I get it… pictures can be deceiving. But this looks absolutely nothing like the picture. I ordered the surrender to strawberry with extra strawberries and extra yellow cake. There is an overload of ice cream for no reason!!… It won’t let me upload the video but there is dang there little to NO yellow cake…. I want a refund this is just unacceptable.

Cold stone creamery is delicious. I recommend joining their rewards program so you can earn perks such as a buy one get one free on your birthday. While I have not tried other flavors, I did enjoy the apple pie creation. The staff were friendly, parking is easy and I will definitely return.

We had ice cream here couple times. This time i decided to buy my mom’s birthday cake here. The ice cream cake was delicious! The only down turn is everything is little on the expensive side.

The cake inside the ice cream cake was hard and tasted stale. I went in to speak with a manager or owner. A worker said I could not call. Had to email only. I sent this email, with my phone number and email. It has been several weeks and no response at all. Never going to the Buckley location again. Here is the email; Hello Anjali, I had to let you know about the cake I picked up on Monday, 10/9. I have never had a bad cake from Coldstone before. The cakes are always so good. We even order a little larger cake so we will have enough for those wanting seconds. We have been ordering from Coldstone in Southlands. My daughter picks it up on her way home. I wanted to start ordering from your Buckley store because it is close to home and easier for me to get cakes. This cake was ordered with yellow cake. Something is wrong with your yellow cake. It was hard and very dry. It tasted old and stale. I suspect either you do not sell many yellow cakes and this one expired in your freezer. Or the cakes you have did not get rotated, and the newer inventory is used first. While this one sat and expired. The ice cream part of the cake is great as usual. We just have to cut the cake part off and discard it. I thought you should know. Thank you, Bob Hunt 3/12/2024 update. Never got ANY response from management or the owner. I ordered an "I love it" size through their online service. I went to pick it up and it was in good condition. After eating about a quarter way, I noticed there was another bowl on the inside of my love it cup. After seeing this I felt a bit ripped off.

I got a Doordash order of this after a rough day. I got a large custom order. They advised they were out of lids for their larger containers and divided it up in smaller with a kind note. I want to offer my highest recommendations. They were incredibly kind and having a realistic solution for something small was wonderful. It even fit better in my freezer. I called in to offer praise and the Manager on duty was so kind. It is something very simple to just order Ice Cream at the end of the day, and these people working did the extra mile to made sure our order was correct and to make the best out of something out of their control. Thank y'all.

We went to the store at 9:30 the store was already closed they said they were only taking delivery orders because they couldn’t keep up that is unprofessional

This place sucks. They get annoyed and don’t know how to make your order. I told him my daughter was allergic to cashews and pistachios. Told me they haven’t used it all day and was super annoyed by what I had said. She continued to make our order and it was all wrong. Love this place it’s over expensive and customer service sucks. You think when you work with customers, ice cream and kids, you would at least have a smile on your face and be kind to the children.

Really displeased with the service I received tonight. There were 3 parties before us and 3 after. Somehow two girls managed to cut in line because their boyfriend was behind the counter and prioritized their order over is. After we ordered, we waited to pay for 10 minutes before someone finally came over to ring us up while our shake was being made. We were forced to wait another 10 minutes after everyone cleared the establishment to speak to someone, only to be rudely cut off because a favorite customer of theirs entered and prioritized greeting them. Our shake had been in sitting in the blender the whole time. To the owners of this establishment, please teach your employees what real customer service is because this was not it.

All Cold Stones are currently out of cookie dough. There is some sort of shortage. I tried the berry berry berry sweet cream signature combination in the medium (Love it) size. The love it size is probably enough for 3 people. The worker here was super fast at mixing up our ice cream. I usually have to wait longer for the mixing part but I guess our mixer was just strong/quick. They sell small ice cream cakes here for $26, smoothies, and ice cream cookie sandwiches. The website says they close at 9 but they really close at 9:30PM.

Online ordering was easy and quick! We got three orders and everything tasted great! Satisfied every sweet tooth! Can't wait to go back again!

