acoustics could be better as it was quite loud but somewhat normal for a sports bar.
google avatar

Holli A.

Yelp
First time here and definitely my last. The service was ok. The burgers were over cooked, not cooked to order. I ordered the Steakhouse burger. The toppings were great...my burger was well done. The chips were awful. There were fresh warm chips mixed with stale cold ones. I had a long day at work and did not to wait for my meal to be re-prepared.
google avatar

Yelp
this is my first post I hate it is negative this place is so bad when it comes to serving people who really enjoy sports. it's the Stanley cup playoff finals No sound now I understand not everyone is into hockey but as I'm looking at the game with headphones using an app for the sound the bartender just changed the game on me after being there for two hours and when I asked for a manger he completely dismissed me and I left , called the dozen friends that we're going to meet me to go to another place. If anyone at corporate is reading this you lost the business of many locals in a neighborhood that supports local we just will support other local bars. Your manager is bad
google avatar

K'ana Heik S.

Yelp
Expensive food, very slow service, and the "specials" have dis-qualifiers they don't mention until your check comes. Always too busy, no time for customers, I would strongly recommend some of the other local bars nearby, where customers actually matter, for some reason. Also, don't get any of the menu items, they are unfirmly awful. Take one of the required custom forms instead, it'll save time.

Lisa A.

Yelp
We arrived at 9:15. It said they closed at 10. No one came to serve us. We had to get the different server to help. Then when I asked for a refill on my iced tea, the server said it was thrown out. When my husband asked for another beer as he was still eating, they said oh sorry we already closed no warning or last call. More interested in leaving than customer service. The bartender is inattentive and did nothing to assist or tell us about last call.
google avatar

Debora D.

Yelp
Food is always delicious, but on the pricey side (for me). That's why I only get take out, so I don't have to add a big tip, or I wouldn't be able to enjoy it. Hence, 4 stars. Plus, it can be somewhat crowded on weekend nights because it's so good, with a nice beer selection. But great if socializing is a factor for you. Handy location, but tricky access due to freeway ramps, may require a U-turn to get in or out. Takeout is hot and on time. Not familiar with wait staff or servers.
google avatar

Marc M.

Yelp
Skip the wings! I've been a fan of Cold Beers and Cheeseburgers for years now and have always been happy with their food and service. I've especially enjoyed the Buffalo wings, which have uniformly been plump and flavorful. Imagine my surprise when after picking up a takeout order and arriving home, the wings I ordered were easily half the size of the wings I've always ordered there. Of course the inflation-induced price rise only added to my disappointment. While the wings are still tasty, there are clearly other places where you'll get decent sized wings at a reasonable price. This is a real disappointment, and while I'll happily order other items from CBCB's great menu, no more wings for this customer.

Don C.

Yelp
Service was a s.... show. Bartender took partial orders and over serving patrons. When pointed out to management that patrons who were being over served next to us. Patrons attacked myself and my girlfriend verbally and threats of physical violence.
google avatar

Robert G.

Yelp
They delivered on what their advertisement stated cold beer and burgers. I am from California and working in the area skipped lunch so I was starving this place was a great stop delicious drinks burger was so filling I wasn't going to finish it but then my co-worker bet I couldn't finish it so then it became personal I had to dig deep to find the space. Please note nothing but the plate and toothpick was left.

Yelp
This place has the best spicy chips around here. The name is Hell Fire Chips. They are a perfect snack for watching a game and they are also drenched in hot sauce. Just like I like em! Now don't get me wrong they are spicy. At first they are not but as you make your way through that plate of goodness you will feel it. The more you eat, the spicier they get. Also I love that they give you a good amount of chips and not just a tiny plate. Speaking of sports they have a good amount of TVs all around so that you can sit anywhere and be able to have a good view.
google avatar

Laura O.

Yelp
This is my first time here. It's over all clean and the workers are friendly. If I had questions they answered them. The food was very good. I ordered a cheeseburger and a side salad and my husband ordered an all American cheeseburger with fries. I gave this a 4 due to. If you want something it comes with chips but if you want fries or even a salad you have to pay an $2.00 up charge. I think for a salad I understand but not for fries. This place can be pricey so if it don't bother you then your good. Just for my cheeseburger and salad it was $17.00 good thing I didn't order a drink. I would go back again.

Katie T.

Yelp
We went tonight for dinner to take advantage of their free burgers for dads special. We've been several times in the past because the beer selection is great and there are so many TVs. Tonight was unfortunately a miss. My salad had someone's already sucked on Lemon Head candy in it. I wish I could say I was joking, but I was truly bewildered at how candy gets in a salad. Our waitress was lovely and took it away quickly and brought me a fresh one, but I was definitely disappointed. I don't think we'll be back any time soon.

