Cold Stone Creamery

A big disappointment for me because Coldstone is my favorite ice cream shop to go to. The one on Ford Road in Dearborn can never get my attention again. The young lady didn’t communicate she didn’t offer or give spoons with the ice cream Also am asking her a question no response. I can’t go there but I will go to the Gross pointe or Roseville location I will have to just go out my way to get great service.

Look I had a gift card for Cold Stone and I could you not I called to see what the balance was and they told me that they could not locate how much it was and they didn't even try they said "oh you have to do it somewhere else" and I could you not they were so rude! This man did it so sarcastically like "oh yeah you have to do it somewhere else" I wasted my time and now I'm going to go to a different one.

So on the website it says 12 am it closes on Tuesdays. I called no answer. Google says 12. I came at 9:30. Doors are closed. Do u guys not know how to run a company? Do u not know when you promote the place being open till 12 and when ppl SHOW UP After 9 pm and the doors are locked it can confuse us. Ridiculous. DO NOT COME HERE UNLESS U WANT TO BE LOCKED OUT.

I've been to this location twice. Both times they were closed. Online it says 10p. Today I left work early, drove far across town to get my son some birthday ice cream got there at 936p just to be told "we closed at 930p and the inside closes at 10p" as if we wasn't already standing inside And then she walked away as I was still talking how rude. The other time I came to this location it was BEFORE 930p and they was closed. I will never waste my time or gas coming to this location ever again.

At 08:32 pm on May 10,2025 after waiting for approval. 20 mins give or take, I finally decided to leave. At the time only one customer had been served. There was 1 young man working the coldstone counter AND he also have to ring up the customers. You can imagine how much cross contamination is going on because I do not remember him washing his hand. As he started working in the next customer, I hit my 20 minute mark of standing in line and as I was looking around there were others that were trained on the coldstone counter, I know because they served me before, but they were standing around not doing anything. The one guy was standing at the cash register after he served about 8 Tim Hortons customers, doing nothing. I expected since it was taking the coldstone guy so long the guy at the register would at least cash the customer out. Nope, I was wrong. So I finally left. My mom had actually ordered donuts from Tim Hortons while she was waiting for me to get coldstone, that I never got. However, as we left she noticed that she didn't not actually get the donuts the she ordered and we turned around to correct her order, she told me that the coldstone guy had now moved over to the Tim Hortons counter. This is after you lost business. I then drive to Novi because I really wanted Goldstone and that was the only one open. They were 5x as busy but they had multiple people making orders and designated cashier. What a novel idea.

Exactly as others stated! They close the dine-in 20+ mins before 10pm. They routinely close the ice cream portion early by an hour or so. The management doesn’t follow their own posted hours whatsoever.

By far the worst place I’ve been to took my kids here the employees were on their phones had me waiting for 5 minutes until I told one of the employees nicely that I’m ready to order the women working there just gave me a attitude so I just left.

Literally the dirtiest establishment ive ever been to . Old ice cream everywhere , absolutely no cleaning up going on . I just know the health inspection need to do a pop up asap ! That was nasty

Very poor customer service. Website says they close at 10. I arrived at 9 and as I approached a young lady locks the door even with a lobby full of people. I go through the drive thru and I'm told by the manager Randy that they close the lobby at 9:30 and stop saleing ice cream but today they sit it down at 9 because they're short staffed. When asked didn't he think he should still accommodate my ice cream order I was told no but I could still buy donuts through the drive thru just not my ice cream that I drove all the way there for. Never a welcoming feeling when I come here so I won't be going back.

so just in case anyones wondering, contrary to the hours on Apple Maps, they are closed after 10 pm. But the Tim Horton's that sales donuts and coffee is open if you're interested in sitting in a super long line.

They were polite but I'm not sure just how sanitary they are. I watched one of them take the scrapper that they use to clean the counter and wipe some whip cream off of her arm. She did put it in water afterwards. But we all know that water is not cleaning all of the germs.

Yo!!! So apparently it's a nice place to sit and chat but grabbing some ice cream! Good Bleeping luck. The girl had her back to the counter for like 10 minuets no exaggeration. She then turned around with an attitude like ugh what ice cream do you want lady. I asked for like 6 creations.. she's like we don't have anything until I got to something simple. I'm like sweet ninja Jesus! It's very hard for me to understand anyone when they talk fast but when you talk in another language that's just rude. Won't come back here for any late night craving! Also she wrapped my ice cream pint in plastic wrap.. I suppose she was trying to help me out for the drive home since she just stuffed the ice cream with 0 fucks given! Ugh never again

The milk and cookie milkshake is to die for! Real ice cream used in the milkshake instead of milk. The service was great it just took a while since they had someone new do my milkshake and there was ice cream all over my cup since she missed the milkshake machine. But they were really nice so that wasn't a big deal.

A few of the times I've been here, they've had many people working at the "Tim Hortons" and NOBODY working for Cold Stone. So I'd stand in the Cold Stone line and nobody would help me. One particular time I had a Cold Stone craving (pregnancy appetite) so I wasn't going to leave without my ice cream. They kept telling they weren't trained for Cold Stone and that nobody there worked for Cold Stone. I had to BEG someone to make the ice cream and LITERALLY walked them through EVERYTHING. It was so annoying. I had to tell them how to charge me for the size and add-ins. If they are going to keep a Cold Stone/Tim Hortons they need to keep it fully staffed with trained professionals.

What a wonderful place with a cozy atmosphere! We came in for Coldstone ice cream and decided to stay and sit by the fireplace for a coffee. The service was absolutely wonderful! I was greeted with a genuine smile and hello. The cashier was patient as our large group (of 9) decided what they wanted to order. I started with a Coldstone birthday cake remix! I love watching them making the ice-cream! We decided to stay and have coffee. I had a hazelnut coffee with cream and Splenda. We sat around the fireplace and talked for over an hour! What a comfortable atmosphere! It is national donut day so we got an assortment of donuts and my favorite was the Nutella donut. I really enjoyed this Cafe and will most definitely be back soon!

We have visited this Cold Stone Creamery many times and the Ice cream is always good BUT.... This location is always out of toppings and always out of certain flavor ice cream when we come and visit lately and it's getting pretty old. Works always look clueless and overwhelmed. The lines are always long and sometimes can take 20 minutes from when you get there till you leave for ice cream. Just a heads up

Had the nicest girl serve our ice cream today. Took my littles, it was their first cold stone experience and the employee made it extra special for them!!

I have visited so many cold stones and this one stood out the most. I ordered a large order and felt bad but they didn't complain at all. The lady that helped me I think her name was Anna was working alone with a really long line and she helped me like I was the only customer there. Im sure that they get payed minimum wage and For the work she was doing alone she deserves a big raise. 5 stares for just for her hard work.

Never have any flavors I want on cold stone side, always "running" out, b.s....if you guys want to open up a cold stone then have the damn flavors, and I don't mean just choco and vanilla Tim Hortons side customer service is good and they fast.... Ain't no hunnies though

So I work at tim hortons ans usually when we are short staff we still serve customers regardless., how is that you guys are short staff and turning people away, I seen about 8-9 people working but they say their closed. I drove 30 mins to just be turned away. I'll never come back to this location!

The girl was so nice that was helping us. She put extra stuff in my ice cream free of charge and who doesn't love that! Lol really enjoy this place!

this is the worst coldstone i have been ever been to....first i went at 2 30 and they were out of most flavor and had no fruit....secod the cone was so stale it was like rock hard...tasted nasty...and last the customer service was just awful...i actually saw the employees scoop and eat the icecream with a spoon from the display case... i would really recommend not going here