I have been going to this Cold Stone location since they opened and I have never been disappointed in the food or the service! The owner, Janie, does an excellent job at making and decorating cakes, they always look professionally done! I have called her on several occasions when I needed a specialty made custom cake at the last minute and she is very willing to help and is so pleasant. I always have my special occasion cakes made at this location and they are perfect and delicious! All of my family has their favorite type of ice cream cake; Cold Stone has so many varieties or you can create your own custom flavors. I give this location five stars for great customer service and satisfaction! Kelly C

Once. Just once, I wish they would hire someone who will actually mix the ice cream. That's why we go to Cold Stone, right? So they can mix the ice cream on the cold stone with the add ins so the ice cream doesn't melt. It's like getting an ice cream burrito, add in's clustered in the middle and ice cream on the outside. They can't even be bothered to break up things like Reese cups. If you get two kinds of ice cream it's like just getting two scoops, not mixed. Then they slop it into the cup with their ice cream covered hands, rarely bother to wipe it off, shove it in a bag and toss in your spoons. The issue is, when I get home with the bag it looks like I tossed the bag down the stairs. The ice cream is all over the inside of the bag. The spoons are sticky. The containers are sticky. I have to peel everything out of the bag, wipe it all down, and usually put it in my own bowl to mix it properly, so I'm not eating an ice cream burrito. Then it's a melted sloppy mess and I'm left wondering why I paid so much when I have to redo it at home. The kids are always polite here, but I'd rather less friendly employees and mixed ice cream. I never want to make a bad review for a small business, but it's just happened so many times.

5 stars based on ice cream shop only 1. Clean 2. Friendly staff 3. Several options available 4. Price - you get what you pay for. 5. Taste- ice cream is delicious. Plain or add ins. Go get some. I was glad we found this stop on Yelp. Yum!

We picked up ice cream to go via online order. The process was smooth and the ice cream was delicious! The staff even wrote a sweet message on the bag which we really appreciated

baby, you have come a long way! if you got the sweet tooth that needs to be tamed, this is the place. freshly made ice creams and sherbet that you can mix and add toppings to your likings. "like it" my favorite is sweet cream and strawberries mixed in with blueberries. sometimes i wish they use fresh blueberries when in season but... not here its consistently good and staffed by friendly people, perfect place to get the cravings under control.

If you get the sweet opportunity to meet the very beautiful Jessica, also referred to as Jess, (by her request), also nicknamed, (by me), J, then you have "made it"! This girl has it! Ive been impressed by her several times and every time I've been impressed! She does what she does with regard to me and you! Her personality is award winning, her looks are stunning, and her demeanor with regards to understanding the customer is invaluable! You would be foolish not to request "J" as your sweet tooth fixer! I hope you all have the pleasure of meeting her!! Btw, I highly recommend a "take it" size of their delicious cake batter ice cream mixed with Reese's peanut butter cups!

9-12-21. For grandparents day my granddaughters took me to your establishment for ice cream. They both states that the icee cream was watery and not as frozen as it usually is. They frequent your store a lot and found the quality subpar. In addition, the staff was not very friendly because they waited on customers that had Clearly and with their knowledge entered the store after us. I was disappointed because they were trying to do something nice for me and our experience in your store wasn't complimentary. Thanks for your time.

Ordered a cake online, and it was great! Looked fantastic and was delicious. Added bonus, this location lets you order a custom mini-cake (4").

Came here for my daughter's birthday as a treat because they have the sugar free option as I don't normally eat ice cream. Stinks to not be able to celebrate with her.

Everything you expect from a Cold Stone, delicious, big portions, a bit pricey but a delicious special treat! This space is a little dated compared to other Cold Stones I have been to but we aren't really here for the atmosphere just the ice cream. This location does have delightful service!

First time at this place .. the staff were so friendly and helped me pick something new - got the six-pack ice cream cupcakes!!!!!! So delicious ... will be back for more (and looking forward to an ice-cream birthday cake in November for my son)

The owner Jim is very rude and professional, I presented him a birthday coupon. He was very unprofessional and said the coupon was not his when the coupon clearly indicated his store. Also, the ice cream was more like a soup rather than ice cream. If you want unprofessional service and rude employees, then this is the ice cream shop for you. For you want a family friendly atmosphere then this store isn't for you. What a shame! Avoid this cold stone if you can!

I am always instantly welcomed when I step into this store! They have great customer service, and never make you feel rushed. I went in not knowing that Cold Stone is current not serving cookie dough and they helped my find an ice cream mix that I could replace with my regular cookie dough ice cream. I will defiantly be back.