Yelp
Pretty fun place! The staff, most of them are nice, aside from the one that hosted us. She had RBF (look it up) and seemed to want to be elsewhere. Didn't ruin our time though! The wings weee meh and seemed to have been frozen and then microwaved. Not fresh. Beers was good and the wings and fries were fresh. Burgers were really good! Not a bad place but with the staff being half in the game, it was a noted difference. Making it a priority to come back, not really. Maybe out of convenience but that's about it. Our skinny blonde waitress never really checked up on us. So we had to flag down the others for beer and food. Oh well.....

Yelp
Waited 10 minutes before the "waitresses" that walked past us literally 10+ times took our drink order. Then another 10+ minutes waiting on our beers to arrive; literally had to ask for my beer and then told them to cancel it because it was setting on the counter for the entire time. The waitress then can me a "free" beer bc they were looking for a case in the back! Then I asked is it "cold" yes. It was room temp. Coming to a place that's called "cold beers & cheeseburgers" ha ha ha The service is so horrendous we will never come back! The staff has no sense of urgency or care. On a side note "bathrooms" - no hand soap and had to request them to refill - waited for at least 10 minutes. Order a burger and onion rings - and side of ranch.... And of course had to ask -then- wait for the side of ranch. Go to a different location! Burger okay and onion rings cold!

Yelp
We had a family lunch at the Maricopa location. I'd never been to their Valley restaurants and I was utterly surprised by their food choices. We decided to share some appetizers and the fried pickles were delish, spicy and hot. I tried the "Ring of Fire" burger. It was just spicy enough, cooked to (medium) perfection. Rather than fries I chose a side salad, my husband enjoyed his onion rings. It was one of the best burgers I've eaten in years. The service was great and we enjoyed sitting on their rather large patio. Thanks everyone! Next time I'll try one of your draft beers to go with my food.

Yelp
My 1st visit to CB&C. I picked up takeout which was good because they were crowded on Saturday night with their limited seating due to Covid. We got a burger & fries along with the pastrami with onion rings. Both of us complained the bread was old and dry. The burger patty was generous but the pastrami was not. When I picture a pastrami sandwich I picture it stacked high. I got 3 slices. The coleslaw was creamy and delicious but I think it outweighed the meat. Fries were just okay. Onion rings were delicious. I don't know that I would go back unless I was going to watch a game and try the apps. They did have a lot of big screen TVs.

Yelp
OVERPRICED. We ordered to-go, hence the packaging. ordered the Steakburger- caramelized onions avocado, & aioli sauce on a pretzel bun. As you can see from the pic... it doesn't look too appetizing with that over ripe (brown!) avocado. Honestly, the patty itself was dried out and expected way better quality for a $17 burger. Would say it's over priced and probably won't be going back. This spot is probably better for happy hour or to watch the game with some appetizers and beers but that's about it.

Yelp
Had a glowing review written up but after today I will never give them my money again. Heard about this place from other parents. I actually saw the business while picking up Cracker Barrel across the street but thought it was just a bar. Anywho...ordered via Yelp for pickup. Food was ready early (always a plus) and brought out to my car with a smile. Even when I asked for something extra. Was so impressed with the service and food that we ordered curbside 3 more times this week. So fast forward to visit #3...while the service was still great my food wasn't. The lettuce was beyond suspect and I received shredded chicken, not blackened. I'm not a fan of someone telling me what I am getting when I paid for something else. BUT...it was a one off. Decided to give them another chance. Waiting on my order today...they were slow. No problem. I have nowhere to be. But after 10 minutes the lady brings me my order and says "for future reference, due to Covid we prefer for customers to come in and pick up their food". IKYFL...She's just the messenger she said...How does that make sense. It's BECAUSE of Covid I don't want to come in. Make it make sense. This is exactly the type of policies that have AZ numbers high as hell. Idiotic! One less customer...

Yelp
I hate places that say they're open to a certain time but then because they're slow decide to close the kitchen. Probably the reason you have three star review. I walked in 30 minutes before closing time and I guess it's not cold beer and cheeseburgers just cold beer. Despite a three star review, I decided to give this place a chance and quickly realized why it has a three star review. Not a warm welcome, stood at the counter for a few minutes before somebody acknowledged I was there. I was then told they closed the kitchen because it was slow. Maybe the kitchen is slow because people have realize that quite often you close the kitchen if you're slow. One person at a time you've disappointed. It's okay, BJ's is open and it's happy hour. Food was great, staff was friendly and they never close the kitchen early. Did you know that Waffle House and Dennys have a 3.5 star average. Kinda sad you can't do better than Dennys.