What an awesome place!! My family goes here every couple months on special occasions (good grades, doing well in sports, etc.) and we have never been disappointed! The ice cream is delicious and the service cannot be beat! Every employee works quickly and is extremely nice and polite, which is rare in restaurants during this day and age. But the real thing that stands out to me is how great they are with food allergies! All you need to do is ask and they'll give you a binder with all of the updated ingredients and may contains of every single thing they serve. Plus, the employees will also make your ice cream in the back, with a fresh scoop, gloves, counter top, and a brand-new tub of ice cream and mix-ins. Highly recommend!

WORST SERVICE. Worst Attitude. Felt Discriminated cause we are Asian. My parents went there today to get some ice cream with the Groupon that they had purchased online. As they checked out, there were a lady and older man working there. It was the lady that checked my parents out, and as they handed them their Groupon, they scanned it and said that there was no balance available, that it was already used. My father repeatedly over three times said, it was a new coupon and hadn't been used. So the lady at the register called over the older man ( I assumed he was the manager) and we explained the situation, and the manager had agreed with the lady cashier that we had already used it. What was really rude was the way he spoke to my parents, just telling them to go as if he didn't want to deal with it because there was a long line of people. Like what are we? Individuals to get free ice cream and argue over nonsense?? My father had stepped aside to find PROOF on his phone that the Groupon was used at this Coldstone, at this time, and the price. and it turns out my father was right. He had PROOF and showed it to the manager, NO sorry, NO nothing, the Ice cream was all melted by the time this was resolved and on top of that he just said "to go". RUDE. NEVER EVER coming again. Can't even admit their own mistakes and suck up their pride just to say sorry when it was clearly their fault. smh.

This was the worst experience in my life. First I went in with a $1/scoop text and the person who I'm guessing is a young high school girl tried giving me .25 scoop and telling me that's how big the $1 scoops were supposed to be when no-one before had every tried to rob me like that. I said screw that and asked for a larger full price cup but all she did was add another .25 scoop to the 3 I had chosen in the small cup she had given me to begin with. The final kick in the balls was when I handed her 6 new​ $1 bills that were kind of stuck together like new bills do and she accused me of giving her only $5 to pay for the $5.24 I'm not a punk ass piece of crap who tries to get anything I can't pay for but when her inability to count correctly publicly tries to make me look like an a**hole. I'll never step foot back in this place because people who treat me that way without proper cause get dealt with but I walked out on this one. I'll not have some punk little female dog insult me unfairly and screw me out of what I paid for on top of it. The owner knows who I am because I paid $20 for somebody else's stuff once when I didn't know what they were getting and how much it was but he gave me a discount card for doing so. I'm sure if he thinks he'll remember that because I'm sure that doesn't happen often. Since I'm telling the truth, libel isn't here. Reap what you sew. You hire morons, they treat customers like crap and you lose business.

Went in about 9:00 pm. The girl behind the counter was rude and giving us dirty looks. She barely chopped up the candy bar for our ice cream because she was in a hurry to close. I know we showed up a bit late, but there were still people coming in after us. We should still be treated well even if the store closes in half an hour. Won't be going back.

Great ice cream but poor service. The guy and girl working could barely contain their flirting to take my order. They just kept their conversation going....as if I was interrupting them to order.

The staff is so friendly and I didn't feel rushed when I didn't know which flavor to taste. The establishment is clean and well kept. The cake assortment was running a little low, but can't say anything bad about the ice cream!

Coldstone @ Buckley & quincy is the bomb!!The store manager & his crew are excellent at customer service. No matter what you pick it is made with TLC. I always feel right at home. This is our home base Coldstone. We love you Coldstone!!

Absolutely ridiculous!! The employees working where not wearing aprons or hair nets!! The lady working had long black hair in huge messy bun the guy working was wearing a baseball cap! They lady make my ice cream I got two flavored side by side I asked to mix in toppings she rolled her eyes at me told me she can't mix in toppings if I get two flavors side by side I told her I do that all the time she was so rude she than told me she can only put them on top!! I told her to just leave it alone

The customer service we received here was great. I am a big proponent of visiting places with great customer service. Kudos to this place!

Ewwww. GIANT hair in my mom's ice cream. Just so nasty, I almost threw mine up after witnessing her pull up her spoon that had a giant black hair woven in it. Just crazy when you pay so much for an ice cream here. Totally not worth it. She said service was good, but it doesn't make the hair situation any better. Gross.

This place always has great service and delicious ice cream! I'm constantly bringing my family and friends here!
